    Let's be brutally honest: this new edition of Titan Quest is simply terrible. Technically it's a disaster, with a constant flow of bugs and glitches that seriously undermine the game experience (there are still references to the keyboards commands). It's too bad, because the original game was a great hack 'n slash.

    A game that attempts to sneak into an era that has long passed it by. While a minimal amount of enjoyment can be had listening to the wayfarers and tradesmen across the many worlds that the hero visits, there are too many problems that stem from the game’s now ancient design.

    The original was a perfectly good game and this remastered version doesn't bring anything new to the table. Neither does it improve the original in any way, shape or form. The technical issues combined with the repetitive gameplay dull the experience. Other issues we encountered were faulty controls and a less than optimal user interface. In the future, all of our gripes might be solved by some major updates but as it stands this game is a mess.

    Titan Quest is a lazy port of a glorious PC action RPG. The genre is respected and executed efficiently but the game is immersed in poor interface design and tons of bugs and glitches.

The game is nice enough and I have put in roughly 150hrs so far.

    Pros:
    - Looks nice, espec with the 4k patch that also fixed UI
    - Decent enough story - not great but decent
    - Fun loot system
    - Acceptable battle system

    Cons:
    - Characters get stuck - not just the playable one
    - Strange glitches and stuttering
    - Crashes ALL THE FAKEN TIME JESUS FAKEN XRIZT (!111!)
    - Several key trophies broken including critical - game-breaking ones such as game completion trophy. If you are like me and enjoy trophy hunting then STAY AWAY!
    - It's just pretty damn terrible over all.
    - Well... I mean if you managed to read this far then... you kinda get the point by now.

    Finally, the game is in the shape that it should have been at release over 2 years ago. Now that 98% of the potential players have been driven away by constant bugs and crashes, they finally got around to (mostly) fixing the game. I still get a crash like every 20-30 hours, but that's much better than when it was happening every 20-30 minutes.

    I also bought the expansions, and I've had the PC version forever, and I can say that it's a good port. It's too bad that they waited until the game was marked down to $5.99 and got destroyed in the reviews before they fixed it. Better late than never I guess, but I'm sure they lost a huge amount of money by waiting over 2 years after release to get it in a playable state.    … Full Review »

I like to get 100% trophies, I gave up and uninstalled at 50% after my 5th crash in 20 minutes. Constant never ending crashing, terrible targeting system, and terrible lagg online.
