    It did not work. I tried to get on with my family, and not only did I buy the game for the switch, but we all had to pay $4 for the phone app. We could never play a game. It either told us our code was invalid, or would drop someone from the lobby just before a game.

    First off: I bought this on sale for, iirc, 80% off. I definitely wouldn't pay full price.

    The single-player mode works well enough, though since the AI never varies its play style, it gets predictable pretty quickly. The online multiplayer is great when it actually works, but holy glitches Batman! Laggy games, dropped connections; you name it, it's rife with it.     Despite suffering from some issues on the user-experience end, Clue: The Classic Mystery Game is a lovable take on the classic board game, and one of the best renditions of the murder mystery to date. With new DLC, there’s never been a better time to check it out on Nintendo Switch!

    If you like the board game, you will like this version of Cluedo for Nintendo Switch. And if you have not played it before, it is the perfect time to approach it. It is an adaptation that perfectly meets the dynamics of the classic board game, with a challenging system that keeps its strong point in online mode and player rankings.

    This version of Clue is a perfectly fine recreation of the board game in video game form; however, the lack of single-system multiplayer kills a lot of the utility of the Switch version. The mobile version offers a far better deal and is also way easier to get a bunch of friends together to play Clue digitally.
