    I’ve played it for around 6 hours on PS5. There was one glitch but after that it is a smooth experience. I’m glad that mundfish finally released the game as it emerges into anti-utopian atmosphere providing a fresh view on USSR and robots possible future. Main character is bit strange but in a way a funny dummy-soldier. The whole game feels like an entertainment show. For me I don’t feelI’ve played it for around 6 hours on PS5.     This game does not deserve the low grades it is getting, at least 85, and probably all the press gives it this rubbish grade for being a Russian game, too bad for a game with so many years of development and so much love in it, regrettable

    В этой игре нет ничего советского. Это какая-то похабщина. Главный герой матерится как сапожник и руинит советскую атмосферу. А еще много дешевого фансервиса. В общем игра не оправдала ожиданий.

    Atomic Heart jamas dijo ser BioShock, es un juego moderno y para personas de buen gusto, lastimosamente atrapado por el odio de un conflicto que no tiene que ver en nada con el juego, sin duda una joya y merecible pele por el GOTY 2023.

    Atomic Heart is really awesome game in the setting like Bioshock. So if you like that games, the game will also best fit for you. Really good atmosphere - soundtracks, visual and common aesthetic.

    Sometimes maybe a bit boring, also we waiting path with subs size, FOV settings and other small and bugs which don't broken gameplay for ideal game but anyway it brilliant game in general.

    I like it. The World building is awesome, texture resolutionis not the best, but how they put everything together makes the game look beautiful. Gunplay and melee feel very good, and the crafting system is well put together. The pacing in the early game and the story/dialogue are lacking in some aspects.

    Awesome game. Two things which impressed me most are great optimization and absolutely fantastic atmosphere. I do agree that game has some questionable gameplay features but as this is the first project of the Mundfish I can close my eyes on them. Fantastic work Mundfish !

    A breath of fresh air! Great game world, amazing atmosphere, lots of emotions and fun! The game does not care about "fashion trends" - here you will not be forced to love whom, to whom how to address and how to identify. You just break away from reality, as if you are reading a fantastically cool book!

    Игру делали пять лет и внём даже окна ломать нельзя. В игре много багов, роботы проходят через стены, вещи проходят через моделки которые имеют коллизию, в месте где ты логически не можешь застрять ты застрываеш. Это были минусы этой игр, щас передём к плюсам. Окружающий мир он просто 4хуенны, кат сцены тоже хорошо сделаны как и персонажи, сюжет тоже хороший.Игру делали пять лет и внём даже окна ломать нельзя. The amazing atmosphere of the Soviet Union, where people lived in kindness, joy and loved each other, it reminds me so much of my childhood - cartoons - "Well, wait" on all TVs in the game, great music by brilliant Russian composers and popular singers of that time, just like Alla Pugacheva.     Reading all the negative reviews one thought comes in mind - you definitely can try to teach a pig a couple of words in English, but all you get at the end is “oink-oink-oink”.

    Хорошая игра, особенно понравилось глумление над совком, игра точно показывает всю гниль этого недогосударства, сюжет и диалоги конечно посредственные, но графика, геймплей и воссоздание совка, очень хорошое

    This game is one of the best which i've played for a long time. Great atmosphere , great model design, great music, nice interface. Natasha is the best boss :) And the whole scene is really good. 10/10

    P.S. Ukrainian people ruine rating of this game, thats disgusting. Of course they even did not launch it. As Russian we will enver ruine rating of Stalker if it will be good, just    This game is one of the best which i've played for a long time.     While I did have some fun with Atomic Heart, I don’t think anybody should buy it for 70$. I think the best way to describe this game is « underwhelming »

    As a retrofuturism fan I really wanted to enjoy it, but apart from the style its just meh. Either wait for a discount or get it on GamePass, its not worth the full price.

    After almost 6 hours the game leaves me with mixed feelings. If it weren't included in Game Pass I would advise against buying it at full price. I particularly criticize the following points:

The few firearms are actually completely inferior to the ax and therefore useless. If the opponents grab you, you've actually lost, because the time for the quick time buttons is too short.

    The mission design repeats itself constantly. You always do the same stupid tasks to progress. Collect five special items and bring them to a specific location.

    The game does not know whether it wants to be a stealth game or a shooter. You have to constantly turn off cameras to avoid being discovered and overrun by hordes of enemies. If you turn off a camera (which is on every corner), a robot will immediately come and fix it. And since there are so many cameras, at some point you totally lose track. In the end you will be discovered and overrun.

    Conclusion: The world is really great, but the gameplay is unfortunately quite boring and sometimes frustratingly annoying.    … Expand

    It’s not that great, good for their first title as a company. Flaws become apparent and gameplay gets repetitive really quick. **** knock off of bioshock. Save your money and wait till it’s on sale or get game pass.

    Is this what we were promised? This game tries so hard to copy bioshock, while completely missing what has made that game so great. The dialogue and characters are as bland they come, and thats on top of one of the worst voice acting in games I've seen for a long time.     Game itself is poor copy of Bioshock, but it is half of a problem. Another half is way worse. Now russian learned how to turn their propaganda into video games, this game is filled with anti-ukranian symbolism, and pro-russian propaganda, they even have can of pork mins colored in Ukraine flag colors. This is just horrible.

    Troppi bug. Mi ne è capitato uno dopo l'ultima patch che non mi fa piu andare avanti perché quando prendo un ascensore nella storia mi sprofonda sotto la mappa. Ho ricaricato il salvataggio più volte ma nnt. Già come gioco in se ha diversi limiti, poi se capitano pure questi bug è grave.

    Gioco noioso, open world inutile, stealt fatto malissimo, movimenti legnosi, menu di gioco    Troppi bug.     Been overwhelmed and had a lot of expectations for AAA but it is not an AAA title at all. Kinda fun to spend few hours in soviet Utopia hence the gameplay is repeatative and mediocre. Kudos for 2-hour refund policy, thanks Steam!

Just low quality version of Bioshock, honestly, so far from being AAA game. It’s not a shooter, because shooting mechanic is so poorly designed, and there’s no interesting story

    There is nothing on the box or in description that specifies that an internet connection is required. To bad for a single player.

    Disc install offline at 38GB. When going to the main menu you are unable to start new game without the download. Ok for those who want digital. I want physical copies.

    Despite what is a promising combat formula as well as the supporting systems behind it when it comes to skills, crafting, and upgrades, there are also several equally frustrating aspects of it that hold the game back. The hope is that Mundfish is able to fix some of the more glaring issues post-launch

    Another clunky Bioshock knock off that also steals ideas from Last of Us, but fails to deliver immersive gameplay and combat. Alternative look on communism are kinda interesting but that's it. Optimisation could be better, and how we can release without few gamebreaking bugs, right? Overall pretty bland experience, not worth your time and money.

They tried to do so many things that they didn’t do any of them right. Save your money. I’d honestly only play this if you have game pass. If not, wait until it’s free.

Seems like, developers tried to make the main bet on gameplay, but they did it just by copying the mechanics they liked in other hit FPS games (BioShock, Dying Light, Fallout 3+, etc.) and putting them into the environment of the ussr. In fact, they did it crookedly and as badly as a plot. There is nothing unique in that game - an ordinary shooter with a cringe plot, boring monotonous gameplay and combat, a cardboard environment, and poor animations.
    Put 1 point for wooden toilets in "the most technologically advanced place of the ussr and planet" - this is very ironic :) Another 1 point for the nice implementation of the "Left" and "Right".
    Summarize:
    If you like to fap to effeminate androids with a red star in their heads and if you want to visit a real poor russian/ussr village, then welcome.
    If you want to get a good gameplay, fresh mechanics, a normal plot, and not a boring combat, then can't recommend that piece of rugamedev.    … Expand

    Simply no. Clunky and awkward combat with absurd to impossible movements that will get you dizzy, strange "few savepoints" rule when killing just one enemy is a weird challenge getting you dizzy.     Creating a studio and hiring and (apparently) firing a constant stream of programmers to try and turn that 3D portfolio piece into a game, has obviously taken many years, many disgruntled employee leaks, and a constant stream of unfulfilled hype and missed deadlines.
    The game essentially plays as you'd expect of something that hasn't been designed from the ground up to be a game.
    It's empty, repetitive, full of fetch quests, awful.... Truly, truly awful level design and gameplay so clunky it feels like the worlds most expensive asset-flip.

    At least all the 10/10, broken English, single review accounts are so blatantly from a botfarm it makes it obvious that even the games studio knows they shouldn't be making games, any more.
    The fact the true number of negative reviews is more than double what Metacritic shows before you review the game, is also quite telling. It would be really nice if companies couldn't pay for metacritic to delete reviews and change user score averages, now.    … Expand

    Atomic Heart is full of stuff that will absolutely make you love it immediately, but each one of those things comes with a major flaw that ultimately pulls it back from being a great game. It's far from perfect, but will still give you hours of awesome story, world, gameplay and music.
