Feb 15, 2022Quite nice game with some novel mechanics, however lack of budget is visible.

Sep 5, 2021It’s mediocre game at best..the atmosphere is so so but not believable..lack of work on characters and their mimics…and on the other hand..the control is dull..I think this game needed to be more polished and you’ll feel crazy how annoying the character run or even walk around..there is good music here and that’s the best of it

Mar 17, 2023I loved the atmosphere, the soviet location, architecture... the story is good, there are some good puzzles especially near the end. The music is great, thanks to the genius Akira Yamaoka. The control is a little clunky and slow, and the combat and stealth sections could have been better implemented. Overall it was a nice experience, the game is a little underrated.

May 27, 2023While using some interesting mechanics with the split-screen dual world stuff, this is an otherwise very mediocre game. i think it deserves the criticism it is getting for how its story handles some heavy issues, as well.

Nov 17, 2022Story ist wirklich in Ordnung. Beim Gameplay wäre viel mehr drin gewesen. Ganz interessant aber weit weg von einem Highlight. Kann man also mal durchspielen und das war’s dann auch schon.

Sep 11, 2023I expected more. Very lineal Gameplay, there's exploration, no combat but some kind of parry in one section or two. I personally dont like the scape sections. If you are interested in the story it'll be the reason to keep playing.

Nov 8, 2021All in all, The Medium is a good game, but not revolutionary and certainly not the new king of the genre. The story and atmosphere will stay with you long after finishing it, but the gameplay has a lot of room for improvement. If you prioritize a good story and a masterfully crafted atmosphere The Medium will not disappoint.

Oct 29, 2021Despite some impressive DualSense implementation, the blemishes embedded into The Medium's gameplay and narrative still show on PS5. While The Medium is an intriguing horror game, it certainly isn't a great one.

Sep 22, 2021With each game they release, Bloober Team continues to make strides, and The Medium is another such step. It has an intriguing story with intriguing characters. The game also has a nifty mix of old and new gameplaying elements.
