    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Не ожидал ничего хорошего от этой игры. В связи с популярностью проекта, решил проверить что-же такое Атомное Сердце. Техническая составляющая игры порадовала, неплохая оптимизация, вместе с отличным дизайном. Единственной проблемой стал нестабильный движок игры, довольно частые вылеты во время игры. Насчёт сюжетной составляющей, можно сказать, что сценаристы неплохо для этого постарались. Неоднозначная история Сергея Нечаева где, то одни, то другие манипулируют им. Харитон Захаров, который представился Хранителем Знаний, хорошо сдружившийся с Майором Нечаевым, оказался главным антогонистом игры. Баба Зина, которая, казалось бы, должна быть самым надёжным человеком, так же манипулирует Нечаевым, чтобы тот убил Сеченова. В то же время Сеченов, со слов всех других персонажей истинное зло, оказался не самым плохим персонажем. Бесспорно есть у Сеченова свои грешки, в виде экспериментов над людьми на станции Нептун, хотя они и были добровольцами. Тем не менее, оказался самым положительным персонажем из тех с кем главный герой взаимодействует по ходу сюжета. Чудесный запутанный сюжет, но многие недосказанности, всё же оказывают влияние. Я знаю, в игре не самый лучший юмор, но несмотря на это есть в нём что-то своё, фраза: "ёбаные пироги" ещё на долго запомнится мне. Жду второй части. 9/10 за вылеты и недосказанности .… Expand

    This game has nothing of its own, everything is stolen from other games. Bad game optimization, bad combat mechanics, stupid story, a lot of bugs, a lot of profanity, USSR propaganda. Don't waste your time and money on this parody of the game.

    Atomic Heart is the type of game that the casuals and Games Journalist's will overlook but core gamers will be talking about for years..There is so many mechanics at play and the game pulls no punches..
    This is the first game to actually impress me with its visuals this new generation. The gameplay and progression is top tier.     Creativo, interesante y divertido, el mundo de juego tiene un diseño artistico glorioso y lo mejor de todo es que el gameplay es super satisfactorio combinar las armas de fuego con los poderes estilo Bioshock completa una experiencia que no parece hecha por un equipo "indie".

    I recently purchased Atom Heart and was extremely disappointed with the overall experience. The game had an interesting style and it had a lot of potential, but it fell short in many areas.
    I found myself struggling to move my character and shoot, which made gameplay frustrating and unenjoyable. The animations were poor, compressed textures and unimpressive visuals.     I noticed issues such as characters getting stuck in the environment, checkpoints not triggering correctly and I can't pass, crashes that forced me to restart the game. I haven't finished it yet but I would not recommend this to anyone looking for a fun and engaging gaming experience. Amazing ad but not the game. Although the open world turned out to be empty and seems unnecessary, but mostly the study of the surrounding world is impressive. A lot of time was spent just looking at posters and reading diaries.     Very well styled game. The art, music are above expectations.

    Gameplay is with nice story and sometime hard-core but it only makes this game more interesting. Jokes are original and quite funny. There is not much new content around which can joke without looking around and afraid to be banned by hatters with diviation. I found few small bugs on release however game is absolutely payable.     Simply no. Clunky and awkward combat with absurd to impossible movements that will get you dizzy, strange "few savepoints" rule when killing just one enemy is a weird challenge getting you dizzy. Even on "low difficulty" also the quality of the graphics and its optimization was not the best, to say.

    This game was made for Bioshock fans and I'm a Bioshock fan so I was waiting a game like this since 2013. Great world building, great story, great animations. It's a real AAA game way above manny gamestudios and it's very impressive how a novice developer made this. Obviously this game is not perfect, not even close but you definitely should play this game.

So far, my only complaints are that you can’t view a controls map, and the English voice acting of the protagonist could be better. The gameplay is solid, looks great and feels great. The way you pull items from filing cabinets and drawers magnetically is really cool, sort of reminding me of Control. Great job and thank you!

    Update: hours in and I love this even more. The way they added so much cool variety to the lock picking is so cool and refreshing. So much better than the same old thing over and over in all games with lock picking. Enemies fly out and start to try and repair a turret you just took out, and it makes it more fun and interesting. I’m blown away by all the hate in reviews. They obviously worked so, so hard on this. It’s the best game I’ve played to date on my PS5, definitely best of 2023 so far.    … Expand

    I got Atomic heart in 4 days. It was 4 days during which I had time to neigh and pose, and, in principle, experience a mountain of emotions. Remixes of Soviet classics played during the fight and from the radio in the car had me hum tunes for several days.

    Very anticipated game for me and luckily a very pleasant result! Haven't spent much time in-game yet but have very warm feelings from it. I highly recommend if you like Prey, Deus Ex, Cyberpunk 2077, Dishonored, etc. Ones who skip the game because of sjw or political issues are crazy because the game industry is in a heavy crisis and you can't skip this diamond!

    I’ve been waiting on atomic heart since the first trailer got released in 2018. It was 100% worth the wait. Gameplay is amazing, story is interesting. The dialogue is strange at times but that is the least of my concerns when I enjoy the gameplay and story as much as I do.

    This game is just the game of the year!!! I didn't expect that the developers would be able to make such a masterpiece. The atmosphere in the game is off the scale by all 10 points. The gameplay is also very good. And most importantly, no subpoenas, but a real man's game!!!

    A very good game. Sure it is here and there inspired by other games, but has its own independence. Good humorous story, graphics, technical implementation, art design, soundtrack and gameplay. I can only recommend it.

    Atomic Heart is a game I was excited to finally play, but went in with low expectations considering how long it was in the oven. The end result is easily one of the best games I have played this year and an experience I recommend everyone dig into. It won’t be for everyone, but for those that it is for it will be an amazing experience.

    Amazing Game. I personally loved every second. I could ramble on about graphics, mechanics, pacing etc, but no need.

    Buy it, you wont regret it.

    Spectacular setting, amazing shooting, cool bosses, charismatic characters ana intriguing plot!

    That's some fresh air in the world of endless sequels. One of my most favourite games and obvious nomination for Game of the Year!

    After going through other reviews, I wasn't bothered by the same issues they mentioned. I didn't mind the protagonist being rude and aggressive to every one, in fact i dig it ! I prefer feeling the bad ass vibes i get from the protagonist, makes me feel overpowered. The graphics are photorealistic and rendered in 4k 60fps with crisp contrasty visuals and runs like a dream on ps5 !     The combat is aggressive and energizing. And the music omg it makes your blood boil like lava ! I swear i only bought this because i found out that mick composed the music and he delivered his one of a kind heart thumping, enraging metallic hellish chords ! They seriously didn't market his music deservingly ! This is a major selling point for this game ! On the other hand i was shocked by the amount of locks you had to pick to progress the story ! I swear i counted over a hundred locks. Whoever thought this was a good idea should be fired ! It keeps ruining the pace of the story and destroys immersion. The puzzles also were mostly annoying.     The boss fights are some of the best in the genre! It's just straight fun.

    Graphics (7/10): Meh, solid enough. In some spots absolutely gorgeous, in others PS4 era graphics. But I don't play for graphics.

    Atmosphere (9/10): The oversexualisation of everything is unnecessary. I also would have appreciated a bit more of a serious ton ala Prey... but other than that? The world is incredibly unique. This would make a killer TV show.

    Отсылки к культуре Союза кроются в мультфильмах, юморе, цитатах и общей стилистике игры. В этот мир хочется возвращаться, и как же здорово, что наряду с миром старой Америки, которая показана в Bioshok Infinite, у нас есть возможность погрузиться в мир, где Советский Союз смог достичь пика своего прогресса. Это две красочных и впечатляющих Вселенных, которые навсегда останутся в моем сердце.

    The game is amazing! The graphics are super, the atmosphere is incredible. Great soundtrack and very interesting story. The optimization in this game is the best I've seen in the last 2 to 3 years. As of today, almost all post-release games need improvement. Everything in this game is 5+!Do not listen to anyone, feel free to buy. This is Bioshock, only in the Soviet Union!

Crashes all the time and progression loss (save file not working). The first boss fight (ball on arena) was pretty good, but all others were super boring, same with the plot. Maybe if Mundfish will patch the game to reduce problems with stability and other bugs it could be okay-ish ~6-7 points game. Seems like, developers tried to make the main bet on gameplay, but they did it just by copying the mechanics they liked in other hit FPS games (BioShock, Dying Light, Fallout 3+, etc.) and putting them into the environment of the ussr. In fact, they did it crookedly and as badly as a plot. There is nothing unique in that game - an ordinary shooter with a cringe plot, boring monotonous gameplay and combat, a cardboard environment, and poor animations.
    Put 1 point for wooden toilets in "the most technologically advanced place of the ussr and planet" - this is very ironic :) Another 1 point for the nice implementation of the "Left" and "Right".
    Summarize:
    If you like to fap to effeminate androids with a red star in their heads and if you want to visit a real poor russian/ussr village, then welcome.
    If you want to get a good gameplay, fresh mechanics, a normal plot, and not a boring combat, then can't recommend that piece of rugamedev.    … Expand

I loved This game it’s a mix of first person shooter action, puzzles RPG elements that worked for me with a 10/10 art design and an interesting story with various endings. But it does have its flaws the open world is very frustrating to traverse as there is no breathing time robots are always chasing you, stealth is near to not existing, yes you can perform a silent takedown but that’s the only stealth aspect , crouching makes you walk to slow and there is no detection sistem. My ending felt a bit blank as the gloves betrayal feels to out of nowhere but that’s the only complaints I have I think that this game being this studios first project is very impressive and I’m very exited to se what focus entertainment has in store for us in the future… Expand

    Despite being both fussy and clumsy throughout parts of the barely 15 hours the game lasts, Atomic Heart has just enough character and cool sequences to make this a game that might be well worth a closer look.

    Atomic Heart is full of stuff that will absolutely make you love it immediately, but each one of those things comes with a major flaw that ultimately pulls it back from being a great game. It's far from perfect, but will still give you hours of awesome story, world, gameplay and music.
