    Ich habe The Last of Us Part II nach einer Spieldauer von 29 Stunden auch abgeschlossen und war gegen Ende nervlich nahezu genauso am Ende wie unsere Protagonisten selbst. Die Diskussionen die entfacht wurden sind nach Abschluss des Spiels definitiv greif- und auch irgendwie nachvollziehbarer. Es ist kein Spiel für jedermann und sicherlich keines welches Spaß bereiten will, dafür sind dieIch habe The Last of Us Part II nach einer Spieldauer von 29 Stunden auch abgeschlossen und war gegen Ende nervlich nahezu genauso am Ende wie unsere Protagonisten selbst. Die Diskussionen die entfacht wurden sind nach Abschluss des Spiels definitiv greif- und auch irgendwie nachvollziehbarer. Es ist kein Spiel für jedermann und sicherlich keines welches Spaß bereiten will, dafür sind die Folgen und Lektionen der Charaktere nämlich zu schwer zu ertragen. Das Spiel zerrt an den Gefühlen und Emotionen, lehrt einem den Hass und verunsichert gleichzeitig wieder.

    Ich fühlte mich schlecht als sich im Verlauf des zweiten Story-Teils meine Gefühlte für einen Charakter, dem ich zu Beginn nichts weiter als den Tod wünschte, sich grundlegend zu verändern schienen. Diese Person wuchs mir tatsächlich entgegen meinem Willen ans Herz und ihre Erlebnisse öffneten mir soweit die Augen, dass ich jegliche meiner Taten (bzw. unserer bis dato geliebten Protagonisten) in Frage stellen musste. Der Wunsch nach Rache mündete über zum Wunsch nach Gerechtigkeit. Dass es ein Spiel schafft mich emotional so zu verändern ist schlicht eine große Leistung, wenn es auch gleichzeitig eine maximal böse Angelegenheit war.

    Auf das Gameplay will ich gar nicht groß eingehen, das Prinzip ist nahezu gleich wie beim Vorgänger.... wenn ich aber Revue passiere dann punktet der zweite Story-Teil vor allem in Sachen Level-Design, Action und kommt auch noch abwechslungsreicher daher als der Beginn des Spiels. Was hier an Schauplätzen und Inszenierungen geliefert wurden ist wirklich nicht von dieser Welt.

    Für mich ist The Last of Us Part II ein wahres Traumspiel und eines, welches mich auch Tage danach nicht loszulassen scheint. Ein intensives, unangenehmes und in meinen Augen wichtiges Werk, welches das Medium Spiel auf ein neues Level anhebt. New Game Plus ist bereits gestartet und die Platin Jagd begonnen.

    The details are excellent and the production team put a lot of effort into the characters' movements and expressions. But the combat rhythm design is wrong, fight very tired. As a major deduction, I can't give a higher score.

    Great game, receiving a lot of unfair criticism due to how progressive the game is and some risky (yet courageous) plot direction. Aside from the plot I think it would be hard for anybody to argue with the fact that the gameplay is exceptional and the graphics are very polished. Yes the plot may not go in the direction you want, but it is very well told and also very well thought out.     Look I get everyone’s butthurt over Joel’s death, but it fits the theme and he kinda had it coming. Ik people are like “oh he wouldn’t have walked in there” or whatever but remember he’s been living in Jackson for 4 years. It’s a quaint town with nice people. He hasn’t had to kill another human in years, so it’s safe to say he let his guard down. Everyone has their opinion on the gameplay, but I liked it in both 1 and this game. The one on one fights were amazing and the most suspenseful moments I’ve ever had in a game.     This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Let me start off by saying i am a huge fan of the first game. The Last of Us had what feels like a perfect story with amazing characters and a world that felt dangerous and real.

    ***OVERALL REVIEW 8/10***

    *******SPOILERS AHEAD********

    The Last of Us Part 2 continues the story of Joel and Ellie. And I can say that it is a worthwhile sequel that not only continues the story that was started in the first game but expands upon it. The story of this game isn't perfect, it leaves me mostly satisfied with a slight sour taste in my mouth. The choice to brutally murder Joel works, but left me a little disappointed to see Naughty Dog remove such a crucial character especially after seeing the leaks. I would've liked to have seen a little less of a predictable revenge quest. But once you understand the reason for his death it all ties together with the first game near perfectly. I would've liked to have seen a little more mourning from the characters in this game rather than jumping right into the action. This choice can feel quite abrupt and can feel like they were rushing into the rest of the story. Although I was a little unmoved at this choice I found myself near tears at how emotional some scenes are. The death of Joel felt impactful and disturbing in a way that sticks with you and it is shown through Ellie in her relentless journey for revenge. This makes you look at yourself, and makes you think about how far you would go for the ones you love and how much you are willing to lose. Towards the start of the game you are quickly introduced to Abby who feels dangerous and mysterious as you question her intentions. Quickly some of those questions are answered as she brutally murders Joel in front of Ellie. But after this event you immediately are brought a slew of new questions about Abby that keep you attached to your controller trying to grasp at what the answers may be. This tension effectively runs through the first half of the game when you play as Ellie accompanied by Dina and later on Jesse. But this tension feels slightly ruined when you hit a climax and are forced to play as Abby which you were hunting down for most of the first half of the game. This choice made me a little annoyed hoping the next act would move back to Ellie but this doesn't happen till about the last hour of the game. I wish Naughty Dog would've used this time to have you play as Ellie and show you Abby's crucial moments. This feels especially painful when you are forced to play as Abby beating the sh*t out of Ellie and a pregnant Dina. Although this choice is a little frustrating it is effective in telling you Abby's side of the story and showing you that there really is no bad guy in this story, and that this isn't just a revenge quest for Ellie. By the end of this game when the credits rolled I found myself wondering and hoping for some sort of sequel or continuation of this story that gave me a little more closure even though this game ends on a good note leaving you with most questions answered and a large over arching lesson that is explored through this entire game. Many may find this game intensely violent to a point that you may need to look away. But every moment of violence feels justifiable and appropriate when looking at how harsh this world is and what most of these characters have been through, and what they must do in order to survive. This isn't a game for the faint of heart. Moving to the characters, I found most of them understandable and relatable especially those connected to Ellie and Abby. Naughty Dog does an impressive job exploring every character. For example, learning about Dina's relationship with religion, when interacting with completely optional story moments. These moments and things like notes spread throughout the world, and optional conversations help build a more believable and relatable world. Moving to combat, it is greatly improved in comparison to the first game that it builds upon. Ellie (and Abby) can go prone crawling through grass and hiding from enemies and stealthily taking them out. Melee combat is also greatly improved with a dodge button making combat feel more expansive yet intense. You also have a large arsenal of gear that gets larger as you progress through the story. Ellie and Abby can also move more efficiently through combat and the world moving more easily with a jump button and being able to squeeze through small spaces. Lastly I would like to bring up how impressive the visuals are in this game. Looking at each environment is a different experience, there is meticulous detail in every area. No space looks the same as another. Looking at every environment feels like you are one step away from being there in person.

    In conclusion, The Last of Us Part 2 is a gripping experience that continues the story of Ellie and expands upon the world of The Last of Us in new ways and tells a memorable story that is definitely worth checking out for new and old fans.

    As someone who considers the original Last of Us game the best game I've ever played, for multiple reasons; Story, game-play, and Immersion; This review is hard to write.

    The game-play in The Last of Us Part II was incredible. The improvements to the user interface, the amount of craft-able materials, the behavior of the AI characters, and the level of detail in terms of level design are outstanding. I found myself very immersed in the world, worried about the enemies spotting me. The simple addition of being able to go prone and adding higher levels of vegetation to double as "cover" for the player is genius. I felt like the things i had issues with in the first game such as loosing too many arrows to them breaking, were alleviated. I find that I get more of a feel of "I don't have enough resources to build what i want to build or to get across this field of enemies". Whereas in the first game, if you took the time to search around and loot the nearby buildings, you'd find yourself full on nearly all materials. I consistently felt more immersed in the world as I would audibly cheer when i found that pair of scissors I needed to craft another set or arrows or that final container piece to craft another silencer.

    In terms of story, I just don't think it holds up to the original game. HOWEVER: I do not think this game tarnishes the great reputation the first one created. As Neil Druckman said in one of his interviews pre-release of this game: The last of Us was a game about love, Part II is all about hate. I understand what other players mean when they complain about not having the "option" to make important choices in the game, but I firmly believe that in a world such as the The Last of Us, those decisions are necessary in order to survive, I do think the story would be more compelling if it was told in a different order, as you jump around in the timeline of the main characters' lives fairly often, but I can overlook that.

    Overall, what I can say about this game is this: I waited nearly 7 years to play the sequel to my all-time favorite game, and I can confidently say I had a great time. While the story isn't quite up to par compared to the previous title. I truly believed that Naughty Dog captured lightning in a bottle, and to expect them to create that same feeling twice is asking a little much. The Last of Us Part II is meant to show you that even in a world post-apocalypse, there is no black or white when it comes to morality. Every person makes good decisions and terrible decisions, but it's up to you to understand that hate only creates more hate, and revenge will only get you so far.

    This game will make you think about your actions, and shows you the consequences for making them.

Mala historia, se cagaron en todo lo que hicieron en el primer juego, el juego tenia demasiado potencial para hacer una buena continuación, tanto tiempo se espero para la segunda parte pero lo unico que hicieron fue obligar a la gente a hacer cosas en el juego que no querian, a parte de arruinar a todos sus personajes haciendo quedar a Ellie como una loca por todo lo que hizo durante su "venganza" que nisiquiera se concluye al final y aun asi lo pierde todo, matando a Joel como si fuera el villano por su decision de salvar a Ellie en el primer juego cuando el mundo le arrebato a su hija y a Tommy lo hacen perder la cabeza al final deconstruyendo totalmente lo que era, poniendo palabras que nunca diria, incluso en el principio del juego se puede ver que no quiere que Ellie vaya por Abby porque quiere protegerla, realmente una basura.     THE CONCLUSION:
    -The game could be (kinda?) saved actually if Neil Druckmann made the game into THREE DIFFERENT STORY MODES rather than combining Ellie's and Abby's stories altogether in one single playthrough. So the first playthrough would be "Ellie's Story", the second playthrough would be "Abby's Story", and the final playthrough would be "Redemption", or "Conclusion".
    -The game is only worth for RENTING, not buying. If you haven't play the 1st TLOU and just want to straight dive in to TLOU 2, then just RENT IT, don't buy it.
    -If you collect video games, and you want to add TLOU Part 2 to your collection, be my guest, but it's cheaper to buy the SECOND HAND one. It's not worth the full price.

I understand that people may not like it for some obvious reasons but i do not think this game deserves less than 6 points. The storytelling is amazing, we all get mad when a main character dies, but not just for that is a bad game (or movie, book, whatever). Is not the perfect game, the first one is a mile away better but this part 2 is a closure of a beautiful story which is not about revenge, is about forgiveness and care. We think Ellie lost everything, but that´s not true, when she spares Abby’s life she saw Joel, watching her, she remembered all they spent together and that´s not what Joel wanted for her... The night before Joel dies, she told him she wanted to forgive him, so forgiving Abby was kinda her redemption for all she had done (kill Abby’s friends) and that pardon for Joel. Again, is not the perfect game, but it deserves a 10/10 because is the end (maybe?) of one of the top 3 games in the century. Expand

    Here is where this game shines, graphics, sounds and acting are just one of the best in this generation, I loved the simplistic gameplay and shooting mechanics (same as the first game), the control of your character without much thoughts, just awesome.

    Storytelling: I will put it simple, if you never played the first game there is a chance you will enjoy this second game. But as a sequel it’s just bad, destroyed the first game core and characters completely. The storyline changes from a post apocalyptic world adventure where the cure (vaccine) was the focus to a cheap soap opera full of non sense “drama” that leave the player with no satisfaction at all, it’s just a pointless journey. It’s just bad written that desperately tries to cause strong emotions to the player with a lot of script conveniences without having empathized with the main new character (antagonist). It’s “trying” to give the player a lesson by destroying everything we love from the first game (or any game) and here’s the problem for my, this is a game, A GAME that must be fun or satisfying in some way and it’s not.

    Controversy / Agenda:

    I have no problem whatsoever with LGBT representation and social inclusion, I even have a very loved family member who is part of that community. I’m agree with the representation of minorities in every field and I’m sure most gamers are too, but representation and inclusion it is not the same as propaganda. There is no need for this product to be primarily an advertising poster rather than a game, that essentially forces all these ideals down the player's throat. This kind of thing creates controversy, division and hate where there never was. We gamers want good games, good stories and not politics on our screens, believe me when I tell you that the vast majority of gamers do not care if our characters are straight, gay, trans or bisexual as long as they are good characters and empathy occurs organically, but do not force it and most important, do not destroy already established characters in the name of politics or an agenda. The entertainment industry is full of examples of characters that did not need to be forced and we all love in a natural and organic way regardless of race, religion, sexual preference or gender.

    Conclusion:

    As a game it's ok, it's not trash either. In my opinion it is a game that should be played but not at full price, should wait for a sale, discount or borrow it from a friend, unfortunately I already bought it (day 1) so it's too late for me. I started this game spoiler free, but I will never blindly trust a video game studio again just because of its name and track record.

Occasionally the game is too frustrating, especially sometimes with the AI which is why its only a 9. It broaches many taboo subjects and is able to make you feel the seriousness of the violence you have to do in order to survive. Es un buen juego contando una buena historia con una buena narrativa el modo de juego es bueno pues es relativamente habitual un recurso: a modo de tutorial, para ofrecer al jugador secuencias de acción y exploración sin que queden artificialmente apelotonadas al inicio del juego y cuando todavía los personajes se están presentando, se recurre o a flashbacks de acción o a controlar otros personajes. Este es el caso de Abby, cuyas intenciones desconocemos, y que desde luego no podemos sospechar que será la persona que, poco tiempo después, asesine a Joel en presencia de Ellie.

    El juego hace que tengas demasiadas emociones encontradas ya que el juego trata de la venganza y como afecta pero sin embargo el juego nos hace sentir esas ganas de vengarse, te hace enojar de verdad disfrutas cuando matas a los enemigo por qué el juego realmente te pone en los zapatos del personaje. Tambien te hace poner el los zapatos de Abby pues antes no sabíamos su razón de matar a Joelpero después de jugar con ella puedes empatizar y yo cuando llegue al final la verdad no quería que muriera ninguna pues ambas ya habían sufrido bastante.Es muy desgarradora la parte de cuando ellie intenta tocar la guitarra pero obvio ya no suena igual entonces si te hace reflexionar sobre la venganza y sus consecuencias ellie lo pierde todo probablemente. También el juego deja muy abierto el final pues cuando ellie está en santa bárbara no lleva la pulsera que Dina le regaló lo que me hace deducir que pudo regresar a Jackson con Dina después de lo de santa bárbara, lo que confirma también por qué ellie no se sorprende al llegar a casa y que esté vacia.

    Es muy buen juego que no merece un 5.5.

    The zombies. They are perfect. Horrifying and terrifying and so so satisfying to brutalise.

    Cons
    Combat. In many parts of the game you brutally murder everyone in your way. But at the same time the game makes you feel sorry for some of them. If you empathise with those you kill then it's just not as satisfying to brutally stab them in the throat. So while this is realistic I put it as a con because it takes away some of the pureness of the enjoyment I get from combat. But they make up for this by putting heaps of zombies in your way that you can brutally murder and not just feel guilt free but in fact that you are doing them a mercy. Righteous killing us always more enjoyable than killing someone you don't want to kill but must kill in order to survive.

    The story. They do things with the characters I did not like. The story works but it's not what I wanted to happen. In the end it feels worth it. Pro tip when you think the game is finished, the story done, it really isn't. That's just a trick to set up the true ending. Much like red dead redemption did. I wony spoil it but this ending makes the rest of the game feel like it was almost worth it.

    The biggest con of all. You spend 10 or so hours as Abby who is a total piece of **** for most of the game. She has a redemption arc but for most of it she's a hateful **** and I don't like being forced to play as her. It does all become worthwhile. In the end. But still I hated playing as her.

    Something wierd I noticed. So many npcs were gay. Lesbians and homosexual and some transsexuals. If you sneak up on them they have conversations revealing they are LBGT. Then you are usually tasked with wiping them out. I have never killed so many LBGT people in a game before. I must have killed at least a few hundred in this game. I think i killed so many it should be classified as a hate crime.

    This is not a Joel simulator. It's a hate crime simulator.

    This is a masterpiece about what really worth in life, a masterpiece about different kind of people. I waited 6 long years just to play this game, and when I read the firsts reviews, I get really upset thinking that I wasted time waiting. When I played for the first time, I felt a roller coaster of good to totally devastating feelings. This was the game that I was waiting for in a long time. Congrats, Naughty Dog, and a special congrats to all of the english and portuguese voice actors. One of the best games that I ever played in my life.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. What a strange mix of emotions I have for this game. First off, unbelievable graphics. The settings were terrifying, but eventually became predictable. I literally hated this game at the 2 hour mark. Afterward I made Abby die at least 40 times and debated quitting because I really didn’t care about her or her story. It took sheer will to keep me going. And after playing for a while, the only thing that did was when Ellie and Tommy began showing up and I got to see how strong they both were.

    Abby, to me, is a Negan knockoff. Sure, she doesn’t run her mouth like him, but she’s a villain nonetheless that the writer crafted to make them likable later on in the story. I can go into more reasons why I think this but I don’t want to ramble on any more than I already plan to. A lot of the interactions with Abby felt forced and contrived. So many things were unnecessary. Her sympathy for Lev seemed pointless and provided nothing regarding character building. As the story progressed, sure, I learned about Lev, learned about his issues with his family. It all felt very cliche, a weak attempt to build conflict where there would otherwise be none. Perhaps the video game industry is still trying to figure out the best way to portray these characters, but If Lev was approached from a place of strength, rather than pity it would have done Lev’s character justice, and given the player a reason to be proud of Lev’s strength and what he’s going through. It’s my opinion that lots of “telling“ and not enough “showing” took place with this character, and that’s a shame, because there was lots of room for development there. Fighting through Lev’s town was pretty cool, though. Otherwise, I can’t blame ND for taking the direction they did with the ending. The reason for Ellie going after Abby and giving up her idyllic life with Dina and JJ felt laughable. I was literally saying out loud at 2am “WTF” are you thinking? But I followed Ellie back into the wild. I thoroughly enjoyed playing through the ending encounters. Lots of action. The group at the end were some messed up people, but we didn’t learn much about them. The ending fight seemed to be a last desperate attempt for closure. I didn’t want to fight Abby, but like Ellie, I didn’t want to let her just walk away, either. Also, I think the reason why Ellie let Abby go is different from others. When Abby bit Ellie’s fingers off, Ellie saw Joel for a split second. He was playing the guitar. We later see a heart wrenching scene and we know where it comes from. Playing guitar was Ellie’s last real connection to Joel, who was more of a father than anyone else, who loved her unconditionally, and supported her 100%. That vision reminded her maybe when the felt the pain of those bleeding stumps in that water. She is now truly empty. There is nothing left, no point. Ellie trying to play guitar with her missing fingers (and ND shamelessly forcing you to do it) is her closure. Losing what life she had is just something else to pile onto her misery. I was truly surprised when I saw her out the window walking away and not shooting herself. Either way... what a miserable ending for a character that I truly love. People will say it’s just a game, and so did Neil in a tweet. No, it’s not. ND knew what they created back in 2013. Something real that struck chords with so many players. The fact that ND decides to slap us in the face in this installment was their choice, and their right. Like many, many others, I enjoyed and hated this game at the same time.

Esta es mi nota puesto que tiene una impecable jugabilidad, magníficas animaciones, y escenas de acción y pelea muy buenas, cinemáticas y gráficos geniales en las partes jugables, sacándole todo el potencial a la ps4(en mi caso normal) de ahí su 5 por la mitad, la otra mitad (osea el otro 5 es por historia, yo no puse 9 o 10 porque no es una historia magnífica para mi, y estaba entre el 7 u 8,eleji 8 ya que si me gustaron los flash back (solo que a veces te los ponían después de la acción y eso te baja de una esta misma), pero en general me gusta para recordar el primer juego y como era y para conocer nuevos momentos, lo que sí no me pareció mucho, fue el echo de que hubiera preferido ver esto en un inicio para recordarlo pero jugarlo desde un comienzo a la ves como una secuencia despues del 1 y (así seguir fortaleciendo más el lazo con joel y que en la mitad o un poco antes venga su muerte), a mi me dolio, sip, pero después recordar esos flash back no los disfrute mucho sabiendo que joel ya estaba muerto, hubiera preferido fuera al revés y fortalezer, etc; su muerte (la razón por la que murió) sip, encuentro que estuvo bien el motivo y funcionaria más si fuera con los puntos que dije, pero si siento que su muerte fue de una forma miserable y un poco forzado porque justo ellie es la que llega a esa casa y tiene que observar todo eso, (aunque a mi me hubiera gustado haber visto algo distinto y no la historia donde muere joel), ya que para mí podría desarrollarse quizás más o haberlo visto envejecer, o por último ya si abby se vengo de el, que por ultimo lo hubiera dejado lisiado (ya sea porque joel se defendiera o algo así), o que hubiéramos formado un lazo con dina o alguien y si querían algo crudo muera esa persona, pero no quien era uno de los protagonistas (a mi parecer) se que es mas "feliz", pero se hubiera sentido igual, si joel quedaba mal igual se sentiría, y sería viable a otros puntos de historia, o en el caso ya de que este muriera y que la venganza sólo trae más venganza, lo entiendo y en parte lo acepto y lo veo bien, ¿me gustó la historia? ¿como es y todo?, si fueron muchas emociones, pero estos son los puntos por los que no me parece ni 9 o 10, es una secuela donde abby era tipo "heroina", ya que al final del 1 joel fue un despiadado, y se entiende con la muerte del doctor, pero a la ves lo lloras por todo el cariño, es una nivelación justa, pero, donde me hubiera gustado algo más distinto, quizas una lección y redención por parte de joel en el caso planteándose las cosas malas que hizo y el egoísmo por salvar a ellie, pero redimiendose no acabandolo y que al final después de su muerte ellie lo apreciará más... Osea estoy a favor y en contra de ahí su 8.
    ( como aparte) en el trailer de 2016 y me incluyo nos dio mucha esperanza pensar que joel y ellie se unirían de nuevo para combates etc etc, y eso nos motivo y tiempo despues mostraban uno un poco "engañoso"(también dando esperanza falsa), de que joel le tapaba la boca a ellie cuando en la historia era otro personaje,pensando todos que a dina le sucedería algo pero en verdad no fue así(en ese trailer también nos hacían creer que dina se perdía y le pasaba algo), y con lo de la comunidad lgtbi me parece bien la inclusión y todo no hay nada encontrá lo q si lo encontré un poco metido a la fuerza a veces, pero en general si lo acepto, respeto y todo pero si un poco forzadito... esto como repito es aparte y solo lo comento fuera de mi reseña anterior

The last of us 2 es uno de los mejores exclusivos de esta consola tanto graficamente como en gameplay, banda sonora, historia,etc. Pero el juego perfecto no existe ni existira, obviamente los errores de este juego se dan a notar en la segunda mitad, Abby es un personaje con el cual se logra empatizar pero no se logra tomar cariño como con nuestra querida Ellie y Joel ya que empezamos viendo su peor lado y este dejándonos marcado por el resto del juego y viéndola como la villana del juego, sin embargo hay que recordar que en the last of us no existen ni buenos ni malos, dependiendo si tienes o no esta mentalidad vas a disfrutar mas o menos este juego, pero nuevamente no logras tomarle el cariño a Abby como a nuestros protagonistas de la entrega pasada lo cual hace que el juego en su segunda mitad agarren un bajon en cuanto a disfrute ya que estábamos acostumbrados a jugar con Ellie y cambiarla tan drasticamente hace que no sea tan disfrutable la segunda parte del juego como fue la primera.
    Entrando ya a la parte mas polémica del juego la cual es el final rápidamente mi opinión a mi me encanto,Ellie y Abby sufrieron ambas por partes iguales, Ellie perdió a su figura paterna Joel y a uno de sus mejores amigos, ademas esta mato inconscientemente a una mujer embarazada la cual se ve que en el momento este asesinato que cometió la dejo marcad. Por parte de abby esta perdio a 2 de sus mejores amigos a su leal perrita y al amor de su vida incluso fue exiliada de su comunidad y dejandola con un amigo el cual se encuentra en el transcurso de la historia. Ese circulo de venganza si continuaba solo terminaría peor para ambos lados, si Ellie mataba a Abby Lev tomaría el camino de venganza y siguiendo este camino a quien mataría ¿A Tommy, a Dina, a JJ, etc? Ellie comprendió esto y tomo en cuenta de que Abby también aprendió la lección sobre la venganza al ver que esta no tenia intenciones de luchar y Ellie la termino obligando al amenazar a Lev, el final del viaje de Ellie sera cosas de ustedes descubrirlo ya que creo que e mencionado demasiado.
    Ya dando a conocer las cosas buenas del juego lo mas destacable son sus gráficos y gran cantidad de detalles los cuales están a la par o superior al gran RDR 2 juego que consideraba el limite gráfico de consolas de actual generación, el combate es sumamente fluido y realista que parece de película sin embargo al momento de la lucha cuerpo a cuerpo estas consciente de que eres tu el que efectúa el combate y que no es una cinematica o un quick time event, es sorprendente que un combate tan elaborado violento se ejecute con 2 botones, sin duda de lo mas destacable de esta entrega y se nota el esfuerzo de naughty dog en este apartado, este detalle tambien va acompañado con los efectos que le produces al enemigo desde cortes en diferentes partes del cuerpo a tirarle los dientes, los vidrios de una botella al arrojarla a la cara de los enemigos estos se quedan enterrados en la piel produciendo sangrado en esta y los desmembramientos producidos por explosiones o armas potentes a corto y largo alcance todo esto de mano con las expresiones faciales y una actuación de voz magistral de parte de naughty dog, pero el combate no se queda ahí escuchar a los enemigos sus tácticas el sonido que producen las pisadas sobre cristales rotos o ver como un perro rastrea tu rastro de olor y darte cuenta de las pocas municiones y materiales que posees produce una sensación de tensión difícil de conseguir aun para juegos que se centran en esto y es que the last of us 2 es un cumulo de géneros metidos coherentemente y de una forma que hace que ninguno flaquee, acción, terror y suspenso (por ahí se me escapara alguno pero esto es meramente personal) son los principales géneros que predominan el juego y lo hacen tan especial.
    Finalmente el juego es malo o bueno, eso depende de ustedes nada mas ya que si comprenden el mensaje que quiere dar el juego o empatizan con Ellie y Abby sin duda le parecera un juego sobresaliente de esos que son como el cometa Halley que lo veras solo 1 vez cada tantos años y en el caso de no empatizar con nuestras protagonistas y no estar de acuerdo con el mensaje final del juego no lo disfrutaras y seran 20 horas perdidas para ti (dato importante que la durabilidad bastante para lo que vendría a ser un juego semi-lineal aunque podrías ver en ciertas partes donde se alarga un poco la historia innecesariamente).
    Si metacritic me dejara ser mas preciso con las notas este juego seria un 9.7 de lo mejor de sony en esta generación.

The game lacks of consistency, has too many forced events, also trying to make you feel pity for the evil ones, WTF?? Really?!! I could have written a better story for Joel and Ellie for a second part, What is wrong with you guys at Naughty Dog, why didnt you respect basics??

    We all understand you want to add some social troubles to the game, but instead of creating an enjoyable environment, you guys were like, OMG, we do not have any more ideas, what should we do??, Please keep in mind a game is to entertain for hours and hours, and not to educate, if we want some lecture for anything related to our current Society, we either watch news, read books, or go to the school.

    Naughty Dogs, you should really apologize to all of US, and make a solid statement recognizing you really miss the path with the game and after that make an announcement indicating that you all will FIX this crap as it should be properly done, instead of just seating around in your office spending the money you earn with the love we fans have given to you for this franchise. I hope you Neil will never again write, or direct the game, if there is any other game in the franchise as you and any other writer for this game chapter II, has played as backstabber for the fans of this game.

    Do you know how much we were expecting this game just be let down by "this creative team"? and you do not act like grown ups, accepting the screw up the game and you should apologize and re do it properly.

    I just can't believe it how is it that you took so long to do this game, if this story has so much lack of consistency. I hope honestly that you can fix the game somehow, and re do chapter II even if it takes 3 more years, we fans would be glad to play something descent instead of this "whatever piece of art you want to call it".

    The only good fact on the game were the new people with the fungus,,,, outside that, I just want to cry of the deep deception I have now after playing the game.

    The gameplay is an improved formula over the previous game:
    - Giving more options on how to tackle your enemies by adding silencers, the ability to go prone, etc.
    - Increasing the variety of the enemies and their abilities.
    - Most of all, the game sets a new bar for customization and accessibility, allowing the player to customized the difficulty of the game they want to play like no game before.

    The story is, well published by now, divisive. It appears that some people hate it but for myself, no other game provided such a roller-coaster of emotions and such an amount of inner discussion on the themes of vengeance, forgiveness and redemption.

    Since Metacritic does not allow decimals, I rounded up because I lean more toward the 10 than I do the 9.

    I pre-ordered the collector's version, new controller and golden headphone. I played this game prior to Half Life VR and Persona S. I hoped this game would clarify all the question marks in my mind when playing. 0 mark is not sufficient to describe my disappointment after one month cool-down.

This game accomplished incredible achievements with narrative and the exploration of revenge, grief and the futility of our anger. I was so impressed with the artistic experience and also how I felt the emotions of the characters I played. The comparative nature of playing a beloved character and then the enemy was harrowing but absolutely worthwhile and a unique experience. Expand

The last of us was already a banger back then, but Part 2 levels up everything on it. First with a large improvement of the mechanics. The dodge and quick gun swap (L1 and R1 respectively) are just wonderful, if we had at least the quick gun swap on the first game it would have been so much more fluid and good to play, these 2 aditions are the ones that impressed me the most by the very well done implementation of them. Besides that and a jump button and ability to climb ropes it still very similar to the first game but more fluid, which makes it better. Graphically it is just astonishing, Naughty Dog did it again. Facial expressions, executions, running, walking, crawling, pronning, all just looks beautiful and natural. The upgrade system also changed a little, while in the first one you find manuals to improve one of your gadgets, in this one you find manuals to unlock skill trees so you can upgrade things like silencer durability, crafting speed, craft more itens with less resources and etc. The gunplay feels very good, specially the shotgun and pistols, there´s more impact and realism to it, the sound design is on point also. Enemies have more variation now with two new types of infected and different human groups that use different tactics in combat so your gameplay can be refreshed everytime you face any enemy, the addition of dogs have also increased the difficulty a lot, and that´s good to keep players engaged in combat and pay attetion to everything surrounding them, I finished my first run on survivor and oh boy these damn dogs gave me some headaches. But what really sums up for me it´s really the story. Neil writing evolution in pretty evident here, mainly by the courage to write something like this, something challenging, to put perspectives on the table and show the audience that your beloved characters may not be the good guys, that the bad guys may not be bad, and that there is no hero in this world. By the end of it i was sad and relieved. I was sad because it was over, but relieved also because it was over, it was so much of a confusing experience by the end, but in the good way, the confusion that keeps you thinking "oh my god that was awesome" you know like shutter island, memento and other movies. Shocking, ambitious, expandend, enchanced and brave, those are the words that i use to describe this game, and for all those reasons i give it my 10/10 and believe me it´s hard to get this from me. Don´t believe the hate, believe constructive arguements and critics, doesn´t matter if they give the game a 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 or 10 like me, if it´s constructive give it a read, but if it´s just pure hate let it go. Remember, it´s a videogame, the characters are not real and does not represent the actors behind them.

Ok first things first this game is amazing.if not a little bit convenient, the one thing didn’t like was stealth. it was very boring, the gameplay got better when I just strive for combat I didn’t like how angry they made Ellie. And it pissed me off that I had more fun with new characters and to mention spoilers now. One packing issue I had and still have when game picked up I’m playing as Abby it’s still a lol moment. In the not so distant future, when we no longer live in such a politically charged world, people will be much more forgiving of the content here.

    The fact of the matter is this game is top tier. Every aspect of it is amazing. Anyone with too much time on their hands, and there are a lot of them right now, can find things not to like and over-analyze, and scrutinize, anything they want. Internet trolls have been doing that with movies for nearly a decade. Now it seems games that "disrespect" their precious beloved franchises are victim too.

    I'm speaking to you, troll. You are not the writer. You don't get to decide. And when did you become so soft? Wah... wah... my surrogate pappie Joel was killed... by a woman!! With muscles! Wah! Grow up, and realize that your opinion is garbage, and just keep your mouth shut, because you're revealing too much about yourself by sharing your thoughts.

    Every "influencer" with a BLU microphone and a Macbook decided their opinions mattered and they got together and they cried about what could have been... etc... etc. Foul. That... is truly the most shocking thing that came out of this game.

    Whew... got that off my chest. The game is great. Abby was literally my favorite character. From the moment she killed Joel I wanted to know more about her. Every time Ellie descended further downward into the spiral, I wanted to tell her to stop, I wanted her to finally put away her anger and rage. Every action has consequences, and the violence perpetuates itself in a vicious cycle. This is a game about pain, and grief, and it's not fun, but it is relevant. And okay, yeah... there are lesbians... and there is a girl who is buff, and there is a boy who used to be a girl. Is it a little close to home? That's cause it is, this is America... this is where you people live. Those "people" exist... and a lot of them played The Last of Us too. They are allowed to exist in different mediums, you pretentious, callous, cry baby. Now go wank it to your Tik-Tok videos. Goodbye.

    You dont have to like this game, but I think everyone needs to play it. If you enjoy art, you will enjoy this game regardless.
    Quality is superb technically from animations, to playability and probably best graphics I've seen in any game so far.

They dumb down Joel and kill him off in the first hour of the gameplay. Just for us to go through the entire journey just to let go the girl who killed Joel.
