Go Vacation is the perfect choice for those who look for a simple, immediate and varied joy. It is specially focused to multiplayer mode. It has lots of activities which despite being easy, will make us enjoy due to the tilt control and the local multiplayer option. Technically it could have been better.

Whether you play by yourself, with friends or family, Go Vacation is a complete game that will satisfy all kinds of players. It may be a port of a Wii game with better resolution, but this should not discourage players longing for a game that provides a whole array of minigames.

Go Vacation has remained the fun experience that it was ages ago. Naturally, it hasn’t aged well from a graphical perspective, but it does a lot of good in its totality.

On the Wii, Go Vacation was trying to enter homes that most likely already had at least two sporting mini-game titles in their library. What we have now on the Switch is a situation where there’s no Wii Sports, no Wii Sports Resort and nothing else decent that’s really like them. In this day and age, Go Vacation stands alone as the sole option for anyone who fancies dipping back into the Wii days. And those who do will be more than happy with what they find.

I have been playing this game for about 4-5 hours so far and I am enjoying it a lot. Does it have the same charm as Wii Sports Resort? No,I have been playing this game for about 4-5 hours so far and I am enjoying it a lot. Does it have the same charm as Wii Sports Resort? No, but it is good in its own way. There are many many many things to do in this game compared to the 12 activities in Wii Sports Resort. The game is fun and the different activities are fun. Only reason I gave it a 9 is because it still looks like a Wii game...

Update: 29 July 2018. My score stays the same, but there is something that I wish could be fixed. The camera is horrible. It is locked behind your avatar so you cannot look around freely. This makes it difficult when trying to find hidden items scattered across each resort. Other than the camera issue, the game is fun and I am having a blast with it!

Really good investment. My kids love this. Whilst not for me personally this is one of the few games on the switch which had them gripped. TheReally good investment. My kids love this. Whilst not for me personally this is one of the few games on the switch which had them gripped. The mini games are better than most mobile games. It is an open world full of mini games. I really can't see how this got a critic rating in the 60s whilst loads of trash indie games get 80s and 90s. Full Review »

Graphics were amazing, but few control methods are not easy to use. Other than that, challenges are easier and its one of my favorite games. Full Review »
