    Different game same s***
    Too much random rubbish in the gameplay. Keepers are terrible. Dive out the way for balls that are hit straight at them. AI is incredibly unintelligent. There are times when all AI defenders are standing still. Also strikers standing 5m in an offside position. Rebounds ruin the game. I put hours into a career mode only for it to be wiped. Glad this is the last year.

    Mainly play Ultimate Team, nothing new to the game besides some game moments activity. The gameplay is worse than ever. Nothing new regarding Career Mode and every other game mode.

    Servers have never been worse with the new crossplay, you can be login blocked on one account but login on to 4 other accounts for several hours. The market barely works at times... The whole UI is just    Mainly play Ultimate Team, nothing new to the game besides some game moments activity. The gameplay is worse than ever. Nothing new regarding Career Mode and every other game mode.

    They make so many mistakes, like releasing hero pack for 25k and taking it off after 20 minutes. Its just not fare and it keeps happening all the time. Also the gameplay still has alot of problems

    The best gameplay ever made in a football game. AI is challenging. The game is more cadenced and thought out.

    It just doesn't take 10, because the career mode - manager - remains very limited. They added some cut scenes, but there is still a lot to be created. The focus remains on FUT, unfortunately.

This year’s fifa couldn’t be more different, gamers do not play sports games but you hate EA so much that here you are.     The graphic is pretty much the same, updated players' face doesn't make any sense imo. I think the superplane animations are not neccessary in a soccer simulator. The launch was a disaster. Physics might have improved but the controls just became hardcore. I'd say I enjoyed the previous title more.     They said it's gonna be better this year, i laughed, but i gave it a chance...nothing's changed, idiot defenders who can't take position, bugged player impossible to tackle, GK who can save the impossible shot and fail the Easy one, 10 goals per game, scripts...well, the same **** every year

    Easily the worst Fifa game I've ever played, and I've been playing for 20 odd years. How they can make a game this unresponsive and sluggish on the most powerful game console to ever exist is beyond me. It's not the speed of the play that is the problem, it's the fact that the players you control take an age to do what you tell them to do. It's like playing via voice command.     Games a broken mess for offline you score once the ai then become untouchable can't get the ball can't save the the ball they will get a goal no matter there stats literally had a team worst cb make run from their end and score first time that wouldn't happen why is it I score then conceded a second later it broke un playable your last year and you muss it up aw well good riddance.

    Looks good on next gen. Player carrier can be better, FUT is amazing.

    Buggy, clunky, scripted. Again, a waste of money. Hypermotion is a big joke. Camera angles are awkward and again EA managed to deliver a product glitchy as hell.

    The worst football game ever created. Defenders don’t tackle, keepers can’t make a save, and it is so unashamedly rigged online that it doesn’t even make an effort to mask this. I thought FIFA 22 was bad, but my god, this absolutely takes it to the next level.

I played fifa 22 last year and complain to EA sport admin but they denay me and than blocked me. EA sport biggest lier company game in the world . This fifa I mean fifa 23 is not football this is handball . Dynamic difficulty adjustment is so hard and very bad in fifa 23 . This fifa is rigged before every match . I hope next year coming new football from another company because I never buy any product from EA sport. Very bad Very sadly. I hate EA sport football… Expand

Players feel sluggish, passing has a mind of it own, finishing is decent, camera glitches, goalkeeper hit boxes disappear from time to time and if you don't put money in you can forget about competing in FUT, they have ripped the soul out of football games.

    It's just not fun anymore, thankfully with EA losing the FIFA license, we may end up with a real football game. EA you will not be missed.

    Best advice: Save your money and buy a pet, sure it will urinate and crap everywhere like EA but at least it will learn, change, grow and feel part of the family - leaving you with that money well spent feeling.    … Expand

    3rd straight year that I can't play FUT from Turkey, because of the latency issues. It is nearly impossible to play if the ping is higher than 35ms, and this year it is always between 40-50.

    Can play volta/seasons without any issues that tells me fut servers are insufficient. Make a 10 dollar version if you won't supply us with the FUT service. Disgrace.

    They have somehow taken the fun out of a once fun game. I understand things change but the fact this game basically plays like basketball is too far. The idea now is to pass pass pass pass and tap it in the net. Dribbling and pace are pointless as they do not work. I just want to have fun and I’m winning every game I play and am left so unsatisfied after each match.

    Lots of lag and players run as if they are drunk..... Such a stupid game with a lot of micro transactions.. It's a pay to win type of game.

Hoard the ball in the midfield, spam 5 yard passes on the edge of the box and shoot across the goalkeeper. It's not fun. People say that a limited gameplay experience leads to a better skill gap.     In the end, the upsides far outweigh the downsides or omissions, and the creators' concentration on improving the modes that earn the most money is logical. As a whole, however, the game works well. [Issue#324]

    FIFA 23 is perfectly serviceable, the gluttony of FIFA fans won't find much to complain about. Truth be told, the formula is so one-dimensional that it is hard to get wrong after iterating on the same product year after year. Subtle tweaks to gameplay do mix things up, but not enough has been done to refresh the modes on offer. Either EA are out of ideas, or they are storing them up for their next game in their new franchise. Anyone looking a football game in 2023 though should certainly stick with the tried and tested FIFA.

    If better hair physics is what you were hoping for when it comes to the new edition of FIFA – you’re in luck! The hair looks gorgeous now. But as for the other, more important things we need, it is the same as always. It takes a bit of improvement and a lot to pay for it.
