    Guardians of the Galaxy is the Mass Effect Andromeda we wanted. The space setting, the interaction with the characters (crew), the style of combat and the gaming experience in general is a better version of a Mass Effect game we wanted; add the awesome music and the absurd jokes of the characters and you got your self a blast of an experience.

    The most beautiful game. I haven’t experienced such emotions for a long time. Many interesting mechanics, beautiful graphics, well optimized. The story is addictive.

    Surprise of the year. Compelling story, performance and a well balanced between exploration and combat. Definitely a must have for marvel and superhero fans.

    Great game! Really fun to play, good story and really fun characters and dialogues. Sometimes its fun to just take a short break from gaming and just listen to them fight/ discuss some random stuff. There are some bugs present, but nevertheless an awsome game!

    The game is astonishing from the beginning to the end. They really nailed storytelling and dialogues, you are constantly entertained and never bored.. Action is great and graphics breathtaking. One of the better Marvel games and one of the best Story based linear games i played in my life.

    Easily one of the best super hero games and a great game in general. Really the only issue I had was occasionally enemies would go out of bounds stopping progress but the game had good enough checkpoint that it didn't matter

    I had a such an amazing time with this game. The story in this game was incredible! It contained so many addicting elements that it made me continue to play for hours! The gameplay wasn’t the best, and the visuals wasn’t the greatest, but In my opinion, the story is the greatest piece of this game.

    Been years since I laughed and felt so close to characters in a game! I absolutely love this, the delivery, the banter, the mentions and references. I'm not a big fan of comic book movies, but the game absolutely earned my heart. ITS METAL!

    Gameplay wise some people may not be into it too much. But for me, walking around, looking at the scenery and listening to the Guardians, I was satisfied. Combat can be very chaotic, however I played it on very easy, since I was there for the story and experience.
    Great thing about difficulty is that you have so many parametets to set. You can make it (combat) as difficult or easy as you want it to be.

    All in all, for all Guardians (and Marvel) fans out there, this is a fantastic storytelling game, a must have for the fan. Great!

    Since I became familiar with the Guardians, I am loving them. It also pleases me that they haven't got a bad game yet, would also recommend 'playing' the Telltale series. I really, really hope that there is a sequel to this game!    … Expand

    Binge played it, the combat is a little repetitive but the lore and just amount of Easter eggs, story, fun, and honestly just amazing content in this game makes it a must play for Marvel fans

    Went into this with such low expectations Based on how Avengers was, and only bought it on sale because I didn’t have anything else. Wow I was surprised. Action was awesome, story was great and even way better than the movies imho, acting was great, even small choices had funny or surprising consciousnesses. Basically everything I wanted from a great action adventure game.

    If you want a game to get your money's worth it's this game, on average it will take you about 24 hours ideally to finish it. What I mean by "ideally" means that there is replay value if you miss a skin or want to explore a different choice taken. Your choices matter but I highly recommend to stick by your choice because some choices unlock different    For people who hasn't got the game:

Your choices matter but I highly recommend to stick by your choice because some choices unlock different trophies than others. Combat is nicely paced but you have to remember it's a companion RPG so you have to use the Guardians a lot to do significant damage. WARNING: Star-Lord is purposely weaker but in the next paragraph I will say how you will make him powerful so keep reading. NO MICROTRANSACTIONS need I say more? Humor some hits and some don't and the soundtrack is nice and expansive. There is minor issues that removes the immersion but the highlight word is "minor", so you will still have a good time.

    Things to know or missed:
    Throughout the game you will be given chances to pick up components that will allow you to unlock perks in workbenches where you ask Rocket to craft them, a thing to know is: It's okay if you miss a component there are many chances to get the components you need and you will have enough for the end of the game. If you are a streamer or youtuber there is a licensure music feature that will use different music in case if you are scared to be claimed or flag. YOU CAN MAKE STAR-LORD VERY STRONG and here's why: while lock on to enemies on your reticle that shows you the bars of your ELEMENTAL guns and that reticle would be mostly gray but depending on your distance it will switch to red meaning at that distance you will do a lot of damage and most of the time it's at a closer range making you vulnerable to be hit but you can dodge or have a Guardian to stun/root them. Another tip for Star-Lord while locking on again, next to the enemies health bar you will be given a symbol, that symbol either represents the 4 elements that you will get throughout the game or it can be regular blast or charged blast. Those symbols represents the enemy's weakness making the white bar to grow allowing a unique execution animation to be activated to do damage or to finish the enemy.

    Rev:
    This game came from the foundation of Final Fantasy 15 using your companions on the fly during combat but added to it using the unique talents of each companion to traverse the various worlds. The only thing that made the game barely a 8 out of 10 is because there is a lack of polish with audio, frame rates, and loose world structures where you would get stuck.

    Cons:
    I don't like the fact that the pacing of audio will overlap at times and most times cut off abruptly because you go to a new section of the level, the game has so much dialogue to learn more of the Guardians that the game can't pace it well. Unfortunately I had to stand still to let all the dialogue to finish then proceed because having the audio to cut off really removes me from the immersion. Frame rates was rare but when it happens, it happens hard and can be terrifying thinking you might crash. Most likely it will crash because it did to me like twice or sometimes the cut scenes freeze a bit then continues. The loose structures will sometimes blend Star-Lord to a structure (mostly metallic structures) making him stuck which leads to you to reload to the last checkpoint.

    Pros:
    The good parts of the game was the voice acting and the overall characters of the Guardians. A few of which I prefer have them in the movies than the ones we have in my opinion. Each character has their own backstory that you will learn overtime just by talking to them via artifacts or them standing alone pondering, resulting you as the leader to check on them and sympathize with them. The telltale aspect of the game is pretty interesting but the game is still linear which is quite compelling. You would make a choice at an earlier chapter and you will see the result later the game. Combat is like Final Fantasy 15 like I said earlier, but I like how they make Star-Lord a bit weaker than the others having you combine various abilities to take out the enemy. Fan service is huge if you explore deeply or even have the chance to experience it, or simply if you caught it. The worlds you explore, each world has it's own theme like the 2nd world is stormy therefore rich with plant life and Knowhere is this dark cyberpunk esthetic. The colors are so great from either in space or in the worlds you explore. Another pro is NO MICROTRANSACTION skins are unlock by finding them and a big soundtrack from streamers/ content creators and for the community.

    How to make this game 10 out of 10 (in my opinion):
    Do more polishing and make the pacing of the audio better either remove it , have more opportunities to talk to them, or expand the map so all the dialogue fits in it. I can see this game having multiplayer but for this to happen have each character play differently like mechanically different.    … Expand

    Amazing story, Ambiance, colors. First time I saw the gameplay footage on youtube, I was like ''Meh it look terrible and not fun at all'' I give it a try and I can say, i'ts a lot of fun! I'ts not like every games, total fresh air.

    Amazing game. Top notch story with links to the actual / current MCU. Combat system could have been more deep but hey that's how I like it. Length of the game was totally fine. Music was amazing, so thrilled to huddle up :) Will play it again for sure :)

After becoming tired of all the open-world bloated games, I really loved the linear gameplay. This game felt concentrated and to the point. The interactions between the characters were genuinely hilarious and enjoyable, but I got tired of Rocket being a total jerk.     If there are any bad things to name than it’s no open world game. It’s like a walkthrough movie with some hidden secrets and adventures. BUT the dialogs are great and very funny. Every steps you make through the game is different and new. Great atmosphere and storytelling. If you want to have a playable marvel movie with a great story buy that game you won’t be disappointed

    Game is nice but many mechanics are very archaic. The Invisible barriers are everywhere, you can't even go back when stepping on the cliff. In the age of open world games this is ridiculous. I feel like I'd travel back in time to all those games that treated players like retards...

    Excellent game, with great general and detailed story about the characters. The graphics are very beautiful. The gameplay is average, nothing special, but fun enough. It's not a 10, because I found several bugs, but nothing that spoils the experience.

    Very surprised with the overall quality of the game. Towards the end, combat can get repetitive but the story is very good and the characters are well developed, with their little quirks adding elements of comedy throughout the game. Really think the developers did an amazing job on this !

    A quite enjoyable game all in all, with a simple but atractive story and fun characters, that doesn't get a higher mark because of its confusing combat, where you just don't know what is happening at times. You get used to the controls, that are easy to manage, but those controls can't be used at some points, or you just don't know what is damaging you when surrounded by many enemies.     Every scene is carefully prepared, the dialogues are great. The personalities of the characters are incredible.

    I love this game, I think it has a great story, the characters are are very unique and with amazing quiks that make each of tem unforgettable.
    The music of the game is also perfect, the selection is so well chosen, I could just keep listening to those classics. In fact, I do that, on spotify. But its use in the game is a job very well done.
    What prevents me from giving the game a better    I love this game, I think it has a great story, the characters are are very unique and with amazing quiks that make each of tem unforgettable.
    The music of the game is also perfect, the selection is so well chosen, I could just keep listening to those classics. In fact, I do that, on spotify. But its use in the game is a job very well done.
    What prevents me from giving the game a better score, for me, is the length of the game. For me it is too short, I wish I had more time with the characters and some developments.
    The gameplay for is good, however, it is only good because the game is so short, otherwise it would be ridiculously repetitive. Since I wanted to get the game's platinum trophy, I had lost some collectibles and had to play it again, which was not the best experience.
    The collectibles also, some are nice references, some are more story, but I think they were a little boring to find. It is rare that you find a collectible, read the text and feel satisfied. At least for me.
    However, it is a very, very good games, with marvellous moments and really good pacing.

    Spectacular story telling, awesome badass moments, fun and engaging combat, insanely nostalgic and great music, and some of the best graphics i’ve ever seen. I almost didn’t get this because of how they butchered the avengers game, but I can 100% say they’ve redeemed themselves!

Combat is simple yet fun-it is so satisfying to combo all your parties abilities and see how they decimate the enemies or health bar of the boss. Characters were really well written and story pulls out some surprises.     An incredible story with an spetacular soundtrack, I underestimated this game after the studio’s marvel’s avengers, but this game really surprised me in all ways possible, I really wish I could forget it to play it all over again.

    ultra god game, its very cool all the details that have, even the most insignificant ones! i love it, it have some bugs, for example, characters not graving things in correct form, or talking each other in rare positions, but its perfect, AND THE MUSIC!!!

    Excelente experiência com este jogo. Não tinha grandes expectativas, mas a história e personagens surpreenderam muito pela positiva.
    Em termos de jogababilidade, torna-se, às vezes um, bocadinho confuso. No entanto esta lacuna é superada pele envolvência de todo o jogo.
    Não esquecer: a banda sonora foi das melhoras que já experienciei em videjogos.

    In my opinion it’s one of the best games in Marvel universe. Especially about this crazy and funny band)
    During all their adventure it was nonstop laughing from my side. Really interesting story and characters.
    Gameplay is simple, but it won't make you bored.
    Overall I strictly recommend you to try it.

    This game was a lot of fun and kept me interested throughout the storyline. I loved the banter between the Guardians and my ability to "participate" through dialogue choices was a refreshing change of pace.

    Gameplay was smooth. Just a ton of fun. Highly recommend.

    Junto a Spiderman de PS4-PS5 uno de los mejores juegos en el universo de Marvel jamás creado! Me encantó este juego, la historia es sensacional, los escenarios tremendos, si te gusto la pelicula este juego te va a maravillar, tiene un humor 10/10 y los personajes son tremendos, uno de mis juegos favoritos de PS5 sin dudas, lo recomiendo! Lástima que no reciba la atención que merece.

    Me ha parecido un juegazo de los que hacía tiempo que no jugaba. A nivel argumental es una historia original, entretenida muy en la linea de guardianes de la galaxia. El doblaje al castellano es espectacular, a nivel jugable es dinámico y responde con suavidad. Muy recomendable

    Absolutely fantastic! The music, the visuals, the story, , the music, the dialogues, and the soul - it is all there! Did I mention the music?.. You know that this is THE game when the opening sequence features a fully fledged metal album made specially for this, a mention of Blue Öyster Cult, and the first password being 0451. It just made me smile and laugh non stop.

    Guardians of Galaxy are the real blast that Marvel fans needed after more than mediocre Avengers. The “worst” part of the game is a mere fact, that you are not able to enjoy every single comment in the background and enjoy very well written characters.

    The story is entertaining, and it features characters from the Marvel universe that haven't yet surfaced in the movies, such as Fin Fang Foom, Lady Hellbender and the Nova Corps. Add in the requisite humor and self-deprecation and an eclectic killer soundtrack, and you get one of the most enjoyable games of the year.
