Starts out great, there's a bit of a lull in the middle, and finishes just as high as the superlative original. [Christmas 2014, p76]

A bit more polish in some areas for the PS4 would have really helped sell this version, but for those of us who don’t have a last-gen console anymore it’s great to see the series arriving on the new platforms. Keep ‘em coming Telltale.

What has been proven with The Walking Dead: Season Two is that Telltale tell great tales.

If you’re already hooked on Telltale’s post-apocalyptic plot, then this sophomore series is most definitely a must play – even if it never quite hits the highs of the inaugural escapade.

By now you surely know the gist of what telltale games are so... story and characters. You are wee little Clementine and people rip on youBy now you surely know the gist of what telltale games are so... story and characters. You are wee little Clementine and people rip on you because as a little kid nobody "expects anything of you" but they are constantly making you do things. Like go check a bridge to make sure nobody is there. Why? I am an 11 year old girl! Most of the characters are not very likable. There are really only two but there is no special bond that you really create with them that made Seasons 1 so great. The story, well, it's your typical goal leads to another goal that leads to another goal and then near the end people ask cliche questions like "how did we get here?" Short answer? Don't bang crazy people. The ending is still satisfying and reminiscent of season 1. Without spoiling anything the entire story revolves around how you change as a person after certain life events and the definition of "you." Are you your actions or are you your perception of yourself? Idk, but it was a good ending. Not better but still good. Full Review »
