I created an account just to rate this game, because it deserves it. I´d like to thank the devs behind it, it´s definitely my GOTY on Switch. Now if you want more about this game, it´s amazing, it´s an open world game that borrows from RPG and Platformers, it´s similar to BOTW but has it´s own essence based on it´s focus and greek mythology. It's so much fun to move in this game. You have so much stamina and so many ways to use it after just a little bit of exploration and upgrades. No two players will travel across a field or gap in exactly the same way. Platforming challenges are always a joy, and there's way more variety in puzzles because there are so many ways to move Fenyx around.

Combat is super complex, and with dozens of buffs to choose from based on your two armor pieces and three weapons, there are so many different ways to tune fights to your liking. Even with combos that feel super OP at times, encounters are rarely a cakewalk, and you're encouraged to keep exploring to find potion ingredients even all the way into the endgame.

The game has so many systems and ways that you interact with the world, and there are rewards that help upgrade everything. As a result, exploration always feels rewarding because you're not just going to find a weapon when you've been full for the last 12 hours, and you're not just going to find 1/4 of a heart when you already have 20. You can find shards to upgrade your armor and weapons to help with combat, or you can find coins to upgrade your abilities to help with puzzles or even let you skip some of them entirely.

The writing is funny too, and even though not every line hits, you actually care about the characters and empathize with them when they are sad or feel hurt. The story gives you good reasons to explore the entire environment and its dedication to realistic Greek Mythology (as opposed to Disney nonsense) is admirable.

Basically, the tl;dr is if Breath of the Wild is a 10/10, this game is an 11/10. It's just that good.

This game is typical Ubisoft fashion; it is exactly like every other game they have an with no major changes. It is supremely buggy (never had a switch game crash before this one) and nothing seems to work correctly. The game is just perfectly crappy.

The only reason not to score Fenyx Rising a 10 is due to minor performance issues and personal taste. Overall the game is excellent. It absolutely improves on the core gameplay mechanics and many features of BoTW. The voice acting is hit or miss, but reasonably well scripted.

Yes the game occasionally crashes. For me personally it has crashed 6-8 times in 40+ h of gameplay. Only one crash forced me to replay a small portion of the game (< 10 min). I believe these issues will be addressed over time with patches.
Exploration of the large overworld is more rewarding and enjoyable than in BoTW due to movement mechanics. It's less cumbersome to travel around and explore the massive open world, which streamlines the experience.
Fights are an absolute joy, even against minor enemies. and there are various ways to "build" your character based on your play style. The game itself telegraphs 4 such play style archetypes based on the corrupted heroes within the game. You can be a bruising tank (Herakles), a speedy stealth attacker (Achilles), a long distance assaulter (Atalanta), or a combo attacker for stat boosts (Odysseus).
There's a ton to do in this game, and all collectibles/ chests continue to be useful all the way through (unlike Korok seeds in BoTW which had a capped utility @ 441, despite 900 for the completionists). Puzzles/Shrines are honestly as fun if not moreso in Fenyx Rising. Sure on the switch its graphically compromised relative to other consoles, but for me gameplay has always trumped graphics. And if you were a BoTW fan you will absolutely enjoy this adventure, and very likely find it a better experience overall.

Buying this game was a gamble, and so far it's really paying off! There's definitely a few technical issues, and I've had the game short-circuit on me, but thanks to autosaving features there was almost no progress lost. I've logged 20 hours already, and that's only exploring the first 2 of the 7 zones.

After passing Assassin's Creed Odyssey, the setting of ancient Greece is no longer able to surprise. And as a result, it turns out that beef is interesting in the game and that they do not go into any comparison with Breath of the Wild. Immortals had a chance to become a good game if not for the greed and creative impotence of Ubisoft. If it was a B-class game, cost $25-30 and did not have a Season Pass, it would be nice to play it.
On Nintendo Switch, the game does not work well, I don't see the point in playing it on older generations.

For a switch game great graphics, beautiful big world, funny dialogues (Ares the chicken) and good combat. Sometimes too easy (even on hard mode) but still good. Big recommendation

Combat is satisfying but is just a 1:1 transfer over from AC, so no real points for anything unique but its serviceable.

If you really liked BOTW for its puzzle dungeons then this game will let you down every single time. The overworld exploration is passable but the dungeons which are required for upgrades and gear are boring at best, and mindnumbingly frustrating at their worst. Theres no charm to them. Its either just a puzzle about timing and platforming, or putting thing A on to spot B. If these were spaced out more then I'd have less of an issue but these rifts are everywhere and constitute a large chunk of the game. Its a shame this game tried to bite BOTWs gameplay loop because everything that it did to copy BOTW failed miserably.

A lot of its own charm and mechanics work fairly well. Its an ubisoft open world at its core and those games are fine on their own if not a bit samey and predictable. Predictable, but never inherently bad. Its when Ubisoft tried to leech off the success of a more competent studio that they fell flat on their face. Everything the copied from BOTW is just worse, some times horrifically so. Also microtransactions.

There are some clever shrines...er...I mean vaults...but there are just as many with terrible platforming design that can only be accomplished through a trial-by-error approach. In other words, where BoTW rewarded players for being clever and thinking through puzzles, FIR rewards persistence. Like most Ubisoft titles, I gave up after a certain number of hours out of sheer boredom. I wish I could have enjoyed the game more -- despite the bad writing and voice acting, there is a certain endearing quality to the characters and story -- but there just isn't enough variation and polish to make it worth your while. Fenyx Rising is a good game done dirty on Switch with very questionable frame rates in both docked and hand held modes even with the latest patch as well as looking absolutely terrible due to the port to Switch being incredibly poorly optimised, many lighting effects have either been outright removed or disabled or toned down so much they are barely noticeable to the point something I thought was a minor visual glitch on Switch is actually meant to be a glowing tree trunk you get Golden Amber from.

The source of the terrible performance and visuals on Switch from the few tests I've done seem to be coming from NPC draw distances being unnecessarily high (about 300m) and lighting effects from large braziers being visible at absurd distances as well (1000m or more). Strangely, from a high elevation looking out to sea also tanks the frame rate (tested in The Forgelands) so likely world draw distance is an issue as well, or the water simulation effects severely drain resources. There's no excuses for Fenyx to run, or look, this bad on Switch titles such as Xeonoblade 2/3 are evidence of this.

Dialogues were intended to be funny but my god it is was far from that. Another thing that annoyed me was the gliding, you can’t go backwards! You have to make this weird circle to turn around, highly annoying.

Besides all the bad, you have an amazing game in my opinion. Combat is really good and satisfying, especially when enemies die, they shoot out into the horizon like a canon ball. Exploration was awesome since there are many things to find, well mostly puzzle, like a mega load off puzzles. Some are mediocre but I found the majority to be well designed and fun!
Often the rewards for doing a puzzle was underwhelming like just a few gems and a new visual for a weapon/gear you already have.

If you keep doing side stuff, the game allows you to become insanely powerful and I love when games do that. I played it on hard and man oh man, at the beginning I kept dying trying to kill a god damn bear, at the end, nothing could stop me with the way I used my gear/weapons, god powers and potions. Like the last boss was a joke. But most of the game I considered was difficult at the hard difficulty because I wasn’t all decked out the entirety of the game. But at one point you get just too powerful for the game and that’s fine, it’s a good reward.

Last thing I want to say is, Fenyx is the type if game that I was like « ok I’ll just do one more thing then stop », an hour later I was still playing.

45h to complete with lots of side stuff.
Played on the Switch, runs really well, 30fps. It had a few dips in the frame rate but nothing too jarring. Load times are on the long side but are acceptable.

Not to be confused ith the energy drink.. this is a video game… a video game that gets constant comparrisons to the liked of Zelda breath of the wild.. a game I’ve yet to play.. and I game I hope clicks with me more than this one…
Zeus needs help, the greek gods are in trouble, all of the mortals are stone.. except for one of course.. you… you creae your character and its off to helping zeus and the rest of the gods in this open world puzzle game… and if there weren’t such a large emphises on the puzzle part, this game as series has such great potential… for starters this world is beautiful, though there are crashing issues is you play in pretty mode vs the run better mode on the playstations 5… here youll be running around, collecting items to craft consumables, find gear, and collect shards to upgrade your gear and character, run around and complete tasks for the different gods and gain new abilities.. if it stopped there I would be fine, run around this opwen world with sections that feel and look different enough reperesenting each god you help… all while the game hilariously narrates for you… a real highlight… I could’ve loved immortals fenyx.. but its insistence to try and be a breath of a wild clones, sucked away all of its charm and left immortals fenyx risings feeling like a good.. yet soulless game… its cookie cutter, and what were left with if unfun combat, and boring drug out puzzles.. the vaults are half of the game and theyre just awful.. they have their moments of being fun brain teasesers… but these puzzles show up way too frequently in your 13 plus hour journey… and I dreaded them every time.. im not a big fan of puzzles in general… but when theres essentially puzzle rooms vs environmental puzzles, I hate it even more… just let me build up my charcters, sneak around, tame and kill things while my boy zeus makes awful jokes.. that’s all I wanna do… but fenyx rising sortve blows its load for me.. if you’ve played journey to the savage planet.. it’s the same kind of thing… youre smacked with charm, mystery and immersion.. and then everything else feels lackluster in ocmparision to the greatness the adventure starts with…
While I can appreciate that this is objectively a good game that plenty will love… for me this was a game that kept throwing school work at me when all I wanted to do was play at recess… and once I get out to recess its like oh, its raining.. youre playing in the gym today, not the playground like youre used to doing.. meaning that this world is just a chore to even get around in.. the whole stamina whil you run, climb, swim, and soar thing can be fun if done right.. its not done right here.. its annoying and just makes traversal not fun.. . but I am again just speaking for myself.. for me the combat gt stale fast, the traversal becomes annoying fast, and the puzzles get annoying boring and overwhelming fast… what am I doing playing this?
for a lot of people though theyre hearing this review being all like. Yeha this is what I want, imam buy this right now.. I get it.. tis a good game, just not for me.

This game is very fun and takes many aspects from BotW and improves upon them, the trials/dungeons can be easy to very difficult but never frustratingly impossible... Give this game a try and I promise you won't be disappointed! : )

If you are looking for a game similar to the Zelda games, this game is definitely for you. Perhaps many will see it as a copy of Zelda Breath of the Wild in terms of its mechanics, but I think it also has other things that make this game feel special and unique. Its exploration is superb and I never had problems with the frame rate and stuff.

It's like the Ubisoft execs saw BotW, how much it was praised and how much money it made and they then went and told their team to make something "like BotW", except nobody involved in this process understood what made that game so great to begin with. So they just started superficially copying gameplay elements from it, all the while trying to squeeze them into the typical, cookie-cutter Ubisoft Open World formula, without realizing that those two things are NOT COMPATIBLE.

Seriously, whoever prefers THIS over BotW needs to go to a neurologist and get themselves checked out, because there's a very high chance they have a brain tumor. These two games are not even remotely in the same league.

But, if you really want the 2,000th cookie-cutter Ubisoft Open World Action RPG, this time with a Zelda coat of paint, suit yourself, get this game. If you want the real thing, by god, please, just go play BotW, and be better off for it.

I loved BoTW, but the story was non-existent/meaningless, the voice acting was non-existent/meaningless (link of course was a silent protagonist), the combat, weather, and day/night cycle were all such chores to the point that even though I put nearly 100 hours into the game, I never bothered to defeat ganon and tired of hunting korok seeds. For a 60-hour game, I needed more narrative heft. Immortals (omg this game would be rated higher if it had kept the name Gods and Monsters) delivers that narrative heft thanks to great narrators (gods betting on mortals, just like in the Homeric epics) and a wonderfully acted Fenyx (at least the female version). It is fun, plain and simple, and while the game was obviously developed for ps5 and pared down for switch, the visuals (once you clear the intro stage) still look fabulous docked/hand-held and the world is a joy to explore and traverse. The lack of polish before Fenyx reaches the golden isle may lead players to instantly conclude that this game is a poor BoTW clone. I disagree. It's BoTW if BoTW were more fun. BoTW's only clear gameplay advantage is that its shrines were more satisfying than the vaults of tartarus, although Fenyx's larger variety of puzzles is often rewarding too and only occasionally frustrating. Combat and traversal are much more fun and intuitive in Fenyx, and I like the world and its presentation more. I even get God of war feels in cyclops battles. Performance is comparable to BoTW (occasional dips in both games when the action reaches fever pitch), although Fenyx has crashed on me twice (with virtually no progress lost due to robust auto-saving). If you enjoy Greek myth (and I think it's far superior to hyrulean myth), and appreciate how comic it is by nature, then I think the presentation and narration set Fenyx apart. Expect familiarity if you've played BoTW, but I think the tone of Fenyx alone makes it worth playing even if you loved BoTW. A no-brainer buy at $40 if you love exploring beautiful, colorful worlds and enjoying a steady diet of laughs and brain-teasers while doing so. Expand

I have revealed most ofthe map but haven't had any frustrating framerate issues. Other reviewers have complained about frame rates but I would request that they detail where they are experiencing this as I have not seen anything worth mentioning.

So far I have spent over 55 hours in this game and the more I play the more I enjoy this game. That isn't to say that I started the game disliking it, because it was enjoyable from the start. As you progress through the game you feel noticeably more powerful, which is very satisfying and rewarding.

Currently I only own the switch version, but if it goes on sale on Xbox I will consider purchasing a copy. Ubisoft supports cross platform game saves, so to get the full HD graphics experience at home this may be worth a second copy.

If you are into any of the newest Assassin's Creed games, BoTW, or Greek mythology this game is a must buy IMO.

I just finished it :) I would give it 10/10, because the story is just epic, and I had a lot of fun... BUT unfortunately the frame rate on Switch is simply terrible... It rarely even hits 30fps... And in some places it drops so hard that it becomes almost unplayable... I'm not asking for 60fps you know, but I'd much rather prefer lower dynamic res and locked 30fps...

I'll start with a short version of what I want to say. This game isn't great. I would call it mediocre and average by Ubisoft standards. It clearly tried to copy many things from BOTW and I feel that it doesn't do much with it. I'd say a 3/10 is a fair score, considering there wasn't much passion on this.

I remember first hearing about the idea of Immortals:Fenyx rising when one of the developers Assassin's Creed Odyssey mentioned a weird bug in the game that made all your ship crew look like cyclops. They had the idea of what if you can make them all cyclops and that's how the idea for this game started. Funnily enough you don't get a cyclops crew. The idea of this game was to be about Greek mythology, which would contrast AC Odyssey's historical theme. It's certainly a good idea in concept. They also wanted to capture the entire idea of BOTW, which I think is a big issue. I'll try to list as many comparisons that I noticed as I can throughout playing this game. The one that stuck out the most were the enemy cyclops, which acted exactly like a hinox, being big and slow, being stunned when hit in it's one eye, and weirdest of all how it would randomly turn towards a tree and slowly walk to it and grab it and use it like a club. Next is the idea of being an open world game with very few NPCs. You have a small hub, being the hall of the gods, and other than that there really isn't anywhere in the game where you are safe. BOTW had a similar idea with only stables and towns being safe points. The thing I also find jarring is the lack of NPCs in Immortals. If you've played fallout 76 you would know why this is a red flag. Unfortunately the only characters around are the gods, and I genuinely wish that I could take videos on my switch because the things they say and especially the way they talk is so bad that I want to upload clips to YouTube to make fun of. All of the voice actors are so weird. In Odyssey all the characters had that normal subtle Greek accent that was believable. They talked like normal people. In this game it feels like every character is yelling while laughing while crying. A special shout-out goes to the make main character voice because it was so bad that for the first time ever I switched the character's gender to female just so I wouldn't hear the male one. Everything is so unnatural. And maybe it's just because I play on switch, but all the animations feel really awkward and stiff. Especially when having to watch the little cutscenes that play when you upgrade health, stamina, your weapons, or making potions. It looks really bad, and for some reason you can't skip them, but when you press B you make the cutscenes move forward slightly. A weird thing that Immortals tries to copy from BOTW is the amount of things to do. BOTW had the shrines and koroks. Immortals also has something similar to shrines called vaults that usually aren't very good, but instead of koroks they have a bunch of stuff. I'm not gonna list it all out but there are so many little things to do that it makes the game bloated and made me have to turn off completed objectives. You can't walk two feet without running into some ambrosia or a vault or anything. And I think this is what Immortals messed up and forgot about when copying BOTW. When you played Zelda, the world was great. It was big, and it took time to travel, because you didn't see something on your map that said there was a specific object here. You would be walking and you'd see a burned down village and would explore, and may find some loot. The idea of exploration came from its world design of not being imposing on the player and letting them set out to find and do what they wanted. Immortals will reign you in every chance it gets, and if you are somewhere that doesn't have any special items in it, you don't want to explore. You can scout everything around you in a 360 degree radius and you will follow the map to that item, grab it and leave. Why? Because you know nothing new is there. In BOTW, you don't have that marker that says something secret is hidden in a place, so you go explore the entire area, and you may find an item, and will feel more accomplished because you found it. It wasn't a puzzle you had to solve a specific way, you just looked around and found it. And if you don't find something, you usually got a bit of light world building, or got to see a nice landscape. This is another big issue with Immortals. They took away that want to explore and the creativity. The vaults aren't fun because there is only one way to solve them. Think of how many shrines in BOTW you can do in unintended ways. Immortals has no diversity. It's just find the exact target to shoot with an arrow, or find a big enough stone to put on a pressure plate. Now from this description it sounds like a 0/10 but there is some good to boost it. Mainly I like the combat which is like Odyssey. It's simple and intuitive and makes it easy to implement special attacks. Still a 3/10.

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. This game is quite interesting if we compare with Assassin Creeds. Unfortunately it is not copy-past of Zelda BOW, and it is not comparable with recent Genshin Impact.
This world is dead (almost no NPC). There is world for quests. And this world is not interesting. I do not have wish to go somewhere to investigate. I go somewhere to complete quests and pass dungeons. In my opinion some dungeons are either too simple or just boring. Fighting is interesting. But enemies are similar: bears, birds, soldiers and giants.
Additionally I met some problems: there are areas where I cannot fly, but I cannot see them in Switch version, I had problems with balls in Eros's temple (they were fixed by in-room furniture), problems with strength of boss in Ares's template, phrases when I leave dungeon in Ares area.

I hope that Ubisoft will repair all problems in Switch version. But in any case this game is closer to Assassin Creed then to BOT or GI.

It's like playing a Wish version of Breath of the Wild... and one cannot help themselves but to compare a lot of the game-play to the older game, like a looooooooooot.

Let's start by the good stuff:
+ Great story line despite the sometimes very long cinematic scenes (that you can skip) that pop up when you are in a mood for more action
+ The whole Greek mythology stories and comments
+ The inclusive options when you can make your own avatar. Also wearing gear while making it looking like another is pretty sweet too.
+ They are not erasing the Queer history of the Greek mythology
+ One of the combos that I love the most, while exploring the land, is that you can glide with your wings until you reach the ground (or the end of your stamina) and just before the landing, summon your horse, carry on full speed until the next cliff and then jump with the horse, then off the horse (that will not die) and then glide some more... And that is pretty sweet (sorry horsy!)

Now the bad stuff... It's mainly technical
    - The game crashed 5 times in 3 weeks. This is the first game I've had on Switch that crashes. That's not ok, especially after a fight against a tough character or a run in a hard parkour.
    - I "died" so may times because the character doesn't stop when asked or because instead of climbing on the edge of the wall/platform when the stamina is almost gone, the character prefers to jump back to their death...
    - The dynamic cameras, that in the midst of battle, look at the floor/sky/wall aren't very practical when fighting a giant monster
    - the intersections and floating on this game are sur-real people! If you like a game well polished, just... I don't know, close your eyes?
    - Being forced to join the online platform/services is not fun nor cool. I have to play this game off line cause I just don't want to and there are no option to refuse it. And the only way around it, is to play in plane mode.

I have been swearing at it more than I would for any other game on switch, and yet I can't help but carry on playing. When prompted to fight the final boss and asked if I wanted to go back (or end this torturous nightmare), I did, without hesitation, because all the Tartarus parkours/challenges are pretty cool.
But I don't think I'll buy a Ubisoft game for a while. I need a loooooong break from rushed out projects that are shipped with that many issues. That's not cool, nor professional.

Unfortunately, the ending came out of the blue and, in my view, made all your struggles to that point meaningless. The DLCs do build on that ending, but that doesn't excuse it.

Yea its alot like Breth of The Wild but too me it is as good of a game as the if not a little better that because there is a story unlike BOTW. Gameplay is fun and the combat gets better as you get further in which i thought was great.

I think this is far from a perfect game, but it is still better than breath of the wild. Reviews always talked about how original botw was, not understanding gaming is about good games, not new games. ifr is just better than botw because it has platforming and some clearer puzzles.

I'm giving this game a 7/10 because BOTW is a 9/10 to me. I can't give it an 8/10 because it's not that close to BOTW. (BOTW is my favorite game of all time because of the freedom and smoothness of gameplay. I 100%ed the game because I didn't want to quit playing, but it does have its downsides).

Anyways, I bought this game because I wanted that same experience. I played it for a few

Anyways, I bought this game because I wanted that same experience. I played it for a few hours then put it down because it wasn't grabbing me like BOTW did. I recently picked it back up after a few months, and after about 20 hours I'm enjoying it way more than I thought I would. Here are a few thoughts:
    - While the weapons aren't as diverse, the combat has more depth. There are special moves that you can obtain and upgrade that really make combat quite fun. I'm still learning some of the mechanics, and the battles are NOT easy (that's a good thing).
    - The cutscenes were pretty funny at first, but then they get kinda cheesy. Overall, they are well done.
    - I remapped the controls, and I think it may be causing some issues. Sometimes I can't sprint for some reason. My jump and collect/activate button are the same, so sometimes when I want to jump, I end up hitting a switch instead.
    - The world is huge, with so much stuff to do, although much of it is the same (solve a switches puzzle, defeat an enemy to unlock a chest, etc.).
    - There is not enough variation in certain areas of the map. It's just hard to distinguish between certain locations. You could show me a picture of a location in BOTW and I could tell you exactly where it is and how to get there. There were towns, springs, landmarks with unique names and history, different races of people, etc. So far in this game, I'm not finding many things to be that unique on the map.

Overall, it's a fun game. It lacks the charm and realism that BOTW has, so don't expect to feel like you are living in this world.

Obvious comparisons to BotW aside, Immortals Fenyx Rising is a pretty mediocre game. The world is sometimes empty, and sometimes has a bunch of stuff all in one place. I found the combat to be enjoyable, but needlessly frustrating at random times. The narrative didn't hook me, and the humour I found to be extremely unfunny and forced. This game does not get the attention it deserves, its of my favourite games! Loved the gameplay, story, humour, design and overall theme. Absolutely brilliant game!! There is so much to do and find it's unreal! I have set my difficulty level to the hardest mode (I think its nightmare), just so there is more of a challenge for me, I have completed the story and thought I had completed most of the vaults and myth challenges, once I checked the ubisoft connect app I noticed that this wasn't the case! I have gone back into the game to go and collect items, chests, vaults and myth challenges I have missed, I have been playing this game for 63 hours and I only have 51% total game completion!

If you can buy this game I highly recommend it!

First and foremost, the game requires you to create an ubisoft account. With this comes the disgusting additional practice of microtransactions in a full priced game. Why charge me full price for a game that you will charge me *again* to skip playing? These factors on their own are enough for me to not generally recommend the game. With this comes the disgusting additional practice of microtransactions in a full priced game. Why charge me full price for a game that you will charge me *again* to skip playing? These factors on their own are enough for me to not generally recommend the game. But let's go into the actual gameplay. If you suffer from motion sickness with games, even with the sensitivity options given, this game will be a struggle. Something about the tightness of corners and the closeness of objects make it more difficult than I would hope.

On the switch the frame rate in the final updates is solid. On the switch, be aware that there is plenty of pop-in.

If you can get past *all* of this, then know that the rest of the game is at least a 6/10. Various mobs just feel like fodder, whereas larger enemies at least have a few attack patterns. It can be fun to explore, but many of the puzzles feel inorganic. Essentially kid's puzzles and little memory gimmicks. I often worried how easy these would be to break, and I frequently found myself wandering into an area that already had a specific purpose in mind.

The voice acting is great, 8.5/10. It's witty and quippy and comical while remaining in narrative character. That was one of the driving factors for me to continue.

If you do decide to purchase this game, do it while it's on sale, I personally don't think it's worth full price

The game is good but not on Switch. It looks garbage while having low framerate. It is absolutely devastated on the Switch port. I would ve loved to put my money into the PC version instead

    O ponto mais interessante desse game é o design do mundo e a gameplay, o maior problema é o desempenho na plataforma. Mundo - 10. Gameplay - 9. Design - 9. Historia - 6.

It’s a solid game. Fun game play and enjoyable humor. It’s also beautiful and relaxing. It would be a 10/10 however it sometimes stutters on switch.

I played on PC too and cross progression is very useful when I switch. I felt that motion controlled aiming was awful and control feels no so well as PC. I rate lower than PC cause control can improve and motion controlled aiming

It’s a Greek tragedy that Immortals: Fenyx Rising hasn’t received the god-like reception it deserves, as it forges its own identity albeit with some familiar themes. [Issue #3, p.57]

Immortals Fenyx Rising is always going to be compared to Breath of the Wild, but against all odds, it puts up a massively formidable fight. What's excellent about Immortals is not so much what it shares with Nintendo's biggest Zelda game, but rather where it differs, offering a fresh new approach to storytelling, a fantastic progression system, and a world that you'll never want to leave. No game is perfect, but for me, Immortals comes just about as close as you can get.

Immortals: Fenyx Rising is a superb new IP from Ubisoft. It may borrow heavily from other titles, but don’t get hung up on it. This isn’t a cash grab. It’s a beautiful game and a quality product, crafted with love.
