Titan Quest is an entertaining port that brings back a blast from the past. The gameplay is smooth, the controls are precise, and the skills are pretty cool as well. The texture loading issues and freezes that occasionally happen can be annoying, but they aren't game-breaking. Titan Quest can also be enjoyed solo or with friends.

An unforgettable memory that, although it may feel outdated since its original release, it is worth being replayed and discovered.

When everything's working smoothly, Titan Quest is a very enjoyable game. It doesn't push any boundaries (it's more than a decade old now, after all), but it runs the classic Diablo formula well, with plenty of depth for character builds and a stunning world to explore.

In terms of content this is the Titan Quest you love. But technical or interface problems in handheld and even more so in docked mode, hold this action rpg classic back.

This new version of Titan Quest shows so many failures and problems about graphic and technique, maybe due to the low quality of the whole work done too fast and with less content than the previous editions, alas.

Ultimately, this is a 12-year-old game, and no amount of spit and polish can overcome the dated mechanics and repetitive combat that lies at its core.

I like it generally, although I've hit a crash point outside a spiders cave left of a settlement. Its a side quest so can be avoided. ThisI like it generally, although I've hit a crash point outside a spiders cave left of a settlement. Its a side quest so can be avoided. This will crash every time before you enter the cave.

Overall a positive experience, graphics and text can get very small and some of the common menu items such as the inventory are awkward to access making loot drops difficult to manage. No touch control which seems a big oversight and wasted opportunity. £34.00 seems a bit steep for a 12 year old game.

My overall thoughts on the game are that it’s actually solid action RPG that scratches that Diablo itch pretty well. With that said, my reviewMy overall thoughts on the game are that it’s actually solid action RPG that scratches that Diablo itch pretty well. With that said, my review of this game have so many conflicting thoughts and feelings. I believe this is a great game that will only appeal to a niche market. Gaming had evolved so much since this games original release, so there are many mechanics that don’t translate well to today’s streamlined formula of the loot based action RPG genre. What I think this will essentially come down to is whether you were introduced to the genre in the era of Diablo 2 or in the era of Diablo 3. If you grew up playing Diablo 2, then there is a lot to enjoy about this game. If you got into this genre in the era of Diablo 3, then its still worth your time, but it will be a tough pill to swallow. The appeal really boils down to your interest in loot, growing out your skills, and grinding levels - all of which I can enjoy. The story is bad, the graphics feel dated, the music and sound lack are not exciting, and the controls are fine but a bit stiff. But if you enjoy the loot and character growth, then there is a lot of content to enjoy here. The monster and world design isn’t the most memorable, but they actually did a great job with the Greek theme. The skills can be very fun to unlock, and the loot system is simple yet engaging. You can easily pull 50+ hours on your first play through, and I would argue that you can easily play through with a completely different class for even more replay value. There is a lot of content, so if/when the game pulls you in, it’s actually pretty fun. I know there were some issues with performance and crashing upon the launch of this game on Switch, but any issue I experienced during my play through was very minor and easy to look past.

What is awkward about this game is that the loot based action RPG market share on Switch doesn’t have a lot of games it needs to compete against. But since Diablo 3 and recently Diablo 2 have been released on Switch, it changed the positioning of this game. It will never compete with those two games, but it serves as a port of a pretty fun of Diablo 2 clone for those who want more than what those two games already offered. I really feel like this game didn’t have a fair shake because of the performance issues at launch, because it’s a good game.

Great ARPG marred by crashes and graphical glitches.

Still fully playable (I just beat it on Normal difficulty) and enjoyable. Didn't run into any game-breaking bugs. The game saves frequently, so the crashes don't waste too much of your time but they are annoying. The graphical glitches from the terrain are very annoying and can make traveling and fighting a little challenging, but again, it's not game breaking.

I still recommend the game at $20, but it's overpriced at $40.
