    watcg dogs legion is another typical Ubisoft tedious repetition with the same boring copy pasted formula and it's a huge step backwards comparing to wd and wd2, first of all the story is horrible and not exciting at all. not having a real protogonist and real characters made all of them seem the same. the missions also are the same almost all of them are infiltrating a base and stealingwatcg dogs legion is another typical Ubisoft tedious repetition with the same boring copy pasted formula and it's a huge step backwards comparing to wd and wd2, first of all the story is horrible and not exciting at all. not having a real protogonist and real characters made all of them seem the same. the missions also are the same almost all of them are infiltrating a base and stealing something or some data and escape. the combat and physics are ridiculously bad. the graphics are horrible the game looks like sh*t on ps4 i think it runs on 900p or occasionally 720p with constant framedrops on the same console that can run RDR 2 on 1080p! the only good thing about this game is it's environment design and good recreation of London but unfortunately it's all wasted… Expand

    Compared to watchdogs 1 and 2, this game is just awful. The voice acting is cut and dry, the lack of unique guns, and less customization that watchdogs 1 the game feels incomplete. the only thing holding this game up is the DLC, which is great. I expected more from a game like this.

    Feels like they turned a fun game into an average one. Bringing back Aiden to play was at least a bit of relief but it feels like the game is rushed and no vision to go on.

    It is important the truth behind the experience playing this game comes out broadly. Because, oh dear, this is one horrible, horrible game. I am a fan and casual player of both previous instalments, which had a great single player experience. The DLCs of both Watchdogs and Watchdogs 2 were also great. This thing, should NOT be called a Watchdogs game. The same mechanics, with voice actingIt is important the truth behind the experience playing this game comes out broadly. Because, oh dear, this is one horrible, horrible game. I am a fan and casual player of both previous instalments, which had a great single player experience. The DLCs of both Watchdogs and Watchdogs 2 were also great. This thing, should NOT be called a Watchdogs game. The same mechanics, with voice acting so bad you start wondering if it classifies as racism and biggotry against UK accents, and the whole idea of the "legion" gameplay... IT'S JUST BAD. You have NO proper player, NO proper storytelling, NO clear paths for the story to develop and obviously NO character development. The whole single player is a joke. It really is. I mean, it is just boring and you are not at all invested in playing. Why? Who cares. Your character is a transparent 'thing". It really is just a thing. You will play a bunch and realise, why am I doing this. There is no real interest behind my characters. Why are they? Who are they? Who cares if they live or die? Why do they talk as if this is an SNL skit with brits? Drop this game altogether. Don't bother. The only way to play it is by paying a ton of money to "unlock" as playable characters the old ones (i.e. Aiden) and then try to play it with recognisable characters. You will pay a lot. To make this game borderline playable. Just play the two previous games again. Trust me on this one.… Expand

    A bad game due to one very terrible gameplay decision

    I loved Watch Dogs 2 and had high hopes for Legion. With Legion they proposed a very interesting game concept that they utterly destroyed through the absolutely worst implementation of it. The entire point of Watch Dog Legion is players can recruit and play any character, yet the developers lack of foresight and poor implementation    A bad game due to one very terrible gameplay decision

    I loved Watch Dogs 2 and had high hopes for Legion. With Legion they proposed a very interesting game concept that they utterly destroyed through the absolutely worst implementation of it.

    The entire point of Watch Dog Legion is players can recruit and play any character, yet the developers lack of foresight and poor implementation destroys that concept, and it could have been easily fixed with one simple change...

    Simply making 80% of the NPCs have FOUR traits that were COMPLETELY RANDOM. Along with that, a chance for a random vehicle or weapon and then a very small percentage chance of getting some premium traits. That's all, NPCs that have disguises or class specific item like a construction drone, would keep those BUT then also have two or three random traits from the ENTIRE POOL OF TRAITS.

    The developers choice in this poor implementation renders the entire concept next to useless, it gives players absolutely no reason or desire to recruit and play any of the other characters. You're better off using any premiums you may have, or sticking with the first one you get with decent traits.

    The trait options giving to players to recruits are, faction NPCs like medics or construction workers all having the SAME TRAITS, or common NPCs mostly having ONE maybe two USELESS TRAITS, like a motorcycle and a wrench, or buys clothes better... ok that's a team perk... but why would you ever want to PLAY that character in the field over someone that can sneak or deal more damage or take less damage, along with having another trait or two.

    Yes, give recruits the buy clothes cheaper trait BUT also add another two traits to make them desirable as a playable operative... the current implementation simply doesn't make sense.

    A further slap in the face, is they'll have characters with one useless traits like a stun gun and then a negative trait like farts loudly, can't run, or dies randomly... and while negative traits may have been fun if each character had four traits so they were three other good ones to make it challenging, it's currently just ridiculous.

    A further problem is for a game that Topps playing every character there's very little customization... they completely fail by making everyone very similar... all of the clothing options are cookie cutter. There's no flip-flops or sandals (or any open toe shoes), no jean shorts, or swimwear, short shorts, or regular short variety like khakis, no yoga pants or stockings... but there's a ridiculous amount of business clothes... like that's what hackers wear.

    There's just very little variety, every store has the same few items in different colors, it's like the developers have never seen clothes in their life before... they could have simply gone online and looked up different styles of clothing.

    Even the mask are limited which is a big part of the game. Again they have to slap players in the face by adding some interesting masks like fox and wolf... but they're only available for specific characters with the terrible traits... and you're not allowed to put on the mask anytime only in a dangerous situation, like pulling out your gun so now you're guaranteed to be attacked because you simply want to wear your mask. completely awful implementation.

    The last thing I'll note is they also didn't make a very compelling story. I understand they had an 'anyone can be the hero' setup, but what they could have done was similar to Watch Dogs 2 have your chosen NPC interacting and perhaps even doing missions with a few predefined Dedsec operatives, like the games team to start with and just do them all away. they could have added multiple bases around the world with different operatives there that you could talk with and interact and push the story forward and make it feel more immersive than these nameless NPCs repeating the same tired lines... gassed! and banging! it's excruciating.

    In closing, the game seems like such a failed attempt at something that should have been extremely good, all they needed to do was randomized the traits for recruits and give each recruit option a bunch of them, it would have given players the opportunity to search for their perfect matching set of traits daylight. watchdog Legion is completely down the toilet but perhaps they'll learn if there's a fourth.    … Expand

    The differences between this games are soo many
    Watch Dogs 2 characters are so colorful, interesting, and they have clear ideas and intentions on what they want do to next. In Legion, you don't have a main character and all of them are soo lifeless, they don't know what they do, everything they do is soo mechanical and boring.
    The story in Legion is soo boring, long and without logic, instead Watch Dogs 2 story was soo fun, and interesting, every Main and side mission was a pleasure to the eye. I was soo hyped and very happy by every mission the game give to me.
    Soo many events could have been between the events from the second and the third game.
    Anyway, we can all agree, this is the worst Watch Dogs game out there ever.    … Expand

    Not worth AAA price for such a shallow and short campaign. It's easily forgettable, apart from 1 or perhaps 2 missions. Graphics mean nothing to me if it isn't backed up by the gameplay and BOY! I loved WD1, WD2 was a banger of vibes but this is a major downgrade to gameplay quality. So many hacks, gone. Phone menu and apps, gone. 3D printing your arsenal, gone.     Online is a buggy mess and the player base is so few that you often reencounter familiar strangers. Most of the hardcore players have stopped playing and the Online player base is now just mostly made up of newcomers. Matchmaking is a pain, where you have to wait for other players to complete up to the same mission you're on, and unless you've reset your mission progress to the beginning, it's now very rare you'll be matched.

    I did enjoy some of the 'you can play as anyone' system but it could do with a major boost in quality. Bloodline was good and probably the only good I got from the game. I had a 1-2 year hiatus from Ubisoft games, and they published almost Cyberpunk 2077 tier of buggy games but don't quite fix them like that game. I don't think I'm going to recover from this Buggysoft experience anytime soon.    … Expand

    Slow movements, loads of loading, and some characters do not have weapons that can take down a drone. Virtually no fun factor, just a map to explore. Grindy.

Between the fact that they keep trying to make hero GTA and now limit your gun use, to the fact that they copied GTAs police spawning system making it nearly impossible to get away from police after 3 levels. To the lack luster story that pushes woke agendas at you none stop. The game took everything that was good with the last games and scrapped them for a cheesy "Im the hero narrative."add onto the fact that you cant even be "the hero" because you are just a random set of unfun generic "citizens" who half the time make zero sense as to why they joined. HOW THE HELL does every single living soul in london know how to hack government facilities, and have the tools to stop the oppression at any time but decide to sit back and let it happen. The story makes no sense and the plot is a generic as they come. If London had not looked so good this game would have been hot garbage. Bad game design, bad story premise and hook, bad system implementation. Overall just a bad game. DO NOT BUY.… Expand

La verdad muy decepcionante y eso que soy fan de la saga watch dogs, me platine el 2 y busco el platino del 1 algun dia y es una completa deshonra para sus anteriores entregas, bugs, historia malisima y sin prota fijado, eso era lo que le daba más sentimiento a los anteriores juegos de la saga, no le agarras tanto cariño a tus personajes como lo hacías antes con Marcus o Aiden, otro tema que tampoco me gustó es el doblaje lamentablemente no se que le dio a ubisoft porque dejó de doblar los juegos a latino y eso eso sus Doblajes, tanto el de Far Cry 4 y Watch Dogs 2 FUERON EXTREMADAMENTE BUENOS, los coleccionables están bugueados al igual que la historia aveces que incluso me obligaba a repetir misiones SOLO POR CAMBIAR DE PERSONAJE e visto que a nadie más le paso pero al menos cuando yo lo jugué me paso,otro tema que me pareció MUY MALO es el tema de la conducción QUE LITERAL ME PARECE INCREIBLEMENTE INCOMODA la camara se sintió muy tiesa al igual que el auto, la verdad me pareció un juego muy malo y esa dinámica de que puedes ser cualquiera es MUY BUENA idea pero almenos a mi parecer los señores de ubisoft no lo supieron aprovechar bien y de paso de mala manera, almenos yo le siento ese 4 muy merecido, cuando lo jugaba me aguantaba las ganas de borrarlo pero aja era una prueba de fin de semana y eso que me tomé mi tiempo y hacía otra cosas y igual me pareció corto, espero que la próxima entrega de la saga sea mucho mejor que esta y no una cagada como este Watch Dogs: Legion… Expand

    Game is buggy mess. 8 months have passed and still not able to play properly. Ubisoft don't give a damn about the player, only our money they wanted. This is last game I buy from them. Even EA don’t disappoint me like that.

    I played the game 1-2 hours when it was free during the Days of Play. There is only 1 thing I can say is that this is one of the worst games i've ever played or watched. Guys, I live in Turkey and rarely can find money to buy games. Yet, I couldn't go on playing even though it was free. Definitely not recommending.

    Worst game of the series , I made the mistake of buying it pre-launch , managed to get it 10-15 EU cheaper but the game is still one on my worst purchases this year. It cannot be compared to WD1 let alone WD2 which was the peak of the series in terms of gameplay , character development , graphics , driving and everything else.

    - No counterpart using a spider or a drone to finish 99% of the game

    - Teleporting everywhere made it so unimersive the metro system is useless

    - No real interest to play the 9 millions possiblity sold by the gamedevs just buy a drone and that's basicaly the only usefull skill

    Some ideas to make it better in case a game dev lose him self

    - DIsable teleporting in hard mode
    - Make all the city os drones scan the sector when a crime is comited by the player
    - Make some character can't use some or some tech because they're using others ( like some have no right to take a car or metro or use drone if they have the spider ( not to an rpg but at lease make some builds )
    - Give energy to drones / spider to make it more a fight against the timer
    - Give a timer to a building camera intrusion forcing the player who want to play this game style at least change character
    - make road barage turets agro from more far ( in general )
    - Give the ability to some security drone to scan if the disguised character is allowed to be here
    - Make invisibility only working when you don't move
    - Make the camera disable after a failed intrusion
    - Make the player be able to keep an uniform for all the dead sec char if you want ( everytime you switch character you see your dead sec members with stupid fluo clothes in the game )
    - Make characters permanently reasearched whats the point having XXXXX possiblity to many identity if they're never reasearched if they fail a mission OMG Ubisoft you have money now do nice games

    *- I hope someday a law will be created to not allow a studio/publisher de release more than one game in 5 years if they have more than 1Millions sold copy !

    AND I really hope the source code who have been stolen will be used to make mods for players who buyed it ! because actually your work is **** ! PS godamn stop the stupid activitys like jungling with football ... for god sake fifa is made for this do what you said before going on stupid and useless activity's like this

    FROM A REALLY ANGRY PLAYER ! because this game has bees sold for more ambition than what it's actually is.    … Expand

    The map is nice, but very unimpressed with the story compared to Watchdogs 1 & 2. I don't understand why people appear to be so fond of this.
    Random virtue signalling, little choice on your earned characters (Gender, features, etc etc), characters in the game screaming about politics.
    Non-believable story, little character development and this annoying AI always speaking in your ear    The map is nice, but very unimpressed with the story compared to Watchdogs 1 & 2. I don't understand why people appear to be so fond of this.
    Random virtue signalling, little choice on your earned characters (Gender, features, etc etc), characters in the game screaming about politics.
    Non-believable story, little character development and this annoying AI always speaking in your ear
    Accents are terrible (I'm from the UK myself)
    Writing is pretty unimaginative and discussions feel bad
    Driving is absolutely awful, no weight behind cars and seems to be heavy driving assists

    Seems like the game has just been made for a generalised market, rather than fans of the ongoing series.
    Not impressed by this game, and probably wont buy any more of the series.

    More to note, there's stupid micropurchases, not much of a difference between the basic version of the game and the extra-editions, except for some overpowered characters (making it pay to win when online comes out) and some masks
    Really unimpressed by this, when quality content like Assassin's Creed still stands strongly. Saying that, Assassin's Creed also drifted away from the main story, so...    … Expand

    You've got the missing online mode, the terrible contrast/brightness settings in HDR (that can't really be fixed), the missing character animations (trying leave a moving vehicle for example), the terrible voice acting (with oddly misplaced swearing), NPCs stuck in walking animation while facing walls, combatant AI is completely ineffective, the stuttering frame rate (on PS4 Pro) the random crashes, the half-assed story, the PS2-era character models... and this was apparent within the first 30 minutes of gameplay. Loading times are long, and occur in odd places... like where the screen fades to black for 5 seconds in between each tutorial section, even though there's no change of scenery or characters.

    The facsimile of London is ok, although a shame they had to cut so many corners... streets... buildings... etc. I would have preferred they cover a smaller area at 1:1 scale. If you're not as familiar with London as I am, you'll probably be fooled.

    The character design is bizarre... potato-faced mannequins animated like marionettes. Some of the face designs are hilarious and don't matched the voices. There's not even an attempt at lip sync when they speak.

    But you'll soon tire of the mini-London sandbox... because there's no real story, no character development, no incentive to carry on. Just a string of identical missions. It's not even up to the standard of other Ubisoft open-world games like Far Cry 5 or Assassin's Creed.

    Yeah yeah... COVID-19... I get it. But why release something half-assed when another 6-12 months polishing could have delivered something of quality?    … Expand

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. 1) Having no main protagonist meant that I couldn't connect with the characters I was playing as, and although it seemed like there was a lot of people to choose from, you realise that most of them are the same, but with a different body and name.

    2) There was a lot missing compared to the previous two Watch Dogs games, such as being able to listen in on NPC's phone calls and read their text messages. Enemies no longer carried grenades so we couldn't blow them up, there was no longer a phone and we could no longer walk into shops to buy clothes, we now have to stand outside while other NPC's get in the way of your view.

    3) We could only fight one of the main enemies in the game, and he wasn't too difficult to beat. At one point he leaves his machine wearing super heavy armour and all it took was 5 seconds to beat him with a pistol. I was laughing in disbelief saying "that was it?!".

    4) The fact that it was set in London, there's other and much nicer places in the UK to explore, plus there's more than Irish and Jamaican accents in the UK.

    5) There was a lot of audio glitches, which ruined the game for me and had to use subtitles in case I missed what was being talked about. I had one mission completely break on me, which took me to a black screen and I couldn't progress as it was a final mission for one of the main enemies, so the game would throw you back in as soon as you quit the game. The only way to fix it was to not hack anything and wait a while until progressing to complete the mission. Enemies also appear and disappear out of nowhere.

    6) The clothing was terrible compared to Watch Dogs 2, it felt like they didn't even try.

We get some of the laziest level design. Car chase mission? Make this normally slow vehicle super fast. Shooting mission? Infinite spawn! Dedsec is supposedly a non-violent organization yet the only way to complete some missions is to use real guns and kill everyone.     Me gustaron mas el Watch Dogs 1 y el 2, pero este como otros juegos actuales de Ubisoft, carece de gráficos buenos acordes a la generación actual, su historia es genérica al igual que sus modelados que son los peores, muy mal hechos, la jugabilidad es tosca en el disparo y por ultimo, sus misiones son repetitivas.     I always purchase ubisoft games with really low expectations and when it goes on sale, but this game managed to be worse than what I expected. The characters you can recruit are all uninteresting, irrelevant, so you have no motivation to work on recruiting more as it feels so little rewarding. The missions are ALL the same, at least until 5 hrs of play, go to building, navigate throughI always purchase ubisoft games with really low expectations and when it goes on sale, but this game managed to be worse than what I expected. The controls felt very clunky, and the UI to access maps and other things in the game were horrible, no shortcuts to check the map for example, you need to open the menu and select map.     The game is awesome and its just devastating how developers dealt with bugs. The game crashes, lags, doesn’t deal with loadings properly... a pure shame cause the game is amazing indeed, it’s just how is being purely dealt with Ubisoft themselves.

    Game is constantly crashing even after downloading and installing a patch. I can't play for more than twenty minutes before the game crashes, ruining mission progression. I have experienced at least twenty such crashes, rendering it virtually unplayable

Gadgets and weapons inventory and selection is clunky in terms of navigation and very limiting in terms of what you can use. Same with car options and cars are just so bad to drive again, worse than watch dogs 1 clunky mechanics. The design is basically fetch quests after fetch quests with the occasional spiderbot/drone/hacking to break it up from time to time. There’s no reward system that feels rewarding collectibles aren’t anything, there’s some graffitiing billboards but it doesn’t do anything or Reward you anything. Much like most of the game it’s just a hollow option for filler. The game mechanics are wonky as hell. The combat is just one button to hit, one button to grab, one button to dodge. It gets very repetitive and boring. You’re limited to the type of guns you can get depending on your operative and there’s no rhyme or reasoning for it. The map feels bland, generic, and lifeless. There’s more npc roaming around but it all just feels pointless. Youd hacks from previous games are almost existent. You can’t money hack unless your operative has that, there’s no black out hack, not traffic lights hack, no steam bursting from the ground hack, there’s no cranes to hack, and even something as simple as hat surfing is almost impossible. you can’t walk into stores, most inside buildings beside 1 to 2 floors become a loading screen, interiors often repeat themselves, level design is copy and paste, no enemy variety, After a while this whole game just feels like the same fetch quests with no rewarding feeling. A tremendous disappointment. But the worst of it is the numerous technical issues that plague the game. Literal game breaking bugs. Horrendous screen tearing. Audio not coming in. Button prompts not appearing. The game crashes after an hour or so. The worst offender — There’s no manual save. So the game crashes and crashes and there’s only an occasionally working auto save. When you try to exit through the menu it crashes. When you play the game it crashes. When you put your system into rest mode it crashes. Twice I’ve have my save file corrupted from crashes and I can’t continue. 15 hours in crashes corrupted. 29 hours in crashes and corrupted. The game is boring, repetitive, uninspired and literally unplayable.… Expand

    - Recruitable characters feel shallow, poorly acted/generated, and poorly planned. A nemesis system might have worked better, with a singular core character and lots of disposable recruits to bring in. I never felt much of an attachment to my characters, and didn’t care when I lost them as I could just get more.
    - Hacking feels worse than in previous games, with some abilities locked to certain characters. There aren’t any blackout or gang-call type abilities that would have wowed me.
    - Melee, as the majority of combat you see, isn’t very fun. It can feel frustrating or way too easy, but never a perfect balance. I just ended up dodge-punching everything for as long as I could.
    - Optimization, even on PS4 isn’t great. Long load times and a few crashes have soured my experience during my play through.
    - Little to do; Liberating the map as quickly as possible might make the game much less fun for you. Doing so clears much of the Albion presence, reducing the amount of conflict you are in. Doing so is also pretty easy, taking only a few objectives per district in order to reach Defiant status.

    All in all, I wasn’t particularly thrilled by my experience with Legion. It clearly wanted to do something ambitious with its “play anyone” mechanics. However, I believe that it should have either a.) had a single, well-written protagonist with a cast of characters to match, and then put in some sort of nemesis system, or b.) had a customizable first character to function as leader to the others. Slightly below the standard set by Ubisoft in previous titles, and well below what is expected from AAA games.    … Expand

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. So I came into this not knowing what to expect, given the vast differences between the first and second games, and with them adding the 'recruit anyone' into the mix, it was at least guaranteed to be a novel experience.

    But.. the novelty quickly wore off.

    I don't want to waste anymore time on this game than I already have (86% trophy completion), so I will simply list out the Pros and Cons - Cons first.

    Cons

    - Main campaign is basic - it is fragmented and doesn't take the time to build into any meaningful interactions with either the team or the villains, to top it all off it is super short - I'd say around 9 hours for the main campaign (including watching all cutscenes, which were not that compelling at all)
    - Writing - as mentioned above - not very compelling writing - I seemed to get the same quests over and over again when recruiting people, which made it very boring and predictable - not sure if there are more than 5 recruitment quests tbh.
    -Bugs - too many to mention - main one would be cars bugging out, people not getting into cars when rescuing them etc, a trophy - oral history - bugged for me - thats when I decided to abandon the plat
    - Graphics & Voice Overs - the characters lip syncing was horrible, graphics were pretty average, and tbh the graphics from the second game were far better imho - I get that London, especially dystopian police state london is meant to be a lot more dreary than SF, but the attention to detail was just not where it needs to be for a AAA.
    - map size - while this was decent, it was annoying being told I was leaving london and being teleported back to the middle of some random street when trying to fly a cargo drone to an objective, seriously - this is the same company that made AC odyssey, couldve at least given us a map that went past the outskirts.
    - sound effects - the car sounds are horrible - and too quiet - this is the same company that made the crew and the crew 2, both with decent sounding cars - i don't see why assets can't be shared in this instance.
    - some of the characters have the MOST annoying accents, made it intolerable to listen to them.

    Final one - it is just a boring, repetitive game - it could've been so much more with a compelling story, greater interior interactivity, more depth to hacking, but it feels like they've created 100 different professions and then just assigned random stats to them - most of which are recycled across multiple professions - eg an electrical engineer will have a wrench as a melee weapon, so will a construction worker.

    So yeah - just super disappointed with this game. I don't recommend buying it until it is heavily on sale.

Was expecting chaos on the streets after conquering a zone with civilians rioting against Albion but nothing changed at all. The game got that traditional Ubisoft disease collecting trash!     I had high hopes after the excellent Watch Dogs 2, but unfortunately, this was a major letdown. The first two games had decent stories and characters, where as Legion, you can "be anyone". Ubisoft has been pushing this. However, it does not translate into a fun experience. This detracts from the overall story. 5. Fight mechanics are extremely limited and create a very boring element. 6. Exorbitant prices for cosmetics in the store. Positives. 1. Driving mechanics are great and a lot of fun. 2. The story is rather engaging and keeps you plodding forward. 3. Plenty of elements to engage with in the environment.     As a Watch Dogs series fan I was looking forward to this game, and it disappointed me, I expected much more from it, it seemed like a downgraded version of Watch Dogs 2..     As a Watch Dogs series fan I was looking forward to this game, and it disappointed me, I expected much more from it, it seemed like a downgraded version of Watch Dogs 2.. Actually it seems more like a different game; most of the hacks are gone like calling cops on someone, blackout, etc.

    Furthermore, the UI changed and it’s awful, they removed “car-on-demand”, the uber-like app and more... They even removed the MP3 player! Now to listen to music/podcasts (which are decent to say the least), you’ve got to pause the game.

    In regards to the story, it’s dull, you don’t really do anything interesting and the tasks are extremely repetitive, you go to a certain place, you “hack” something (L1+X or triangle, depending on the hack) and wait for a bar to go to 100%. I found it extremely boring.

    Now, I personally enjoyed the map design, London was correctly recreated and the atmosphere was great. However, there were no interiors despite the DedSec HQ and the city didn’t feel alive despite of the new “play as anyone” feature — I’ll get to that later. The AI was worse than in the previous games, it’s bluntly ridiculous considering that it’s a AAA game. And the graphics were fine I guess, slightly better than the other game.

    The game is pretty buggy, but it isn’t unplayable, it delivers what they want to deliver I guess, which isn’t that good. The PS4 optimization however, is really bad, the game crashed countless times.

    The “play as anyone“ feature is not that interesting to be honest, voice acting isn’t good, only few “skills” are useful or remotely interesting, characters don’t have any backstory or anything appealing as well.

    You might think that a 4/10 is high for what I said, but the game isn’t unplayable or anything like that, you can play it but it’s not enjoyable imo, it seemed like a chore. Not worthy of the price I paid, you might like it if there’s a really good sale for it.    … Expand

    Cons: Bad graphics (old and rusty) Very dull and not motivated story line. Enemies are lacking motivation and a lot of cliches. Filled with bases which should be controlled and overtaken (bad remark and idea from AC series) Stupid AI. It’s just bad. Believe me... Bugs
    And finally, Micro transactions in a game costs 60-100$ edition!!!

    Watchdogs 2 was a big improvement from the first. However, Legion was a big step back.

    i really wanted to like this game but i can't its full of horrible accents, terrible driving and kinda limited story if i could have got a refund i would have but apparently i played the game which is the same as opening it (who knew) this is probably the second review ive written because of how bad i found a game so if my review should say anything it's that.

    A mediocre game with some nice mechanics that are more than cancelled out by the game's dialogue and characters being the most annoying I have ever come across. I can play this with the sound off for about half an hour before it becomes tedious. With the sound on I want to kick my TV in before it even gets to the main menu. I was quite thankful when it crashed on me earlier

    full of repetitive missions and dialogues, it's not even a good open world game.
    littreally there is nothing to explore in the world of the game and nothing to enjoy.
    if you need an advice before buying just telling you, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY !

    1) I was so excited to hear so many different british accenents when I knew that next part will be London. But ubi just cut English voice option from Russian edition and we have to suffer and listen to this nonsense.
    2) Unreal lags on PC even with low settings. Annoying fps drops.
    No one should behave themselves as CDPR does but it is better to postpone your game than realise it like that.

    É simplesmente a pior merda que já joguei na minha vida, as missões são extremamente repetitivas, os personagens são obviamente sem carisma nenhum, o dedsec é de novo um grupo de rebeldes sem causa e não faz sentido nenhum recrutar um pedreiro que quer se aposentar, e do nada se torna um hacker de primeira e luta igual o John Wick. Quero o #WATCHDGOSE32012.

It’s pretty cool that you can recruit anyone, but they really don’t do too much with it.     I was hopeful for the game, but I shouldn't have been. The game itself is basic with the hacking game play, there was no change or improvements. The game over all lack substances just like WD2, their are so many missed opportunity for the game to have grown and improved on but they stayed with the bear minimum. Its sad really because it gives me no hope for the future releases.

    Watch Dogs: Legion is far from perfect. It tries to tell a story about resisting oppression via the power of the people, but the concept of making any character in the world a viable choice means that the experience ends up being too broad and vague. I was able to spice things up by bringing my own roleplay to characters and used items that weren’t necessary, but this was my way of compensating for the ways in which Watch Dogs: Legion falls short of what I want from a triple-A adventure.

    What you’re left with is a game that delivers a greatlooking futuristic London, and not much of anything else. It suffered a hefty delay, and the series transitioned from Ubisoft Montreal to Ubisoft Toronto. Something has been lost here, and we can’t help but feel that the commitment to making any character playable is the core issue. That’s been made possible, but just because Ubisoft could, that didn’t mean the developer should have. [Issue#182, p.147]

    Watch Dogs: Legion is undoubtedly the best of the series, the one that is closest to bringing the experience promised by that trailer of the first game. Hacks are useful and the lack of a fixed character ends up making DedSec the true protagonist and, since we recruit, control and manage the operators, in the end we end up feeling part of the resistance.
