There is absolutely no comparison between that load of garbage and this incredible game. Updated - it’s bloody hard work, dying and respawning a lot is a pain but perseverance is the way. Don’t give up folks. Next thing - there are load times, the first initial one to start the game, then to continue where you left off. Fast track load times yes but not long at all. Let me be clear as well, this game is tough, you will die, and the respawn option isn’t exactly generous particularly if you haven’t got a safe house near by. So let’s list the positives -

    - Washington DC is incredible, awful but incredible. Graphics are stupendous, gorgeous, rain, fog, sunshine, Ubisoft have really gone to town in recreating something of beauty in terms of this game graphically.
    - Gamplay is awesome. Using guns is a joy compared to the incredibly tough The Division. Enemies actually adjust when taking gunfire, one shot, you’ve disoriented them, then go to town and kill that b*****d, but as you imagine as you progress enemies get tougher and wiser.
Finally - I haven’t played enough to say anything of the fearsome Dark Zone or endgame. I’m only level 6, but from what I’ve played Ubisoft have made a game that is leaps and bounds better than the first. There are gonna be people who are negative, but this is in incredible game that is worth your money and time. I’ve had one shutdown of the game, but reported to Ubisoft thru my console, but then when I’d gone back to my save (you can’t save at all in this game, it’s automatic) point, the current mission I was on was completed. But hopefully it won’t happen again. I’d say first timers, don’t go multiplaying on all your missions just to start with. Give it a week. Obviously the game isn’t officially out to the whole world yet, so I’m sure Ubisoft will have an update ready for fridays full release. But definitely worth a look. You won’t be disappointed.

This game is what I wanted from the first The Division, they really listened to the community. There are a lot of missions, it has a good End Game instead of other games (you know what game i'm talking about.), there are a lot of bosses and enemies and the A.I. is really good.

After the failure of Fallout 76, Battlefield V and Anthem (It can be still revived), this is the only game that for me is actually good!
Don't believe what the 0 score trolls are saying, I bet that they didn't even played the game, some of them only reviewed this game and others review every game 0.

Games amazing. The amount of content at launch really puts other "loot shooters" to shame. Ubisoft did a great job giving hardcore fans of the series what they wanted. Made it more tactical while rewarding players with excess amount of loot.

Really solid looter with an abundance of content and great gun play. A few bugs here and there but nothing like the first. Overall super enjoyable and addictive game. It seems like this maybe a looter shooter that finally gets the formula right.

Solid game. The fights are harder, I feel accomplished when I finish a mission. Maybe the fights can drag on a little long, a few too many reoccurrences of "more enemies approaching," but that's what makes it fun. The enemy AI is good. I wouldn't change a thing. There's a bit more strategy needed than D1. Sometimes the lighting effects feel too extreme. When it rains I can't see anything and basically just stop until it runs its course. The sunsets are blinding. While these do keep with the realities of the real world, after the first few times it just impedes play and the aesthetics are lost. There is a wonderful ease to match up with other players. Makes it enjoyable, makes the world feel full. The roaming mobs feel a little too on top of each other. It's annoying to fight one mob and have another spawn behind you and join the fight. I've run out of ammo quite a few times just fighting mobs. Anyway, this is just after around 10 hours of play. I'm hopeful. Hope there's plenty of PVE content for end game. Because I don't play games enough PVP is for really dedicated players, otherwise it just feels frustrating. Hope I can get the same loot from PVE as those can who play PVP. Expand

The Division 1 was one of my favorites, played something about 1.000 hours and The Division 2 is as great as we can get. Great per-launch, no disconnects so far and one of the games that I really couldn’t stop playing, got to bed really late just to finish that last mission or get that last Tech! Congrats to Ubisoft, the game is out finished and great !!!

There are a few minor bugs, a few delta errors, but after playing the latest AAA titles that have failed HORRIBLY, this game feels surreal at how smooth it feels. Mission designs are challenging in a 4 player group, and only get harder as you level up and start to get better gear. Highly recommend this game if you are looking for something to play with endless content.

The developers were too lazy to polish this joke of a game. The physics are beyond horrible. The lighting has that same garbage look that most Ubisoft games have. It lacks so much detail. The missions are boring and repetitive wih bullet sponge enemies. Story is bland.

Apparently, there will be a 90 GB day 1 patch. That makes the physical copy pointless. You expect to believe that this game takes up more space than GTA V and Uncharted 4 combined? It's obvious that they were too lazy to compress their game. It's pathetic that developers are starting to use this tatic to be lazy and greedy. They are too lazy to make the game fit in 1 disc, and too greedy to provide us with 2 discs. The only good thing in this game over the first, is that there is finally female hairstyle options for female characters.

There no offline gameplay. So once the developers decide to switch off the servers, this game will end up in the trash can. Charging $60 for a game with no offline campaign is a cashgrab. And they have the audacity to charge $110 for the Gold edition without an offline campaign. It's getting ridiculous that developers have gotten so lazy and greedy, they are only giving us half of the game at full price. When I buy a game that costs over $60, I want both the singleplayer and the multiplayer. Is that too much to ask for? I don't recommend this cancerous game at all.

Division 2 nailed what it means to be a looter shooter in an open world environment - and I haven't even reached the first dark zone area. It looks great, feels great, and 4 hours melted away without any regret or feeling of boredom.

ANYONE leaving this title a 0, did not play the game or has some form of an agenda - do NOT trust those reviews at all.

AT THE VERY LEAST - this game deserves a SOLID 7 even from its toughest critics as the foundation of a fun looter shooter is not only present but THRIVING.

This is not a title to miss.

I've only played for a few hours, but so far it is a huge improvement over the first Division at launch. Combat feels tight and tense, and the world map is incredibly detailed. Really looking forward to putting some more time into this, and to see how Ubisoft keeps up with this game. If it's anything like R6 or The Division 1 this should be a game that delivers for a long time to come.

Tom Clancy's The Division 2 has thrown its hat into the ring for being a possible 'Game of the Year' contender for 2019. The post-apocalyptic Washington D.C. is such an eerie site to see, and Agents can roam around solo or in groups to complete missions and earn better loot to upgrade their characters. With more content well on the way, the base game is still packed with heaps of stuff to do - and the huge variety in gear types and stat boosts, modifications, and skills means that 1000+ hours can easily be put into this title over the course of the year. The only bane to these sorts of titles is the 'always-online' internet connection that is required, which does remove some parts of the gaming population from being able to play it, unfortunately.

The Division 2 is easily the best of its type; it has the right balance of fun, challenge, dopamine loot drops, and sweet graphics that all but guarantee I’ll be playing this one for a long, long time to come. If you haven’t jumped in yet and think this might be for you, hesitate no longer - Ubisoft has absolutely nailed it the second time around.
