    Game is basically a copy of gt sport with a little gt4 thrown in, will be collecting dust until things are fixed.
    Problems:

    Shame on you Sony. To add a personal view, I bought a PS5 just to play this game - its the "exclusive" which made me choose a PlayStation. NEVER AGAIN. AAA games should never have MTX or cosmetic only MTX. Anything else logically diminishes the game in order to create a problem that players can solve for real world money. You choose to do this for an exclusive title, one that in the past has been a launch title multiple times.

    If anyone still wants more detail of the good and the bad, pro's and cons are below:

    Pro's
    -------
    * Very beautiful game, graphically superb in fact, especially if you have a 4k HRD screen. Races with day to night cycle have a fantastic feel.
    * Attention to detail is amazing. The tracks, cars, interiors, paint finishes, wheel rims etc are all lovingly recreated, with surprising detail.
    * Plays very well on the controller, with force feedback being detailed and immersive
    * Wet weather simulation is good, not the best, but looks great, and effects your car in a pretty realistic way - certainly enough to be fun

    Cons
    --------
    * Most expensive cars to date in a Gran Turismo series.
    * Most expensive cars upgrades to date in a Gran Turismo series.
    * MTX is the most expensive in history. Many cars costing upwards of £30, and the worst case is way over £200 - Are you completely out of your mind Sony?
    * Hardest grind for money to date for any active Gran Turismo game. THE absolute kicker here, was reducing the race prize pay outs AFTER the game was reviewed
    * One of the few Gran Turismo game where you can not sell cars you do not want. So if you're one of the few people to win a decent car and you don't like it - tough, no swapping it for you.
    * Roulette Tickets are a complete joke. Gives the impression of being random but see how often you avoid the smallest cash prize! Or win an "invitation" to buy a car, which is limited in time, and you wont be able to afford unless you have grinded the game to death already.
    * Multiplayer is still in development, and is evolving, so has fairly limited content
    * During maintenance periods due to DRM the only thing you can do is play music rally's. No off line mode for the single player campaign. (Makes no sense on the PS5 version at all)    … Expand

    Tricked players into buying and then updated to show it's real face, which is a pay more real money to get cars. Roulettes are rigged to always give you the least payout available, cars overly expensive and credits given from races is a pittance. Add to that buying invites and credit cap and you get either grind forever or pay up.

Basically the game was in pretty good shape and the microtransactions (MTX) weren't too egregious until AFTER the game was released, they got their couple of weeks of profit, then showed their true colors by patching the game to eliminate ways to earn money in game, increase theAbsolutely disgusting what Playstation Studios and Polyphony Digital did by exploiting the early review system.     The amount of egregious microtransactions in this game is absolutely deplorable and has really strained my trust as a consumer with Polyphony. I expected them to make a masterpiece for their 25th anniversary, instead they've made a mockery of themselves for following the corporate norms. Shame on them, will be boycotting this game until the economy is revised.

    Introduced scummy microtransactions incentivised by reducing the amount of ingame currency you get from actually playing the game with an update 2 weeks after launch, so they could get people to buy the game for 70$. Should be illegal.

    Très décevant... Aucune course départ arrêté sur toute la carrière, ennuyeuse et très courte. Ou sont les courses d'endurance ? Si on veut collectionner des voitures il faut farmer des heures c'est très nul. Les sensations de vitesses ne sont pas bonnes, voir la concurrence avec Ride 4 ou Riders Republic par exemple

I have enjoyed this game more than any other modern grid racing game and see it as a noble and high achieving revisit to the original gran turismo 4 which epitomized the GT brand in my opinion.     I am a playstation player since PS1 , and.never in my life I had reason to feel shame or hate Sony, but this game , turned into an EA Fifa With cars , pay to Win sucks but this game go deeper it IS A PAY TO PLAY ! It sucks so much! Dont buy it , give it back If you Live in a serious country !

    I love the presentation and racing so much. The graphics are great as well. I'm a PlayStation guy for life but I cannot condone the clear cash grab direction this game is taking. What is on offer without MTX is worthy of a 6 but nothing more due to post cafe racing being hampered so badly due to greed. The fanboys defending are pathetic

    Started out as typical Gran Turismo with slow and dull menus and slow progress earning money, then went offline for an entire day and came back worse then before, nodes look nice at least.

Developing a AAA game as a F2P is aberrant and Sony + Polyphony Digital deserve to be boycotted for proposing a game broken by a game design that pushes you to go through the MTX.     Finally a game where you cannot afford the cars you cannot afford in real life. Do you have to work for many month so you can buy a new car? Now you can relive that in the real Grinding simulator. Did you always think that GT2, GT3 etc. had to many interesting championships ?     Did you ever think in a racing game "I hate that I could by all the cars all the time - wait no longer in GT7 that problem is gone - half the cars are only available by chance in the dealership and if you do not have the 200.000.000.0000.000.000.000 credits ready when it pops up - maybe it will shop up 8 years later again - don't forget to login every day.

If you are an old school gamer like I am and you are returning to the Gran Turismo franchise after some time, you are going to be rudely insulted. If you want to relive the glory days, get the ps2 or ps3 out and go back to the older games. GT7 is a turd wrapped in shiny turds. I'm so glad I didn't spend the extra money on the premium edition. The £70 i paid for the standard edition is already a huge waste of money. They have the cheek to expect you to pay more money to buy cars. I just want play the game and race the best cars but I have no patience for the stupid license tests so I can’t progress. The insane amount of cars, incredible potential with tuning, and even the storyline with the collector books (btw that's how you avoid these so-called 'micro-transactions'...you PLAY THE GAME...deeeerrrppp"), there literally is nothing I can say negatively about the game.     There are many things I like in this game, I finished all licenses, cafe and missions on gold medals, there is good sountrack and I generally enjoyed the game, but what I do not enjoy is that that after I finished all things I mentioned above, my balance is 350k credits. Why? Because for every stupid race I have to tune my car, buy many types of tyres and it costs so much money. RewardsThere are many things I like in this game, I finished all licenses, cafe and missions on gold medals, there is good sountrack and I generally enjoyed the game, but what I do not enjoy is that that after I finished all things I mentioned above, my balance is 350k credits.     Gran Turismo 7 has a lot of good and plenty of great. The use of DualSense and the particularly well-tuned loading is exemplary, and there's a huge amount of work behind the game, with a lot of detail that's almost hard to believe at times. [Issue#318]

    Gran Turismo 7 brings to the tracks every single thing fans always wanted: the GT Mode everyone loves, plenty of customization options, car loads, classic scenarios and one of the best DualSense and 3D Audio experiences the PS5 has to offer. This is the best Gran Turismo experience we have ever seen in a long time.

    Gran Turismo 7 is a love letter to motorsport history and an impeccable technical showcase. The franchise's traditional formula gets good improvements, but it's still extremely true to its roots. One of the best racing series ever shines spectacularly on the PS5.
