    Absolutely brilliant platformer. You rarely can find creativity and ideas that could compete with this game. Level design is surprising with every world and puzzles are super creative. The soundtrack is aspirant for best in 2020 for sure! Textures are insanely accurate and the overall look of this game is polished. Co-op maybe a bit too pushed but worth it.     Sackboy is an excellent four player platformer. Worth your time and money, you’ll be entertained the whole way through, especially if you dig a little deeper and look for all the collectibles. Of course, if you don’t, you’ll find the first 3 worlds on the short side as most can be completed in 2-3 minutes if you’re rushing through.

    Was a little worried with this game as I love little big planet and was unsure how changed it would be. Having a blast with it!

    One of the best plat formers I have ever played, and IMO the best PS5 launch game. It has so much to love, so much creativity and the graphics are gorgeous. So many textures! Also, very neat DualSense integration. I loved every seconds of it.

    Played through it in couch co-op with my wife. She was skeptical at first because we didn't like Little Big Planet very much. But this game was excellent. Super charming. Just the right level of challenge. Top notch music. Controls were silky smooth and intuitive. It was fair. The levels were well designed and fun. It had everything.

    Honestly one of the best platformers I have ever played outside of Nintendo. Between Demons Souls and this, the PS5 lineup is insanely good. Runs smoothly, vibrant colors, cool soundtrack, and very good level design. I plan to 100% this game over time. Its a shame coop online isn't coming until December or so but you need to buy this game ASAP. One of PS5's gems for sure. Btw it's not $70!

    Perfect platformer. There is no other title that can compete with with Mario like Sackboy. A multitude of levels, great challenges and a ton of secrets that make it a must buy, especially if you are looking for a fun couch co-op.

    Best platformer I’ve played since banjo kazooie! It takes the theme and fun of little big planet and makes it into a high quality platformer it’s like super Lucky’s tale but more creative and intuitive!

    An absolute joy to play, and a bigger challenge than I expected, which is a plus. Tons of great skins to unlock, excellent level design, and some of the better visuals I've seen

    Pensei que seria um jogo generico, mas a cada fase ele te surpreende e é absurdamente divertido, sem contar o multiplayer. Se o título do jogo fosse "Mario" seria 90+ para os críticos com toda a certeza.

The graphics are extraordinary, featuring exquisite texture work, great use of ray-tracing, and beautiful environmental effects -- an absolute showpiece for the power of the PS5. The gameplay is superb and the controls are tight. Excellent use of hapticSackboy: A Big Adventure has surprised me to become one of my all-time top 5 games, and unquestionably my favorite platformer ever. The graphics are extraordinary, featuring exquisite texture work, great use of ray-tracing, and beautiful environmental effects -- an absolute showpiece for the power of the PS5. The gameplay is superb and the controls are tight. Excellent use of haptic feedback. Clever and fun level design. Brilliant use of licensed and original music, including some stages that are choreographed to popular Top 40 tracks. Playing couch co-op or online with friends is truly a delight.     Had a lot of fun with this cute Sony mascot. Think Mario mechanics with an amazing art style and cute and fun enemies and friends. Amazing music and gameplay.

It's an amazing platforming experience for all ages, especially when playing with friends or trying to earn all of the many different collectibles found in each diverse level. An admittedly barebones story does not detract from what the game does best: carefully crafted gameplay accentuated by a childish and playful atmosphere that never failed to put a smile on my face. Hours in, and still far from 100% completion, I can't wait to finish writing this review so I can hop back into Craftworld, which is still as magical as it was when I first played the original LittleBigPlanet on my PS3. Thank you for such a great (and criminally overlooked/underrated) launch game, Sumo Digital. You have truly outdone yourselves. :)… Expand

    This is the very best platformer I have ever played. I never expected this game to be so good. It has so much charm and artistic ingenuity. Such good use of the environments, props like a boomerang and a grappling hook. It is phenomenal and an unexpected gem. I really believe this game will become a classic giving the likes of Mario a run for its money.

    Un plataformas de 10, muy divertido y con un diseño artístico increíble, una banda sonora muy buena llena de canciones tanto propias como licenciadas y un diseño de niveles muy acertado.

    This one is going to be a sleeper hit, all eyes are on Spider-man and Demon Souls. Solid, fun experience. I find this game much more complete than it's LittleBigPlanet predecessors. Well thought out out and a great platformer, especially for couch co-op. Don't hesitate.

The controls are responsive and less heavy compared to Littlebigplanet. We now have combat moves to freshen things up. The soundtrack is great, fits the overall mood and setting very well.     Sackboy is not groundbreaking in any way, but it doesn’t need to be. It’s a wonderful platformer that looks great, sounds excellent, and offers superb co-op. It is pure, varied fun and deserves much more recognition than it received overshadowed by Spider-Man: Miles Morales and some other big releases. [01/2021, p.38]

    Sackboy A Big Adventure goes out if its way to be a Nintendo-like platformer, and almost gets it right if not for a few small but costly mistakes. It's still a very good game, but could have even been better if the developers focused more on their own ideas.
