Shrek Forever After is easily the best Shrek game I have ever played on this or any previous generation system, and is one of my top three "movie games" of all time.
-
While the game may have started off weak, it picks up pretty quickly and can even keep an adult entertained – a feat few kids games can pull off.
-
It's abundantly clear that the game developers wanted to create an enjoyable title that engaged a range of age group and gameplay styles. What's really nice is that while they haven't perfected the formula, they have taken a big step forward.
-
At $49.99 Shrek Forever After is a great reason as any to get the whole family together for a night of laughs.
-
Overall, Shrek Forever After for the Xbox 360 is one of the better movie based titles released this year and it features a terrific drop-in/drop out cooperative mode which makes for some great family gaming.
-
Shrek Forever After manages to not follow the stereotype of video game adaptations. The developers have really taken a lot of trouble and created a game that is for all fans of the green ogre, which the 94 minutes of film were too short and want to prolong the adventure in their own living room by about 10 hours.
