An actual mobile game that is on the Switch for way too much money. Should have been $10 at most.

It started out good. It soon turned out to only be repetitive grinding until one can beat the next boss. I payed 20$ which was too much for what I got. I think it should have been halved in its length. The soundtrack gets boring and tbh there is no real challenge in grinding until you can beat a boss. There is no real tactics involved and I wish it would have been less grindy and way moreIt started out good. It soon turned out to only be repetitive grinding until one can beat the next boss. Sushi Striker takes a fresh new concept and gives it a fast-paced spin that will keep you entertained for many addictive hours. [Issue #34 – July/August 2018, p. 76]

Despite its engaging story and charming characters, Sushi Striker: The Way of Sushido undergoes a significant setback when you take its gameplay and controls into consideration.

If you are looking for a charming and damn right silly plot, and you don’t mind paying a little more for your puzzle action to have it on the Switch, then I feel you will certainly find a lot to like with Sushi Striker: The Way of Sushido and its captivating bizarre world of sushi eating puzzle combat.
