When I started playing this game I thought it was a really cute and fun experience but the more i played it the more I started to realize that the levels were so samey and there was so little innovation in level design. The levels are way too long and this game just becomes so boring so quickly.

i played this in two-player mode with a friend. this game is not worth it at full price. it's really only worth it if it's about $5. what I didn't like:
    - very hard to tell what items and features are interactable and what aren't, design/visuals are very confusing where what seems to be foreground objects turn out to be in the background and vice versa. in some levels there were fire
i played this in two-player mode with a friend. this game is not worth it at full price. it's really only worth it if it's about $5. what I didn't like:
    - very hard to tell what items and features are interactable and what aren't, design/visuals are very confusing where what seems to be foreground objects turn out to be in the background and vice versa. in some levels there were fire spirit things that chase after you and kill you but most of the time, it's quite hard to see them until they're right there on top of you. i wish the game made it more obvious. it was super frustrating
    - game is very inconsistent with what happens when you do stuff. e.g. in some areas, if you touch water you drown. in other areas, you can actually swim in it. or sometimes, you can stand on a revolving gear. other times, it kills you if you just touch it lol
    - perspective issues. my friend and i played it on a big TV but our avatars were very tiny and we felt like we had to squint to see everything on the screen
    - not gonna lie, most of the levels were boring or tedious/convoluted/repetitive
    - the story/plot was boring and hard to follow

it's disappointing because i really liked the first one and i love the soundtrack of this game

Too repetitive and lacking challenge for me personally. I love the premise, but the puzzles didnt come across as clever or intriguing.

Fans wanted Unravel Two on Switch and they got it. While it took some patience, the wait was certainly worth it. [Issue #39 – May/June 2019, p. 30]

Unravel Two is a fun and unique (as far as the Switch goes) puzzle-platformer that feels right at home on the console. This is a great choice for playing together with any member of your family.

If you’re a genre fan, Unravel Two would be a very good choice, even more so if you have someone to enjoy its puzzles with via co-op. While some of its choices didn’t quite hit the bullseye – much of the folk music clashes with the on-screen action – it offers a solid amount of high-quality content. And again, Unravel Two will leave you thinking, which is another plus.
