    Totally Reliable Delivery Service delivers some goofy laughs with family or friends as you fumble your way to a destination without completely destroying your cargo, but like a package that’s been bashed into your front door a few times before finally being pushed through your mail slot, it’s noticeably rough around the edges and some of its contents are broken.

    Totally Reliable Delivery Service is a game that might provide passing entertainment to a group of friends for an hour or two; and the more challenging deliveries do generate some hilarious moments whilst making one ever more determined to try and complete them. But the novelty soon wears off, and there’s not really anything here that is likely to convince many to stay. Still, that’s a little more than what’s on offer for the single player – which, disappointingly, is really nothing at all.

    Totally Reliable Delivery Service is the definition of a one-note joke that wears out its welcome pretty quickly. You’ll experience pretty much everything it has to offer in the first few minutes of playing it, and it’s the sort of game best experienced as part of a YouTube compilation, rather than something you need to play on your own.

    The large open world is filled with props, vehicles, and hazards. While they add variety, the game suffers from a lack of structure. You can attempt deliveries together or solo in any order but there’s generally not enough here to consistently make your own fun (which the game is too reliant on). As sandboxes go, Team OPM did enjoy plenty of hijinks – including one memorable caper where Ian trapped Oscar on a ferris wheel, swiftly followed by Oscar’s revenge. Unfortunately, all too quickly we found we’d had our fill. [Issue#175, p.80]

There are absolutely no redeeming qualities this game has to offer, mostly because of its main glaring fault—the God awful controls. All that I can say is that there is no fun to be had here at all. I mainly play games like this with my 10 year old son, so we were browsing the PS4 store and were excited to try this one. Bought it for $2.49 and that was a rip off. I wouldn’t even take it for free. Absolute garbage.… Full Review »

    Frustratingly poor in-game movement. The entire game revolves around mitigating the poor physics engine.
