Despite suffering from some issues on the user-experience end, Clue: The Classic Mystery Game is a lovable take on the classic board game, and one of the best renditions of the murder mystery to date. With new DLC, there’s never been a better time to check it out on Nintendo Switch!

It did not work. I tried to get on with my family, and not only did I buy the game for the switch, but we all had to pay $4 for the phone app.It did not work. I tried to get on with my family, and not only did I buy the game for the switch, but we all had to pay $4 for the phone app. We could never play a game. It either told us our code was invalid, or would drop someone from the lobby just before a game. Full Review »

First off: I bought this on sale for, iirc, 80% off. I definitely wouldn't pay full price.

The single-player mode works well enough, though

The single-player mode works well enough, though since the AI never varies its play style, it gets predictable pretty quickly. The online multiplayer is great when it actually works, but holy glitches Batman! Laggy games, dropped connections; you name it, it's rife with it. I'm especially enjoying (/s) how the latest update somehow means that the character selection screen only works about half of the time.

Still, if it goes on sale and you particularly want to play Clue, there are worse ways to spend your money.
