    Not only historically unaccurate, and painfully lies about history, but it is also unfair as well. When you are grinding skins and stuff. It does not count fair your kills. Shows way less than it happened.

    I personally didn't like cod cold war, it was buggy and boring, but Vanguard actually feels nice. Fun and long single player campaign, beautiful graphics, lots of stuff to do. I'm surprised.

    This game is horrendous….and hopefully when MS takes over they fire everyone associated with the game and start over. COD has been hot garbage for several releases, and they show no interest in fixing glitches and flaws….but they’ll put out endless downloadable outfits and tracers you can buy!!!! I mean you can shoot through three feet of rock that should be cover, while leaves and tinThis game is horrendous….and hopefully when MS takes over they fire everyone associated with the game and start over.     Honestly, I expected worse this game is not as good as CoD MW:2 or any of those games but in recent years it's been a bit better than other games. CoD MW: 2019 is still the best CoD since CoD Black Ops 2. so I'm comparing it mainly to CoD MW: 2019.

    Played pretty much every cod and this is the only one I requested a refund on and got, which demonstrates how bad it is. I found the maps to be rather boring and ill thought out and the game just didn’t feel or play like a COD game should. I was looking forward to a world war setting to switch things up, like the days of call of duty tilted on PS1/2 and Xbox etc but this has completely put me off it’s just lazy and a clear money grab I’m just really please I was able to get a refund. So honestly save your money and continue to play MW and black ops and give this junk a miss. I just hope they don’t mess up on the up comming MW2. I would rather a cod released every 3 years and it play great with quality maps then rushing for a yearly game which is just insulting and irritating to play and clearly a cash grab I only have given it 2 out of 10 as graphically it looks nice on the Series X but that’s as far as it goes on positive points… Expand

    Can’t sledgehammer just make a decent COD story without checking every diversity box and forced political agenda box? I mean if that’s the game you wanted to create, so be it. I applaud a dev for making the game they want to make. However, free market sent a message that Vanguard did not measure up to other COD games in terms of sales and overall gameplay. In a failed attempt to add diversity to a horribly written, anti- history campaign, the creators still made the white american guy the savior of the whole group. How ironic. The campaign is subpar- reminds me of the old medal of honor games- which were actually cool back in 2001.The only level in the campaign that added anything new was the midway flying mission.     COD Vanguard is the worst game in the franchise. First of all, the campaign sucks. It disrespects the veterans of WW2, stereotypes characters and others for no reason, gets weapons and dates wrong, and plays like ANY OTHER COD! The multiplayer is also bad because the lack of factions, unbalanced weapons, scopes and other attachments that don't fit the setting of the game, the lack ofCOD Vanguard is the worst game in the franchise. This one is not exclusion of badly made game by Treyarch and SH. The game looks like it's from 2001 with poor models, textures and awful animation. But the "agenda" is in place, definitely.

    Very disappointing COD, just a load of bad decisions. I'm here for multiplayer & it's not fun at all. Endless fire & kill streaks that you can't see the enemy, you have to rely on the name tag (including the fact that the enemy may look exactly like your teammates.
    Maybe it'll improve 6 months from release date, but at this time I regret the purchase.

    SP is good, but story could be better and more history accurate. It feels a bit to shallow. Also the poltical influence is not helping at all...
    MP is not as fun as in other COD games. Maps are too small and there are way to many power positions. It just not fun to play unless you´re going to camp or use power positions..

    A soulless, uninspired and basic shooter. The most simmered down form of the COD formula with the only upside being it's on next gen with better graphics. Historical accuracy has been thrown out the window. If you want a real WW2 experience I suggest the several other WW2 games in this franchise (World at War or WW2 2017) or even BF5.

    There isn't a single match where you can actually see your enemies due to all flames and smoke. But of course they do, don't know why.
    Guns are so damn bad to use, especially on first levels: you always need to fully level it up to unlock attachments that make them viable. Until last level they are garbage or almost.
    Shipment is now on a crippled version on TWO DIFFERENT LAYERS, never seen anything so dumb in my life before (in last years any old map ported to new CoD games has been ruined).
    I could go on, but I'm so sick of this game that I stop here.

    This game has sense only if played to unlock/level up guns for Warzone.
    Most of the time, not even that way.

    Save your money, buy anything else.

    Bought at launch and it was full of bugs and connection issues with servers. Not worth 93 dollars and the graphics on some of the maps are absolutely atrocious.

There is nothing truly special about it and it lacks complete creativity, but it isn’t completely bad. While it’s slightly more fun than the zombies mode, it still doesn’t stand out. There are an average amount of weapons so far with gameplay that still retains things about previous cod games while also fixing up main gameplay mechanics so it doesn’t cater to campy play styles while still offering room for other playstyles. The ammo system if complete garbage and only makes things more complicated and unneeded. Maps are good and fit the cod formula and small details such as team names could be fixed but isn’t too necessary. The gunsmith system is well made, combining elements of the MW system and the CW system leading to a pretty good customization system. Lastly, the campaign. I’m not going into detail since this is a spoiler-free review, but it’s very good. It’s retains its moments and isn’t too over saturated.     Wont buy any CoD until they either remove or significantly tone down SBMM + they need to add a fcking rank mode.
    Furthermore im not supporting a company that remains silent about the biggest problems ever --> SBMM, game balancing etc.

    Campaign is okay, nothing that stands out from other COD titles of past. Some interesting characters and a pretty interesting concept, but none of it will get you too invested.
    Online is pretty good, but again, nothing that really stands out.

    Mostly just your run-of-the-mill Call of Duty game, with a WWII skin on to change things up.

    I like mechanic of the game and this is all good points i could mention . Respawn is worst you could imagine, enemies spawn in front of you even in big maps. Feels like Activision didn't bother to make good game . So many glitches , enemies hide inside texture and shoot you . I personaly like small maps but in this game they make then unplayble .Screen shakes so hard that makes me feelI like mechanic of the game and this is all good points i could mention .     Buggy and very messy, no info from Devs about fixes it's now over a month and day1 bugs are worse than before. Dogs have immune to damage bug and this game is just every time a shield, combat shotgun and dogs. Nothing else.

    Constantly throws on Chinese servers. I live in Russia in the Far East, the Trans-Baikal Territory region. For good reason, I usually play on European servers, with a ping of 100-150, less often on Russian (80-100). But why the hell throws me to the Chinese, where my ping is 250-300, it's impossible to play, 9 out of 10 games I play with the Chinese.     despite the occasional frame rate drops and occasional audio drops the game is intense and on the edge of your seat! I love these games. I only play the campaign.

Uninteresting story with "woke and inclusive" cast of badly written characters, bugs and random crashes, makes you wanna puke when you play it.

    Multiplayer is fun but also suffers from "woke and badly written Operators", unrealistic gun tuning, and imagine, NO GERMAN SOLDIERS AT ALL in ww2 game... Just stick to MW19 or even Cold War...    … Expand

    Multiplayer is completely unplayable for me on PS5. The lag and latency issues ruin what would otherwise be a fun shooter. My connection is completely fine— black ops and modern warfare run like a dream as does warzone. Until this is sorted then I’ve just flushed 70 pounds down the drain.

    bad game, no balance in multiplayer ... that weapons, that cards, poor respawns of the enemy, then in the face, then behind, and sometimes right in me ... there is no zombie mode ... there is no content from the word at all, another checkpoint part, it's a pity the money cannot be returned, I would have bought better Battlefield 2042

    PC forcibly messed with one more masterpiece series and ruined it. Female warrior has become a wall-flying Wonder Woman, and the childish black lines are now exhausting. Frame narrative using reminiscence made the story unfocused and failed to explain the points of contact of the main characters.

    Empty matches, horrible respawn system, a lot of graphic glitches and low resolution textures. The gunplay is terrible broken. They need to fix this game soon or I will drop it and get back to Cold War.

And yes, where is it without strong and independent, I'm not afraid of this word, although it would be worth - women. Attention to detail? Forget it!     Enemies can hardly be noticed on the map.
    The 100 years old weapons are a piece of crap.
    After playing hundreds of hours on Verdansk, it's time to say good bye.

    It was alright. Multiplayer is kinda fun with some friends. The soviet woman, Polina is by far the worst character. A forced mary sue “bad ass” who is unlikeable to the max. The rest of the characters are fine though

Don't get why they didn't stuck with waves it just takes too long to progress. xp gain in zombie's is horrible so you're forced to play multiplayer which is the biggest flaw of the whole game. I do get why console players need an aim assist to keep up with PC gamers, only giving 3 different aim assist options of which one is called focusing (basically a soft aimbot). it aim's through walls and obstacles makes console players overpowered in almost any combat situation, the use of smoke and stun grenades are cancelled by this aim assist because it just snaps on target and almost follows every movement your opponent makes. The guns are not balanced at all, shotguns and LMG's dominate all of multiplayer. the damage range of shotguns is nearly the same as AR's. LMG's need 2-3 bodyshots to kill let alone the fire rate. it has no point using SMG's or snipers because they just get obliterated by those. the collision they came up with it annoying for example: you have a camping teammate in a container on shipment you just can't pass them because the block your way with probably a riot shield. you think you can get a kill oh no the guy with hes shield blocks all your shots then moves aside and you get killed, you throw a lethal/tactical it bounces of hes shield right in your face. Killstreaks are also insanely imbalanced. just use artillery and a bombing run and you dominate a game. K9's need the same amount of bullets to kill as you need for killing an opponent. throwing the flare for an artillery strike bugs out a lot, care packages just turn invisible or bounce out of the map. camo's and skins are damn ugly (imo).
    You play with a party and you're not the leader don't bother cycling menu's or changing your loadout bacause whenever the partyleader switches from ingame menu you automatically switch with him and lose the changes you've made (this was also the case in MW (2019) an MW CW)
    The story is utterly boring, graphic wise Modern Warfare is still the best they ever did.

    Not speaking of all the bugs the game has, it might change in time ofcourse

    Game is pretty decent from a multiplayer standpoint, except on some maps that are too small and sometimes literally spawn you in the middle of enemies.     The destroyable walls are the worst thing after SBMM. Useless.
    Weapons have more options then use. Unplayable. I would give one point cause it looks good, but sadly Activision is full of sex offender (hope thats the englisch werden) so thats 0 points

    Completely unfinished multiplayer. Zombies is a HUGE downgrade that you will probably only want to play once. Campaign is alright but wrought with SWJ agendas.

    Call of Duty: Vanguard is a great Call of Duty entry with absolutely stellar ser pieces, fantastic visuals, and plenty of modes surrounding an excellently fun campaign. The only downsides are the muddied stories… not to mention what is happening in the company that published it. Highly recommended for CoD fans and people looking for a bit of mindless fun set in WW2.

    Even though the campaign is extremely predictable and the multiplayer is plagued with tones of issues, Call Of Duty: Vanguard is, after all, still a Call of Duty title, and will appeal to all hardcore Call of Duty fans.
