    This game is just simply yet another masterpiece of Naughty Dog. It beats you and kicks you down to the ground with the horrific event that happens at the start. But as you progress throughout the game you then understand why it happened. It both puts you in the shoes of the protagonist and the antagonist to understand both sides of the story.     As of now, the trophy for completing the game stands at 11.8 (very rare) meaning most "critics" have yet to actually complete the game. And some don¨t even know what the game is actually about.

    The game is gorgeous.
    Has great gameplay.
    And lots of playtime.
    Resident Evil 3 remake has a 6.4 score. Thats for a game that added nothing new to the original and with an average playtime of 2-3 hours.

    Dieses Spiel gehört zum allerbesten was es für die PS4 gibt. Die Atmosphäre ist gigantisch, Grafik ist überragenden. Ein Spiel das mehr fesselt als jeder Film. Ein absolutes Meisterwerk. Kann man bedenkenlos kaufen.

    In the end you're left wondering about revenge and justice. Where lies the line to just stop and head back. Where lies the line when your personal vendetta is costing too much. Still it is not perfect game. (I chose 10 because that is closer to my final rating than 9 ever will be) Although the game is great in a lot of ways, I think it suffers a little bit in its length. Sudden character change, in the midway point of the game, felt quite awkward at first but the context it gives to the story, made it so worth it. (I personally think Abby is a wonderfully written and executed character) In summary: The Last of Us Part 2 is technically almost flawless game with a gripping story filled with great performances. Although suffering in its length the experience and conclusion leaves you with a smile and a tear in the eye. Rating 95/100    … Expand

    After so many years i thought they would fk it up, but they outdone themselves. The game is so well written, i dont even excel in literature and i understood the story.. its sad that people that might be smarter than me didnt get the story and called it trash mostly because one certain character died, or because everything you have come through "wasnt worth it"

Abby and Ellie both have great hearts, sadly Abby lost it, and after killing the certain character she was doing everything she could to make up for it.. when i saw her story, it was full of happiness,a bit of sadness and anger. It takes balls to do something like what happened in The last of us 2, and that is why the game is and always will be above 8/10 no matter how many negative reviews there will be. Dont listen to the dumb people and try it instead, try to get into the story, feel,live it, try to understand and you will not regret it.    … Expand

    Masterpiece. I wasn’t sure I wanted a sequel, but they pulled it off. You have to understand in the first game that Joel is not a good guy but like everyone else a shade of grey. The consequences of this create a plot with huge depth; and those who claim a lack of respect for the character are missing the point that the whole game is about him.

    It's just not just the best game that I ever played, it's one of the best games ever made. Forget about any bad review, the last of us part II is an experience that every player should have.

    Finished it today and this is masterpiece. Story is truly good and full of emotional moments, there are a few problems with the scenario, but it can be forgiven, gameplay is exciting, world is beautiful and has a lot of details. It is one of the best games on this console generations an the best PS4 exclusive in my opinion.

We all can be angels of devils, and you can generally never know the reasons behind most people’s actions, and this game truly highlights that fact. Its also a study on the pitfalls of revenge.     Great game if you liked the first, the story was solid in my opinion but never quite hit the high notes that the first game does. Still it was a nice to get a deeper insight to the way this world has developed and I think the story only servers purpose to that and the wider theme of the cycle of violence and revenge.

    The two issues I have story-wise do relate to some of the decisions made. For me, what makes The Last of Us different from usual survival horror/apocalypse type games is that relationship between Joel and Ellie. The Last of Us IS that relationship more than the world itself and is at the very core of what makes the first game special. If you remove one of those elements then you risk falling back in to just another game, albeit a high level one.

    The second issue is the trope of revenge. While naturally you would expect the people closest to Joel to want redemption, the game prides itself on being grounded and it would be hard to accept that in real life, in such a horrendous world, you would leave the sanctity of Jackson to travel hundreds of miles in to an absolute fortress to try and find one person. It’s not a dealbreaker but it does take away from that grounded atmosphere it tries to create.

    That being said, I’m more than happy to be an observer of Druckmann’s story, given that he is the creator, much like I would he reading any novel. I admire the fact that they didn’t rest on their laurels and pay loads of fan service to the game, purely to please the (seemingly aggressive) dedicated fan base to this franchise. I want to play a linear story game to be told a story, not to cross off a checklist of things I wanted to see in the game. Generation defining game, not quite at the level of the first game, but the expectations for this sequel were so high that was always going to be a challenge.

    It’s a shame that there is an ever present immature streak among a lot of gamers that can’t be objective enough to form an opinion on this game without jumping on a bandwagon.    … Expand

And it’s a deeply well-told story to the point where I genuinely cannot fathom why anyone who has fully beaten the game, not just heard the spoilers, not just watched a streamer snark their way through it or watched ripped YouTube cutscenes, doesn’t appreciate what it has achieved here.

    I understand why people may not enjoy the story, it does slightly drag at times and the ending is going to divide a lot of people.
    However I think by the end of the game I could see the story through both of the characters eyes. I think this is great story telling. I was very happy with the ending.
    The gameplay is very much similar to the first game just more polished and refined. There is nothing more satisfying than having very little ammo left and planning your way through a bunch of Wolves or Scars.

    Моя оценка: 8.5 ,    TLoU2 – очень спорная и неоднозначная игра, мне она понравилась и я могу сказать что игра явно 3.5 не заслуживает.     Сюжет: на 7 баллов, я считаю сюжет выше среднего , он не хватает звезд с неба , но и не настолько плох как многие хейтеры говорят. Он средний, но он может зацепить людей, заставить переживать за героев и испытывать большой спектр эмоций у одних людей, других он может не зацепить и остаться разочарованными.     One of the best games that i played in my entire life!! Solid gameplay.. superb graphics.. dont care about lesbians or things that bother other people.. story is not for everyone but for me it was stunning!

    Un juego muy hermoso en apartado técnico y sonoro, la historia para mí es una belleza y como se va formando con el paso del tiempo, te adaptas muy bien en el ambiente.

Скажу так, вы дважды будете ждать концовки, но игра не закончиться и будет идти ещё долго, а ты уже хочешь посмотреть финал, тебе интересно!).
    В общем игра шикарна, если не проходить её на ютубе и ожидать того, что первая часть будет переосмысленна.
    Достойное ли это продолжение первой части? НЕТ! Первая TLOU была хороша сама по себе и ей не нужно было продолжения!

    - We entered the controversy the story, I was left with mixed feelings at the end but I understood the message that Naughty Dog wanted to give, maybe they could better apply certain important decisions but in the end it works, a risky bet on the part of ND. It is incredible how much the studio has matured since Crash Bandicoot the first game I played. The game shows you the perspectives of the characters and invites you to reflect on their actions. Connect perfectly with the first installment, you may like it or not, but there it is.

    Best game of the year so far, by far, and one of the best of the decade. This game is awesome! Gameplay, narrative, the roller coaster of emotions. It doesn't give you what you want, no, it definitely doesn't., but it's such a unique experience, very harsh and turbulent, but your ride will be well worth it and really enjoyable.

    My first game was Pitfall. Or Megamania. Attari console. Circa 1982 or 83. Since then I've played most of the best games, the "game changers" and the ones that created a new quality benchmark. The Last of Us II is the only one that made me cry. Congratulations to its developers. It's a delicate piece of art.

    No podíamos esperar una "historia feliz", Joel privó de la cura a la humanidad por alguien a quien veía como su hija, era lógico que habría consecuencias. Es una historia muy cruda, como se supone serían nuestras vidas si algo así ocurriera en la vida real. Neil se atrevió a mostrarnos las dos caras de la moneda, nos mostró el por qué de los actos de Abby, y tal vez a algunos de nosotros nos hizo empatizar con ella. Lo más fácil hubiese sido darnos un "final feliz" con Ellie y Joel teniendo una vida "normal", y desde mi punto de vista, hubiera sido muy cliché y probablemente eso si hubiera arruinado la historia. Para mi TLOU ll es un juego de 10 y supera en muchos aspectos (por no decir en todo) a su antecesor, que dicho sea de paso también es una joya.    … Expand
