    This is the fifth time Switch owners have been asked to pay at least $40 for little more than updated kits and rosters, and the fifth time we urge you not to reward such disrespect with your hard-earned money. FIFA 23 still plays a good game of football but so did all the other identical ones, so if you absolutely must have a football game on Switch, track down a cheap copy of FIFA 19-22.

    FIFA 23 on Switch is a prime example of minimal effort for maximum profit. If you've bought the Nintendo version of FIFA at any point in the past five years, there's very little reason to buy it again now.

    FIFA 23 on Switch is a cash-grab. FIFA 23: Legacy Edition is the same as FIFA 22: Legacy Edition, which is the same as FIFA 21: LegacyFIFA 23 on Switch is a cash-grab. FIFA 23: Legacy Edition is the same as FIFA 22: Legacy Edition, which is the same as FIFA 21: Legacy Edition, which is the same as FIFA 20: Legacy Edition, which is the same as FIFA 19 on Switch, which is the same as FIFA 18 on switch, which a slightly souped up version of FIFA 17 on the Xbox 360 and PS3, and career mode is not far off FIFA 14 on the 360 and PS3. Confused? **FIFA 23 is pretty much a 9 year old game**. Hell, this game still uses EA’s Ignite Engine from 9 years ago, introduced for FIFA 14. This is bang out of order. I'll copy and paste this review every year, EA does this.

    UPDATE: Just found out that these guys didn’t even update the menus to look like the game on other consoles. This game is the epitome of everything I hate about the video game industry.    … Full Review »

    It is- once again since several years - the same old s*it and cash-crab again, ripping of switch users for what is a spiced up version of Fifa 17 with updated teams. For - once again - 40 € this is not a joke anymore, but outrageous.    … Full Review »

    The switch is capable of running amazing and big games like Doom, The Witcher 3, Nier Automata, No Man’s Sky, Persona 5 Royal, etc. So thereThe switch is capable of running amazing and big games like Doom, The Witcher 3, Nier Automata, No Man’s Sky, Persona 5 Royal, etc. So there is no excuse for the product that EA has released for the past 5 years in this console. It’s literally just a re-skin of FIFA 18 with a roster update. The switch would be able to run the ps4 and Xbox one version, but EA is not willing to put on the effort because that would mean spending resources, time and money. And we all know something EA hates is spending money. Stop giving your money to EA, don’t support this kind of practice, we deserve better.
