Es IMPRESIONANTE COMO ESTE JUEGO CORRE EN 1080p en modo docj y 720 en portatil. El frame es de 30, pero son muy estables. La verdad es que es un port excelente! El unico fallo que le veo son los tiempos de carga.

Easily the best quality port so far on switch. Capcom really surprised me. For me personally it's the best resident evil game I have played, though I loved the first and 3 too. IT's a must buy imo, there is a staggering amount of content and the graphics look great even in handheld mode.

The first Revelations is better than this one, but this is an average game that worth it a try. Some puzzles are just boring, and I didn't like that a single choice in the middle of game could change the ending so further. There is a good balance of chalenges and resources.

Resident Evil Revelations 2 is a step in the right direction. First of all, it fills in a blank spot in the series telling the story between Resident Evil 5 and 6, reintroducing two characters, one from the original game and the other from Code Veronica X.

If you are familiar with Resident Evil 4 the gameplay is very similar, except for the fact they added new improved mechanics to the gameplay. The story is lengthy ranging over 10 hours on one play through. The Nintendo Switch version added a few extra perks to the gameplay using the joy con controllers. There is also a two player local co-op mode and an online mode raid mode. Raid mode give you simple challenges using small portions of maps from may different Resident Evil titles, along with creatures. All in all the game is lengthy, challenging, with a decent story filling in the blanks to the RE timeline, experimenting with online elements. Anyone wanting to fill in the Resident Evil story, this is a must.

Good game, but unacceptable port! RE:R2 is NOT a technically demanding game, yet the frame-rate, which was more or less a rock solid 60fps on PS4 & XBOne, dwindles often below the 30fps mark, yet there is no clear evidence as to why the Switch couldn’t hit 60fps as well, this is hardly Metal Gear Solid 5 they are porting after all. Things in the original releases, such as aiming, were a breeze, and very fluid. Here however, aiming has become more imprecise as a result of the wobbly frame rate, which is as you can imagine, more than a little frustrating. Load times have also taken a turn for the worse too, waiting times for the campaign can last upto nearly 3 minutes. Nevertheless, the game is still enjoyable minus the jarring setbacks introduced on this port. The game features all the DLC content from the off-set, the campaign is exciting, and the Raid Mode is still an absolute blast to play. The portability factor is what you will predominately decide your purchase on obviously. Even though the port underdelivers on expectations, you are not going to be able to play this game to this level of quality anywhere else for the time being, as despite the critical words I have towards this port, it is still vastly superior to the PS Vita version. Overall, a great budget game, ported poorly to an (arguably) overpowered handheld. Hopefully Capcom will continue to support this version with patches for improvement to performance in the future. 5/10. Expand

This is a really good game. It is well hidden in the eshop now. You have to look deep and it is often on offer. The game offers around 20-25 hours to stealth zombie killing fun. When you are done with that you can play raid mode. The raid mode ins't as fun as the main campaigns and included DLC.

It is the best thing on the Switch which compares to the last of us.

    Claire's face is terrible
The monsters didn't like it. The plot is not my type.

I know that Switch have his limitation but, i think that game would be much better. OK, is full playable game, and runs at 1080p! But, the "antialiasing" option is turned off, and the "ambient occlusion" too. This take away the game experience. I think 900p with that options "on" would be much better!

This entry in the series really portrays the clear identity crisis before Resident Evil 7. The enemies are far too aggressive and generic; which is really a step down from its 3ds predecessor. Innovation is overshadowed by annoying gameplay mechanics and occasional „Remember this?!!??“ moments. Gun play is servicable and story is a bit all over the place.

    Great game overall.
Sadly it is a bit short in my eyes. Also the big selling point of Resident Evil games that they are frightening isnt really the case. I dont find any RE game frightening at all (compared to lets say Outlast). It is more an atmospheric shooter than a horror survival game but it is still good.
Absolutely worth the money you spent for it.

For someone who’s over straight-up first person shooters (me!) this offers a great mix of story, stealth, puzzles and zombie kills, complemented by pretty sweet graphics for Switch—the quarry stage is stunning on a big screen.

    Highly recommended.

I played this on my switchlite and for a handheld pc game it looked great graphically and i had quality headsets and hence the sound added to the horror and scares. The gun gameplay is also good for a horror game.but the game felt a tad bit repetitive in some places

Resident Evil Revelations 2 takes everything from the first game and improves upon it. Although I am torn between which location I prefer (Cruise Ship vs Island facility) I feel that this sequel has benefitted from being developed for consoles. The Revelations spinoff series has produced arguably two of the best Resident Evil games since Resident Evil 4 on the Gamecube, and now we can finally experience them both together on a Nintendo console!

While Resident Evil Revelations 2 borrows sparingly from its contemporaries, it is better than it's budget would have you believe it to be. The story is just the right amount of schlock with a smaller yet more focused cast. The tension is actually present in a moody well realised setting. The overall game feel lends itself to a much more enjoyable experience when compared to its predecessor too. Add in a comprehensive (yet slightly grindy) Raid Mode and you've got yourself a winner.
