    Multiplayer : Best Feature of The Game İs MP. Good Content, A Lot Things to Grind Even İn The Pre-Season and a Developer (Sledgehammer Games) That Keep Consistently Listens the Community Unlike İnfinity Ward. One of the Best Launched CoD Game Ever. Some Maps Are Way too Big But I Would Say 10/16 Maps Are Good For Fast Pace Yet Game Still Feels Slow on 6v6 on Some Maps. İs İt a Better MW ?     SP is good, but story could be better and more history accurate. It feels a bit to shallow. Also the poltical influence is not helping at all...
    MP is not as fun as in other COD games. Maps are too small and there are way to many power positions. It just not fun to play unless you´re going to camp or use power positions..

    It has been a long time since I played a CoD game. The story is fine but the length of it is short. I tried the Zombie part as well. I believe that it would be much more fun if you play with a friend when you want to play this mode.

    This is a solid multiplayer game. It’s a cross between MW(2019) and WAW with a little punkish alt history vibe. The gameplay is fast and fluid, weapons are absurd but fun. Overall a pretty decent title in the COD library. There are a few bugs you’ll occasionally run into, but if fast arcade PVP FPS games are your thing it’s a good time.

    I think in general the game is good, the campaign is good, but talking about the multiplayer, there are some problems, I think the major problem are the spawn ones, and some overpowered guns, but in general I have fun playing it and it has a lot of content.

    Personally, I didn't like Cold War. It was boring, and it lacked innovation. I see a lot of people saying the same thing about Vanguard, but I disagree. For starters, I love how you can choose your combat pacing. For those unaware, Vanguard has a setting where you can choose how many people you want in your games. This brings the life back to Vanguard. If you're playing tactical(thePersonally, I didn't like Cold War. It was boring, and it lacked innovation. I see a lot of people saying the same thing about Vanguard, but I disagree. For starters, I love how you can choose your combat pacing. For those unaware, Vanguard has a setting where you can choose how many people you want in your games. This brings the life back to Vanguard. If you're playing tactical(the slowest paced setting) and you're getting bored, you can always switch to assault(medium-paced) or blitz(fast-paced). This helps the game from becoming stale and boring like Cold War. Also, this is one of the first times in a COD where the amount of players in a certain map varies from map to map. This is definitely a step in the right direction because I never liked how huge maps like Euphrates Bridge would have the same amount of players as Shipment or Shoot House. It just didn't make sense, and I'm surprised it took Activision this long to fix this. Well, at least they did fix it, and the game is much better for it. Also, I'm really enjoying how guns can hold 10 attachments as opposed to the traditional 5. It allows for much more customization, and I'm here for that. As for the graphics, they are incredible. Especially people's faces. They look real. I find myself staring into these characters' faces for hours at a time, trying to find something that doesn't look real, but there's nothing. Don't ask me about Zombies. It sucks ass, but that's not what this review is about. Some dev at Activision took CW's Zombies and pasted it into Vanguard. If you want Zombies, PLEASE don't buy this game. The Campaign? Eh. Nothing much to say about it. More of the same. Too short. I buy COD for MP, so this review is mainly about Vanguard's MP.… Expand

    I've been a Call Of Duty fan since the games first came out, and will probably always be one. My biggest complaint with most installments is that the campaign mode is unbelievably short. It seems like the only real point of even getting a COD game anymore is for online multiplayer.     El juego es bueno en cuanto a jugabilidad y mecánicas. Tiene buenos gráficos en mi opinión jugandolo desde una PS5 con el VRR. Va optimizado el juego y pesa menos que otros call of duty. Vale la pena en mi opinión si esta en descuento a menos de 35$. El juego tiene mala calificación en general porque el modo zombies está mal desarrollado. Una campaña 7/10. Zombies 4/10.     Game is pretty decent from a multiplayer standpoint, except on some maps that are too small and sometimes literally spawn you in the middle of enemies. The new mode patrol I thought was a cool addition. Gun's are varied and killstreak's are cool. Time to kill is ridiculously fast and very twitch like. Zombies mode is so bare bones and not worth even trying. The campaign I thought wasI thought Vanguard was great in places and lacked in others.     This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. It turns out that it was actually better than I expected at launch. The Beta was kinda null in certain points, but Sledgehammer Games actually listened to what we wanted in the game, and they did it. Various adjustments and additions, balances, visibility, and everything else in betweens. The superior IW 8.0 engine did show the beauty here, but there are some things that I need to pointed out.

    (+3) Multiplayer at launch was better than I expected. Seems like they have tuned down their controversial and "rage-inducing" skill-based matchmaking (at least, from my perspective). Players are now rewarded more often and penalized less. A solid step-up from Black Ops: Cold War, where in that game, everything would not be able to go along together in the right direction.

    (+1.5) SUPPORT BOTH NVIDIA DLSS AND AMD FIDELITYFX SUPER RESOLUTION.

    (+1.5) Visiblity is an improvement here compared to Modern Warfare (2019). More colors are visible and you can still see characters in certain dark areas.

    (+1) Maps were well-designed, with balances between "predictable lanes" and "encourage camping." They allowed for a more wider-range of engagement, dynamics and balance of gunfights. Covers and destructible environments make this even more intriguing.

    (+0.5) Tons of settings to play around.

    (0) I wish the campaign was longer and go through the beginning of World War 2.

    (0) Despite using IW 8.0 engine. There are NO ray-tracing options in the game. A slight let down, but it really does not matter since a game like this demanded quick reaction and fast frames, and the game still look beautiful without ray-tracing.

    (0) Don't expect historical accuracy from this game.

    (-0.5) No factions. This can cause confusions during an intense gunfight.

    (-0.5) Sniper rifles take forever to aim. But I think they were intended to preserve their true roles to support from long range and not going in aggressively.

    (-1) Grinds take too much time. Even with Double XPs enabled, you can level up your weapon on average - 3 to 4 levels per match.

    (-1) Cheaters are in the game already! They got everything unlocked before they even play their first match! (Still not widespread, though.)
    [New anti-cheat is coming. I hoped that it will deal a major blow to them.]

    (-1) Some bugs were seen, hopefully they will fix them in the future.

You can see it as fast food guilty pleasure in the fps gaming scene. A lot of money for garbage content but you always want to have that option when nothing else is around.     Honestly, I expected worse this game is not as good as CoD MW:2 or any of those games but in recent years it's been a bit better than other games. CoD MW: 2019 is still the best CoD since CoD Black Ops 2. so I'm comparing it mainly to CoD MW: 2019.

    First of all you're here for the campaign because you know how multiplayer and zombies works with COD. It's COD. Now the campaign is not included on the disc. That's right people get the game without the GAME. It's a separate download once you've probably copied the disc then downloaded the most recent update. This gets 2 points knocked off.

Because this leads onto the important question why wasn't this just released a stand alone campaign? £24.99. It would lose them a lot of money, but it'd be the sensible thing to do for people who don't wanna play the multiplayer and the "zombies". Don't worry since this trick was pulled with the previous COD and i knew it'd happen again. I'm not giving them money, this is from boomerang rentals.

    So you've downloaded the campaign, can you play? no I'm sorry it's not all in one download, you have to download each pack before you can even start to play the campaign (I'm not kidding). So it loses another point.

    So you start in 1945, yes it's one of those games trying to be clever but failing it because we've seen plenty of media formats copy the same thing. I half expected a record to be scratched somewhere in this half hearted attempt for a first level. Lots of rain and a little buggy I had almost all my allied soldiers avoid shooting the Germans. As i stood on the train being shot at, I realised it was from the other train just behind where my allies were standing looking forward ignoring the German firing. I back tracked and sure enough 2 feet behind my allies a German soldier was firing at me. Not at them. Hilarious stuff. Yes this is the obligatory train level, so generic it only highlights what you're about to experience.

    Graphically it doesn't really stand out. Nothing that again made me think "I'm glad I have a PS5 for this". The sound seems copied from the previous COD game set in WW2 (2017). I wouldn't even be surprised if that was the case. honestly. Also like Aloy, if you spot yellow you can climb it.

    Can it be any more generic, yes. actually. Your first mission, as I've said is from 1945 and you're joined up with mix of various nationalities from Australians to Russians. Which is mostly just fantasy. Although the SOE did exist (so something factual still finds its way there). None of the characters are interesting; they're walking stereotypes. They even throw in racial slurs and to be honest it's just cringeworthy. They were probably going for "bold" and "insightful" but it feels tacky. it all feels forced (like a Russian in the SOE; pure fantasy). There's also 2 British soldiers among the 6, and you know that's not going to last. diversity laws and all. I'd have liked another female (French resistance) that'd have made more sense.

    Just always surprises me that you are all captured, and then the game follows the same tropes (back in time we go record scratches freeze frame).. the same formula (whether it's taking guns on a cliff face, or taking pillboxes on a ridge). There's nothing innovative here, nothing ground breaking. It's a shame. A lot of it is so disjointed and badly written. Honestly the caricature Nazi's should not have fallen for the terrible acting they do. It feels like a 12 year old wrote it for creative writing homework. You can tell Americans wrote it, the Australian uses "British" during "acting" when they mean the English. Scots and Irish shake their heads. Master - servant huh

    I can talk about the terrible implementation for example during the battle of midway as you're dealing with Japanese aircraft, if you go anymore than 100 metres away from a specific area you get the warning "return to mission" as a Japanese plane passes you by going towards that area. There's just so much technically and fundamentally wrong, it fails as a single player ww2 experience. Learn all these things about the plane which you'll never use. Hell EA's star wars squadrons did it better than this... attempt. But hey you wanna play a game where you can magically avoid all battleship gunfire and make 20 enemy planes disappear, just fly into the clouds. Don't worry more magically appear several miles later. The realism is off the scale (if you get a belly wound [cutscene] it doesn't magically heal). just drama for the sake of badly written cutscene worthy of a razzie award. (It also doesn't give you supernatural "focus" abilities! but sure enough in this game; it does! i feel every anime blushing at this nonsense)

    COD now feels stale. If you're just playing the campaign do not pay for this. Just rent it or borrow it or something. And unless you really like Zombies and Multiplayer that you can't get from a previous COD game or the current version. It's not worthy of your time.

But despite stupid "teenagers behaviors" at the beginning, after some time game was pretty enjoyable . Mission in Petersburg was very good!     A mediocre game. Not as bad as Cold War, still not good however. It is quite literally a lazy copy of MW2019. Maps are the only redeeming quality and even then they are not of the best quality. Zombies got better over time but the game, overall, is the definition of mid.

    The campaign is decent but no any memorable moments. It takes about 4-5 hours to complete and is mostly flashbacks of the characters you meet at the first mission.

    Multiplayer is horrible you or the opponent spawn right in each others eye sight like 5 meters away and this happens more frequently than you think.     If you enjoy dying every few seconds, this is the game for you. For some reason, the devs took an already low health and seemingly cut it in half. COD needs to stop releasing every year so these devs can take their time and put out something original and fresh for once.

    Story ist absolut okay. Zombiemodus hat neuen Content bekommen und kann zwischendurch echt Spaß machen, wenn der Multiplayer mal wieder zu sehr die Laune versaut.

    Vanguard is an okay game at worst. At best, its still just an okay game.
    The campaign, while somewhat cliche, is still fun, and somewhat enjoyable. Multiplayer is fine, and the challenges to get new skins are actually quite enjoyable. If you're looking for a COD game to start out with, I would not recommend this one.

    Its typical COD gameplay, nothing rly new, historical accuracy is below 0, amount of propaganda and political correctness is overwhelming and really hurts so I don't know what was the point in making this game the way it is. Got it on sale and im glad i didn't paid full price, not worth it. Even on sale i think i overpaid.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. I dont know what has been happening with games recently but they all seem to have the same theme of shoehorning modernday politics into them.
    A game set in the 1940s and the main character is calling the nazis racist... in a time when the WHOLE WORLD WAS RACIST!!! Yeh it was bad but it was considered normal back in those days. Anyways one of the missions you play as Arthur Kingsley ( the black guy on the front cover) and you land behind enemy lines with a bunch of other British paratroopers ...who then instantly all decide to make Arthur squad leader...WHICH WOULD NEVER HAVE HAPPENED!!! so straight away the immersion of it being a ww2 game has already been broken. Yes it was bad how black people were treat back then but it happened and people need to stop trying to cover it up.
    This stage is just one of many which all follow similar patterns

    Next you have the dirty muddy graphics which also shows up blurry most of the time. Yeah I can see they were trying to give the game atmosphere of WW2 but making your graphics ugly doesn't make it gritty like how World at war was . The first mission is the worst as you cant even see much because of how blended and mushed together the graphics are combined with the weather effects .

    Next is the online, theres alot wrong with it but I will call out the obvious
    Theres only 1 team and it's the allies, you cant play as the bad guys like you could in every other call of duty because they were too scared to add the Nazi faction into it so yet again the immersion has been broken, especially when the people you are killing are playing as the same character as you. Owh and they added in a lesbian operator ...in the 1940s, she would of been lynched by her own team....also it's the only character where it mentions her sexuality which is weird. This entire game seems to be someone's fan fiction

    Other than those issues the gunplay is fun and the gun sound effects are amazing, map level design is ok but there's the obvious problem of spawning on the enemy team. I have nothing else good to say about it    … Expand

Almost every other match you're bombarded against a team who can easily shoot through walls and kill everyone while you're cornered at your spawn point. There needs to be better presence in banning these individuals. Hopefully when they launch their new cheating system, it will help out. Another annoyance is the long after game summary and voting system. It takes up too much time and seems unnecessary plus you can not back out during it. Overall the game is ok. Nothing spectacular. In my opinion, it’s gamebreaking. Previous COD’s gave you a good 15-30 seconds to get into position before running into an enemy but Vanguard decided that the player needed to jump into the action right away, whether they are ready or not. It’s just awful.

    Many of the weapons are currently broken. Meanwhile, the “sweats” all use the same load out and attachments and why not? You won’t have much luck getting kills in this game unless you use the STG44, MP40, Or the Type 100. Hopefully we won’t have to wait long before we get some weapon buff/nerf patches to even things out. The new “blitz” game mode is exactly as advertised… sheer chaos. With the game already suffering when it comes to fair spawn locations, adding smaller maps and larger teams just make the game even more frustrating. A lot of players have resorted to camping and head glitching to get ahead in this game. Of course, nothing new in the COD universe but as I said before, coupled with the many bugs, glitches and poor game mechanics, it’s a recipe for disaster. There are some good aspects of the game however… the weapon customization is decent. The graphics are gorgeous as always and the game is nicely optimized for PC players. When it comes to Vanguard however, the cons heavily outweigh the pros. I’m optimistic about what the future can hold for Vanguard but the devs really need to buckle down and fix a lot of the flaws this game has.    … Expand

The multiplayer is full of an egregious amount of paid for content, 90% of their effort in multiplayer went towards getting you to buy ridiculous skins. (To those who have wasted money on these skins, literally everyone in the lobby is laughing at how ridiculous you look). Mid maps, super unrealistic and stupid attachments, “woke” operators, and garbage monetization completely overshadow the actually pretty decent gunplay, but the credit goes to infinity ward for that since it’s their engine.     2. Sound design. You CAN'T hear your enemies in Multiplayer even if they without Ninja perk. 3. Ninja perk. 4. No factions. Especially in hardcore modes, you can't recognize who's who, because everyone have the same    Good game (probably because of MW19 engine), but:

I don’t care that this is an alternate reality of WWII, this is insulting and embarrassing. Activision please die already and give everything up to Microsoft.

    Story is bad, really bad. The first scene is ridicoulous, so stupid it's hard to believe.
    It's an up and down between good moment and bad ones. Ultimatly the bad ones wins after all.

Maps are too big and open, and same like MW you can be shot from milion angles. But despite of MW you now have milion flanking routes so you will be constantly shot in the back because you have noWorst multiplayer ever created.     First of all. The game Looks nice and if you want to play online multiplayer it's fun.
    Every other player will be disappointed. --No split-screen zombie Mode.
    -No Koop-campaign.
    I don't know why they have cancelled the split-screen Feature it's just disappointing, what the brand has become.

    Empty matches, horrible respawn system, a lot of graphic glitches and low resolution textures. The gunplay is terrible broken. They need to fix this game soon or I will drop it and get back to Cold War.

    disappointing short campaign with more movies than gameplay with crap characters and the multiplayer has regressed and actually gotten worse a blatant excuse to level up low level variety of guns that you have for warzone this call of duty provides nothing absolutely nothing literally nothing
    both Cod Vanguard and Battlefield 2042 are equally barebones unifinished and absolutely shiate

The only good thing I can say about COD nowadays is that the single player is decent and for the most part is decent most years however the multiplayer is stale.     The amount of release titles this series has is beyond belief and for the past few year it's fallen out of touch with what made the first few original games so good.

    I used to be a 'COD fanboy' but as I'm not a kid anymore (unlike the mindset of many adults nowadays) it's quite obvious the gameplay isn't something they're looking to improve on but just change the graphics, add a few guns, some DLC content to make the guns look cool and fancy.    … Expand

Я уж не говорю про интонации в кат.сценах и во время самой игры. 2.Что за бред со шрифтами на листвоках, вывесках зданий? На одном из зданий так вообще перевода нет. Что за бочки нефть? Где вы видели что бы горючин средства хранили так открыто и ещё подписано большими буквами на бочках НЕФТЬ? Что за бред про персонажа Полину? Вам не кажется что это Брюс Уилис в шапке ушанке? Вы когда нибудь занимались паркуром в военных сапогах 1942года и в юбке? Почему у неё отсутствуют черты характера которые присуще молодой наивной девочке. Да при первой упавшей бомбе она должна была рыдать и охуевать от происходящего, и только потом взять себя в руки и начать мстить немцам, а не так "о нихуя бомбы! Немцы! Ебану ка я до дома по крышам. А далее так просто забрать жизнь у человека, хоть и у фашиста, так просто без всяких эмоций. После того как её отца расстреляли так без эмоционально задвинуть речь из 4 слов и все... Да ещё слишком неоправданный ценник!

I am quite sure all women understand that back in WW2 they didn't fight on the front line with a gun in their hand. Its history so portray it accurately or not at all. I thought Sledghammer learnt their lesson last time they did some cringe ww2 game that no one liked the campaign on. So why are they doing it again. Who the hell even let this company continue to make cod games when every single one just upsets so many people.
    The zombies is also terrible and just not worth it when you have cold war. Its not round based and you have to do these missions or something. I played it a couple times and hated it.
    The multiplayer is basically the same as the previous 2 games just a reskin. Hopefully Microsoft put an end to the crap where you get a reskin of the previous each year and then pay £60 for it.    … Expand

    Call of Duty: Vanguard is a great Call of Duty entry with absolutely stellar ser pieces, fantastic visuals, and plenty of modes surrounding an excellently fun campaign. The only downsides are the muddied stories… not to mention what is happening in the company that published it. Highly recommended for CoD fans and people looking for a bit of mindless fun set in WW2.

    Even though the campaign is extremely predictable and the multiplayer is plagued with tones of issues, Call Of Duty: Vanguard is, after all, still a Call of Duty title, and will appeal to all hardcore Call of Duty fans.
