    I loved the fact that you could choose to be absolutely anyone on the map. Some of the missions got very repetitive but overall i enjoyed it

    I haven't play the game yet but I'm a big fan of the franchise, I don't know which reviews are true or false, seeing how the thoughts are balanced, but for those who love the franchise and read my comment, may you follow your heart, if you like the game then buy it and enjoy it, don't listen to the others because play the game we waited for is a pleasure nobody can explain, and besides, toI haven't play the game yet but I'm a big fan of the franchise, I don't know which reviews are true or false, seeing how the thoughts are balanced, but for those who love the franchise and read my comment, may you follow your heart, if you like the game then buy it and enjoy it, don't listen to the others because play the game we waited for is a pleasure nobody can explain, and besides, to love something is to ignore its flaws. I'm not saying that the game will perfect, but I just want us not to be influenced by the bad reviews, and that we can go to what tempts us without question.     I Love this game and this game is my favorite, i think this story telling, and the dedsec was amazing. the gameplay too this game using mechanics recruiting npc to be mc of the game, auto drive, and the gadget is so cool too althougt we cant customize our gadget.

    Watch Dogs Legion: Hot damn this is good. In Watch Dogs Legion you play as a Dedsec operative trying to expose the company that framed your company. When I say operative I mean you can recruit anyone in the open world from a farting parametric to a professional hit man which is my favorite, this is one of the best open world games of all time mostly because the whole game takes place inWatch Dogs Legion: Hot damn this is good. In Watch Dogs Legion you play as a Dedsec operative trying to expose the company that framed your company. When I say operative I mean you can recruit anyone in the open world from a farting parametric to a professional hit man which is my favorite, this is one of the best open world games of all time mostly because the whole game takes place in London and it’s really awesome to look at and explore. The game is just beautiful I bet it looks even better on PS5 but it runs good on the PS4, the shooting feels great hitting the headshots are great to pull off and or just going in with your shotgun and then see the physics as they drop to the floor. The cars are also awesome too not only do you actually get to auto drive cars but a very special car that belongs to a Spy which you should get is basically a Bond car because it can shoot rockets it’s amazing. Overall Watch Dogs Legion is the best game in the franchise from its massive open world to its endless amount of playable characters I can highly recommend this game it’s so much fun from beginning to end.     Watch Dogs: Legion is a really good game and I don’t know why the reviews say otherwise. There are problems like a lot of loading, combat is wonky, and voice acting is a little ehhhh, but overall this game is a hoot and a half. The characters (other than the player characters) are pretty fun, Bagley is your AI partner for the game and is a very fun character who is among the ranks ofWatch Dogs: Legion is a really good game and I don’t know why the reviews say otherwise. There are problems like a lot of loading, combat is wonky, and voice acting is a little ehhhh, but overall this game is a hoot and a half. The characters (other than the player characters) are pretty fun, Bagley is your AI partner for the game and is a very fun character who is among the ranks of Wheatley, and Glados from Portal. The gameplay of the game is quite variable. You can shoot someone with a nail gun, you can electrocute someone with a drone, you can even fly with a construction crane. Speaking of flying, the driving is actually very fun. Drifting never gets old, and flying 100 mph off of a motorcycle may not be very helpful but it’s pretty funny. The combat could be better but it’s not the main focus, you can do things stealthily which is way more fun like frying someone with a spider-bot, or hacking a vehicle so it runs someone over. The puzzles are actually pretty fun. They introduce cooler stuff as the game goes on that keeps them engaging. Surprisingly the main driving force for me to play the game was the story oddly enough. There are some legitimately cool and downright horrifying twists in this game. The villains are pretty fun and interesting but I did find there to be a few too many running around London. Speaking of London, let’s talk about the city. It’s beautiful. And it feels alive, partly because every character you come across has a backstory, and you may need to use it to your advantage to recruit them. The city of London is very fun to diddle around in and explore. Overall, definitely give this one a shot if you liked the other Watch Dogs games, GTA or pretty much any open world third-person-shooter game.… Expand

    Soy un fan de Watch Dogs aunque el primero no me gustó mucho. Me gustan mucho estos tipos de vídeojuegos, Ubisoft sabe inobar muy bien. Dura como unas 40h la historia depende de la dificultad, el jugador, si te has centrado en misiones principales,etc. El final es magnífico no podían haber hecho nada mejor, aunque un poco triste.     Absolutely fantastic entry to the series. Loved the story and dynamics. I really liked the "play as anyone" idea, however the game actually improved when they added Aiden and wrench as playable characters with the bloodline dlc.

    Have to say it's weaker than watch dogs 1 (best in the series) but even then it's not worst game ever. I have high hopes for Aiden's dlc, hopefully Ubisoft delivers.

    It’s a really fun ok/good Game! Defo worth a play if you are waiting for some title. I played it at release dropped it and played pretty much every open world game between, restarted this on May 2021 and it blew my mind! Not sure has it got Patches but it’s darn good now.

    The game is good but has some problems. Game hacks are simple. There are no different puzzles in the game. It has few gadgets and features. The London environment is very well designed and beautiful. The selection system (TEAM) is really great. With the updates, there is a thing for improvement and it is promising.

    Моя единственная возможность побывать в Лондоне. Не доработанная, но очень крутая (в перспективе) механика рекрутирования, прям ожидаю от Юбиков развития этой темы. Очень красивый открытый мир, в прочем как и всегда у Юбисофт. Дерьмовый сюжет правда, но терпимо. Техническое исполнение тоже не на высоте, анимации 89-й год. Но я люблю игры от Юбисофт, их открытые миры (хоть и пыстые), этоМоя единственная возможность побывать в Лондоне.     What a great game! London is so well re-created, there's so much fun things to do in this game. Hacking is better than ever. Flying on drones makes it even better, because you can go on top of almost any building and just chill around there and look at this incredible scenery.     Would very much recommend! It had some fps issues when it launched, but they have updated it so much since then. Online is coming out soon, dlc's as well.

    من الآخر:

    1- تنوع الشخصيات باللعبة والقدرة على تجنيدهم هي خطوة جدا قوية وموفقة واللي ممكن تغير نظرة الكثير من اللاعبين ل (NPC).
    2- القصة ممكن ما تأخذ الكثير من الوقت ولكن اللعبة فيها مهام جانبية بالإضافة إلى عده أماكن ممكن تستكشفها.
    3- اللعبة ممكن تستخلص منها عده عبر منها عن التكنلوجيا ومنها عن الترابط بين المجتمع وعبر كثيرة أخرى لو فكرت فيها بعمق.

    I CANT WAIT TO SEE WHAT U ISODT DOES NEXT with this one. Hopefully they grow on this and make a better story and characters .     My favourite of the watch dogs series. It is definitely a lot better than the reviews make it seem. A lot of the bad reviews I have seen on here for the game were all posted over the same few days with similar wording and many were mentioning now old issues about bugs or crashes which have now been fixed and I don't think they are an accurate review of the game.

    I have been hyped about this game since i learned about it, and I can tell you its what i expected. If you are looking for a fun open world game, I highly suggest it. The only downside for me is the lack of side content and the driving can be cluncky at times. But all in all its a great game!

    I had so much fun to play this game. Had two crashes in the first week. After the bugfix update it was fine. No crashes since then. One of the best games of 2020 for me.

No in Watch Dogs Legion you are in control of your own secret armed organization and your job is to fight an opressive regime. Now it sounds more like a war doesn't it. To top it all off you can see the names of the people you are fighting andWatch Dogs Legion is one of the games I always wanted. it's a war game alright but it's not your typical war game with armies, tanks and explosions. No in Watch Dogs Legion you are in control of your own secret armed organization and your job is to fight an opressive regime. Now it sounds more like a war doesn't it. To top it all off you can see the names of the people you are fighting and that made me think made me pause for a second I wasn't just fighting unarmed soldiers rushing at me by the thousands I was fighting named enemies and it added the experience that this really is a secret war between two competing organizations. I could also recruit them and get them on my side of this struggle. So I would need a character with a non lethal weapon if I want to recruit. I also wanted to recruit some skilled military people into my ranks but I didn't know fighting and defeating their comrades in arms would make them hate my organization and thus make them unrecruitable it's little things like these that makes Legion stand out from other open world games also the fact that you can play as any character you can find as long as you recruit them really make this game a fantastic experience. I didn't think I would enjoy an open world action game ever again Legion proved me wrong with it's new mechanics and formula to keep things fresh in an already packed and generic genre of gaming.… Expand

    I think it is a really good game, at least as good as the Watch Dogs 2, but still it's Ubisoft so there are a lot of glitches and sometimes the game has even crashed on PS4. But although it's problems, this is a really good game, the story is good, the playtime was fun and I really enjoyed it. So my rating is 85%.

    I really like the concept of Watch Dogs: Legion as it has the system where you can play as any characters which have different abilities, which I think its interesting! But the one thing I do not like about Watch Dogs: the mission system is often homogeneous content repetitive many times.

    I hardly ever give a 10/10 review. I'm not a fanboy. This is a pretty cool game overall. I like the graphics and the London setting. The story isn’t bad, and the main missions are pretty good. However- There is some repetition with tasks. Basically go there- hack something, and get out. Where it really shines is the side missions- Dedsec Missions, Completing Burroughs, 404 Missions, etc.I hardly ever give a 10/10 review. I'm not a fanboy. This is a pretty cool game overall. I like the graphics and the London setting. The story isn’t bad, and the main missions are pretty good. However- There is some repetition with tasks. Basically go there- hack something, and get out. Where it really shines is the side missions- Dedsec Missions, Completing Burroughs, 404 Missions, etc. Some of these side missions are more challenging and interesting than the main story missions. I loved playing as the construction worker as she had the drone to ride into just about any area. I completed about 90% of the game with her. I’ve played the game twice already and loved it- and will play again in the future. I think it’s much better than some of the reviews it’s received. Give it a shot!… Expand

    I waited for this game literally forever. The ambition of being able to recruit anyone is something I am impressed with this game, yes the skills of characters might be repetitive (BARELY) but each individual in the game seems and feels unique. I have tried to find 2 of the same people and until now havent been able to. I am amazed that all cutscenes involving your character and the way you customize him literally are exact and flawlessly even when zooming on to faces or body and their voice.

    Even though you can be anyone and change characters frequently you dont feel that you are disconnected to them you feel the same as if you only had 1 protagonist that you can play with.

    Visuals are more than impressive, the amount of details in the world are mind blowing, the colors, the visual effects. Having visited London on many occasions, it really captures the vibrance London has. Now the only thing I can say about the world is that they should have put the volume of the cars louder when driving and the atmospheric sound of the city louder as well. I sometimes feel that they sort of muted it down. I have to say the only bug I found with visuals was with color saturation (PS4 Standard version, I feel it is more of my consoles fault) they halfway fixed it with an update this week. (A month since the game released).

    The story is fantastic, really entertaining. Wish there were more car variety in the game. I felt there were only like 15 types of cars so it felt repetitive. The amount of things you can do to carry and execute each mission doesnt make it quite repetitive as you might think. But yes most of the fame is hacking, but that is what watchdogs is.

    I recommend this game to anyone who wants to have fun and enjoy being a stealthy assassin or just a maniac. This is a game about fun and the story does get a hold of you no matter what character you are playing with, Script felt good and entertaining. Wish NPCs could talk more and engage better, sometimes they felt too robotic, when encountered in the streets.

    ALWAYS remember, never buy a game from ubisoft a full retail price or on the day it releases, Unfortunately even with delays, Ubisoft doesnt quite deliver a game without bugs.    … Expand

The developers are to be particularly applauded for looking to make a game that is a bit different, tries to push the boundaries of what an open world does (I thought the same about Death Stranding), and explores innovative technology for how to deliver a different gaming experience. The play as anyone mechanic adds an interesting dimension that was a little lacking in previous Watch dog games, the need for a degree of planning and strategy which goes a way to alleviating some of the issues of variety in mission structure which I found reduced my enjoyment of Watch Dogs 2. Overall, the game is really enjoyable, the world is expansive and the tone of the visuals is spot-on for reflecting the atmosphere of a near future London under a fascist regime - the environment feels both familiar and oddly distinct which I think comes down to the visual aesthetic of key elements in the world such as vehicles, signs on buildings etc. A lot of people are saying that the absence of a central protagonist makes them feel disconnected, but I have found that in assembling my team I have become attached to a few core operatives and that still allows for an emotional attachment (something underpinned by the permadeath option). So, despite some flaws (that aren't serious enough to impact my enjoyment of the game) this is definitely worth a play to experience something a little different.… Expand

Это мне лично говорит о том кто эти люди - глупый , маленкий , ребенок. Который свой негатив пишет и не понимает что пишет и кто виноват. Игра это божественно крутая песочница с онлайн !     Deserves so much better user score and i don't understand why ps4 metascore is 70, while xbox one metascore FOR SAME GAME is 76, it's almost like they don't wanna promote ps4 version, because it takes sales away from their stupid spider-man. Watch_Dogs: Legion is perfectly fine game.

    This game is really interesting and ironically it has nothing to do with actual game.

First it's score was (for many days) 76 (on PC version) and then for whatever reason they lowered it to 74 (on PC version) just to hurt it's reputation. All "penguinz0" cares about is whining about Ubisoft as much as he can.     Watch_Dogs is a franchise that I've been following from the beginning and have enjoyed each game in the franchise. While the franchise has had some ups and downs, I've generally enjoyed each game and this game is no exception. That being said, it is not a perfect game. The recruit anyone mechanic that is the main focus of the game is both one of the game's biggest strengths, but alsoWatch_Dogs is a franchise that I've been following from the beginning and have enjoyed each game in the franchise. While the franchise has had some ups and downs, I've generally enjoyed each game and this game is no exception. That being said, it is not a perfect game. The recruit anyone mechanic that is the main focus of the game is both one of the game's biggest strengths, but also one of the biggest weaknesses. The good side is what it adds to gameplay. There's so many different ways to take on each mission and once New Game Plus is added in a future update, I feel this game will have a lot of replay value for that exact reason. Most of the operatives are pretty interesting to play as and no matter how you prefer to play, you should be able to find an operative that fits your style of play. Unfortunately however, this same mechanic really holds back the story itself, with most of the operatives getting generic lines for cut scenes and it's hard to really connect to any of them from a story perspective for this reason. It doesn't help that there's really only about 30-40 voice actors who have their voices changed with the technology available for there to be maybe about 100 different voices or so? This means character voices do repeat and individual lines repeat even more. I feel like the good sides of this out weight the bad, but it is something that could be improved upon in future titles. I do also wish there were more character archetypes. After about 10 or so hours of gameplay, a lot of the character jobs, descriptions and abilities feel like they repeat a lot. More ways to customize your operatives would also be nice. All in all, it's an interesting mechanic that adds a lot of fun to the game, but it's easy to tell this is the first game to do this.

    As for the rest of the game's aspects, it's pretty fun. It's has some pretty solid graphics and sounds and most of the hacking from previous games is there. I was a bit disappointed they seem to have taken out the blackout hack, however I also somewhat assume they are saving that as a special character trait for when Aiden Pearce releases as DLC. They've also added a few new hacks and in general almost every object in the game seems to be hackable. The usual hack puzzles are also here and just as entertaining/annoying as usual and there's plenty of side adventures to explore. The game is a bit repetitive at times, but this is made up once again by the different ways you can take on various missions. The Spider-Bot is a great improvement and one of my favorite new aspects of the game. London seems to be really accurate to the real life location and I've heard this game referred to as "London citizen simulator," which seems somewhat accurate. I do wish you could enter a few more buildings however and there was less teasing of which ones you can and can't enter. I saw NPCs exit and enter buildings I couldn't go into quite a bit and that's a bit annoying, especially when it isn't always clear just looking at them which ones you can go into. The game is a bit glitchy at times however, having crashed on me about three or four times in the last few weeks I've been playing since the game released. This is something they keep saying each patch will fix and so far none has. I assume they will eventually fix this, but as of this moment it seems to still be there. Also, they've promised online play to come in an upcoming update as well, so that could change the experience when that releases and raise the score for this game.

    Ultimately, while I did have a lot of fun with this game, I'd recommend waiting for it to hit a discount before picking it up unless you are a hardcore watch_dogs fan, or perhaps waiting to pick it up when you get your hands on an Xbox Series S/X or PS5. Ubisoft games are generally pretty fast to go down in price and if this is your first Watch_Dogs game, I think you'd regret purchasing this at 60 dollars when you could easily pick up Watch_Dogs 2 for 20 or the first game for less than that, both of which are equally good experiences. However, once this game does reach the bargain bin (which most Ubisoft games do within a year of release) I would strongly recommend picking this up. By that point the online aspects will have released, the DLC will also have hopefully released and the glitchiness will hopefully be fixed. It's a VERY fun game and I'd recommend it to anyone who's a fan of GTA style games. There are a few downsides, but most of my problems with the game are generally pretty minor. If you see this for 20 dollars in a few months, I'd strongly recommend picking it up!    … Expand

    London looks beautiful, first time ever any video game has modern London. Story is meh, but DLC's are really promising. If you liked Watch_Dogs 1, i would recommend this.

    Watch Dogs Legion was never bad or awful game, in fact, i would like to argue it's better and deeper than watch dogs 2. Watch Dogs 1 will always be best in the series, unless they do something crazy with WD 4, but Legion is solid enough, it just needs tons of polishing and updates, more content. DLC's must deliver.

    This game is solid 7.5, but i have to give it 10 because all these negative reviews who very likely doesn't even have this game. I had enough fun with it, nothing special, but still better than many 2020 games.

I wish metacritic would FORCE people to show if they own a game and how long they have played it, before they can write actual review. JUST LIKE STEAM DOES. WD Legion is nothing special, but it's nowhere as bad as this userscore.

Watching some clips from youtube doesn't count. If you haven't played this game at least 5 hours, your review is absolutely meaningless.

    Absolutely no crashes or blue screens after 15 hours of gameplay. Game is solid. But AC Valhalla is (by 2020 standards) absolute masterpiece, so i would rather recommend that one.

    - The recruitment mechanic is fantastic and works just like advertised. Every NPC in the game (apart from a dozen story-specific characters) is recruitable, and actually feels like a distinct individual with their own set of strengths and weaknesses, personality, and a complex life behind them. Every NPC has a detailed biography and everyday schedule, and which NPC you recruit has noticeable effects on the gameplay: the same mission can be an exercise in stealth, a full-blown firefight, a sniper-like quest, or even a drone war depending on which character you decide to complete it with. This, in conjunction with the game's general sandbox mechanic which makes the open world malleable and dynamic, provides numerous opportunities for you to express your creativity and play the game like you want to play it.
    - Some of the chapters (notably the Skye Larsen and Dedsec chapters) were captivating and featured genuinely thrilling storytelling.
    Negatives:
    - The character models, as well as their movement, animations, facial expressions, and lip-syncing are seriously outdated. It can be pretty weird seeing these comically poor characters interact with such an advanced and almost photorealistic environment.
    - The voice acting is some of the worst that I have ever seen. For some characters, I feel like a random person on the street would've done a better job. Besides, the accents of the characters match neither the characters' personalities nor, even more noticeably, the general London population. For some reason, Ubisoft seem that London is inhabited almost exclusively by native Patwah or Polish speakers, which is obviously wildly inaccurate; on the other hand, the massively popular MLE dialect is barely featured at all. As a consequence of all of these factors, immersion - and with it the otherwise wonderfully executed illusion of being in futuristic London - takes a massive hit.
    - The AI is bad. Albion staff won't shoot at you even after you have literally almost killed them; they won't spot you even if you are in their plain sight; and the less said about vehicle AI - which would be underwhelming even in year 2000 - the better.
    - Melee combat is very primitive, although most other combat mechanics are pretty good.
    - Other than a few thrilling moments, the general storyline is basic, and almost all missions follow the exact same format: break into building - kill a few guards - retrieve artefact - possibly survive ambush - escape to safety. The game starts to feel repetitive after a few such missions - especially given that completing a mission is a prerequisite for every new recruitment, which is honestly a bit of a nuisance.
    - I can't help but feel that much, much more could have been made of the amazing open world that Ubisoft has built and the recruitment system available at Ubisoft's disposal. The characters could be grouped into different classes, with more powerful classes having more demanding recruitment criteria; the missions could be designed to encourage us to interact with the game-world more - for example, some missions could require us to recruit a particular type of character, say a cryptocurrency analyst, so we would be encouraged to recognise that cryptocurrency analysts usually work in the types of skyscraper found in the City, and go look for them there; hell, they could even go crazy and establish a relationship system, whereby relationship points would be gained by engaging in the appropriate activities with them (e.g. taking them to some cafe in the city or engaging in a brawl) based on their profile. Unfortunately, none of that has been done, and the best recruitment strategy as of right now is simply to find the character that you want to recruit in a place you'd expect them to be and recruit them. Only a few types of character are actually worthy of being recruited, with the rest being completely useless, and the recruitment itself is monotone and repetitive. Additionally, not much has been made of the highly interactive open world, and there is a lot of untapped potential.

    All in all, Watch Dogs Legion is definitely worth trying out, and it's a fun and immersive experience. However, it's certainly got its flaws, and it could have easily been a masterpiece instead of the merely "pretty good" game that it is.

    Overall, he is how I would summarise it:
    Graphics: 9/10
    Story: 7/10
    Gameplay mechanics: 8/10

    reading some of these comments makes me think like "are these people actually lying?" during my 10 hour game session i haven't had single hardcore bug in this game, zero crashes, I'm not even sure if i have had any minor bugs to be honest. Everything just works lol.

It's miles better than completely empty open world of mafia remake, i don't care if it focuses on story, if you have huge open world, do something with it. Watch_Dogs is at least doing something. This city really looks beautiful, for example you can go on cargo drone and fly on top of almost any building (that isn't too high) and chill around there. Scenery is BEAUTIFUL. You can free roam around on these rooftops, explore them etc. But then i have some criticism against open world design choices, for example i was free roaming and i found this old train in middle of nowhere, Would have been so cool to go inside it and explore it, but you can't because it has no doors. It's not the end of the world, but little things like that could have been so much deeper. You can drive inside trams in WD1 and you can't even go inside old train? Just saying. But overall it's not trash, it's just not. It' might not be anyone's cup of tea and that's completely fine, giving it just zero is pathetic at best. I'll just be honest, driving sucks with mouse and keyboard, it actually felt better in WD1 and they need to fix this, i'm serious. Overall it has tons of potential, underground areas is nice idea as well. There's so much there and there's stuff that i can forgive, like i don't NEED to go inside old trains, it would be just cool, that's all i'm saying. Overall again, it's not trash, it's just not.     I wonder where these haters are under watch dogs legion youtube videos that have thousands of likes, oh wait.....these people generally don't watch english language youtube channels. Only english language site they know is metacritic. It all makes sense now. Solid 7-8 game.

    AAA Gaming landscape overall would be pretty empty without Ubisoft. That's just fact.
    They release huge and even smaller games every single year. Not everything hits the nail, but it would be miracle if everything did. 2019 was generally huge mistake for them and i'm pretty confident it wont happen again. They simply can't afford it. Even tho they have millions of fans around the world,    AAA Gaming landscape overall would be pretty empty without Ubisoft. That's just fact.

Even tho they have millions of fans around the world, there seems to be this small group of angry/hateful people who try to damage their games by giving zero scores without even buying the game and not only their games, other companies as well (these people don't actually really care about gaming, they just have nothing better to with their lives, it's very obvious). And this mass downvoting on watch dogs legion literally day 1 is perfect example of that. Assassin's Creed has way larger fanbase (literally millions) than watch dogs, so hopefully Assassin's Creed fans are ready to protect Valhalla when it releases, because this kind of mass downvoting can't happen again. Now about the game, been playing around 20 hours i think. So far it's pretty fine watch dogs entry, i wasn't expecting anything crazy anyway from this, but it's solid 7.5, maybe even 8 for how good London looks.    … Expand

    I'm pretty sure multiplayer and season pass will add much needed depth to generally fine game already. Been playing over 20 hours and there's always something to do. Recruit new npc's, mess around with spiderbot or fly around on drones etc, explore the city.
    Can't believe one metacritic user literally confirmed on his review that he doesn't even own this game and just gave it zero.     Watch Dogs: Legion is far from perfect. It tries to tell a story about resisting oppression via the power of the people, but the concept of making any character in the world a viable choice means that the experience ends up being too broad and vague. I was able to spice things up by bringing my own roleplay to characters and used items that weren’t necessary, but this was my way of compensating for the ways in which Watch Dogs: Legion falls short of what I want from a triple-A adventure.

    What you’re left with is a game that delivers a greatlooking futuristic London, and not much of anything else. It suffered a hefty delay, and the series transitioned from Ubisoft Montreal to Ubisoft Toronto. Something has been lost here, and we can’t help but feel that the commitment to making any character playable is the core issue. That’s been made possible, but just because Ubisoft could, that didn’t mean the developer should have. [Issue#182, p.147]

    Watch Dogs: Legion is undoubtedly the best of the series, the one that is closest to bringing the experience promised by that trailer of the first game. Hacks are useful and the lack of a fixed character ends up making DedSec the true protagonist and, since we recruit, control and manage the operators, in the end we end up feeling part of the resistance.
