Feb 17, 2022Three unforgettable adventures that now jump on Nintendo Switch with smooth ports and some improvements, like bigger text when playing on handheld. But keep in mind that there is no new content, and graphics and controls remain the same since the previous edition from 2016.

Apr 12, 2022These might be the best games in the Assassin’s Creed series of games, and they play as good on Switch as on any other platform. Some gameplay mechanics haven’t aged well, but overall, there’s a lot of fun to be had.

Mar 12, 2022The Ezio Collection is an outstanding collection for Switch owners, besides being a great opportunity to get to know better one of the best characters in the AC series.
-
Feb 25, 2022A neat port of three now classic games that are fine to control on the handheld, but Assassin's Creed II falls a bit out of place considering that really is an old game. That said, if you have never played these titles before, then you will have a lot of fun with this one. At home on the couch, as well as on the go.

Feb 23, 2022Having The Ezio Collection together in a single package like this is the ideal way to experience these games. These are incredible games that, while showing their age, remain a joy to experience. There are absolutely weaker moments that feel a bit repetitive, but there are also plenty of reminders as to why these games are so highly revered. Assassin’s Creed Revelations in particular is easily one of the best entries in the entire series. This Switch release certainly has some drawbacks, and it's arguable that a straight port of the original games at a higher resolution might have yielded better results than this down-port of the remasters, but the net result remains positive. Performance is overall a significant improvement over the original releases and still a superior way to play. It’s unfortunate that Ubisoft has decided to work their way backwards through the original Assassin’s Creed story arc with their Switch releases, but even if you haven’t played the original, this trilogy holds up incredibly on its own.

Feb 23, 2022Assassin's Creed: The Ezio Collection is a great port of three of the most prominent titles in the franchise. It knows how to take advantage of Switch, but it doesn't get rid of its original negative points. Unfortunately some aspects have not aged well at all, but these games are still as entertaining as ever.
-
Feb 22, 2022The biggest draw for replaying Ezio's story in Assassin's Creed: The Ezio Collection on Nintendo Switch is having the option to play on the go. There are only a few minor sacrifices that come with playing the handheld versions of each game, but these are acceptable changes for being able to take The Ezio Collection anywhere. For anyone new to Ezio's story, or those that want to relive his three adventures, Assassin's Creed: The Ezio Collection is a great set of games that have been optimized for the Nintendo Switch.
-
Feb 22, 2022A great reintroduction to what are arguably the most iconic games in the Assassin’s Creed franchise. The Switch Edition allows for anyone to play the game the way they want; TV, handheld, or with the kickstand. Each game looks great however you want to play.
-
Feb 20, 2022Assassin's Creed: The Ezio Collection arrives on Nintendo Switch with an unjustifiable delay. The feeling is that Ubisoft has proceeded in a confused way, without providing certainties to users who have found themselves playing the saga, perhaps for the first time, in the wrong order. That said, the collection still delivers an extremely rich and fascinating experience, solid and consistent even in portable mode.
-
Feb 20, 2022This port has nothing to be ashamed of in the face of the PC, PS4 and Xbox One versions.

Mar 29, 2022So there’s a lot going on here and considering you get three impressive games with some very engaging story telling, it’s a pretty compelling collection. Visually it is showing it’s age a bit but the switch has it’s limitations and there’s only so much you can do bringing a game up to modern standards before you basically end up remaking the whole thing. Having said that, it’s not bad for what it is and it does do a decent job of putting the Switch through it’s paces.
-
Mar 1, 2022The Switch version of the Ezio Collection is recommended to the people who only own Nintendo's hybrid system, but whoever can play it elsewhere will save a lot of money. Still, a solid effort from Ubisoft.
-
Mar 8, 2022It’s hard to shake the feeling that Assassin’s Creed: The Ezio Collection almost feels like a history exhibit at this point. We may still be living with its legacy – and to be clear, it’s fun to play these games if you never did the first time around – it’s hard not to feel like it’s been surpassed by a lot of the games it influenced.
-
Feb 21, 2022Despite the fact that it contains three great games, Assassin’s Creed: The Ezio Collection feels a bit rushed, and has quite a few technical weaknesses. Also, while the trilogy is still fascinating in its own right, the comparison with the latest entries in the Assassin’s Creed series shows just how much Ubisoft has refined the formula since then, especially when it comes to the combat.

Feb 16, 2022Assassin’s Creed II is a great game and this is the only way to play it on the Nintendo Switch, and it’s a good enough way to do it. To simply explore Renaissance Florence while on the bus or lying in bed is a real treat. If that’s what you want, that’s what you’ll get.

May 4, 2022A mess of bugs and glitches in miserable 30 fps with - I'm not kidding - input lag. Never touch; buy an old gaming laptop and play PC version instead.
