While not absolutely groundbreaking, the gameplay is really quite fresh.
-
[It] isn't for kids of the easily-frustrated, and should be tackled only by the hardcore puzzle nut that wants "Lemmings", "The Sims" and an average Japanese living arrangement rolled into one supremely hard PSOne nutcracker.
-
For those who like this type of game and would like to see a change from falling blocks this game will entertain you for many hours.
-
Electronic Gaming MonthlyIts a good thing to see a change from the usual block-dropper, but this is tough stuff. [Nov 2001, p.216]
-
Unfortunately, the game doesnt maintain any long-term interest: defusing problems and room-swapping tenants are more work than fun and the process becomes tiresome after the third stage or so.
-
While the gameplay is refreshingly unique (albeit confusing at first), the game itself is terribly short.
-
The Story mode lacks a story, the only other mode sucks, and without a friend to play against the game is just too repetitive to be worth buying.

GrenK.Jan 19, 2002Really inventive charadesign & awesome animations in a quite good puzzle game. Bored players will love it.
