Submerged: Hidden Depths is a relaxing, third-person exploration game set in a hauntingly beautiful world of water and ruins.

Play as siblings - one determined to use her curse for good, the other determined to not let it destroy them. Navigate the tranquil blue waters and pounding whitecaps as you scour the city ruins for the seeds of its salvation.

Mysterious villages cling to the crumbling tips of skyscrapers, remnants of the drowned city below. Enigmatic creatures ride the wake as your boat breaks the waves, while deep below, lost treasures sparkle amongst the growing darkness.

Submerged: Hidden Depths exists on its own chill plane – an exploration game that is truly about exploration and little else. Though some may feel that Submerged is lacking in mechanics, those that get onboard with its subdued vibe will find a lot of beauty in the experience. This is a gorgeous game, and exploring its mysteries is a reward in itself.

Submerged is a wonderful, melancholic exploration game, that builds a more defined and evocative world than many AAA games do.

Submerged: Hidden Depths must be taken for what it is if you really want to appreciate it: a descriptive and calm game, which in every way avoids creating conflicts.

Submerged: Hidden Depths is a shallow and tedious exploration game focused on exploring the ruined and flooded remains of a lost world. During your journey, you'll find peace and serenity, but little in the way of engaging gameplay. It's got some charm hidden beneath the surface, but not enough to hold your interest.

I highly encourage this game for anyone dealing with stressful situations in life. It's an "exploration game" and very much not your usual game.

This game may get bad or mixed reviews, but I think you need to understand, this isn't a game so much as an experience with some gamification.

I know that sounds weird but imagine tomb raider minus the combat, and without the ability to die. You might think huh, sounds boring. You'd be a bit wrong though. You'll find you only have successes. There is no true failing, and you are experiencing an emotional story happening as you progress. That is what this game is like.

I highly recommend trying it. I also think given the nature of the game it's perfect for folks with disabilities or young kids. It doesn't require fast reflexes and controls are simple enough to work with any controller.

Beautiful exploration and area-puzzle game, similar to the Breath of the Wild and the recent Tomb Raider games but without any combat. This game is bloody awful. The physics make no sense. You can climb really high steps but can't walk two steps in the right direction. FeetThis game is bloody awful. The physics make no sense.
