    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Its an amazing game, beautiful graphics, excellent sound design, amazing performance capture to say the least. Im not quite sure why everyone is so upset, yes some key characters die but guess what they are in a savage world and people will die at any turn what sort of game would it be if you knew everyone was safe at all times. It baffles me, it continues some of what the first game did that made people fall in love with these games. The idea that they are pushing an agenda of feminism just because they made ellie a gay character. I thought it was a wonderful thing to do than keep it as the old boring stereotype for these sorts of games where its always a heterosexual realationship for the main character. I enjoyed this take on that aspect it was a welcome addition and worked well for the tone of the game.

    The pacing was brilliant allowing you to go and take your time to explore areas and let you do it at your own speed and then thrusting you into a beauitfully crafted combat area that could really test you on the harder difficulties. What can i say this game was brilliant and deserves game of the year without a doubt and to the people giving this such low scores you obviously havent played the original otherwise you would love this despite the fact we lose some loved characters but thats how games progress. Loved it and i really have nothing bad to say about this game it was a joy to experience.    … Expand

    I understand as to why people aren't happy with some of the creative choices, however, if you go into the game and expect it to be bad, of course you're not going to have an enjoyable experience. The game is built around HATE. Niel Druckmann made this very clear and everything in the game shows this; from the colour palette to the gorgeous    The game is beautiful.

    The game is a journey and I loved every moment. I left the game conflicted, as Niel intended and if I could forget it the story and play it again, I would.

    I found the game incredible. the plot, character development. the way the game approached important issues in a mature way. I loved everything about this game. I just reset it and I can't think of any defects.

    Puedo decir que ya tengo una opinión estructurada al haberme completado el juego, mi experiencia con este juego fue fascinante, una montaña rusa de emociones, es uno de los primeros juegos que me transmite tanto a la hora de jugarlo, la manera en que está hecho, es tan cruda, tan real, que resulta agotador, turbio y hermoso.

    Hay momentos en los que estuve completamente en desacuerdo con las acciones de la protagonista, y al hacerlas quedaba con una sensación extraña en el cuerpo. El juego te mantiene en un pensamiento de si es bueno o no lo que estoy haciendo durante todas las horas de juego.
    La historia está siendo criticada diciendo que es propaganda feminista, de diversidad, bla, bla bla, solamente por el hecho de que esos respectivos temas están presentes en la historia, cosa que para nada es malo, ya que debería ser normal en nuestra sociedad. Si te molesta que Ellie sea homosexual y que en el juego este presente una diversidad de personas de distintas culturas, el problema eres tú no los desarrolladores.
    La jugabilidad es muy buena, mejoró en comparación al 1 y te da una infinidad de oportunidad para completar cada escenario como tú quieras.
    The Last Of Us 2 es una experiencia que definitivamente tienes que probar. No te dejes llevar por el hate que está recibiendo el juego, critican la historia, pero esta es buenísima, al inicio del juego dudas de las decisiones que tomaron los desarrolladores, pero luego te vas dando cuenta que todo encaja, todo es perfecto, todo tiene un porqué.    … Expand

    I absolutely loved this game. Without spoiling anything there are definitely some huge risks here regarding the story but I fall into the camp that absolutely loved it. I loved how mistakes made in the first game actually mattered here. If you’re a fan of surface level story telling this game isn’t for you. It’s brutal, disturbing and gut wrenching.

    El juego esta bastante entretenido aunque pudo haber tenido mejoras en la historia aún así la jugabilidad con las mejoras que ha tenido, entretiene bastante y dependiendo de la dificultad que juegues sufres la supervivencia al limite. Lo cual da una experiencia bastante satisfactoria al momento de tener éxito en lo que te propongas.

    The graphics, the level design, the performance, the story blew my mind. I am not going to say everyone would enjoy the violent theme and how the story turns out. But I enjoyed all of it because I haven't played the first game.

    I honestly don’t understand why people that didn’t even play the game feel the need to post bad reviews about it, it’s kinda sad. Naughty dog totally nailed it with this game, it’s certainly one of the best games I’ve played in years from the gameplay to the way in which the story unfolds.

    Absolutely disgraceful seeing a 3.8 of the metacritic users, I honestly don't understand what's supposed to prove.

    The last of us 2 is extremely complex psychologically. I understand how people feel compelled to hop on a negative bandwagon. These people are unable to grasp the genius of this game. I pity them and their simple minded way of thought. Congratulations on naughty dog for making one hell of a game!

    The game is intense, and has really toching moments that make you want to stretch and hang on to them. Only Ellie gets a plot armor, and that makes the danger of the loved characters die very real. Overall, even after finishing it, the game will be struck in your head for a very long time.

    I have been a fan since the beginning and unlike a lot of other fans of it I enjoy the sequel. The story makes sense to me because I have read a lot of novels, and I understand the directions they took and why they took them. A lot of people were expecting something generally specific to happen, if that makes sense, and it didn't. So they didn't like it.     The most intens gaming experience I have ever had. It literally had me shaking at some points. And that is what I am sure ND was aiming for. The tension was palpable and relentless. Amazing achievement in the way we tell stories. It's biggest strength is that it makes you forget that you are playing a videogame. And that, in the end, is the biggest compliment I can pay.

The graphics, gameplay elements, new enemy types, and combat options were superb. I kept seeing myself get lost in this post-outbreak world with so many things to collect, see, and do. I understand a lot of people are outraged by the death of Joel but if you look past that the game itself is a groundbreaking piece of art, and many game companies should look upon NaughtyDog to make there game as intricate as this one.… Expand

This game is getting unjustified hate, the people that are hating on the game saying it is garbage and stuff don’t fully understand what the message of the game is putting across. The original Last of Us is my favourite game ever made, it was perfect. But in the Last of Us 2, we learn that our actions do have consequences (i.e. Joel’s Death). The ending is what’s mainly annoying people, Ellie not killing Abbie? It was a sign of change in Ellie’s personality, when she could and was about to drown Abbie she saw Joel’s face. Ellie understands what has happened over the past 3 days and. It also shows that her character has developed soo much. But hey that’s just my opinion on the game… Expand

I would like to add 90% of the negative comments about this game are false people jumping on a band waggon being negative for no reason ignore it play the game support this ammazing company you will not regret it loving my collectors edition.

    El único juego que ha conseguido que pueda llorar desconsoladamente... Es un juego perfecto, la jugabilidad, las mecánicas, buenos gráficos, transmite una serie de emociones, enseñanzas, la verdad, es el juego del año, me gustó más que el primero.

The game is perfect 10/10, most people are just mad the Joel died but I feel like that’s what adds to the tension of getting Abby, but when you do get her you don’t kill her for the same reason you went after her, because of Joel. If Ellie killed Abby she wouldn’t be any better than her… Expand

    Did I like all the things that happened in the game, especially in the beginning? Hell no. But that's the point. I can understand all the hate of the people, but think about it.     Of course people don't have to like it, and maybe a lot of people expected a different kind of story, but giving a game 0 points without playing the game is just childishness in my opinion. And I don't want to talk about these LGBT accusations at all. This is just too rediculous.

    And yes, I played the game all the way through, unlike many others here.

    A dark daring game by naughty dog a fantastic sequel which explores the world in a more in depth way that makes its predecessor seem linear in comparison. It’s shocking at times and extremely thought provoking but gives you the sense of dread the world world would be post pandemic without morals or ethics of any kind.     Another Masterpiece from Naughtydog. Not a fairytale, dont expect angels and bubbles. Very dark and very violent but not enough gore. Much longer than the first. Sounds and Visuals are beautiful. Sad truth for 2020 : 30 fps only...

Игра не на 10 конечно, есть сюжетные проблемы так тди иначе.     This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. After spending a full three days playing it from start to finish. I got to say that this has been one of the best games I’ve played in years. The visuals are phenomenal, the story was engaging and at times nail biting seeing how they were able to kill off Joel so easily it gave me the fear that anyone could die at anytime. I didn’t feel like there was any plot armor throughout the entire time. This truly was a part 2 as it tied into the ending of TLOU 1 and expanded upon on it in TLOU 2. I will definitely be playing TLOU 2 again since the areas you explore as either Ellie or Abby were so expansive I know I didn’t get everything in order to get the platinum trophy.Good workNaughty Dog… Expand

    Good story. But not for everybody. It makes you think and not leave you indifferent. Sorry for Joel, but this story is not about that at all. That revenge will not lead to anything. Deserved mark. Thank you developers

    The Last of Us Part II is the high point of the PlayStation 4. The plot is controversial, but the game is the incredibly addictive adventure of Ellie, from which it is impossible to pull away from the opening and to the very end.

But if you try and manage to accept the subliminal and not so subtle messages as a fact that the world has gone awry and that people have the need to have somewhere or someone to belong to as their own way out, then...
