Jan 16, 2020Drawngeon: Dungeons of Ink and Paper certainly looks interesting, with its (literal) pen and paper visual environment. Once the action gets going, however, the game turns out a bit too frustrating when it comes to the controls and the overall gameplay experience, which feels rather repetitive and simplistic, even if there is still some fun to draw from it.

Jan 6, 2020Future iterations or sequels fro Drawngeon could well see it become a series worth paying attention to. The strong hit of nostalgia, as well as the unique visual style, give the game a foundation much stronger than many of its genre peers. The execution is deeply lacking, though. The lack of variety in gameplay systems, and the completely unsatisfying approach to character development, leave Drawngeon feeling hollow and a grind within minutes, and that's just not good enough.

Aug 29, 2022Just a genius game, I just bought it for $2 and started eating the money. A game where you can eat money can't be bad!
