    This game is probably my favorite souls game now! The game is so good looking, especially in contrast to other souls games, and the gameplay is the fun souls gameplay I have come to love!

    This is an amazing remake. Bluepoint has done the game justice. The visuals and the animations are top notch. This is the main reason I bought a PS5 and am %100 glad I did. Thank you Sony and Bluepoint for bring back one of the best games ever made.

    Absolutely wonderful remake of the PS3 classic. People who love souls like games will really love it. Same core gameplay mechanics as the original with some tweaks, gorgeous graphics, 60fps buttery smooth gameplay, great soundtrack. It's an astonishingly beautiful and a true next gen game. Kudos to Bluepoint games for creating this beautiful remake.

    Welcome to real next gen! Stunnig visuals ans superb graphic makes Demon's souls ps5's graphical benchmark. Playing one of the best RPG games of history in this graphic and dual sense controller is fantastic. I donno how to express my feeling. You should play it yourself and see why true next gen begins with demons souls remake

    No tiene Ray tracing, no tiene 4k nativos, anda perfectamente los 60 fps y gráficamente no se ve tan como lo esperábamos, es lamentable que se utilizará para abrir una nueva generación, al contrario de la competencia que no tenía nada pero no la kgaron como lo hicimos aquí.

    Amazing and gorgeous game. 60FPS mode just makes gameplay so silky smooth. Graphics are on another level and I’m loving the story so far. 10/10 for me.

    It’s exactly the same game as the original except it’s gorgeous. They even kept the rag doll physics. The haptic feedback makes the combat feel meatier. The game holds up after 11 years too.

Everyone who loves Souls-born games really should give his one a take.     Completely ruins the aesthetic and the atmosphere and the soundtrack of the original game, which is the very thing that made the original a timeless classic. It reminds me of the WarCraft3 remake; a cheap cninese knock-off (no offence to the chinese)

    Solo hay una cosa en este juego. Es lo mismo que el original, y no necesita ser más. Gráficos increíbles, la jugabilidad es la misma pero con muchas animaciones renovadas, increíble modo a 60fps.

With the sound palette being pretty consistent over the entire souls catalog I don’t really understand why Bluepoint took such liberties there.     Fantastic game originally, and even better with the QOL changes introduced by Bluepoint. Couple that with what is basically the removal of loading screens and that iconic Bluepoint Polish and we have the progenitor of the Souls genre in top form.

    As a massive souls fan I cannot recommend this game enough, the environments and atmosphere are amazing.     This remake is amazing, they kept the original identity and put a fresh coat on it, the shadows and atmosphere feels like the way it was intended to look like in the original, and now it can be played at solid 60fps to improve response time, no more excuses for me I guess lol. I doubt people realize this but this game is probably one of the biggest launch titles in any console.

    To be honest, I kinda wanted Demon's soul 2 or bloodborne 2, so when sony said they are making a Remake I was really sad.
    But after 10 hours playtime, I could believe how much I enjoyed this.
    Games feels so much new and fresh, it'a like I'm playing a brand new game although I played this back in 2009.     I have moved from Xbox to PS this gen and this is my first game on PS... What a game! Graphics are art and playability with the new duo sense is dope. I never had anything similar in 7 years on Xbox. Glad I moved and I feel sorry for the Xbox user who are giving a 0 or 1 rating as they wont be able to play any decent exclusive in years!

    I played Demon's Soul's on the PS3 and can safely say this is everything and more of what I expected. Trust me this game is no push over, prepare to die.
    Just don't waste your money on the Digital deluxe edition. It will give you literally no advantage.

    This was a very necessary remake and despite my worries bluepoint delivered. Ps3 took a lot of games hostage back in the game and there were some areas that ran terribly on it. Im taking one point off because pre order bonuses and deluxe edition stuff is pretty scummy for a remake that already costs 70 bucks

    to me. I enjoyed every single moment while i was playing on ps3, but this is beyond greatness. I hope their next project is Soul Sacrifice !

    Conserva la esencia del original pero con un aire muy muy renovado en cuanto a graficos y nuevos movimientos y mecanicas. Se siente volver al primer demons souls pero a la vez totalmente distinto, una experiencia increible y un remake mas que a la altura de el padre de los souls

    I have been playing this for 11 years. It was always an unkown gem. This the art that created a genre. A truly classic which everybody has to try. Now it is more accesible for new comers and it is better than ever.

    It’s a perfect remake and I think the only people who might be disappointed with it are… the die-hard FromSoftware fans. You see, the new Demon’s Souls shows clearly how much Miyazaki’s games have evolved throughout the years. The Dark Souls series simply does everything better. The remake looks like a prototype in comparison, while still being way ahead of other developers’ achievements in this genre. [01/2021, p.46]

    Overall, Demon’s Souls is still the most interesting and varied game in the Souls series. This remake not only looks lovely on the PlayStation 5 but is also a joy to play with all the tweaks and improvements that have been introduced. Now if only people would look past its supposed difficulty and see its carefully crafted intricacy instead.

    I went in expecting the world out of the Demon’s Souls remake and it delivered me the galaxy. I don’t normally speak this highly of games, but this is the one exception. Absolutely every facet of the original has been enhanced and it has stood the test of time. Bluepoint has done an incredible job at not only reinvigorating an underappreciated gem, but also leveraging the new technologies afforded to them with Sony’s new system. While there are a couple of minor technical blemishes, they don’t take away from how good of an experience this game is and Bluepoint’s diligence as a developer will surely see these kinks ironed out. This game is a system seller.
