    Currently lvl 22 and im loving it. The game definitely has a a lot of bugs that needs to be adressed, and some fixes like adding a scoreboard and fixing bullet spread. it’s the only reason I didn’t give it an 8. Most people just hate on the game because they don’t like change. The game runs great on ps5 btw. Except for a couple of spawn bugs that I’ve encountered.

    Bon jeu, bien que bugué lors de l'accès anticipé je n'ai pas été si gêné que çà. Avec le premier patch on doit saluer des améliorations cependant il manque certaines petites choses pour en faire un très bon jeu. Un mode entrainement par exemple, des menus plus clairs, plus de map, plus d'armes, et le Hazard Zone plus étoffé.

    Once this game is patched and finished, it will be a fantastic title. Depsite what you might be hearing about 2042, there is something to say about how fun this game has the potential to be. The maps, gunplay, and graphics are all very good. But the game is so broken that it's unplayable. Give it time, and this game may end up surprising a lot of us down the road.

Bom, a começar pelos gráficos, introdução das partidas, que foi baseada no COD, são pontos que eu considero muito bons do jogo. A jogabilidade eu, particularmente, gostei também, mas com certeza pode melhorar. A tempestade também é um ponto positivo. Contudo, falando dos que eles(JOGO NO PS5) Peguei o acesso antecipado do jogo, logo eu tenho propriedade para escrever o que eu penso sobre. Bom, a começar pelos gráficos, introdução das partidas, que foi baseada no COD, são pontos que eu considero muito bons do jogo. A jogabilidade eu, particularmente, gostei também, mas com certeza pode melhorar. A tempestade também é um ponto positivo. Contudo, falando dos que eles podem melhorar, o servidor está bastante instável nesses dias. Existem momentos que eu consigo entrar, outros que não. Durante a partida, existe presença de lags ou pequenos travamentos, o que dificulta mais ainda o rendimento do jogador em uma partida que já é muito difícil por conta do crossplay. Os setores do mapa, em que os jogadores precisam conquistar as duas partes pra ter o setor específico completamente dominado, achei que está em tamanhos ideais para a quantidade de jogadores disponíveis, porém os próprios mapas são MUITO GRANDES pra uma quantidade de 128 players. Você muitas vezes anda pra caramba até se deparar com adversários. Caberia mais jogadores sem dúvidas, porém não sei se será possível. Quanto ao menu, existem coisas a serem corrigidas sim. Um exemplo: os servidores das partidas do modo conquista. Tem gente que prefere optar por procurar partidas disponíveis no servidor Br, dos EUA e etc. Para não me prolongar muito, Battefield 2042 é um jogo bom, mas pode melhorar e muito para chegar em seu estágio ideal. Muitos erros precisam ser corrigidos. Minha nota é 7. Antes que me detonem, eu também não gostei de jogar com PC. Agora pensando a longo prazo, vai demorar para o jogo morgar e ficar com servidor mais escasso de players. Agora.. sei lá.. era melhor ter uma opção de não jogar com PC mesmo. Fica bem desbalanceado. Bastava Xbox com PS e pronto. Poderia colocar com PC também pra quem quisesse. Pelo menos, com PC, o jogo se torna mais difícil ainda, que é a graça, mas ao mesmo tempo fica apelão.     The core problems are:
    - balance of guns - no scoreboard - obvious bugs (although there’s way less of them then at the release of BF1 and BFV) People complaining about graphics must be blind, that’s all I’m gonna say about that. The maps are more than fine, yes, sometimes it takes you a while to get from one point to another but hey    It’s definitely not as bad as everyone’s crying it is

Overall, a decent 7 with a potential to go up to 8 if they fix the obvious stuff and add more content and a goddamn scoreboard. Stop the hysteria, the game is a lot of fun, seriously. P.S.     Its okay now. Exodus 64 multiplayer maps are very nice and i enjoy grinding the battlepass

    It's so hard that it makes me hate the game and it is really buggy. I was better at Battlefield 5 and I first played it in 2020 and it was easy. I have no idea what it is. Maybe it's because them **** at ea let people play the game a week early.

    Have had a fair amount of fun in the game with friends. It still needs some work in a lot of areas though. Specialists in particular seem out of place in Conquest, maybe they should be in Hazard Zone / Portal exclusively. Either way, I've still had fun. Will definitely keep playing the game while hoping it improves.

    I've put 30 hours in. I'm enjoying the game. Specialists bring some nuance despite their controversial addition. Some more destruction would be nice. The maps are pretty wide open and could use some tightening up and detail added to indoor areas. Could be a bit more optimized but as of now it seems to have its major bugs ironed out. It gives those "only in battlefield" moments, and is aI've put 30 hours in. I'm enjoying the game. Specialists bring some nuance despite their controversial addition.     Its not even that bad, I encountered like 2 bugs in 50 hours. Gameplay is pretty fun but I don't enjoy the game's main mode, conquest and ngl these maps sometimes feel too big.

Tiene la esencia battlefield de siempre pero con mapas más grandes y más posibilidades, si además le añades el modo portal puedes volver a jugar con mapas de antaño com 64 jugadores. Quizá le faltan mas modos de juego y armas, algo que supongo con el tiempo irán añadiendo. Por último, no se si soy el más afortunado del mundo o que, pero no me he encontrado bugs de momento.… Expand

    It's the best multiplayer fps game for sure but I don't appreciate the direction EA is taking. First Battlefield is a MATURE audience, most of the gamer are male - 20-45 years old. They do not wish to have a Fortnite experience in Battlefield. + Nothing justified that solo campaign is missing on this game

    So far, my play time with the game has been mostly frustrating compared to any early playtime with a any Battlefield game. It’s just too buggy, clunky, some server crashing and just not much fun to play right now. Payed a premium price too for essentially being a beta tester.     AoW - я искренне надеюсь, что этот режим загнется и забросится. Серии батлфилд не нужны какие то координальные изменения. Делайте нормальные ИНТЕРЕСНЫЕ карты, нормальный ТТК и баланс Ну куда нахрен в AoW такие пустыри? ну? Зачем растягивать экшн? Зачем специалисты? Чтобы на корню убить идею командной игры?    Я вот даже не понимаю нравится мне или нет. По режиму Portal - всё офигенно!

    Hugh unattractive map, with less action than free CoD warzon.
    Graphics don’t match new generation , even ps4 look better. Small amount of weapons and gadgets.
    No fun in new modalities

    I like that Battlefield has modern / semi-futuristic setting again. When the game works it can be quite fun. Every now and then there are these signature Battlefield moments of chaos everywhere. Though I agree specialist system needs more tuning however all the basic Battlefield roles can be covered with specialists and they offer range of gameplay diversity. 3 different gameplay modes areI like that Battlefield has modern / semi-futuristic setting again. When the game works it can be quite fun. Every now and then there are these signature Battlefield moments of chaos everywhere. Though I agree specialist system needs more tuning however all the basic Battlefield roles can be covered with specialists and they offer range of gameplay diversity. 3 different gameplay modes are also welcome because everyone can find something that they might enjoy or switch around from time to time if they get bored with one mode. If Dice keeps updating Portal with new maps from other Battlefield games, it could become huge success. All out war could also benefit from new content in the future and updates to the existing maps as currently some of them are underwhelming because there is no cover and are not infantry friendly.
    At the time of writing this review, there are multiple major issues that needs to be solved for the game to be great:
    - Fix game breaking bugs (stuck in revive, starting match without possibility to join it, server issues)
    - Fix the rest of the bugs (possibility to clip through walls, driving hovercraft up the side of a building, be marked as an enemy, cannot revive in water or if teammate is blocked by an environment)
    - Shooting mechanics (bullet spread for most weapons, balancing issues)
    - Gun upgrades (some of them have the same effects as other upgrade from the same category)
    - UI problems (no scoreboard, limited ui customization, ui can get too cluttery and obstruct vision, too many menus within menus)
    - No voice chat, no public chat
    - Spotting feels inconsistent
    - map improvements (should fill the large areas without cover to make them infantry friendly)
    - combat improvements (add more ways to deal with enemy vehicles, add more weapons)
    - add more vehicles at the base to avoid running for most of the team to the first flag
    - improve spawning (some spawns cannot be selected on consoles, at the beginning you get auto-spawned on the ground)
    - destruction is underwhelming compared to other Battlefield titles
    - Improve feeling of reward (add military ranks with each level, show damage done to enemies and enemy vehicles (what does "broke a part" even mean?), add "assist count as kill")
    - make the tone of the game consistent (match end screen with specialists saying cheesy line are not consistent in tone with the rest of the game)

    These are just some issues with the game. Battlefield 2042 has huge potential, especially if they continue to update and fix the game for upcoming years without releasing a new one every other year. Luckily when the game works it's fun but when it doesn't it can get really frustrating.    … Expand

    A fun but flawed shooter. An undeniable step down from quality in the franchise with this launch but not an irredeemable mess. Give it a bit longer to bake.

    I have tried to enjoy Bf2042 since launch despite a raft of issues, but finally it's really just shown a surprising lack of depth. Overall art design is good, but level design is terrible. No usable cover on capture points make you cannon fodder for mouse pad snipers. I find myself constantly popping smoke to stay alive. No peek around cover options or weapon mounting doesn't help. NoI have tried to enjoy Bf2042 since launch despite a raft of issues, but finally it's really just shown a surprising lack of depth. Overall art design is good, but level design is terrible. No choke points to enable tense gunplay. Vehicle balancing is broken and light transports are useless, which makes Conquest feel like a sprinting simulator. 128 player matches can be a thrill and this kept me coming back until I realised the maps were garbage. With servers seeming laggier than ever and player counts plummeting the state of the game is far from ideal. Patches have fixed assault rifle bloom and hit reg issues. But these shouldn't have existed in the first place in a game with an active beta. Dice clearly dropped the ball on what should have been a slam dunk.… Expand

    MOUSE support for consoles!

    Me, as a most time PC gamer, can't play this game on my PS5 because I don't play FPS on controller, mainly when I play against PC players (crossplay).

Weapons have a lot of recoil, but they also seem to have aim ‘bloom’ where the bullets will literally fire off to the side of where it is actually aiming. Combine all that with the weaknesses of a controller for aiming and weak aim assist and itIt’s very buggy still (expected) but my bigger issue is that is just not that fun to play on console.     The game was released in an unfinnished state with tons of bugs showering over us during the first weeks. Whilst most of the more obvious and obtrusive are solved, the game feels unfinnished and unbalanced in the normal modes. This is no news for the returning BF player who seems to endure this every iteration. The fact that there are no official Hardcore servers, making it moot to get any progress unless you want to play playing the normal, broken settings is weird too. It is like they skipped any user testing before launch and just wanted it out there before the hollidays. Hopefylly we'll get it down the line, but thinking about the hot mess they need to clean before balancing any weapons/settings or even getting to a new official server, will take a looong time.… Expand

    I echo much of what has been said here, the game is fun, but the feature that are missing that have been in other BF games are astounding

    It will probably be a good game in 6 to 12 months

    As a Battlefield Fan I Am Disappointed, Here Are The Biggest Problems:

    Clunky, The game feels so clunky, even after putting the sensibility to Max, when turning left or right it just feels slow and clunky, it's unbelievable. The Guns don't have or don't feel with power no animation that satisfies your experience, I don't see smoke coming out of the Guns..     Frustrating pos. Battlefield was my favorite franchise…was. Graphics are sub par for Battlefield. Guns feel like **** Sound is worse then previous games. Worst thing is level design. Some matches are un-winnable due to **** objective placement. All around downgrade. Wish they would have just kept updating Battlefront 2.

    While the repetition and lack of content cooled my enthusiasm a bit, I am excited to see where DICE can take Battlefield 2042 from here — if current industry trends hold, I’m confident this will be a strong addition to my already-full shooter rotation after a few months of additions and updates.
