    Sencillamente un excelente juego, en momentos te deja sin aliento, inmersivo qué casi da vértigo cuando vas descendiendo por los aires. Es un claro ejemplo de como se debe hacer una secuela. Simplemente épico.

    Tears of the Kingdom is the definitive follow up to Breath of the Wild that I had been waiting a long time for. It not only takes what was great about BotW and builds upon it, but it adds entirely new mechanics that just deepen the engrossment one feels while playing. I pushed myself to finish the main story in time for BG3 to come out, which my son was sad about because he really enjoyedTears of the Kingdom is the definitive follow up to Breath of the Wild that I had been waiting a long time for. It not only takes what was great about BotW and builds upon it, but it adds entirely new mechanics that just deepen the engrossment one feels while playing. I pushed myself to finish the main story in time for BG3 to come out, which my son was sad about because he really enjoyed watching me play. He started his own playthrough because he was so enamored with the game. I love it when studios actually give you a finished game and not try to milk you with a ton of DLC.     Amazing improvement from Breath of the Wild. It isn't perfect, but the highs are so high that I can't imagine giving it anything less than a 10.

    Everything you could wish for in a game! I've played for +- 240 hours at the moment and I'm nowhere near completing this game: talk about value for money :). Like a good film you don't want to end.

    Simplemente un juego hermoso tanto es apartado grafico como en historia y mecanicas, lamentablemente no todo es perfecto y el apartado técnico deja mucho que desear pues el juego tiene muchos bajonea de FPS y resolución.
    Pero esto no impide que disfrutes de una experiencia de juego optima, es increíble la cantidad de cosas que hay que hacer y obtener por todo hyrule, asi que... Deja volar    Simplemente un juego hermoso tanto es apartado grafico como en historia y mecanicas, lamentablemente no todo es perfecto y el apartado técnico deja mucho que desear pues el juego tiene muchos bajonea de FPS y resolución.

    The best sequel that could be done . Better overall than its predecessor. a big change compared to "Breath of the wild" is the much bigger map and with many more side quests, and then the story is the coolest thing about this game. If you have a switch you can't not have it

    300 hours and counting. Can’t stop playing this game. Cool story, more info about everything. Really like the music, the perfect companion for long sessions. The character design it’s exquisite. I really hope we get a dlc.

    This is by far one of the greatest games I have ever played in my life. This was the first game I went too for a midnight release and was enthralled by not only the amazing gameplay but the heartbreaking and repairing story.

    I just finished it (105 hrs) and I never thought I'd say this but I've played the best game ever next to Ocarina of time, and it beats BOTW by far. I look forward to Starfield, but it's very difficult to beat TOTK, we'll see. 10/10. Incredibly exciting experience that reminds me of why I love video games so much.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. After finishing the game, the only thing that I could think of was how great this game was. From beginning to end the game was phenomenal. The map is the same as that of Breath of the Wild, but the changes to the surface and the addition of the depths and sky islands make the map feel entirely new. What stood out to me the most were the bosses and dungeons. The quests surrounding the dungeons and the build up to them were probably some of the best parts of the game for me, with the bosses being just the icing on the cake. The mystery and puzzles for the 5th dungeon were also great. And after you finish every major quest and make your way to the final boss, the presentation and the fight itself make the build up to it worth it. The final phase is the coolest concept for a video game boss that I have ever seen.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. I think this game is a master piece and has amazing graphics with an enormous map it also comes with a beautiful landscape and features a whole underground area called the depths along with a sky area and a natural ground landscape.
    personally this was a game of beauty and detail to me and I loved every second of it.

    Just wow, everything from the gameplay to the new abilities, the boss's and their soundtracks is amazing. I have already put in way too many hours in this masterpiece yet I still haven’t touched a tenth of what you can do. This game is a must.

    After 135 hours, I have to say I love this game. In the most basic way, you can go in literally directions and find something unique, interesting, and fun to do. At first, the weapon durability is annoying, but once you catch on to what they're going for, it's amazing to fuse parts and weapons for crazy powerful combos.

    Best game I ever played this year! Actually I am more into sport and racing games like Fifa and Need for Speed and I don't even like to play action-adventure game before, but this Tears of the Kingdom really get my attention. Absolutely amazing story and gameplay.

    This game did what a sequel is supposed to do by building upon BOTW's mechanics and by adding upgraded features. The two main things I enjoyed most from this game is the insane amount of exploration and the fun building mechanics. The music and art design were both fantastic just like BOTW. I was happy to play this game because I enjoyed BOTW, so no matter what, I was going to like thisThis game did what a sequel is supposed to do by building upon BOTW's mechanics and by adding upgraded features.     Combine everything that made Breath of the Wild amazing with the pure amazingness of Little Big Planet physical contraptions and you get a fraction of what makes Tears of the Kingdom a masterpiece.
    One of the extremely rare times where I'm in pure awe of how amazing a game is and I can comfortably call it a masterpiece.

    This game has recaptured the magic I felt playing breath of the wild for the first time. Everything feels new and there is so much more to do. Every time I plan to go somewhere I discover many things to distract me along the way. This is definitely a true sequel and not a dlc as people are claiming.

    Waited till I had over 40 hours before reviewing this gane. I still feel like I've only scratched the surface. Just defeated my first Greok (3 headed dragon thing). It's got to be one of the best gaming experiences I've ever had. Fantastic mini boss, incredibly tough. Had to learn how to fight it as I went along. Survived by the skin of my teeth. My zoni tech had failed me. At points IWaited till I had over 40 hours before reviewing this gane. I still feel like I've only scratched the surface. Just defeated my first Greok (3 headed dragon thing). It's got to be one of the best gaming experiences I've ever had. Fantastic mini boss, incredibly tough. Had to learn how to fight it as I went along. Survived by the skin of my teeth. My zoni tech had failed me. At points I tried to hide from it. Found a creative way to use one if it's late stage attacks to get close enough to deal a critical blow and knock it out of the sky. Dived back to earth after it with, sword in hand, to finish it off with a blow that nearly killed me.

    Nintendo have created something amazing here that elevates botw to a new epic level. You learn the mechanics then it all just comes together as you need it. Just fantastic.    … Expand

    Incredible follow up to BotW, improving on it's predecessor in almost every way and expanding significantly with a much bigger world and much bigger amount of content.

    The people who say it runs in 20fps and stutters are liars and clearly didn't play the game, same goes for the people who say the overworld didn't change at all.

    I'm amazed how they were able to 1-up themselves with this game. Truly is a wonderful experience, the building mechanics are awesome and being able to explore the world again and just get distracted so much doing so many things is just tons of fun. I'll probably be updating this review once I've finished the game, but didn't wanna wait forever to post this.

    Tears of the Kingdom is a triumph in game design. The sheer amount of freedom given to the player to do whatever they want is absolutely staggering. The world is dense and there are secrets to find around every corner, the story is surprisingly fantastic for a Zelda game so far, and the soundtrack is beautiful. One of the best games ever made.

The early game exploration was amazing... discovering the underworld, and the absolute freedom, can be overwhelming.     Better story than BOTW, more creative, however the game feels the same as before, the world, the enemies, the gameplay except for ultrahand and the difference approaches to solve the shrines.
    Good game overall, deserves 8.5/10.
    If it had a long chain of main quests like 30 -40 hrs that would be perfect and will be a drastic change from BoTW, I prefer the old Zelda games to be honest.

    And well the hours of contents and the post game stuff is so awesome.

However, 2 weeks later, I can't play anything but Tears of the Kingdom. I am extremely addicted and have no desire to finish. I want to know and enjoy this whole world.

    The game ist verry fun and there ist a lot to do. and i mean a lot.
    Some of the aspects are rebooted from BOTW. And BOTW was all new so thats why its a 9/10.
    Overall ist a great expirience for player who like sandbox / Builing / collecting games.
    Not a game for everyone but for me its the game of the year!

    I was first confused during the first few mins of the game. But once I gained my first habilita, everything changed exponentially. Then I fell into a chasm and I found true love.

    The game as a whole was amazing. From the dungeons to the final boss, I was smiling the whole way through. I really don’t know how the Legend of Zelda franchise is ever going to top this.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. It took me a while to get into Breath of the Wild the way I had gotten into previous Legend of Zelda titles. However, Tears of the Kingdom really gripped me. I loved way it brought back some classic monsters and added new ones. I loved the return of Ganondorf. The little connections to classic Zelda lore sprinkled into this new formula. I loved the little Easter eggs for shippers, the way it eschews the timeline while honoring the series, the new abilities, the ways it encourages the cheesing rampant in BotW, the new puzzles, pretty much everything. Seeing this fandom more alive than ever is a great joy. The story made me so emotional, and the ending was triumphant, but I'm still coming back for hours long sessions. I adore this game, and I'm so excited to see how Zelda will continue to evolve.… Expand

    A wonderful piece of art, music and game design. I will never forget the experience I had with this game for years to come. This game elevated every aspect of Breath of the Wild.

    To save you some time, if you liked Breath of the Wild, you'll like Tears of the Kingdom as well. If you didn't, nothing will change your mind. It's all here. Engaging exploration, cute visuals, lots of surprises, crazy breakable weapons, shrines, great OST, koroks, creepy enemies, cool towers, funny writing, a nice story and endless gameplay    Nintendo did it again. Sort of.

    To save you some time, if you liked Breath of the Wild, you'll like Tears of the Kingdom as well. If you didn't, nothing will change your mind.

    It's all here. Engaging exploration, cute visuals, lots of surprises, crazy breakable weapons, shrines, great OST, koroks, creepy enemies, cool towers, funny writing, a nice story and endless gameplay possibilities.

    Only now you have some pretty new and impressive things to keep things fresh. Ascend is probably one of my favorite mechanics ever in a game, ultrahand is godsend, endlessly attaching things to your items never gets old and rewinding is pretty useful and creative. I'm not a "puzzle" guy and I thought these new things weren't going to stick the landing with me, but I was definitely wrong. It all works very well.

    There are also two new maps. The sky islands and the depths. I absolutely loved everything in the sky, especially how well they were implemented to the story. It's astonishing. The depths were pretty fun and ominous at first, but became annoying and repetitive after a while.

    TOTK is definitely remarkable, with plenty of things to catch you off guard, from the story to gameplay. The ending nearly brought me to tears, with some of the best "cinematic" moments and battles I've experienced in this franchise. It is, without a doubt, an excellent sequel to BOTW. A good one, with few flaws to point at.

    Yet, one major feeling slowly crawled inside me on my 180h playthrough.

    The sense of novelty kinda vanishes. Don't get me wrong, a game isn't supposed to throw new and shocking things at you at all times! But that overwhelming feeling I had when I played BOTW faded after 80h in. I felt like I was pretty much done with it after experiencing nearly everything new that the game had to offer. But there were MANY other things to do and explore. Felt like I was playing BOTW again and, although I LOVE that game, its replay factor might be its weakest aspect.

    That's really the only thing I have to complain about it. Or the biggest thing, in a way. A few problems from the previous entry are still here (like how they handle the story and the infinite shrine hunting) and the new "friend abilities" don't hold a candle to the likes of Revali's Gale or Mipha's Grace. But this might just be me nitpicking at this point, to be honest.

    Tears of the Kingdom is a fantastic game and there's A LOT to talk about it. But, for now, I'll just repeat what I said before: if you're like me, and you loved BOTW, pick this one up NOW. If you didn't, it might not change your mind.    … Expand

While there are familiar landmarks, the land of Hyrule has been twisted and broken apart making this a whole new map including the vast network of the new underground caverns and the floating islands that await exploration. It's entertaining to see people try to affect this games meta score by throwing out review bombs and still not making a dent in its high marks due to the overwhelming positive reaction to this game. If you can't stand this game because it's popular and positive reviews, maybe your problem isn't this game..

    Same map as botw but the ads like temples are not enaugth for being a 10.
    Its like a persona 5 royal. Half of the game is the same as the game launch ed on 2017.
    Still a very solid game.

    It's everything a sequel should be.
    Breath of the was 2017's game of the year and I'm sure Tears of the kingdom will be 2023's. It feels incredible complex, fun and full of amazing details, the freedom and flexibility the player has is just one of a kind.
    This is the game of the generation and an evolution to the open world games.

    Very good game! Sadly Baldur's Gate 3 fanboys are right now review bombing both Tears of the Kingdom and Final Fantasy XVI. I'm not sure why or what is their goal, because Baldur's Gate would never win GOTY anyway, but i guess they just want to show how toxic they are.

    Greatest game of all time. I said this previously about breath of the Wild, but this game took that as a foundation and dialed it up to 100. Crazy world building that had me constantly coming back to it. Took me 120 hours to beat the first time and I loved every moment.

    A worthy sequel to Breath of the Wild. I admit, I was sceptical that this game was truly a sequel and not just a glorified DLC. Boy was I wrong, and I'm glad I was. The surface map has been updated with plenty of new areas to explore, and older areas have new features that make them feel distinctly different than their Breath of the Wild counterpart. There's also a sprawling undergroundA worthy sequel to Breath of the Wild. I admit, I was sceptical that this game was truly a sequel and not just a glorified DLC. Boy was I wrong, and I'm glad I was. The surface map has been updated with plenty of new areas to explore, and older areas have new features that make them feel distinctly different than their Breath of the Wild counterpart. There's also a sprawling underground cave and numerous sky islands that the play will be exploring for hours.

    The story is good enough, if not slightly predictable. Overall if you liked Breath of the Wild you need to buy this game. It's not quite the 10/10 that several reviewers are giving it, but it's a shining example of how to do a sequel right at a time when all other major game developers are dropping the ball.    … Expand

    Botw‘s worthy successor is finally out. At first I was afraid that, after 100+ hours with Botw, I would find this one boring, but was surprised when I was a few hours in and noticed that it was quite the contrary: a bigger, more diverse world divided intro three realms, new weapons, new enemies, new locations and amazing new gadgets that leave nothing to your imagination. A masterpiece.

    This game just doesn't feel like a new entry in the series at all, just very large DLC. the concept and gameplay is virtually identical to Botw.

    You do really feel like you're playing the exact same game with a few twists and gimmicks: - you find korok seeds to enhance weapon slots - you start out at a tutorial area just like Botw - you complete 4 shrines at a time to either expand    This game just doesn't feel like a new entry in the series at all, just very large DLC. the concept and gameplay is virtually identical to Botw.

    You do really feel like you're playing the exact same game with a few twists and gimmicks:

    - you find korok seeds to enhance weapon slots
    - you start out at a tutorial area just like Botw
    - you complete 4 shrines at a time to either expand stamina wheel or heart containers
    - the overworld is identical, apart from a few tweaks
    - the fighting mechanics are identical, weapon breakage is still present
    - the graphics are identcal
    - the story progression is almost identcal
    - the dialogue and some of the voice work is horrendous, and sounds like they've been out acted by a toddler sometimes
    - still no traditional dungeons, they almost feel exactly like the Botw ones.

    I can't comprehend how it took Nintendo 6 years to develop sometimes like this.. this is not a completely new game, it's just very large DLC.    … Expand

    The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom has lived up to the high expectations created by the success of Breath of the Wild with its exquisitely intertwined gameplay systems, outstanding music, and a legendary story culminating in a magnificent denouement. It's not every day that such a special video game like this comes around. Truly the stuff of legend.
