    5 Years of waiting!!! And I'm very satisfied. Cool atmosphere, good optimisation, nice story. As for me we haven't seen such good games long time ago. The best thing here is that developers made the story as they wanted it to be, without following any "modern rules" and pleasing "different audiences".
    Nice jokes, nice arts, funny dialogs. The story is NOT genius, philosophical, or    5 Years of waiting!!! And I'm very satisfied. Cool atmosphere, good optimisation, nice story.     I fell in love with the game, when i saw a trailer about a year ago. When i saw the trailer with the Pugacheva's song remix and nice gameplay, resembling BioShock games, i will wait the game release. After the release, I'm saying it's a masterpiece. Nice USSR atmosphere, great use of Soviet and Russian songs, great gameplay and a lot of references dragged into this game for a long time.I fell in love with the game, when i saw a trailer about a year ago. Nice USSR atmosphere, great use of Soviet and Russian songs, great gameplay and a lot of references dragged into this game for a long time. The only thing is, if you were not born in the USSR or Russia, or do not know Russian/Soviet culture, then you most likely will not understand some of the jokes.
    I would even put 10 out of 10, but due to bugs with dialogues, features of listening to audio diaries and other minor rough edges, I put a solid 9 out of 10.    … Expand

    I've been waiting for this game for a very long time. There were fears, but the game exceeded all my expectations. Atomic Heart in my meat heart now forever.

    A wonderful game in the setting that literally no AAA company has done. There are flaws associated with the open world, but fortunately you can just skip it for the most part by running without paying attention to enemies

    I'd describe it as an dystopian soviet alternative future in the 50s that mocks the union and shed light on corruption and bribery. It does not take itself seriously with a lot of adult humor, I find it a fresh addition to gaming. Compare it to Fallout 3/4, just better imo, not as dark.

    Good game. Great attention to detail thanks to which the game is very atmospheric and immersive.
    The plot is interesting, I have not yet completed the game, but I can say that the quality is at the level of the AAA project. There is no liberal propaganda that bothers everyone, only Soviet brutalism.

    Я как человек который поиграл в BioShock могу сказать что Atomic heart лучше и поистине офигенная игра. Вот скажите игру кроме The last of us ( не лучший пример приведу но все же ) в которой можно расчленить хорошую проработанную Rtx модельку. Атмосфера ПРОСТО БОМБА!!! !!!!! Боёвка на мой взгляд хорошая но про неё нечего сказать в отличие от оружия. Это что то на Call of duty и Escape fromЯ как человек который поиграл в BioShock могу сказать что Atomic heart лучше и поистине офигенная игра.     Atomic Heart - это отличная игра, которая вдохновлена такими шедеврами, как Bioshok Infinite и Prey, черпая из них только самое лучшее. В игре есть все то, за что мы любим игры: интересный сюжет, запоминающиеся персонажи, яркий сочный мир, который поражает своей красочностью и погружает тебя с головой в атмосферу Советского Союза, который развился до уровня, о котором было написано в книгах писателей фантастов 20 века. Нельзя не отметить отличный фан-сервис, который смешит и радует игрока на протяжении всего игрового процесса. Ну а про роботов-близняшек я вообще молчу - это шикарные девушки, и жаль, что сейчас политика западных компаний направлена на отмену такого рода контента в играх.

    Отсылки к культуре Союза кроются в мультфильмах, юморе, цитатах и общей стилистике игры. В этот мир хочется возвращаться, и как же здорово, что наряду с миром старой Америки, которая показана в Bioshok Infinite, у нас есть возможность погрузиться в мир, где Советский Союз смог достичь пика своего прогресса. Это две красочных и впечатляющих Вселенных, которые навсегда останутся в моем сердце.

    Ну а что касается тех, кто пишет негативные отзывы? Не может быть так, что за небольшие недостатки в плане импакта или ряда других незначительных минусов игре ставят 0 баллов. Это очевидная атака против сего прекрасного творения. Хочется верить, что администрация Metacritic забанит все такие аккаунты, которые пишут откровенную чушь и пытаются просто снизить рейтинг за надуманные недостатки.    … Expand

    This is Sovietpunk! An amazing game with a detailed world and good humor with lots of references. Awesome design and great sound. Very good optimization, which is very rare in recent years. And finally, the gameplay in which you relax and not routine work.

    The game, I really liked it, Visually looks just gorgeous. One of the best games I've played in the last 5 years. The graphics and gameplay are just on top. I bought it on PS5, the optimization is great. minimum bugs. Friends, I recommend it to everyone!

The optimization in this game is the best I've seen in the last 2 to 3 years. As of today, almost all post-release games need improvement.     Update: hours in and I love this even more. The way they added so much cool variety to the lock picking is so cool and refreshing. So much better than the same old thing over and over in all games with lock picking. Enemies fly out and start to try and repair a turret you just took out, and it makes it more fun and interesting. I’m blown away by all the hate in reviews. They obviously worked so, so hard on this. It’s the best game I’ve played to date on my PS5, definitely best of 2023 so far.    … Expand

    After 18h what I can say, this game is just a pure madness. Gameplay and atmosphere are absolutely phenomenal. Very good story and fantastics dialogs. Devs did an awesome job and every single moment playing AH it is easy to see they put their hearts into it. Playing with Russian dubbing makes this game so immersive.     There are also death screens that are incredibly well done and your death screen is different every time you are killed by different enemy. Animators really did outstanding job (same for upgrade animations)! I just love small details like that. You can really see that developers put effort into making this game amazing to play. Love how you leave marks of damage on enemy robots from melee and range weapons. Decapitation and high lvl of gore is also present in this game that was well done. There are also upgrades in this game that can heavily impact your gameplay once you fully upgrade certain thing. Boss fight are very challenging and satisfying, which I didn't expect in fps game to be honest.

    There is also good amount of puzzles in this game, at start they are simple, but gradually they do become more challenging and interesting. It feels very rewarding once you solve the more challenging ones.

    Game atmosphere is incredible and makes game a very immersive experience. Story will make you wonder and keep you interested from start to finish. Main character and glove voice acting on Russian is great and also adds to immersion. I did also played it on English, at first VA was weak, but it did grow on me. But I do understand people who do not like it, therefore I strongly suggest Russian dub.

    Honestly, for this developers first game ever, this is incredible. I'm blown away. I will keep a close eye on Mundfish studio and their future projects.

    I warmly recommend this game to everyone.

    The game is FUN. There is some bad dialogue, it borrows heavily from other games yeah. But its FUN, and ran well at release. Graphically impressive and again FUN. I don't understand the criticism, but its largely unfounded. Mundfish had an excellent outing and with future patches and updates i can only imagine how much better this game and their studio gets. Definitely recommend.

    El juego no está nada mal, tiene varios elementos que lo hacen verdaderamente interesante aunque peca en exceso de puzzles (no por más dificultad es mejor) se repiten constantemente los mismos patrones lo que lo hacen algo aburrido en ocasiones. El doblaje es buenísimo, la historia muy interesante. En definitiva me ha molado bastante..

    This game is awesome, Graphics and the dialog are great ( If cuss words offend play Harry potter) the exploration is fun and crafting/customization is great. If you ever heard of Duke Nukem play this game, At first I was annoyed by the glove but it gets funny the way they argue. I am glad I played it before in snows snowflakes.

    There is some bugs and glitches here and there but I don't even want to talk about them. This is my second favorite game on PS5 after Demon Souls Remake and I love it. If you like Half-Life, Wolfenstein, BioShock, SOMA. This is way better than Fallout for sure.

    Le gameplay, certes classique, se développe    Captivé par le trailer de 2019, il était difficile d'imaginer que le jeu soit à la hauteur une fois sorti. Contre toute attente, le soft se révèle brillant.
    La direction artistique est phénoménale, l'OST absolument sublime, l'humour décapant, tout ceci permettant de donner corps à une histoire abordant des thèmes matures traités intelligemment.
    Le gameplay, certes classique, se développe à mesure que notre avatar prend du galon, apportant même une originalité rafraîchissante vis à vis de la collecte du loot (effet Dyson :]).
    Il faut aussi souligner le niveau de finition du jeu dès la sortie, qui, s'il n'était pas parfait, mettait une claque à tous les jeux Bethesda.
    Les seules écueils à mon expérience sont à mettre sur le compte des options limitées quant à l'ergonomie du jeu (HUD, taille des polices d'affichage) et le manque de stabilité dans l'apparition des sous titres (le jeu est tellement plus immersif dans sa version originale). Mais rien qui ne puisse limiter la portée du titre.

    Si les évènements actuels nous montre la partie la plus sombre d'un pays, Mundfish nous en affiche la partie la plus brillante.

The open world is overspamed with enemies which are super bullet proof and take your whole **** magazine till they die. And even if they die, multiple repair robots come 2 minuts later and repair ALL of them! It just doesnt make any sense to kill the robots but otherwise you cant explore and have to run away from them because they´re to strong and kill you quickly! Poor gameplay error!

    - As mentioned before, the enemies take waaaaayyy too many bullets to take them down!!! I had too many situations especially in boss fights where I had enough life/energy to take them down but no bullets or anything which makes damage anymore just because I shot my whole arsenal on them and the have 30-40% of there energy remaining! You then have to reload the game at the last equipment store, put your whole backpack full of munition and try again, really really boring and repetitive!

    Without those two negative points the game would have had the potential to be one of the best games in 2023 but sadly it lacks some gameplay.

    Overall the game is ok, just because of the really innovative and creative setting and visuals. The gameplay itself is also not bad at all.    … Expand

    Close to a masterpiece. Art style is interesting. love the atmosphere. everything is sharp with great texture. puzzles are entertaining and fun to do. Enemy can be annoying in some areas but not impossible to deal with. Story is engaging and keeps me moving forward. Dialog start a bit off but it grows on you and gets better as the story progress. set pieces are incredible. ShootingClose to a masterpiece. Shooting mechanic is satisfying. the soundtrack oh! the soundtrack chef's kiss. by the way the soundtrack album in on Spotify and Apple Music. definitely glad to heard the developers have 4 DLC for story expansion releasing because this world deserve to be explored even more. Can not wait to see where they take it from here. Only thing I wish is for ray tracing mode to be implemented and apparently the developers are already working on that.… Expand

    All style and no substance. Atomic Heart’s world looks the part but is undermined by poor mechanics and some of the worst writing in gaming history. [Issue#26, p.84]

    Despite being both fussy and clumsy throughout parts of the barely 15 hours the game lasts, Atomic Heart has just enough character and cool sequences to make this a game that might be well worth a closer look.

    Atomic Heart is full of stuff that will absolutely make you love it immediately, but each one of those things comes with a major flaw that ultimately pulls it back from being a great game. It's far from perfect, but will still give you hours of awesome story, world, gameplay and music.
