Great graphics, fun gameplay and good feeling. This looks like an F-Zero game and plays like one too. A nice game for 30/60 minutes with your friends.

I loved Neo, and I love this game as well.

Controls seem to have improved a bit, and difficulty seems to have been scaled down. Now that's both an improvement and a flaw: yes the races in Neo could get soul-crushingly frustrating on the hardest modes, but that also gave you a massive adrenaline rush if you managed to reach first place, and that feeling isn't really here. Now that's both an improvement and a flaw: yes the races in Neo could get soul-crushingly frustrating on the hardest modes, but that also gave you a massive adrenaline rush if you managed to reach first place, and that feeling isn't really here. Overall though, the single player campaign is a blast, and now every speed league has its own hero mode, yay!

Local multiplayer works amazing as well, great fun with amazing graphics at flawless 60fps, even when the Switch is undocked. It's just a shame Hero mode isn't playable with others.

The problem comes with online multiplayer. Other vehicles keep stuttering around you and if you look at the minimap other players just warp all over the place, even way off the track. And then there's some issues with the HUD showing me I'm in first place, but then when I finish it says I'm second or third. Now all of this might be because players are exploiting glitches (as was the case with Neo), because of bad servers or poor programming, but it pretty much ruins online mode either way.

It's a real shame since the rest of the game is so great, but in 2017, indie or not, heck even Nintendo or otherwise, if your game has online features they should perform way better than they do here.

It may need some more polish in its modes to race with the big leagues, but Fast RMX is a great title with challenging difficulty and beautiful locales that are matched with its nose-bleeding sense of speed and arcade-inspired mechanics.

Its not bad if you get it for a good price. Graphics are pretty decent in handheld mode and its a pretty fun arcade racer.

On the other side, there are no weapons like in wipeout, nothing really new or exciting on the level designs and those switching color mechanics dont really do it for me.

This game was one of my biggest expectations for Nintendo switch and became one of the biggest disappointment, don't take me wrong game looks beautifully and brings real feeling of high speed but AI opponents simply unfare, it just killing any interest in to continue to play it. Beautiful but very unbalanced game.

Cool indie game but lacks a bit polish. I would love to see some guns or stuff like that in a future racer. If You enjoy fast paced future racer Youll still enjoy this one.

    Pros:
    - The price
    - The scenarios are nice - Gameplay is simple and you get ready to run with few selections, nice if you want a game that goes straight to the point - The price made it worth buying it Cons: - Graphics are not bad, but not the most awesome - It's hard sometimes to press the highspeed button while you are accelerating at the same time, unless you play with one

Until Mario Kart Deluxe comes out this will be my go to racing game with friends.

It's fairly competitive and has a great variety of maps which definitely makes it worth the 20€ purchase. The minus is the dull online mode. You get thrown in a random party, vote for a map and at the end of the game you get points depending your finish. No ranks or anything, just like Mario Kart. Other

A decent racer that's worth the buy. The 'switching phase' idea isn't too amazing, but definitely something.
However, once Mario Kart 8 Deluxe comes out, there's not much reason to get this instead, unless you want the cheaper alternative.

Fast RMX, in my opinion, is another generic futuristic racing game that doesn't really add much to the conversation. Take that with a grain of salt, however, as I am not a racing fan in general. The boost mechanic is odd, and makes you choose the color of the booster on the track to allow you to boost, otherwise it basically stops your vehicle in it's tracks. Also, the technical aspects of just controlling the vehicle are difficult, as even after playing through the game, I found it hard to not hit walls and obstacles. Could be user error, or just that you need to really work at it, but maybe that's this game's "thing" is adding extra skill needed. Not sure. The game is pretty straight forward otherwise, no frills, you start the race and try to get 1st place, or a certain time. That's about it. If you are a hardcore racing fan, then this game is probably for you, OR if you are an old school F-Zero fan looking for a nostalgia trip, then give this a go, but anyone else should do some more research before plunging in. The game has a nice graphics and fun, fast-paced gameplay. I enjoyed playing it with friends and alone. At the same time, it bore me quite quickly and although I sometimes go back to it, it didn't hold me for too long - and I am not sure why. If you are into fast-paced driving games though, you can risk it. It's not too expensive and can entertain you for a while.

great graphics with solid 60fps during the game.

however, when talking about the gameplay, it's just a mediocre imitation of WipeOut series.
Same techno style soundtracks, but much more boring. Same championships, but much less fascinating. Sometimes the camera position is weird, making it difficult for player to control.

but at least, it's a playable game with good graphics for only $19.9.

Okey game, I wish it was a little easier to avoid obstacles that come at you and geme looks cheap sometimes, but it's still a great title. If you are into racing games like this you will like it.

Very smooth gameplay on Nintendo Switch, 60fps, good graphics, the color change boost idea is also very fresh, but the AI level is very difficult

If you haven’t played Fast Racing NEO on Wii U (or you have and you want more of the same, but prettier), if you miss F-Zero, if you can’t wait to get your hands on the new Wipeout, don’t think twice about buying Fast RMX. [05/2017, p.71]

    A well-built racer that certainly stands up to the legendary pedigree of the F-Zero series. [Issue #27 – May/June 2017, p. 21]
