I would recommend this game to D&D fans only. I wish they did something alot better, like the world map menu's and the names of things are quite hard to understand some times. I just for lots of this game more annoying then fun. It is under par tactics game imo but then again it does have a spark of origionality.

Wish I could give it a higher score, but the game is lacking in many areas. First off, the interface is awful - perhaps the worst I have ever seen in a strategy RPG. Second, some levels ares so dark its hard to see whats going on. Third, graphics are simply ok. I was expecting much more from a highly anticipated title like this. Stick with Jeanne D'Arc - now that is an excellent Strategy RPG. Expand

Having never played D&D, i went into this game with the expectation that i would have a LOT to learn in terms of character creation, the battle system, etc., which i did. i was very disappointed to find that after all of the effort i put into learning how to create an effective party and gain a mediocre knowledge of the 3.5 rule set, i was still prevented from enjoying the game due to Having never played D&D, i went into this game with the expectation that i would have a LOT to learn in terms of character creation, the battle system, etc., which i did. i was very disappointed to find that after all of the effort i put into learning how to create an effective party and gain a mediocre knowledge of the 3.5 rule set, i was still prevented from enjoying the game due to cumbersome between-battle menus that made even simple tasks like equipping/trading items/weapons an absolute chore. i really tried to like this game but, for me, it turned out to be another one for ebay. This game would be better if they have more detail for customize character, a litter bit better graphic too and a tutorial for new player who never play DnD before should be great. 1. I felt completely confined by the rigid rules, limited skill opportunities, and a between-battle interface that's more complicated than figuring out the rules for grappling. [Aug 2007, p.103]

This game could use a little more polish, but it's entertaining for the right people. [Sept 2007, p.62]
