    You have to experience this game to realize that it doesn't deserve all the hate that is getting. This is trully a masterpiece: the graphics, the storytelling, the gameplay mechanics, you won't feel disapointed for any of those things. Maybe it's not perfect but still my personal review score will be like 9.5

    This Game did everything wrong from the get-go. Now I agree with most the Graphics are very good but not on the level of RDR2, but really what is ,right? The simple Fact is that this game made me Not Like not one of the playable characters. Halfway through the game I gave two **** about Ellie just as much as Abby. Dull boring PC's and the same gameplay over and over again. It's notThis Game did everything wrong from the get-go.     La muerte de Joel
    Joel estaba con cierta ansiedad por haberle mentido a Ellie y peor aun cuando ella lo descubrió, es un punto en el que las personas no lo dicen, eso cambia a las personas.

    Cuando Sara murió, Joel cambió su forma de ver la vida, cambió por completo, el dejo de ser el que era antes, si recuerdan bien, el cambio a ser muy frío y era un traficante de armas al que solo le importaba terminar con lo que debía, a todo costo. Luego conoció a Ellie y el cambio completamente, pasa todo lo que ocurrió con ellos en la primera parte y ahora que lo vemos al final del juego llorar por Ellie, podemos darnos cuenta de que el siendo ya una persona mayor y mucho mas tranquilo, volvió a ser como en realidad es, no podemos decir "Joel habría sospechado de Abby y sus amigos" cuando el ha confiado en los hermanos negros en la primera entrega.
    Y su muerte fue como la vida real lo es, de un momento a otro. El se convirtió en un hombre noble, doblegado, es la misma persona que estaba con the last of us 1 con Sara.

    Era una bomba de tiempo para que las pocas luciérnagas quieran matar a Joel, el fue una persona mala en su momento. Y fue cuando menos se lo esperaba.

    EL FINAL

    Me parecio muy bueno. Ellie tiene un problema psicológico en el que no le dejaba tranquila por la muerte de Joel, la gente piensa que no debió ir a por Abby si no la iba a matar, no la mató porque sentía que iba a ser igual, por eso tuvo ese flashback de Joel muerto. Así que decidió aceptarlo.

    Fue un final agridulce al ver a Ellie perder lo que mas queria...

    My opinion in Spanish, the game is very good, I really loved it. But it has a couple of things ...

    Aspects to take into account about what is being talked about:

    Joel's death
    Joel was with some anxiety for having lied to Ellie and worse even when she discovered it, it is a point where people do not say it, that changes people.

    When Sara died, Joel changed his way of seeing life, he changed completely, he stopped being what he was before, if you remember correctly, the change to be very cold and he was an arms dealer who only cared about ending what he owed, at all costs. Then he met Ellie and the change completely, everything that happened with them in the first part happens and now that we see him at the end of the game cry for Ellie, we can realize that being an older person and much calmer, he returned To be as it really is, we cannot say "Joel would have suspected Abby and his friends" when he has trusted the black brothers in the first installment.
    And his death was like real life is, from one moment to another. He became a noble man, bent, he is the same person who was with the last of us 1 with Sara.

    It was a time bomb for the few fireflies to want to kill Joel, he was a bad person at the time. And it was when I least expected it.

    THE END

    I thought it was very good. Ellie has a psychological problem in which she was not left alone because of Joel's death, people think that she should not have gone after Abby if he was not going to kill her, she did not kill her because she felt that she was going to be the same, that's why she had that flashback of dead Joel. So he decided to accept it.

    It was a bittersweet ending when I saw Ellie lose what she loved most ...

    Que pena que un juego tan espectacular sea tan destruido por su narrativa pobre, un juego de ritmo estupidamente lento y repetitivo, personajes pobres y sin carisma. quizas la jugabilidad y como se ve el juego se ve bien pero con una historia tan floja, sabiendo que la parte 1, fue una obra maestra en todos los aspectos..

    I get why people are not liking this game... People doesn't like different things. That's why there are the same Fast & Furious movies every year, the same call of duty games every year. People want to see the same thing always.
    People doesn't like thinking, and this game make you think A LOT!. The hardest game to digest that I have ever played in my life.

    Yeah, I didn't like the destiny of some characters that I loved. My heart got broken (Really), but that doesn't mean that is something bad. Not because everything in this game is different than we expected means that is bad.

    It’s thought-provoking and haunting. An emotional rollercoaster that broke me. The gameplay is incredible. The attention to detail blew me away. It felt so real. There’s so much to discover and I will definitely be playing it again.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Just finished this overly divisive game today. Where to start, gameplay was well done little better than first game had some irritations with it but overall good.

    Gameplay stuff
    1. Had to turn off autoaim stuff cause it was fighting against me.

    2. Some of the gameplay designs like only being able to use weapons when the game said you could like couldn't pick up certain weapons etc... i found overly immersion breaking.

    3. The switching back and forth between Ellie and Abby was not all that fun because it happens so often. The equipment is different so you like being able to use Molotov's with Ellie and having a knife to do stealth kills all the time. {Mainly only had issues with not being able to stealth kill clickers with Abby unless i had shivs} which i find dumb like there are knives everywhere. and with Abby you have pipe bombs no Molotov's and i found them crap unless it was a boss but that's my opinion.
    Overall i just found the jumping between characters and timelines irritating and the gameplay becomes a little boring after a while game should have been 5 hours or so shorter but that was mainly because of the timeline jumping around.
    Plus story wasn't very compelling which made the length worse but we'll get to that in a sec.

    Graphics are just WOW and the attention to detail was awesome too bad some of that didn't translate to story lol. I want this level of graphics in every game its pretty breathtaking little better than RDR2 but that's an open world game so it had to have compromises but Naughty dog focused every bit of smaller scale into graphics and detail and Oh my!! the GRASS lol.

    Now for the STORY I overall hated it.
    I find the first game a masterpiece on just story alone really didn't care to much for the gameplay but, the characters and the relationships they have will have you laughing your butt off and at times shedding tears. i don't have a child but saving Ellie at the end wasn't even a choice I was told the possible cure would kill her i was like ''Oh hell no!''.
    I didn't play it at launch i got it for the ps4 so only needed to wait for part 2 for a few years and boy was it disappointing...

    --Spoilers--
    Start up the game and it shows the ending of the last game and Joel telling Tommy what he did, what i did and your play as him for all of 3 mins which isn't a big deal i wanted Ellie to be the main character for this go around pick up as Ellie after the Joel sequence. walk around town learning a bit about the town and Jessie a new character his life is meaningless the writer kills him off abruptly 3/4 through the game after he finds out Dina the other new mostly pointless love interest for Ellie is pregnant. Yes Ellie is gay they'll make sure to not let you forget every chance they get {So well done in left behind} to now only character attributes are sexuality, wanting revenge, and being broken.

    After a hour or so you start playing as Abby {Daughter of the doc you kill in first game} the new character and lead up to getting saved by Joel and Tommy. First thing Tommy does is tell random person both their names keep in mind they both know that some of the ppl they **** over might want revenge but who writes logic for overly smart characters right?!?

    Then overly Cautious Characters head to where Abby's group are and get safe inside and Tommy and Joel both tell the whole armed group their names and where they stay and pow Joel gets killed like WTF!!!!!! so much for that false advertising of thinking it'll be an older Ellie and Joel game nah its Ellie and Abby's game a character i Hate and they try so hard for me to sympathize with hell no I know why she did it and i don't care i don't want to play as her but have to for 10ish hours and it all ends up with her losing most her friends to Ellie and Tommy and helping 2 scar sisters who are being hunted because one is trans and doesn't want to be a girl very progressive. Ellie runs into Abby again and Jessie dies and Tommy Gets what seems like bullet through the eye and Ellie begs for Abby to not kill Dina and the scar boy gives Abby a change of heart and they leave and Ellie lives on happily ever after...

    Nah the Man[Tommy} has to come be an **** to Ellie and Dina and tear their family apart so Ellie goes to find Abby to killer her and Abby half dead and imprisoned Ellie frees her and wants to fight threatens the kid to get Abby to fight and they beat the **** out of each other and Ellie starts to drown her and flashback to Joel and she stops after 100s of dead ppl now is too much and Ellie is left with nothing Dina left and it ends all depressing. this games was made to subvert expectations and piss you off and it does just that I hate this game i have every right to do so for how the characters I love was treated. is about 6.5 overall but the fake 10/10 this thing is getting because ppl can't except that ppl hate what was done here. no game is a 10/10 and nearly no game is a 0-2/10

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. I'm baffled by all the negative reviews that criticize why Ellie let Abby go at the end.

    I don't like when people say "you just didn't like the game because you didn't get it," but it honestly feels like most people were so emotionally invested in Joel's death that they literally didn't pay attention to anything the game was doing for the remaining 20 ish hours afterward.

    If the central messages of the game were this difficult for people to grasp... I guess it is valid criticism that the game wasn't clear enough? But then there's another crowd criticizing the game for being hamfisted in delivering its themes.

    All I know is that for me, the story totally worked. I certainly didn't agree with the character's decisions all the time, but this isn't supposed to be a game with player choice in a branching narrative. It's just trying to help you understand why the characters make the decisions they do, and for me it was absolutely successful.

    Ellie sets off on a revenge quest and gets so caught up in it that she sacrifices the bright future she had with Dina. Abby, meanwhile, has finished her own revenge quest at the start of the game, leaving her somewhat purposeless, and she struggles to find something to live for while Ellie hunts her down. In the end, Ellie finally realizes what Abby has learned, that protecting people you care about is the only way to truly rid yourself of your internal demons, but it's tragically too late as Dina has already decided to leave her.

    The internal struggle to move on from loss and past traumas in general is not a novel or earth-shattering idea, but the game explores this struggle fully, with compelling characters, and an insane level of detail in both world-building and plot consistency. If this isn't what people recognize as a fantastic game, I have no idea what they want...

    And what are people talking about the SJW agenda of the game? Yeah there's a couple LGBT characters. The game spends almost 0 time on this, so who cares?    … Expand

All I will say about the story is that the writers had a story they wanted to portray, and they did it well, to an extent...     This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. I really wanted to give this game a positive review. When the leaks dropped and everyone was bashing it, I thought to myself, "It's Naughty Dog, they have a great track record. There's no way they messed up that bad". Boy was I wrong.

    First off, visually, this game is beautiful. ND really gave it their all to make this world feel alive. Every NPC and dog you kill has a name and they do a great job at making you feel bad for killing these NPCs.

    The gameplay gets very old and tedious. It's the same stealth focused, cover shooter from the original game. Some slight refinements, but nothing revolutionary. There were points where I was just sick of going through same room of infected over and over again. I just wanted to get to the next cutscene. The best fight encounters in the entire game for me were where the WLF and the infected were together. I had a blast setting off the Clickers and watching the two groups tear each other apart while I watched with glee. Besides that, the gameplay struggled to keep me entertained.

    The story and pacing is where the game falls apart for me. Making us play as Abby for the second half of the game and get all her upgrades completely destroyed the game's pacing. ND spent the first 15 or so hours building up Ellie's story to its climax and and completely ruins it. I understand what ND was trying to do with the narrative, but I believe they could have definitely approached it better. They wanted us to relate with Abby and grow to like her, but made it impossible to do that after watching her beat a beloved character to death at the beginning of the game.

    After awhile, I was just hate-playing the game. I had already sunk 18ish hours into the game, so I felt obligated to complete it. It wasn't a joy to play, I got sick of the gameplay loop rather quickly and the story was going a route which I didn't care for. I hope ND does better in their next title.    … Expand

I think playing as Abby is irrelevant, for me she wasn’t a well written character, her implementation in the game feels forced and fake, and I just feel that the gameplay throughout her part wasn’t a “the last of us” style for me it felt more like uncharted (more in the seraphite island). And I just kept wanting to go back to Ellie. And in general this game doesn’t feel like a The last of us. I’m ok with Joel’s death, but I really think Ellie should’ve avenge him at the end. Or they could’ve found some other way to justify her forgiving Abby at the end, maybe Lev saying “please stop” reminding Ellie what she went through. Idk I just keep thinking of a lot of ways they could’ve done the story better, but well, I think that’s a good thing because it keeps me thinking of it’s story. I understand what they were trying to do, but I couldn’t buy it at all even though I tried. It’s a good game but no 10/10. And no better than the first one.… Expand

So don’t read if you plan on playing, which you should it is a great game to play but the story to me fell short. This game was a personal let down, in regards to the narrative and characters. To clarify when I say characters, I mean how their stories are told and how they are presented, not their gender, build/body type, or their sexuality. The writing was ambitious and well done for what they were going for but it missed the mark. Firstly, Joel’s death was mishandled, I got no problem that he died but I do with the way it happened. To have no build up or suspense it lacked the punch it should have had and the whole situation was unbelievable. Two guys that have lived in this world for so long to have them (Tommy) open up and reveal their town and who they are to strangers that are equipped like a Marine raider detachment is bonkers. Joel was spit on this whole game which I would have been fine with if it was done better and in a more believable way. Then Abby... oh Abby, she is in fact “a piece of **** in regards to her writing. To have this plain revenge is bad story, but then to have a main protagonist, THE main protagonist feel no remorse for torturing and murdering doesn’t make sense. It would’ve been fine if she was just a plain antagonist but to have her kill a beloved character but then forced to feel sympathetic for is bs. I get it, their is no good or bad just people trying to survive and Joel was not a saint and to her he deserved it but they made us feel for him in the first game and we grew attached to him regardless of his choices which can’t be said for Abby. Throughout the game when it was made clear that you are made to feel for her and the writers shoving it in you’re face that they want you to love her, it ended up making her less likable due to the almost manipulative writing. Last for story/characters is Ellie who took a backseat in a narrative that is supposed to be about her. The cure and the virus is not even a minor plot point in this game, besides Ellie being immune. A seven year wait all to have this whole story arc get abandoned and traded with a generic revenge plot with a unsatisfying ending and focusing on new characters instead of Ellie is disappointing. The ending was a kick in the no-no square for us and Ellie. She throws her relationships in the bin, all for revenge but at the climax when she can finally achieve her goal she backs out and leaves us wondering what the hell was the point? Even though I dislike where they went with it is still well written for what they were going for and if you did like the story, awesome I’m glad you did it’s still a good game but for a narrative driven game it fell short for me. In regards to actual gameplay/graphics it is a blast to play and the best looking game on the PS4 especially on a 4K TV with HDR. If you loved the first one’s gameplay you will still love this one. Although it does lack innovation and any new major gameplay mechanics. The graphics is another story, the attention to detail is amazing, from the snow flakes to foot prints in the mud and snow the game is breathtaking and the graphics design and art team are among the best in the industry. Overall the game is good, it plays and looks like a next gen-title however for a narrative and character driven game this is were the game falls short. Even though the story was disappointing for me, like I said above, I still highly recommend playing. In regards to the threats and uncalled for comments towards voice actors and staff that made this game, in my opinion they are some of the best in the industry and none of them, no one for that matter deserve death threats for working out on a fictional story. If someone like Laura Bailey and the writers can make you feel that upset about a character that means they’re doing a damn good job.… Expand

    The linear environments which set the scene of the first game are hugely expanded upon in this game; weather it's exploring a quite suburb of seattle or being forced into a claustrophobic, dark and frightening underground system, there's no injustices served in terms of the environments crated and their atmospheres. Beautiful juxtapositions are seen in every single environment always reminding you that no matter how dark this world is there's always what seems to be room for hope to come from the most unexpected places. Schools, hospitals and apartments where nature has taken over are opposed by the small glimpses of hope from humans trying to get back to a somewhat new normal way of life surviving; notes, dwellings, camps, and societies show that there will always be something to fight for even if to some it could be moral wrong, as the world is not black and white but a grity, dirty shade of gray. It's just as much fun surviving in this game as it was the last. Crafting bombs, laying traps and thinking about your next move is just as much fun as it is tense and frightening. There's always room for error and it's brutal when it goes wrong, as you'll have to do everything to get back on the proper foot. This is where the gameplay shines the most for me as the new features such as hiding in grass, new bad guys and factions will keep you on your toes.

    Although some of the characters can fall short in this story of being amazing, they're still none the less solid. Fortunately none of them feel as if they were placed in the game to push an agenda or political view as you might have heard people complaining about. Weather you love or hate the characters there's no denying that they have real emotion and depth behind them and their relationships feel organic and true to themselves.

    Lastly for the positives, the accessibility in this game is what every single developer should stride towards. Weather you hate or love the game, there are so many ways to customise how you play your game. It's never been easier for someone which unfortunately may have never been able to pick up a game and play without difficulties, to actually just play a game and enjoy it with what I hope is little difficulty.

    Sadly the story is very hit or miss, however it should be stated that this game was never meant to satisfy everyone as its meant to decisive and it's certainly done this. For every high point in the story comes a low point and it can sometimes fail to hit the mark by a lot. Although the characters themselves are amazingly thought out and acted, there are some motives which I agree with the majority of players don't make sense. It's not to say the story is bad, but it's extremely convoluted.

    Much like the story the pacing is extremely slow and detrimental to the point where I had to take a break for a few days just to be in the mood to go back to it. The fact that it darts around time wise and tells the story step by step is draining. They almost treat the player like a child sadly which is almost insulting, as there are plenty of times in the story where can assume what happened through dialogue etc... But instead they insisted we play it. I agree that this was probably a good call as by the end of the game you can really put yourself into the main characters shoes as they themselves are drained, but there is a LOT of unnecessary filler. Together they unfortunately bring down what could have been an immersive and fun story. It's not to say the story is bad, it's the structure of the story. It's fun piecing things together but for a game which relies heavily on human emotions and the cost of life it seems to just skip over these themes like it's nothing and go straight to revenge, which is the main theme of the story but without the foundation for revenge or a motivation and understanding, it can fall flat.     The last of us part 2 is an almost polished masterpiece in most ways, however it falls flat at some memorable points as well as by some of the themes it conveys. As I said before it is a quintessential must play for a fan of the first game as it builds on the world extremely well overall, however you HAVE to go into this game with an open mind, accepting it might not be what you want but it's going to be one hell of a journey. Lastly if you unfortunately find it hard to play games due any kind of disability I'd recommend picking this game up eventually, it's a solid experience and has a huge array of accessibility features for a range of people.    … Expand

    Absolutely in love with this game. It did its job, makes you think about everyones different perspectives and puts you through emotional turmoil. I can't stop thinking about it, it's different routes, decisions, what everyone has to go through, ect. That's what a brilliant game does, makes you think, and feel.

I did not care for Abby and her child murdering dad at all. That whole arc with her was annoying, a waste of time, and practically unplayable. Hard to play when you’re consistently rooting for the character you’re playing with to die slow. I was rooting for all Abby’s crew to die slow too. Mel was right, Abby is a POS. Even near the end of Seattle I was elated when Tommy got Manny but then Abby shoots Tommy and you still have to play as her to fight Ellie?! BS! The ending is of course horrible and unsatisfying. Complete waste waste of everyone’s time. Only remotely satisfying thing was letting Abby die slow and get killed multiple times. If there was a shorter version where you skip all of the 2nd Act, then skip to Santa Barbara and Ellie either leaves Abby to be tortured or drowns her, or at least blow up her leg like she did Joel, so she wouldn’t last much longer, at least that would be a ok game, even if it was like 1/2 as long.… Expand

    I was lured in by the commercials. I never played part 1. The game play was fine, but the story left me traumatized! Seriously, this was why I abandoned TWD. I love a good zombie romp, but I don’t want to watch as the hero gets tortured to death. What a waste of what should have been a post apocalyptic adventure and was instead torture porn.

Ellie has literally KILLED hundreds of people in cold blood but she makes a few kills in this game and all of a sudden it effects her to the point she gets sick. Its ridiculous. If someone had done that to the person I loved and I was Ellie I wouldve did everything she did without one shred of mercy or regret. How's this for a moral of a story "YOU REAP WHAT YOU SEW". Man I was very disappointed in this game. I hope they can course correct for the 3rd installment. The main reason this game got a 7 out of 10 from me is that towards the end of the game I almost didn't even want to finish it. I genuinely thought about putting the controller down and turning the game off and never putting it back on and the only reason I bothered to see it through was the time I had already invested in it. Trying to push a mushy "revenge is bad" plot line in a story which takes place in the world these characters inhabit is not only stupid, its nonsensical and illogical. The world they live in is practically fueled by kill or be killed and revenge and survival. You kill or you die. You protect those you love or they die. You make a mistake and people get killed. These are the stakes in a world like the one they live in. To try and pretend like these people have the morality that we do in the civilized and corporate world we live in is just plain dumb. So like I said the game is almost perfect in every aspect EXCEPT for the story and the direction the game is heading in. The animations, the level design, the lighting, the gun play, the detail in the environments is all top notch and something the entire development team should stand tall and be so proud of. The acting and the performances given by the voice actors is superb. Its a damn shame that a couple executives or lead devs on this project turned what should be a gritty, tough as nails, survival and revenge story into a moral lecture about how revnge doesnt solve anything. Whoever decided to go that route with the narritive completely ruined what otherwise was an amazing experience. Its funny when I finished playing the Last of Us Remastered last week all I kept thinking to myself was "They better not **** this up in the sequel", and within 2 hours of playing the sequel I kept thinking "They ****ed it up", lol… Expand

    This game is a true masterpiece. Dark, challenging, beautiful, complex and unforgettable. The themes of revenge and perspective left me thinking about this game long after I finished it. En historia no se le puede comparar al primer juego, el cuál era mejor, cada pequeño plot twist te hacía sentir diferentes cosas, este flaqueó en ello al dividir la historia en dos puntos de vista, si bien es necesario dicha división para comprender ambas partes de la moneda, siento que no me permitió conectar al cien con cada uno de los eventos de cada punto de vista, ni con los personajes involucrados en ellos. Ahora es un videojuego, debes considerar todos los demás aspectos, no sólo la historia, los controles, nuevas habilidades, armas, herramientas, diseños, escenarios y enemigos fueron un plus a lo que ya conocíamos del juego anterior, en este aspecto es un 10/10 De verdad aquellos reviews y criticas con 0 o menos de 5 no creo que estén viéndolo como un todo… Expand

    Between the amazing storytelling with so many twists and turns that you literally don't know where it will go, and the intense, violent and solid gameplay, there is very little I personally can fault the Last of Us Part II for.
    It did become a little boring at times, with segments running very long and becoming repetitive. The only real way to find out if you will like it or dislike it, is by picking it up and trying it out (either borrowing it from a friend, get it preowned or even support the amazing gameplay developers who struggled to get this game in such an amazing state, by buying the game).     En graficos y en mecanicas el juego es impresionante 10/10 le saca el jugo a la ps4 y da gusto ver los paisajes del juego, esta muy bien trabajado y se nota el cariño que le dieron gráficamente Pero... la historia se la pasaron por donde no llega la luz

    el primer juego me encantó, lo rejugue 4 veces, 2 en ps3 y 2 en ps4 y para mi es una obra maestra

    Dejo claro que me da lo mismo el hecho de que hayan puesto inclusión en el juego, la historia como tal esta mal hecha

    De primera el engaño de los trailers, nos dan a entender de que la historia va a tratar ellie va a vengar la muerte de dina y joel se le integra en mitad de su camino con una escena que NO APARECE EN EL JUEGO, entiendo el hecho de que en los trailers de las películas con escenas fuera de contexto crean otra trama con cambios mínimos y que se modifican en el producto final, pero los cambios de los modelados son detalles enormes, por esas escenas nos vendieron el juego porque todos pensábamos que el juego se iba a tratar de ellie y joel

    Pero el juego se me vino abajo cuando resulta que a la hora de juego matan a joel de una manera estúpidamente mala, todos sabían que joel era un hombre desconfiado que ni en su sombra confiaba y que era bastante precavido y sabíamos cómo era su instinto de supervivencia, que no tiene limites si se trata de proteger a alguien que quiere

    Y que llegue abby, tomy les diga su nombre y dejándose ir a una cabaña con desconocidos de lo más confiado para finalmente por conveniencia del guión se encontraron Abby y su grupo para que terminen matando a joel

    Era predecible que joel iba a morir, pero por el propio tráiler se da a entender de que iba a hacer por un punto avanzado del juego,

    Ahora voy con las otras escenas donde naughty dog nos engañó, en el tráiler se nos mostraban escenas con joel y ellie después de 4 años del 1er juego, pero resulta que las escenas que nos mostraban en el tráiler con joel eran flashbacks del pasado Lo otro es la trama del 2do juego que sella sacan del culo, el segundo juego se basa en la venganza de abbey por que joel mato a su padre, que en el primer juego resulta que el doctor, era AFROAMERICANO Y DE CONTEXTURA DELGADA

    Pero en el 2do juego resulta ser un doctor blanco un poco más gordito

    Habían muchas tramas mejores que la del juego final y que cualquiera sin ser alguien especializado en cuanto a guion podría haber hecho algo mejor

    En cuanto a musica 10/10 y no hay ningún tema que no me guste, toda la banda Sonora es igual o mejor a la primera, mis respetos a Gustavo

    Y el final también es igual de malo

    Entiendo el hecho de que quieran dar el mensaje de que la venganza genera más venganza y que mata el Alma y la envenena, que quieren demostrar de que los buenos nos son del todo buenos y los malos no del todo malos pero eso se espera de un mundo postacpocaliptico

    Y encuentro forzada la muerte de joel y el hecho que te quieran hacer jugar con abbey para decirte "te ponemos a jugar con la asesina de joel pero ya verás que no es tan mala y la perdonara porque estaba justificado

    Pues no, toda la parte en la que jugamos con abbey te hace sentir rabia por jugar con la asesina de joel, y en la parte que están en el estadio te tratan de meter a la mente de abbey no es tan mala, que le cae bien a todos, juega con perros y es totalmente lo contrario a ellieporque te quieren hacer ver que ellie es la mala y lo entiendo, pero al aplicarlo no funciona, terminas odiando a las 2 protagonistas Lo otro son los Cortes y los cambios muy bruscos de un momento de clímax y que te devuelva a un punto en el pasado en el futuro te dejan extrañado con "que acaba de pasar" esto sucede cuando abby llega al teatro y después de que abbey le perdonara la vida a ellie y aparecen meses despues en el granero, te deja muy confundido Y el final con ellie te deja mal porque ellie termina perdiendo todo familia, la cabeza por la obsesión con vengarse de abby, y por último sus dedos de sus manos con los que ya nunca más va a poder tocar guitarra como le enseño joel

    El final es malísimo porque el juego lo pone así, y porque es malísimo con la sensación que deja

    Me siento estafado por naughty dog porque jugaron con el hype de toda la gente que los mismos trailer nos daban una espectativas impresionante

    Y me da pena el hecho de que las páginas se dejan comprar por sony para que les den calificaciones de obra maestra pero no mencionen en sus reviews la ha historia y sobre quien es abby

    Si pudiera resumir el juego con una palabra es incoherente

    This game could be incredible, but the writers told a story the original did not tell. A story about revenge, that was built in a world of survival and finding reasons to survive.     The original title is awful, but in a way that felt real. There is reasoning that feels solemn, and it feels like the ending makes sense.

    The sequel is angry. It wants you to see the torture of someone that did nothing of the sort, (to these people) as realistic, then later view that in a different light. You cannot create visceral imagery then expect it to be forgotten.

    If there were a prequel to this, if we had the chance to give any care to these people it could have changed. However, it is a heavy-handed approach to forcing a new set of characters into the series. It is required to care and by the end I did. I did not want them to die and it was very self-reflective.

    I cared slightly about these people, but they did bad things, almost none of them are as redeemable as the end of the first game. It just doesn't hit the same peak, and while it is a master craft in acting and technical design, it just misses the mark the first game created on that mountain.    … Expand

    The entire game is about how far we will go to find inner piece within ourselves and others. I'll start with Abby because I find her character to be the most interesting. We are introduced to Abby after she has just woke up from a nightmare. Remember this because it is the whole theme of Abbys story. After abby saves yara and lev, she finally gets to wake up from having a peaceful dream. She managed to find inner piece by helping 2 children. She saw hope in lev (remind you of joel). I'll talk about Ellie now because she is basically going through the same journey as abby. She is trying to find inner piece with herself because she blames herself for Joel's death. However, we see that Ellie is constantly questioning her actions throughout the game. She wants to find inner piece with herself and she thinks that killing abby will do that. However at the end of the game ellie spares abby. Why? Because all throughout the game, ellie keeps having these flashbacks to seeing Joel's dead body and the floor. She thinks that killing abby will make her find piece within herself. However, as soon as abby is about to be drowned to death by ellie, ellie stops herself from killing abby because she no longer has the flashback of joels dead body on the floor. Instead, she sees her and joels final conversation and how she really wants to find peace with Joel and forgive him. Which is the whole message of the game, finding forgiveness and pushing how far you have to go to get there. The game is a complex masterpiece. People are just blinded by their hatred towards abby.… Expand

    I completed the first part about 25 times on different difficulties, on different consoles, also knocked out platinum and it is very sad to see such an assessment in the second part. Now I'm waiting for a discount on the second one to enjoy the masterpiece, once again. Good luck to the best developers in future endeavors!

It takes the player through such an emotional rollercoaster...

    Unfortunately this is the main reason its been so slated. Sooooooo many people wanted it to this happy, loving fairytale game or even just a repeat of the first game. I take my hat off to Neil Druckmann, Naughty Dog and anyone who worked on this game for this brave work of art. It is a massive achievement and a credit to everyone involved. And firmly smashes Naughty Dog as the BEST game developer. I've honestly never clenched onto a controller so tightly, or sat on the edge of my seat so far forward im damn near floating, anywhere near as much playing any other game to date than I did with this one.

    And i loved the first one, Including Joel, hes one of my all time favourite characters in gaming and despite what happens, I still ADORE this game. I genuinely can't praise it enough. Don't let these "reviewers" put you off, most of these negative reviews were made before the game had even been out 1 day. Its a 30 hour game... theres no way they played it enough to form an honest opinion and just like most things nower days, people just jumped an the band wagon to be heard. I've already finished it and I'm over half way through on my second playthrough... and as i said its a 30 hour game. Now more people have played through it and formed their own opinion the ratings are shooting up. And if this game never got leaked in the first place im sure most people give it 10/10s

    Anyway, In my opinion (and many many many others) this is THE BEST GAME OF THIS GENERATION and pretty much any game of any generation. Please, just go in with an open mind if you unfortunately saw the spoilers and just experience this whirlwind phenom.    … Expand

Все эти моменты пронизывают до мурашек, а в сопровождении с душещипательным саундтреком Густаво Саонтьянолле... это просто невыразимо словами. Подобрать какие либо эмоции сложно для описания этого экстаза при совокуплении всего самого прекрасного в этой игре.

    Игра не перестает удивлять, даже рассчитывая на определенный, конкретный и логичный исход - она дарит очередной, не менее логичный, и объяснимый исход.

    Это я только заикнулся про сюжет. Геймплено эта игра - совершенная версия первой части. Как самостоятельный продукт она сильно проигрывает, но ей удалось разнообразить все, данные от первой части, механики, до их самого интересного развития. Графика и проработка здесь на уровне Red Dead Redemption 2. Труд сотен не будет недооценен. Это шедевр и игра года. Достойное и достаточно смелое продолжение всеми полюбившейся истории, которая расширила свой лор.

(SPOILERS + JUST MY OPINION) If Joel was just shot in the head with a pistol and not tortured to death i think this game would have been a lot better, its just asking a bit too much to sympathize with Abby after Joel saved her then she still goes on to commit such an act with no sign of hesitation. Its not like her fathers Death was still fresh in her mind either, surely 4 years of morning would have lessened her hatred to some extent, even Ellie showed mercy to Abby after killing people she love much more recently. If Abby was built up a bit more before she killed Joel the player might have had a better understanding of her situation but the start of the game felt like a speed run to kill the fans favorite Man. There is just no enjoyable element to this game and the flashbacks of Joel and Ellie just made me more miserable because you know those times are over forever . i dont even care that the gameplay was basically copy pasted. Its a story driven game and the Story is just a mess… Expand

    I’m so satisfied with this story/game. The hate it’s brought astonishes me, many seem to have not even played the game. The two sided story is a great experience, with both Ellie’s and Abby’s three days in Seattle mirroring and opposing each other at times. It’s such an emotional roller coaster. And just the mechanics alone make it an amazing game. The movement, graphics, and the combatI’m so satisfied with this story/game. The hate it’s brought astonishes me, many seem to have not even played the game. The two sided story is a great experience, with both Ellie’s and Abby’s three days in Seattle mirroring and opposing each other at times. It’s such an emotional roller coaster.
