    A good collection of games for casual single player or online play, but the restrictions on single-system multiplayer are just absurd. Some games are unplayable in multiplayer unless you have multiple systems, and almost all games are unplayable if you have more than 2 players on one system.     It also has the annoying restriction of only being able to use joy-cons for single-system multiplayer. Do you only have the two joy-cons that came with your system and want to hook up a couple pro controllers with them to play some 4-player Blackjack? Too bad. Go **** yourself, I guess.

    But it does have a decent version of Riichi Mahjong with online play and bots so I guess that's worth a few points. Whatever.    … Expand

    I don't want to come off as review bombing, but this game is absolutely abysmal. Thankfully, it is cheaper than your standard first-party Switch title, but all thing considered, what's here should have been a cheaper eShop title at best. I'm also making a comparison on the grounds of this series' original entry on the Nintendo DS, which for the most part got the job done gameplay-wise.I don't want to come off as review bombing, but this game is absolutely abysmal. Thankfully, it is cheaper than your standard first-party Switch title, but all thing considered, what's here should have been a cheaper eShop title at best. I'm also making a comparison on the grounds of this series' original entry on the Nintendo DS, which for the most part got the job done gameplay-wise. This one does too, however, the first game also had many wholly unique modes to experience the games with such as a Mission and Stamp mode with unlockable incentives like visual themes for the individual games and additional music to work towards. Furthermore, and for lack of a better term, this game just lacks in "personality", and by that I'm referring to the overall vibe and aesthetics that first game had which really added to the original's experience regardless of whether you were playing via single or multiplayer. This one has polish and gives you the basic experience of each game, yet it does not make any attempt to go above and beyond, which is something that has become very commonplace with Nintendo's more recent casual titles.

    Hopefully the developers will give an update to the game that fixes some of these more pressing issues I have, and if I find anything that changes my opinion, I'll be sure to update this review.

    TL;DR Buy yourself a copy of the DS game. Currently it is only a fraction of the price, and I think almost everyone would get far more mileage out of it assuming you still have a DS lying around.    … Expand

    What a ripoff...
    Seriously there are like 7(?) games which you can play with 4 players online. No bowling, no darts, no yahtzee. Last Nintendo game for me. They are only disappointing in the last time.

Wanted a fun game to play on the TV but it sucks now this game is useless for the family. Don't buy Nintendo doesn't do refunds because they are a trash company. Waste of $40. Not everyone wants to use your dumb lamecons.     Beware dont buy!!! Yet another game nintendo has dropped the ball on. In reality they should fire every single developer involved in this poor excuse of a console game I've played flash games in 2005 that were significantly more polished than this turd. EVEN THE GAMES THEY COPIED FROM THE WII PLAY/SPORTS ARE TERRIBLY MADE AND UNFUN.. THE CPU is broken and the games are poorly programmed. IBeware dont buy!!!     This is a bad game. The only good thing about it is the graphics, which literally does not matter at all when you are playing such games. Why buy this when you can play better versions of EVERYTHING online. Don’t waste your time or money buying this garbage.

    I purchased this as a four player family game for use in the lounge with 4 JoyCons. We were hoping we finally had a wii sports type game. It’s not that. Only blackjack and ludo are available for four player local multiplayer. This game is not a family game as someone is always left out and crying. My kids turned it off after 10 mins. Nintendo has deliberately handicapped this title to avoid competing against standalone titles like Mario tennis aces. They shouldn’t have listed it as supporting four players, sticking to one and two player games to avoid confusion. My rating is a protest.… Expand

    Don't know what the Devs fought while making this game. Halfe of the games are filler. They bring no fun and are mostly done after one try. There are a few good ones. But if you'r playing alone you have to fight with unfair or stupid ai. In games with luck they just get in 9/10 times the better luck all the time (Ludo probability of 1/6 to make a kick, bot gets 9 out of 10 the right numberDon't know what the Devs fought while making this game. Same gos for pocker. Unplayabel against the bots. In other games with no dices they try to raise the difficutly with absolutly stupid bots on normal and on hard they get "normal". And i'm talking about things like the tank game where you have to shot the other player, the bot is not abel to do this right bevor me while im not moving. Realy frustrating. This game should have a warning, that its nearly not playabel alone… Expand

    This game isn't great. It's certainly fun for a while, but I didn't even have to buy this to play it. I could just hop on good old Google and have 1000+ clubhouse games waiting for me and my friends. 2+ player sucks. Local sucks. My friends can just bring their phones and laptops and then all of the sudden we have this game for free. I would rate this higher if these were all originalThis game isn't great.     If it wasn't for Mancala, the score would be zero. 51 Clubhouse Games? Yeah right, more like 1 game: Mancala, because all of the other games aren't as good. It's no wonder that they made Mancala the first game in the collection.

    51 Worldwide Games is not only a great collection, but also a kind of tutorial on the history of games from around the world. The project will not impress you with an unprecedented depth, but it will definitely be a great addition for any party with friends and a faithful companion during tedious trips.
