    Typical SJW garbage, gameplayand mechanicswas never the strong suit of naughty dog. They had one thing going for them and that was their ability to tell a good narrative and they even screwed that up. Another one bites the dust.

    Complete disappointment, this is a master class on how to ruin your IP, same old gameplay, one dimensional characters and bad story writing, the only good thing about it is the graphics which so many games have achieved that level before so it is not something ground breaking. utter trash!

    A garbage game for a garbage console, I fiddled into it for exactly six hours, when I had to play as a woman-man, I turned off the game and permanently deleted it from my account, graphics of 2012, 15 fps in scenes with more than 3 enemies, plot the retarded, mentally ill Dryckmana, in general, this game should be in the trash, like the console itself.

Don’t pay for crap and reward the abuse to the developers who were forced to work insane hours in a crunch culture. Also the game forces you to kill dogs as “the evil character”. Thanks for that. I’m not a troll and I’m pro LGBTQ rights, but this story was just insulting. I played it months ago now and still can’t get over how bad it was, especially compared to the first. The AI is terrible and is easy to take out, even on the hardest difficulty. Oh and big deal, the characters you kill all have names and will call out for each other. Ellie deciding not to kill Abby is also ridiculous because she literally killed all of Abby’s friends, even going so far as to bash Nora’s head in with a lead pipe. It’s funny too because Ellie basically saves Abby in the end and let’s her go because she otherwise most likely would have died on the beach. How are we as an audience supposed to care about Abby? She threatens to kill a pregnant woman in front of her girlfriend, shoots Tommy in the face, murders Joel with a golf club, shoots Jessie in the face and we are expected to care about her? Let alone like her? Big deal, her dad saved a Zebra from some barbed wire, who cares? I know I don’t. And why does every game today have to shove a political agenda down everyone’s throat? I enjoyed the first Last of Us despite its flaws, but I’m afraid now I will never buy another Naughty Dog game again.     The gameplay is average, the graphics are great, however the story and writing are terrible. Since this is a story driven game I'm giving it 0/10. One of the worst, most bland stories I've ever played. Doom eternal has a better story which is saying something.

    The VA's aren't the problem here, the game itself is. Metacritic is. The game awards are. This abomination is about as good as E.T. The extra terrestrial for the Atari 2600. The victories were undeserved, lackluster and most of all: "Foul play"

    The characters just don't feel right, the gameplay doesn't feel as satisfying as the first, the story did not need to be told, in fact, I struggle to see what story they were even trying to tell. Obviously it's a tale about revenge, but there are so many questionable and down right dumb or boring events that happened that it made me scoff at my screen a few times saying REALLY?

    The graphics are the only thing that truly felt "Naughy Dog Quality." It truly is the most beautiful looking game I've ever played, but that just doesn't carry it. It drags on waaaaaay past it's welcome in terms on length as well with me just wanting it to end after 15 hours or so.

    All in all, I hope they never end up making a third game. I can't believe I feel that way after how obsessed I was with the first. There just isn't much they could do to make me care about this franchise after this one.

    The game does an excellent job of making combat and stealth feel "real" by stripping away a lot of arcadey elements of most stealth/FPS games. You have to use all your senses and situational awareness to do well in stealth and combat. It can be frustrating sometimes, and can even feel unfair, but I can't think of many ways they could have made the gameplay smoother without sacrificing realism. And it had to feel real to make the story feel real, too.

    So, for me, the game is a 10/10 for gameplay, story, and graphics. They had a goal and they achieved it incredibly well. But many people will not enjoy this game at all, and that's okay. We need more AAA games that take risks and strive for something beyond simple, satisfying games that most gamers will like.    … Expand

    Boring and overrated. When the difference between the "critics" and the audience is so high it means that something fishy happened with the reviews from "experts". The main problem i have with this game is that they tried to portray a movie onto a videogame and it does not work. It is when you want to make a movie out from a videogame.
    The pace of the game just feels wrong and out of place.

TLOU was my absolute favorite game for the PS3 and I have replayed the Remaster on PS4 numerous times. So when my eldest son (he's 22) told me that this was the absolute worst game he has ever played I found it hard to believe. He wasn't as big of a fan of the first one as me. So I borrowed the disk for Part 2 from him when he finally slogged through it (took him months because as he said "there are so many far better games to occupy my time with".

    The world and graphics are great but they are only slightly better than GoT on my 4k TV. However that is not what makes this game the worst game ever made (my son was completely correct). They took everything that was great about the first game and took a giant **** on it. ND was not, until now a developer known for destroying their franchise games. I could not even continue this game after the 2 hour mark (killing Joel Miller has probably put me off future ND games for good). I deleted this game right after that event and will never take a second look. My son didn't even want the game back and told me to donate it to the local game store.

    Recommended to NO ONE who has fond memories of the first game. I never got passed 2 hours but I can tell this game is CRAP!    … Expand

Прекрасная первая часть, с хорошим сюжетом, интересными и прописанными персонажами, у которых есть своя мотивация и история. Была продолжена игрой, авторы которой были бездумны и безразличны к фанатам. Люди, которые писали основные сюжетные повороты, являются позором всей игровой индустрии.

    The ending is even worse, you kill hundreds of people to get to 1 person and at the end you wont even kill her.

The gameplay sucks, the story and the characters themselves are ridiculous **** This rubbish film practically has no history and focuses almost totally on lesbian kisses (one of them being Jewish even though her actress is not, they did it simply for "representativeness"), on muscular women and Joel giving the ass for some coffee crumbs. And by the way, as if that weren't enough, Joel, the only good character in this movie, died in the most RIDICULOUS way possible, without any emotion, so that in the end Ellie would forgive Abby. And also, Ellie in this game is a big unbearable whore and **** with a totally retarded, unpleasant, grotesque and unnecessary personality. A waste of money, pure progressive propaganda that forces erotic things. Even Sonic 2006 is better than this ****… Expand

    Not much to say with so much already said and posted about this. Just another person who felt the first game was one of best you could play. The story, writing, graphics were all top notch. TLOU 2 is a high quality game but the writing and story was horrible. I’ll just leave it at that. I shouldn’t be surprised though.

    The graphics are amazing...
    The gameplay is over-the-top.
    But Jesus Christ... the story is just horrible....
    I get what they were trying to do, but it didn't work....
    The moment they gave me Abby as a playable character, I shut down the game and don't intend on ever touching it again.....

    The only good thing about the game is the graphics. The story was both boring, and politically twisted, doesn't deserve a single award, and we all know it. You could've atleast given choices to the player. Hell, I'd take the buggiest Cyberpunk 2077 copy over this piece of hot garbage in a heartbeat.
