Sep 12, 2021I want to love this game, i really do. The gameplay is very good, the puzzles feel smart, the graphics are okay... BUT OH MY GOD THE STORY IS UNBEARABLE! Such a goofy bad written mess. And the english dub has an annoying goofy greek accent. In the end the game feels too long, repetitive and i just dragged myself to finish it.

Jun 11, 2023Really fun and good combat but like most ubisoft games, its big and soulless. But still more fun to explore in this one then in any assassin creed games.
Cliche Disney narration and dialogue, goofiness and puns, so the worst kind of dialogue. -

Feb 5, 2021It's okay, nothing special. Bit repetitive after a while and is a lot like the other Ubisoft games, also graphics aren't too nice you can notice the way she runs. 10 is way too much as well as 9 considering it's on next gen, 8 hours in and I won't be playing it again.

Jan 15, 2022There is a nice story with humorous twists about interesting myths (greek mythology), which is great because it distracts you from the bad level design, poor puzzles and atrocious combat mechanics. For the combat, it looks like Ubisoft took Assassin's creed's bad combat mechanics and asked themselves how they make it worst.

Nov 27, 2021I didn't expect such a good game from Ubisoft. Give it a try, it has some fun puzzles and the gameplay is really smooth. Don't expect a great or very serious story and you won't be disappointed.

Dec 9, 2022Your basic Ubisoft open-world game; big island with lots of stuff littering the map, sidequests, and tacky humor.

Mar 26, 2023Decent game. Usual Ubisoft open world/collect the icons romp. Too many puzzles which gets tedious after a while. Good graphics with great draw distance. Decent combat and progression. However, rage quit after 20 hours because the last world is one of the worst designed levels in gaming history. I hope Ubisoft goes bankrupt.

CD-ActionJun 9, 2021It is very hard to avoid comparing Immortals to The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. Despite obvious inspirations it is a typical Ubi-game with all its pros and cons, an inventory screen copied almost exactly from Assassin’s Creed, and a store with premium items. Anyhow, it’s Ubisoft’s most interesting game in years, definitely worth checking out for its satisfying exploration accompanied by simple combat and tons of good puzzles. [01/2021, p.62]

May 25, 2021Ubisoft's open-world titles can invoke burnout towards their conclusion - crumbling under their own weight due to their size. Instead, this is a real palette cleanser. It feels like it hits that real sweet spot in the genre of the open-world adventure games. The world is large but enjoyable to explore, with just enough to do, and the constant commentary keeping things interesting. This combined with the genuinely funny and smart writing results in something that will be the big surprise hit for many.

Game World Navigator MagazineFeb 17, 2021Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. Breath of the Wild set the bar for the genre, and since Link never got around to visiting Ancient Greece – there’s no shame in sending Fenyx there instead. [Issue#251, p.56]
