    This is a fantastic game!!!! Great job Infinity Ward!!!! I wish the Battlefield fan boys would accept the fact that your game is inferior...and thats being kind. The comparison isnt even close.

    I really don't see how this game is rated so bad, it's absolutely amazing! Everyone who owns the game I know of loves it. The quality and graphics are outstanding and the campaign is great, it's an amazing carry on from mw2 and I personally am in love with the game!

    While MW3 might be a lot like MW2, that's a good thing. If they made tons of changes people would be screaming bloody murder. Anyone that I know that truly owns MW3 enjoys it and states it is by far the best in the series and they've said people they've played the game with states the same thing. Seems the only people I've seen bashing it are the BF3 fanboys, which I highly doubt even ownsWhile MW3 might be a lot like MW2, that's a good thing.     All of you battlefield fanboys are a joke giving this game a 0 and then turning around and giving battlefield a 10 get lives for real. If you don't like a game whatever but what are you gaining by being a biased fanboy?

    Saying a sequel is like the game before it isn't a bad thing necessarily. Especially if the game before it was amazing. Ignore anyone who gives this game less than at LEAST an 8. I saw someone gave it a 2 because he felt they didn't change enough? Seriously, if the game is great to play it doesn't matter if the mechanics are the same.     The hating for this game is silly and absurd, maybe the battlefield fanboys are all those people who bash it, i don't know. I'm not a huge fan of either of games, i play MW just to have fun, and i got what i wanted, yes, the graphics look dated and the compain is short, but it's satisfying, and BF3 was trying to do the same thing with the campain but was just plain boring.     Got the mob mentality going here guys - c'mon it's ruining the integrity of the site.
    Sure it's more of the same but it is more refined. It's a great game, well made and extremely polished.

    I have heaps of fun with it and that is what counts.

    I was on the fence about Modern Warfare 3 because I love Black Ops so much and did not enjoy MW2 so much, being they were developed by different companies and all. The new Call of Duty blows them all away. The multiplayer is the first thing I dove into and was immediately surprised at how excellent it is. The action is fast and furious and the weapons, while different than Black Ops, wereI was on the fence about Modern Warfare 3 because I love Black Ops so much and did not enjoy MW2 so much, being they were developed by different companies and all. The new Call of Duty blows them all away. The multiplayer is the first thing I dove into and was immediately surprised at how excellent it is. The action is fast and furious and the weapons, while different than Black Ops, were amazing. I am going to be playing this one until the next game comes out!… Expand

    I have really enjoyed this game so far. The new survival mode in spec ops is alot of fun and the other missions are great. The campaign is not as great as it could've been story wise, but the gameplay is still great. Haven't done much online but can see that its gonna be good. but if elite was also working would be a great game.

    Anyone who cries about a need for a new engine is really idiotic and has clearly never played the game. They updated every engine there is. The people who make the game (Infinity ward and sledgehammer) once said and i quote "We are not shipping an engine,we are shipping a game" - Glen Schofield Co-Founder of sledghammer. I think they had the right mentality creating this game. Thats whyAnyone who cries about a need for a new engine is really idiotic and has clearly never played the game.     Awesome game. More of the same but to me its just what the doctor ordered!! Loved every minute out it. Three conclusion was great and on the pc its amazing. Multi player is great. Too many kids but what are you going to do.

    This game offers everything cod gamers wanted, it runs smoove the campaign was awsome, the spec ops is so fun. the mp is balanced and fast paced, im enjoying this game its great.

    Quite possibly one of the greatest games of all time. The multiplayer is streets ahead of BF3's and 60 fps = silky smooth gameplay. It is very similar to MW2 (which just so happens to be one of the best COD's out there) which explains why its just so darn addicting.

    i enjoy this game and i have battlefield. to each their own i guess.... if u like call of duty period, then u will love this game. if u hate call of duty then don't get it plain and simple

    Started playing MW3 on release day, and to put it simply: The Best just got Better! The campaign was amazing and ended an awesome story. Multiplayer was excellent with new modes, maps and guns. The survival mode in spec-ops was another highlight. In conclusion MW3 was one of the best games I ever played.

    I enjoyed it. Really. I have no idea why people are bashing this game. People judge this game before they even play it. It exceed my expectations quite a bit.

    Super smooth and fun gameplay. I love it. Best game of the year, along with skyrim. Haters gon'hate. This is a beautiful addition to the franchise. I have played all call of duty games since the first. And all battlefield games since the second... They are two different games. One is fun, the other realistic. When I game I want to pick up the controller and have fun. Mw3 allows this.

A great multiplayer. its not the best out there but its great. and fyi neither does bf3 have the best multiplayer. the campaign was epic. loved it. spec ops has improved a whole lot. all you bf3 **** riders need to stop hating. your game has a great multiplayer just like mw3 but the rest of the game sucks. you may not like cod but that doesnt mean itsThis game is what i was looking for.     This game is super fun...improves on so many things from previous call of duty's. I'll be playing this game all year. If you like this game too, please give it a good review...There seems to be an anti-COD campaign going on here.....9 million pre-orders? Give this game some love fans!

    This is a great game! I don't understand the backlash. I mean if you don't like it then don't buy it. Simple as! But don't mark it down just for the sake of it! That's wrong and unfair to the people who worked on it!!!

    Best COD yet definantly way better than black ops which i also liked alot. the game runs way smoother than black ops and is the most balanced cod yet.

    i love this game. It just rocks!! MP just sucks you in. You keep telling yourself one more game then again saying one more game. One more level lets try this gun. Its just so addictive and fun and I just LOVE this game play it with an open mind and you will love it too!!!!

    Awesome game, without a doubt the best call of duty to date. The multiplayer is also the best yet. The graphics running at 60fps look great, unlike another fps i can think of! Dont listen to the negative reviews they are just the call of duty haters who probably havent even played the game.

    It's legit what you were waiting for. Frame rate still fantastic, new multiplayer options and a fantastic spec ops mode. Close combat at it's finest

It contains enough jaw dropping set pieces and tight gameplay to make it well worth a play through. Let's be honest anyway, no one really buys cod for the single player and the developers know this.     wow! another best game in MW series. superb gameplay. a better single player campaign & a best spec ops mode. multi player was upgraded and this game has no glitches as BF3. but it is not better in graphics. BF3 won the graphics. the best single player campaign provides a best gameplay. spec ops is fun 2 play with our mates. but now they hav 2 change their engine.     Excellent, superb game! The best one so far! Much more stable online component than Black Ops. Yes it's similar to past games but that's EXACTLY why i love it! The controls are faster, smoother and tighter than they've ever been before. New guns, new perks, new point streaks and new maps will keep me hooked for months. This is the first COD i've bought on launch day and i'm glad i did.

They are just pissed because there game was hailed as the "COD KILLER" and it was a **** flop. FROSTBITE 2... WOW nice tactical destruction and the graphics are same as the previous game. MW3 is incredibly fast paced and a buzz to play with mates. If you want a really boring slow gameThis game is outstanding!     love it! Best in trilogy smoother, less glitches. Perks are more balanced as are the kill streaks. Only problem is the sniping quick scope is to powerfull but im sure they will nerf it soon.

I am a massive modern warfare fan and have been looking forward to MW3 since black ops first arrived, however, I am sorely disappointed to say the least, MW3 avatar is slow, and game play seems to be even slower than MW2, I dont believe this is a worth while release and am taking this straight back to gamestation, not only this but I played for 2 hours under double XP reaching level 26 when I logged back on later I was for some unknown reason level 8 ?? I dont think any of the 16 maps are particularly big infinity ward have managed to make them all feel like you are playing a map consistently the size of nuke town (just for reference) I will not be giving this another try, however, I will try the new treyarch title in November next year which I believe is going to be a black ops sequel. Once again I cannot stress how diappointing MW3 is and honestly believe it should be taken off the shelves and given some serious work as MW3 feels like a step backwards towards MW2 rather than a better experience than black ops. One the other hand I have never been a fan of battlefield either but I think there is going to be a big shift in sales towards the Modern warfare rivals come the next installment. I would say well done to infinity ward but you are leaving everyone I know devastated after waiting for so long.… Expand

    Ultimately, Modern Warfare 3 feels similar to it's brethren, but that doesn't mean it isn't a great game. The single player element is still exciting, and multiplayer has more options than ever – if you're a fan of Call of Duty, Modern Warfare 3 is a no brainer.

    I never expected Modern Warfare 3 to go toe-to-toe with EA's juggernaut this year, but it came out of the gates with a tour de force campaign and co-op mode. It loses points with a perhaps too-familiar multiplayer that caters to the juvenile on Xbox Live; though don't be mistaken, Modern Warfare 3 is one hell of a shooter and a highlight for a series that just won't die – no matter how much we wish it bloody would, at times.
