I am a huge fan of The Room games on iPad so was looking forward to this. The game itself is written just as well as its iPad counterparts. The use of VR is brilliant. The graphics and puzzled are good fun.

However.......the game is way too short for the price tag. I finished it in about 3 hours and only really got stuck on the puzzles once. Also, quite often the hand used to grab

However.......the game is way too short for the price tag. I finished it in about 3 hours and only really got stuck on the puzzles once. Also, quite often the hand used to grab things freezes just leaving objects out of reach. Finally, even after finishing the game, i'm not really sure what the storyline was. I just went from puzzle to puzzle. The story wasn't really clear.

All in all, a great game if it had been much longer or half the price, with a better storyline.

The Room VR: A Dark Matter is a nice puzzle game that suffers from VR's current limits.

The Room works just as well in VR as outside, with the same somber mood, cleverly detailed environments and expertly crafted puzzles. It does however lose some of its flair by being too safe, having a handful of obnoxious puzzles and generally being way too lacking in content
