    Dzieło wśród gier wideo. Zaskakująca i dająca do myślenia fabuła która zostanie ze mną na długo po jej ukończeniu.

    No consistency with characters personality. Their actions seems ramdon and unimportant. Story with no logical polt and charater build, things just forced to happened.

    Sem palavras pela essa história horrível, e pela burrice do Joel e da Ellie. Gráficos nivel Read dead 2, animações e dublagens excelentes, mas com uma historia forçada e mal desenvolvida. Esse jogo tinha tudo para ganhar o goty desse ano, mas pela merda de historia para mim n ganha.

    No es perfecto claramente tiene sus detalles pero hay mas cosas positivas que negativas hablando de jugabilidad, historia y graficos. te hace estar el la piel de ellie, sentir su odio, su tristesa y su nesesidad de venganza, te hace llorar al ver morir a tus compañeros de una manera tan cruda y realista.
    no te puedes encariñar con nadie por que al igual que en el primer juego mueren y no heroicamente

    I understand that people say that the gameplay isn’t as bad as some people think and they understand why Naughty Dogs went with the way they did. But The Last of Us is about Joel and Ellie! Those 2 people are the definition of this game, so creating a game about another character for 10 or so hours is just not The Last of Us!

Instead they try to make you pity the killer and force you to play as her as well. (FOR 10 HOURS!!) overall I wanted to skip half of the game and just get it over with.… Expand

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Overall the Last Of Us Two is far from good. The game has state of the art graphics, animation, combat and mechanics. However the game is held back by the story and the way it’s told. I have never been more unmotivated to play a game my whole life. Some of the ideas for the story are ok on their own but are executed very poorly. If the gameplay had started with Abby and we where on a revenge mission but didn’t know who we where going after, would have created suspense and conflict in the player as we would’ve seen a character we actually liked killing our beloved Joel. However we still would have been like I just want to play as Joel and Ellie so either way the player doesn’t like playing as Abby. Also the developers wanted to change to minds of players and show that good is a point of view. The way Joel died didn’t sit well with me either. The whole point of Joel’s character is that he is super careful and would always take it to the next level to protect Ellie as he felt a farther daughter bond with her and couldn’t bare to lose that again. So why he just randomly trusted some stranger is beyond me, it’s completely out of character. The game is also very politically and try’s to hard to tell you the way you should think. By themselves the politics where ok but they build up and where to much to take. I have nothing against the issues, but when it’s getting shoved down my through that I must feel this way and I must share the same opinion I don’t like that. I enjoyed working my way though abandoned town clearing out infected. Or clearing out camps and posts of the Wolves clan. I thought the combat worked well and the mechanics worked well to keep the game running smoothly. And during the game you get to visit some places that look amazing! One thing about combat that could’ve been improved was a slowing of time when you chose weapons I found to often that once I has bring up the menu, picked my gun and reloaded it the infected had a couple hits on me. Overall I enjoyed playing the game but found myself to often not wanting to play due to the story line and the bad characters and character development in the game. And it’s a shame because to first one is one of my all time favourite games and it’s a shame we had to wait seven years for this. The game has incredible graphics, combat and mechanics, and I think this had potential to be better. - Brett… Expand

    The last of us part 2 was my most anticipated game for 2020, I've pre-ordered the game despite the leaks and people backlash on the game and naughty dog's team.
    After playing the game the first hour was very intense and full of excitement and get you hooked into the story but the rest of the game is pure disappointment.

    Possibly the best game on PlayStation , loved the first half but I personally enjoyed the second half the best , graphics are great , game sounds great and enjoy hearing the ai call out there friends name as you kill them just adds a new element to the game , would highly recommend playing the game and suggest you ignore all the negative reviews as there not a true reflection of the game .

I have never been so immersed in a game or with a set of characters before. Obviously the graphics and game play are unmatched, that should go without saying. The acting in this game sets such high standards for future gaming (something we already knew with Naughty Dog games). The story is very dark, very draining and asks a lot of the player. It asks the player to trust the game and believe me it was hard. While playing the the second half, I too wanted to put my remote down and turn it off but I didn't. I wanted to get back to Ellie so badly I kept playing and playing, recklessly and rushing through some scenes. All of a sudden I started to realise that I cared about Abby. I didn't like her (the game never asks you to), but I understand her. The new characters are mostly great additions and really fleshed out. Definitely read the journals while you play. Once I had finished, man I was wrecked. Emotionally and mentally I needed to step away from the game and think about everything that had happened and everything I had done. It was there that I realized that this was an incredible game. I applaud Naughty Dog for the direction they took. I was a huge risk but for me it really paid off. It sucks if people genuinely didn't enjoy the game. Perhaps at a different stage in their life they might, i don't know. Either way, for me, this is the best game I have ever played. No medium has ever stuck in my head for so long. I am still thinking about the story and my interpretations. Uncharted was my favourite game series but TLOU has officially taken it's place.… Expand

    ok so i have played the game twice from start to finish now, and i like the game, and i hate the game, but i did not like Abby at all, she sounds stupid when you confronts her about killing Joel, when Joel killed her dad, he just killed him, he did not torture him for a long time or kill him in front of his daughter real or not, so yes of course we will hate Abby, that being said, i actually really liked the game, it is def a 8.5/10, there are elements i did not like about the story, killing the two named dogs was a big one, don't force me to kill a dog and then name them after, that is just cruel as **** and the Abby segment was way to long, i understand getting her backstory, and some of the leading up to the fight stuff, but there was too much of it, and i just wanted to get past it to play as Ellie again, also Tommy just turning into an **** in the end did not sit right with me, so yeah there is some stuff i did not like about the game, but the game was a beautiful one, and one i will remember for a long time to come, and if there will be a part 3 to The last of us, i will def buy and play it to the fullest too :D    … Expand

    A phenomenal sequel, with a cinematic feel and powerful storytelling that shakes you to the core. Don’t listen to the haters who haven’t played it and only pay attention to leaks, or are mad because the story didn’t go the way THEY WANT. This game is a work of art, from the every element of game design. It’s a testament to the hard work of everyone at Naughty Dog.

    Probablemente el mejor juego de esta generacion. La historia es muy buena y mucho mas compleja que en la primer entrega, aunque no va a ser del gusto de todos. Recomiendo prepararse antes de jugarlo porque consiguen destrozarte junto con Ellie. No se esperen un viaje para disfrutar porque mas bien es uno para sufrirlo junto a los personajes

Characters show up, and dissapear so quickly without really making an impact to the overall narrative. Standouts for the new cast include Lev and Dina, while all the characters you know and love give knockout performances.     This is surely one of the best games I have ever played. The way they turn around the story and make you reconsider your actions was terrific and I have never seen anything like that before. The gameplay also is really fun. There are so many ways you can play encounters. You can try to stealth or just go in loud. You can be creative and use aerial attacks or feed enemies to zombies. The original game was an absolute masterpiece, with the introduction of these too amazing characters: Joel and Ellie. As we played the first game we got to know both characters and learned to respect and love them. With The Last of Us part 2, all that Naughty Dog has built with the first game is completely destroyed. They killed Joel right on the first 2 hours of gameplay in a way that contradicts that characters personally. Not only do they kill him in a confusing and disrespectful way, they later on force us to waste over 10 hours of gameplay controlling the same person (Abby) who had murdered Joel. For some reason they keep trying to shove this stupid character down our throats, as if we were supposed to sympathize with her on some level, but that just didn’t work. She killed our most beloved character, therefore we hate her and nothing they could do could ever change that. Unlike the first game, this one brings a painful and annoying story that nobody asked for. It is an insult to the fans of the original game and its main characters. The graphics however are the best I’ve seen, the scenarios are really beautiful and the soundtrack is compelling just like in the first game, but the story is absolute trash. We deserved better after 7 long years of waiting patiently for the sequel. Disappointed.… Expand

    The real problem is the narrative game is trying to force on    I always say: "Not every story needs happy ending but it has to be a hell of a story" and sadly I don't think part 2 was one of those stories.

    The real problem is the narrative game is trying to force on players. It was brave move that didn't work out at all. I have this feeling that this was someone exclusive idea which he really liked but didn't want to understand that majority of people are going to strongly dislike it.
    “I know you wish things were different (10/10), I wish things were different but they ain’t”
    You can extract everything that is best in this game: excellent graphics, superb audio, superior gameplay, awesome acting, strong feelings and give it 10/10.
    “When lost in darkness, look for the light”
    You can also grab everything that is the worst and give it 5/10.
    This seems like two extremes but maybe not necessarily. Not all of the players played tlou1 before, not all of the people are emotionally attached to the game or maybe does not want to (professional reviewers). Without doubt you can stick to something you like or dislike and this is another issue of TLoU2, it’s polarizing to extremes. That wasn’t the case with tlou1, some liked the story, some didn’t but everyone got it, understood and appreciated. This was a story at the end you could say: “Wow, this was a ride” no matter if you agreed with the characters decisions or not. I personally love tlou1 and I know that I’ll return to it someday, sadly I don’t know if that’s the case with tlou2. That being said it’s 7 out of 10 (good but with serious storytelling problems).    … Expand

The game is an engaging, harrowing experience like no other. It's gorgeous to look at, of course, but the thing that truly got me is the amazing worldbuilding and the beautiful, flawed, complex humanity of the characters. The game asksIf the general user score concerns you, I recommend you look into the review bombing that this absolutely exquisite title has been unfairly subjected to. The game is an engaging, harrowing experience like no other. It's gorgeous to look at, of course, but the thing that truly got me is the amazing worldbuilding and the beautiful, flawed, complex humanity of the characters. The game asks genuinely important questions about the consequences of violence and revenge, and it gives us the beautiful moments of humanity that still shine through even in a world where everyone is forced to kill to survive.

    This game is totally shallow if you compare with the first one... the way that characters are developed is totally stupid, the game literally calls you idiot. despite that, the gameplay is the same as first one with the difference that now you can jump and lying down on the ground. Great improvement naughty dog, and congratulations for the crap ending.

    The writing is terrible, my three year old cousin could probably come up with a better story. That random sex scene on the boat was so unnecessary, out of place and lazy. It’s so obvious you wanted to go for this “Shock factor” but it just falls on its face and ends up being this forced cringe attempt of having this super unpredictable story. The way that Joel’s story ended was an insult to anyone who put their time into the first game and yet again another failed attempt to get the player to feel something.     Honestly, the short sum up is: it doesn't fit the narrative, what the Last of Us I was. Complete emptiness that made more issues and dissatisfaction with the way the narrative was pushed and leaving Ellie at the end with her worst fear, to be alone. Pushing the Abby story was too much aggressively done.     Entiendo el enojo por Joel, me encantaba el personaje, y estuve muy enojado por la forma en cómo murió, y su actitud confiada frente a extraños, pero así es el mundo real, una mala decisión puede costarte la vida, a veces la gente muere por cosas simples, como por cruzar la calle a través de la pista en lugar del puente, por no ponerse el cinturón de seguridad, por no usar casco manejando una moto, por confiar en extraños, es una lección muy dura a pesar de ser sólo un videojuego, Joel ha calado muy fuerte en el corazón de muchos jugadores incluyéndome, esto dejando de lado el trasfondo lógico de que tenía que morir por quitarle la cura a la humanidad.

    A long time ago, when i watched Anita Sarkeesian break down certain tropes in games, i noticed that she complained at EVERYTHING male related, males where the protagonists, females were inept at escaping, females needed help and where there to give the male hero motivation, females were oversexualized, males lead,.....

    Even if a game was made with genders in mind by using a coin toss, as soon a male was there, by using Anita logic, that role could be placed by a female to do that part.
    For example, a stud main male hero would be replaced by a stunning female hero, that also creates problems so she must be boring and unapealing in looks aswell, nothing is ever perfect.
    And that lead me to think of a perfect game for her, and that is a game with no relevant males anywhere, obviously this has a few problems, you aim at the wrong demographic, the market can't take it, your game has a very difficult time to sell.

    When i saw Last of Us Part 2, i noticed an odd fixation with getting rid of the males in the game, as if they were in a rush to get the females doing their own thing, their dialogue, the romances, they didn't pay much respect to caracthers that were the core of the previous game.

    Then, i noticed the removal of certain parts in the web, you can't comment on certain aspects of the game, reviews are limited in content, they tried and still try to hide what happens to certain caracthers, who you play with and why.

    This was deliberate, they knew the game was aiming at a very niche group of ppl, instead of making a game from the ground up and anouncing the game's message, they tried to use the Last of us part 2 as a way to spread this message, you hide the content for as long as possible and you use previous iterations of the game to try and get as many sales as possible, just like mass effect andromeda uses the mass effect franchise to get a good initial start, or alien colonial marines using the alien franchise, we expect the same quality, it's only fair.

    Then recently i realized that Anita was somehow involved in this, i honestly could not believe this because i assumed no one would be crazy enough to listen to her, i was wrong.
    This game is the way it is because at every corner they had to get rid of males at any cost and then get the gears running with the female protagonists.

    This means out of 4 general opinions, you can say the game is good or not, and that the message is good or not, however, Anita, reviewers and the developers will INTENTIONALLY dismiss 2 of these, if you dislike the game, you will be tagged as homophobe, hater or that you dislike the message, for example, if you do not like the death of joel, they will say that you dislike females taking the lead in a game, that's not what you're saying but that's whey will say about you, it's intentional because they can't take criticism, if you like the message, then they will say automatically that you like the game, whcih may not be true but that's what they want because they want to sell the game and everything positive is used to do that.
    You can't win against these ppl because your opinion will go towards one of these 2 categories, the game requires an open mind but Anita and whoever followed her advices are also not open minded, criticism isn't allowed

    It's fine to have female protagonists, the issue is that you had beloved caracthers from the previous game and in this game, you don't use them that much or you don't use them at all because they get killed, it was forced, they had to push the message and they used the subtlety of a raging bull, this ends up making certain scenes nonsensical, certain dialogue scenes are awkward or confusing, you have a word like "bigot" in the dialogues, that i had to google the meaning, i'm not sure how often it is used overseas, but to me it seems like they had a grudge and had to let it out and they just had to place it in the game somehow.

    The game isn't bad, the visuals are great, so are the sounds and the atmosphere, the downsides are mainly the kinda boring gameplay because they had to pace the game combined with the fact that the game offers litle replayability, few improvements have been made to game mechanics, what worked in the past for the most part they kept and so what changed was mainly how they aproached the story and caracthers.

    Review copies are fine and all, but consumers pay for the game in order to experience it and the entire mentality is, 1st you pay, then you can review the game, this is intentional because afterwards (and it will happen) they can say "we tried this aproach on an earlier game and it sold really well", this gives power to Anita to keep doing this, over and over.

    The game is a 7/10, however, if it's a message you're trying to pass, then i'll pass my message aswell, 0/10 so that it hurts them in the right place, in the wallet, maybe this will cause the developers to atleast care to what they are doing next time.    … Expand

    The Last of Us 2 is a technical marvel. Smooth controls, many ways to dispatch your enemies and gorgeous settings. I really like the huge boss fight under the hospital. Best fight in the series. I do agree that the story was lacking in clarity. I think the sequences should have been placed differently to provide more background to the story in smoother transitions. -1 for that.

I would say the game is a 6/10 but the devs behavior prior to the release in regards of copyright claims is lowering. I did not have any issues with the game or the story since I did not play TLOU 1 but I do find it odd how the story evolved. The ending itself is also a bit weird to me.     The negative reviews are good, in all the games there are, but you don't have to take seriously that of the typical people who attack you for homosexuality, or for the fact that Joel dies and Abby ends the story alive. In fact, most of the negative reviews are from the 4 typical fools who have simply read the story without having played it.
    The story itself is very good, FOR ME, if you don't like it, it's your **** problem.
    I understand that Abby has hate, I also hated her at first and she is a difficult character to understand, but as you start playing with you you start to like her and get interested in her story and what happened in those 4 days in Seattle.

El gameplay del juego supera al de la primera parte, escenarios más amplios, peleas entretenidas y largas, que incluso un fallo puede costarte munición, flechas, vida y loot. El método de arrastrarte con los personajes hace que puedan haber nuevas maneras para deshacerte de los enemigos.

    Ahora bien, la historia comienza con el término de venganza pero poco a poco te vas dando cuenta que eso pasa a segundo plano y llega el término "perdón", que básicamente es lo que pone el fin a un ciclo de violencia y venganza. La historia de Ellie es muy entretenida pero se corta porque ya no hay más que contar, en eso ocupamos a Abby, que a mi parecer, el gameplay es muy entretenido pero pasamos casi mas de la mitad del juego siendo ella y eso no me gustó. La parte de la historia del rescate a Lev es muy interesante pero no lograron desarrollar al Isaac que tenía mucho potencial para ser un buen villano, con ideales muy fuertes. El final me queda claro, Ellie busca venganza por la muerte de Joel pero al recordar que quería perdonarlo por haberle mentido con lo sucedido en Salt Lake, decidió perdonar a Abby y así cerrar el ciclo de violencia.

    Aunque me destrozó ver que perdió los dedos y ya no puede tocar la guitarra y lo comparo con que perdió a Dina y J.J por lo que su vida tampoco podra ser como antes.    … Expand

    Não tenho vergonha nenhuma em afirmar que o game conseguiu me deixar furioso, triste,    Acabei de zerar o game, e meus amigos, que experiência incrível, uma história muito bem contada, abordando temas, que muita pouca empresa teria a coragem de abordar, principalmente no nosso meio de vídeo games, onde o jogo é feito pra divertir e por muitos, ainda é considerado brinquedo de criança.
    Não tenho vergonha nenhuma em afirmar que o game conseguiu me deixar furioso, triste, aflito, emocionado, feliz, tudo em uma mesma narrativa, muito bem planejada.
    Claro, nem tudo é perfeito, algumas pessoas podem não se sentir bem com a história abordada, ou da maneira que ela é abordada.
    Tudo aqui é um clima pesado e tenso, é um mundo quebrado, com pessoas quebradas, onde nem tudo é preto no branco e literalmente qualquer coisa pode acontecer.
    Por fim, só quero bater palmas pra esse game, facilmente o meu jogo do ano, achei um jogo corajoso, que conta a história que quer contar, sem medo de botar o dedo na ferida e sem medo se vai agradar fã ou não, um jogo divisivo que com certeza vai gerar discussões, e é por experiências únicas como essa, que eu sempre vou defender os vídeo games e seu poder de contar boas histórias.    … Expand

    Amazing, Simply Amazing, I loved it, everything about it was Amazing.This game by far is the best I've ever played, story to the gameplay and the music of course, graphics and the complexity of the whole package. Yes, some events are unexpected, the character changes are not ideal but after finishing the game, I did really appreciate all the choices Naughty Dog making this game.     This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Though I can understand why this is a unpopular opinion, I think most of this game were amazing and well developed. Yes I do believe Abby's story was drawn out and input some pointless details and the while time we were still angry because she killed our protagonist from the first game. However her story shows that she may not have been a bad person or at least no better than any other human trying to survive. And then theres how Joel died, I know some thought it did not do him any justice, but in a real apocalyptic scenario, it's unlikely he would go out a hero, or guns blazing or in some way that made players ls happy. And then there was the end of the game itself, I know personally I was broken, I was sad, and there was no happy ending, Abby lived, Joel was dead, Tommy was injured and begrudging toward Ellie, and Dina and JJ were gone, the last image we see is Ellie walking into the distance not knowing was happening next. Now I thought this ending (though it hurt) was genuine and realistic, Ellie lost more than what she started with, it would be impossible for her to have come out on top, and we see that, we see the price of revenge. And more importantly we see there are not always happy ending. The whole game is a beautiful, sad, and dark masterpiece of storytelling, and an insight into the price of revenge. Though I saw it was highly unlikely I believe that this ending sets up another sequel where we may see, l the ending we want. But until that is announced we must deal with the what we got and understand/ process this unique and realistic form of storytelling. *THIS IS AN OPINION*… Expand

(FRENCH) Ce jeu est incroyable car dès lors que l’on termine ce chef-d’œuvre on est sur le cul et on est là face à sa télé à se poser des questions. Personnellement grâce à ce jeu je me suis remis en question sur des sujets tels que la vengeance ou la méchanceté et je suis toujours étonné qu’un jeu vidéo ait pu me faire ça. Naughty Dog n’a pas fait seulement un jeu vidéo c’est une leçon. Naughty Dog fait avancer le jeu vidéo et ne nous pond pas du fan service ce qui est bien mais aussi beaucoup critiqué alors que ce jeu a pour but d’être réaliste donc bon. Je pense que ce jeu mérite pour l’instant d’être le jeu de l’année. Merci Naughty Dog ce fut un plaisir.… Expand

    The Game is a powerful message about mourning and loss, where the first was about protecting and preserving.

    It's a gorgeous game and that alone should at least warrant a2/10,so all those review bombing with 0/10 are just being spiteful and trolling

    It's not like part 1, but it's a very good game. The only thing that fails is that the gameplay can be a bit repetitive and tedious for how long it can be; but without a doubt he is a candidate for this year's GOTY. Hopefully what about ghost of tsushima

    I have been a die hard fan of the Last of Us series and the love they put into Part II is apparent. The post-apocalyptic world that they create is diverse and the gameplay is undeniably fun. While this game puts your empathy and emotions to the test, it is beautiful realistic portrayal of the actual world we live in. I loved the characters and would love a part III.

    The Last of Us Part II is the high point of the PlayStation 4. The plot is controversial, but the game is the incredibly addictive adventure of Ellie, from which it is impossible to pull away from the opening and to the very end.

    Not everyone is going to enjoy the motives of The Last of Us Part II. But if you try and manage to accept the subliminal and not so subtle messages as a fact that the world has gone awry and that people have the need to have somewhere or someone to belong to as their own way out, then... You will witness the boundaries of gaming expand. You will witness a true masterpiece.
