Jul 26, 2020I wanna love this game but it's a very very clunky port. Music is great, visuals are pretty bad, combat just doesn't feel right. I also had multiple crashes through my gameplay. I finally finished it and have no desire to replay it so I shall be selling it.

Jan 2, 2023I understand a lot of people love this game.
It looks great, the controls are good, it plays well, in fact I'd say everything about it is very well done.
This is just not the kind of game I'm into.

Oct 25, 2019Darksiders 2: Deathinitive Edition represents a different but by no means less enjoyable experience than its predecessor. The plot may be very simple but it's competent enough and the game's missions, side quests, plentiful loot and soundtrack all add up to make this an involving and rewarding experience around such a rich, well-crafted effort.

Oct 24, 2019Darksiders 2 is a good game, and this is a decent port to try if you haven’t managed to try it yet. While it does have its hiccups, the game is ultimately the same game you’ve seen elsewhere for better or worse. Despite how slow the series can take to tell the overarching story, I still look forward to seeing what they do with these characters and with Darksiders Genesis. If you’re picking this game up for the second time let’s face it, you want to see what’s going to happen to.

Oct 24, 2019For fans of the series the Deathinitive Edition’s arrival on the Switch is the perfect excuse to go back and relive the adventure, it’s as good as you remember. For everyone else there’s never been a better time to embrace Death.
