Presentation in 51 Worldwide Games is gorgeous, from the rattle of dice in a cup to the gloss painted figures. Although not every game guarantees to show you the best time and online matches are often hit or miss, but overall it’s a solid title that will shine best with a party. Backgammon has never been more appealing!

Not bad, but disappointing. Obviously the game was made with multi-player in mind (2 players, mostly) meaning that on solo mode you're gonna have a hard time finding your fun. The only way to play online is to have a subscription to Nintendo Online, which I don't have and I don't want one either.

On single player mode, the game is ridiculously easy. When I'm trying the "impossible"

The only way to play online is to have a subscription to Nintendo Online, which I don't have and I don't want one either.

On single player mode, the game is ridiculously easy. When I'm trying the "impossible" level in any specific game, I'm expecting it to be almost "impossible" effectively, not to beat it on my first try. That is really becoming a major concern with Nintendo games. I hope one day Nintendo understands that the average age of gamers is not 8 years old like it was in 1988. It is significantly higher than that. Therefore their games have to be clearly harder than is it in Clubhouse Games.

But Overall it's OK I guess... Toy Games are trash - all of them - but Card games are great, and I discovered some really good games I didn't know, like Yacht Dice (my favorite) or Backgammon.

I was very excited to play this game and downloaded it immediately at launch. Playing by myself was awesome and I got to try all kinds of games without buying the boards which was cool. Brought some family in and was having a good time playing 2 player with Go, checkers etc. Was kind of surprised at how few games were multiplayer but for the card games it made sense.

    Then I tried 3

Then I tried 3 players and was hugely disappointed. 3 games. Out of 51 games, 3 are for 3 players or more. Doesn't include bowling, yahtzee, golf, chinese checkers, literally half the games that could have more than 2 players just... don't. For no reason. Huge disappointment for someone with a larger family.

Billiards doesn't have english on the cue ball.. I don't understand how someone can create a pool game and not know this was fundamental.
I made an account just to write this.

Great if you have a good internet connection. Can only play with my personal friends because the online is a disaster. Can play any PS4 game without issue.

Fun multiplayer! This is really great for co-op. It could be the ultimate party game collection if the games had more different backgrounds, designs, etc. Some of them just feel very low effort. I also like the personalities of the little characters, but I would have loved if they were actually animated characters. Not just figures. Would have given the game more charme.

Having so many great, timeless classics all together and so easy to pick up and put down at a moment's notice is spectacular. [Issue #48 – September/October 2020, p. 70]

51 Worldwide Games is not only a great collection, but also a kind of tutorial on the history of games from around the world. The project will not impress you with an unprecedented depth, but it will definitely be a great addition for any party with friends and a faithful companion during tedious trips.

51 Worldwide Games yearns to expose a forgotten world of entertainment. They're not all winners, but at £34.99 the amount of content here is incredible. [Issue 1#1, p.48]
