El cambio si fue significativo al igual que la apuesta por matar desde el inicio a Joel pero sólo los grandes se atreven a hacer cosas grandes. Quedo satisfecho porque seguro que viene la cúspide de la saga en una tercera entrega siendo así la mejor trilogía de videojuegos. Excelente juego.… Expand

    Neil Druckmann made a lot of hard décision i think to make this game masterpiece at my mind, yes the game is Dark and make you emotionaly disturb but that what it take to make a game so original, not a lot of company make things lioke that. The gameplay, graphics and the action are perfect!

It is an engaging story from beginning to end, bringing a very immersive experience for the player. Sometimes it gets a little tiring, since the game is very slow in some chapters, allowing players to loot and explore a lot. The construction of the psychological of the characters is something never seen in the game industry. The only title that comes close to that was Gta V, to give you an idea. It is an extremely bold and audacious work. The developer Naughty Dog is to be congratulated for the impeccable, admirable and almost perfect production.     It's a masterpiece, best story driven game ever. You really feel the weight of all the characters decision's and can sympathize with all of them. The game shows you there's no heros or villains and the no one wins in the circle of revenge.

    You need to keep an open mind because this is a game like no other out there. There is no feel good moment. This is not a cliche story. There is barely any resolution. at least not one you would want. This is a story about action and consequence. This game BROKE me. I didn't want to keep going after 2-3 hours, I was mentally and emotionally beaten into hyperventilating a few times. It wasYou need to keep an open mind because this is a game like no other out there. There is no feel good moment. This is not a cliche story. There is barely any resolution. at least not one you would want. This is a story about action and consequence. This game BROKE me. I didn't want to keep going after 2-3 hours, I was mentally and emotionally beaten into hyperventilating a few times. It was brutal to say the least. Graphics are insanely beautiful, the world is detailed to the max, lighting, music and mechanics were 10/10. Story was heavily thought of and it shows. Just because I am hurting and didn't like the entire outcome, doesn't mean it wasn't good. I questioned why everyone called it a masterpiece too. I promise you, finish this game. And after that when you still hate it, process it. This is grief you'll be feeling. I was still upset. I was still hurting, but I understand now. You don't have to agree with the story, the character growth and the events that occur, but this game is on a whole other level and to appreciate that, you need to think on a whole other level. If you truly cannot get over your emotions or don't want to understand, then stay away because this game will break you and I mean that. If you're ready to take this new story in, prepare your brain for the trip. This wasn't easy to get through but I couldn't find myself putting the controller down for long.     This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Let me start off by saying I saw the spoilers for this game before I ever even played Part I. I bought the remastered edition a month before the release of Part II and I could hardly put down the controller for the few days it took me to complete and it IS a fantastic work of art.

    One thing that riddled me with anxiety throughout Part I, was leaving every door I walk through open afterwards, this is something that was changed in Part II (thank you). The combat system had a massive upgrade and the ability to dodge was a relief too and it all feels so fluid. Being able to crouch or prone in tall grass really added to the stealth aspect of the game and if a game allows me to sneak around like a ninja, luring people to the grass to hide their bodies, I am all over that ****

    The flashbacks (particularly Ellie's) are beautiful moments, there is no better way I could describe it.

    It has such strong horror vibes, at times akin to the likes of Dead Space (my No.1 favourite single player game until now) or Resident Evil because you would come across stalkers or clickers stuck in fungal growths in the walls and never knew if they would come to life which I loved (there is a boss battle which I will talk of further on) And the combat as well as weapons for Abby's playthrough are by far superior which is there to make her beginning more bearable.

    I'll talk a bit about character development and how it has improved compared to Part I do this is where you need to be weary of SPOILERS.

    I'll get straight to the golf club incident, Ellie and Tommy witness the brutal death of a much loved character and I absolutely despised the fact that I would have to play as the murderer but Naughty Dog deserve so much praise for how well written it was. It takes a good 15 hours to fully understand the driving forces behind Abby's actions but before that you do begin warming up to her after how much she did to help 2 of her enemies and through her optional dialogues with them, you see that she begins to change and that her motives are almost identical to Ellie's motives but there are some massive differences at the main one being, Ellie witnessing the death of her father figure with her own eyes and the fact that they had a falling out adds to Ellie's guilt. It took a while to realise it but Ellie is living with PTSD and the expectation that she had to get revenge whereas Abby came across her father's body and had years to hunt down and prepare herself for the golf club incident. I **** loved Ellie from the start and hated Abby from that moment but Abby is not a monster, they are just continuing the endless circle of pointless revenge and how far each will go to accomplish that act. Ellie is pushed by outside forces to get it done and there is a point in which she cannot physically or emotionally handle some of the things she has done and it gets harder and harder to watch and listen to the malice in her words. While Abby in contrast starts as a cold-blooded killer who begins to show compassion for her enemy and I loved those moments when Lev and Yara opened up to Abby, those kids were wonderful and the mechanism that allowed an emotional connection to Abby.

    The Rat King (the only boss battle in the game) Uber Dead Space/Resident Evil vibes here, not as difficult as I thought it would be but on at least 2 occasions I almost yanked my PS4 off of my desk because my PS4 Gold headset was connect to the PS4 via USB (make sure yours is charged before starting this part of Abby's playthrough) And when it comes to the final showdown, you spend every moment as Abby begging Naughty Dog in the hopes you don't kill Ellie and your dream comes true. You then get to enjoy another beautiful but long cinematic of Ellie living a peaceful life until a PTSD episode and an angry visit from Tommy turns her world upside down, I was certain I was watching the final scene of the game but as Ellie you pursue Abby to California, witness the horrible treatment of survivors by the Rattlers where Abby and Lev are held captive. At this point I knew how this game would end but couldn't be 100% certain, as Ellie witnessed Abby's clear compassion and love for Lev she can't help but feel that Ellie herself is the monster after threatening to kill an unconscious Lev in order to force a visibly malnourished Abby into a fight to the death. Ellie realises that nothing will be accomplished either way and has done nothing but lose the things most important to her. Part II is a masterpiece. I have never been so emotionally invested in a game before and the only reason I am writing this review is because my housemate has yet to complete the game and I would have probably started pulling out my hair in frustration if I didn't talk about how much I loved this game. It deserves the 95/100 metacritic score, without a doubt.    … Expand

El gameplay toma como base la primera entrega y lo pule de una manera perfecta en la que el control recuerda al increíble trabajo que se realizó en metal gear Solid v y esto agregado al diseño más abierto de los niveles y las posibilidades de interactuar con el entorno lo combierten en algo increíble de experimentar por último la presentación visual y auditiva es algo que difícilmente se superará en esta generación por mi parte lo jugué en un Playstation 4 pro y solo puedo decirles que te quita el aliento en cada momento, el sonido que hacen los infectados mezclado con el sonido ambiente y los efectos de sonido te sumerge en la piel de ellie.

    O jogo é muito bom. Gostei bastante do gameplay que foi melhorado nessa sequência.
    A violência do jogo pode ser desconfortável para alguns, eu não tive problemas ao jogar.
    O único problema é pra que não jogou o the last of us "1" que vai se perder na história do jogo. Mas eu recomendo ótimos gráficos e jogabilidade muito boa.

    Went into this spoiler free and with big expectations. I was not disappointed. For me, this is the best video game ever made so far. The graphics, level design, atmosphere, beautiful soundtrack and other details are top notch. As said before, where the first game had a clear theme of love (between Joel and Ellie), this game goes on a cycie of revenge and hate. It builds on the existingWent into this spoiler free and with big expectations. I was not disappointed. For me, this is the best video game ever made so far.     At one encounter, there was a guy with a dog searching the area outside a shop inside of which I was hiding. I've just placed an explosive mine at the entrance of the shop and was waiting patiently for the dog and its owner to come inside. The dog sniffed me out and I was ecstatic that everything was going perfectly according to my plan. Then, the dog jumped into the shop through the broken window on my left. Smart dog. 10/10 would bomb that sneaky dog again.    … Expand

    Don't listen to all the haters that saw the leaks and think this game is bad. Play the game yourself, everything about it is beautiful. Graphics, gameplay, combat and story, simply outstanding.

    An absolutely beautiful game. A masterpiece. I can understand why some people may not like certain character decisions, or how dark the themes were, but they are crucial in the overall story and message of the game. This amounted to an experience which ultimately elevates this game far above anything that any other piece of media I have consumed has achieved.

    I hated this game. I hated it really and i despised NaughtyDog for what they have done. But the point is... i wasnt ready. There is a point in the game where i refused to continue, because of my hatred against a certain character. So i needed 3 days until i calmed me down from my emotions. And i didn't regret it to move on.
    The story is phenomenal! But you have to pull back your emotions.    I hated this game. I hated it really and i despised NaughtyDog for what they have done. But the point is... i wasnt ready.     The game won't give you enough time to process everything that happens, that's the only problem.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. The last of us part II truly changed the way I look at games. This was not only a game but a cinematic masterpiece. I loved the gameplay so much but I was extremely excited to get to the next cutscene. Ellie’s journey through Seattle really tested me. I began to see Ellie not as the sweet yet brutal little girl she was in the first game. This game really shines the light on her brutal side excluding some light moments with Dina. When the game switched over to abby I was a little frustrated. I don’t want to play through the her whole side of the story. But as it went along, I began to enjoy it more and more. The introduction of uses and lev really put the cherry on top for abbys side. At the end of the game I was heartbroken for Ellie. I wanted the best for her and to see what happened to her really hurt me. But as I digested the story I understood that Ellie really deserved what happened. I understood that Ellie, Abby, and Joel all did things that were awful. I still like Ellie more than abby but I was able to understand Abby more than I ever thought I would. The last of us part II is truly a masterpiece. A huge congratulations to Neil and the whole team at naughty dog. You have accomplished something no other game has ever done for me. I have never felt more emotion in a game then I did in this one. Bravo naughty dog, bravo.… Expand

    Terrifying... Emotional.... Phenomenal. I completely understand how people don’t like the game. The way the story goes will not work for some, and according to user review scores it looks like it didn’t work for most. Everything worked perfectly for me! I love it! Not quite as good as the original, but this is a dang good sequel!

Eu realmente não entendo o motivo de tanto rege, esse jogo é simplismente perfeitos, com uma jogabilidade perfeita com npcs perfeitos e uma historia perfeita, esse jogo é uma obra de arte tão grande que merecia o premio de melhor jogo dessa geração e quem sabe até da proxima geração, porque ele é simplismente perfeito.(só pra deixar claro eu sei q não existe nada perfeito ok).
    Todo esse rege são de pessoas com mentalidade de criança e sem nenhum senso critico, eu com apenas 14 anos consigo ver muito bem como esse jogo é incrivel no qual mostra os dois lados e como nenhum lado está certo e como a triste morte de Joel não é vaga e que tem uma grande e solida base motivacional pela parte da Abby. Esse jogo é simplismente incrivel, eu não o joguei mas já é o meu favorito, e todo esse hate sem motivo não estraga o brilho desse grande jogo com uma grande historia.    … Expand

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. 예상이 빚나간 이야기, 하지만 플레이하면 할수록 엘리와 애비의 감정과 심리적 갈등이 잘 표현되어 빠져들게 된다. 엘리를 플레이 할때 들었던 의문점이 애비를 플레이 할때 해소된다. 전투면에서도 긴장감과 몰입감 액션감을 충분히 느낄수 있다. 엘리의 감정을 최대한 이끌어 내는 엔딩은 나에겐 너무 슬프게 느껴졌다. 단순한 광기에 빠져 복수하는 복수극이 아니라 1편 사건이후 어색한 관계를 풀어 나가려는 조엘과 엘리 하지만 말하지못한 진실, 서투른 표현과 갈등때문에 좀처럼 풀어나가지 못해 끝내 가슴 아픈 이별은 하게되어 더 복수에 집착하게되는 엘리, 스토리가 절정에 달할수록 뒤늦게나마 조엘과의 관계를 완성해 나가려는 후회가 가슴아프게 다가왔다. 역시 너티독 임을 보여주는 명작!!… Expand

    This game is an improvement over the original in many ways. I was hooked from beginning to end. I just finished playing TLOU1 before diving into the sequel, and I truly appreciate Naughty Dog’s effort in keeping the series fresh.

    The storytelling and acting are setting new heights for gaming as an art form on par with movies and books.

    Ok, my expectations for this game were very high, and there's a lot to say, but I will keep this short.

I played on Moderate difficulty and it was never too easy or too difficult, but I had to either scavenge for ammo or be very stealthy if I wanted to have a fighting chance.     Now the story seems to be the thing most negative reviews focus on, so hear this. This game is very dark. It is by no means a feel good game, and it never claims or tries to be. It will make you feel sad, it will make you feel very angry, and it will make you fell confused at times. This is not some brainless story where the hero is always right and the villain is always wrong, and hero beats villain and lives happily ever after. This game deals with morality, forgiveness, anger, and regret. I will say it again, it is not supposed to make you feel happy. You are not supposed to like all the characters, they are not perfect people and they do very bad things, but also some very good things. The ending is a lot like the ending of an art movie, it leaves a lot of things for you to think about and debate with yourself about. I will say this once more and stop writing. It is not meant to make you happy and satisfied. If this game makes you talk and debate about it, then it probably made you feel how the devs wanted you to. And I think that is absolutely perfect.

    It is the best game ever in my opinion. I liked that Naughty Dog took the risk to make a story as they wanted and did not fall for the fan service. I liked the stark story they decided to go for, and I hope It has some Dlc.

Minha expectativa para o jogo era algo sobre uma vingança de um ato horrendo, que já esperava ser a morte de Joel, o motivador máximo para uma vingança tão violenta para Ellie seria esse. Mas ter tido a perspectiva do outro lado, da assassina de Joel, Abby, me fez enxergar e entender porque ela cometeu esses atos. Tanto me agradou refletir sobre essa abordagem, quanto me fez ser uma sensação estranha ao jogar com ela. Vale ressaltar que me fez entender, mas não justificar porque ela fez isso. Abby tem muitos atos questionáveis além do assassinato de Joel, como também tem atos humanos de boas ações. Ter uma antagonista explorada desse jeito foi algo inédito, é uma aula magnifica de empatia, ainda mais sendo o extremo dela, ter empatia por alguém que eu totalmente desprezo por matar um personagem que eu tanto amo.

    A Naughty Dog nos mostra todo o lado humano e realista da moral de um mundo pós apocalíptico. Não é algo preto e branco, atos tem suas consequências e no mundo de The Last of Us, são mais severas ainda. Joel ter matado a maioria dos Vagalumes, ter salvo a vida de Ellie e tirado o valor da vida dela, no ponto de vista de Ellie, de dar uma cura para a humanidade, trouxe a sua consequência iminente que foi sua morte por aqueles que buscam vingança. O ciclo da violência é algo difícil de ser quebrado, vemos no jogo ataques e contra-ataques de atos violentos o tempo todo. O surgimento da WLF contra FEDRA, a traição da proposta de paz entre Serafitas e WLF, a perseguição de pessoas com valores diferentes que os seus (foi incrível ver a jornada de uma criança trans e a naturalidade como isso nos foi proposto). O mundo de The Last of Us é condenado pelo ciclo da violência que a pandemia do jogo trouxe para esse universo proposto. Mesmo tendo respiros de felicidade, a vida nesse mundo é triste e sozinha quando você se deixa consumir pelo o que esse mundo trás de maior, que é a violência. Apreender a lidar com seus demônios, o sentimento de raiva e vingança é muito difícil, não ter a vingança concluída é tão frustrante quanto o ato de concluí-la também, não há final feliz, não há a volta daqueles que se foram. Fiquei totalmente abalado com todo o jogo e como ele se conclui, é um final com gosto amargo, mas perfeitamente executado.

    Você é herói da sua própria história, mas na história de outros, você pode ser o vilão. Ter que lutar com a Ellie foi doloroso, mas foi uma experiência única. Ver ela tomar atitudes que a partir de certos pontos do jogo eu passo a não concordar, porque tenho os diversos pontos de vista em meu pleno acesso, foi algo muito angustiante, mas também sensacional de presenciar. Um bom exemplo foi matar a Whitney, a garota do PS Vita, e depois ter um diálogo opcional com ela na trajetória de Abby, e ver como humanizaram uma personagem que teve que morrer, uma das diversas mortes que acontecem na trajetória de Ellie, fez eu ter uma sensação de angústia por ter participado junto de Ellie nesse ato.

    Esse jogo foi algo único que jamais estava esperando. Entendo a frustração de muitos fãs com a escolha narrativa que foi escolhida, não é algo fácil de se absorver, mas essa é a ideia do jogo. Esses sentimentos na vida real são assim, não são fáceis. Mortes acontecem do nada, vinganças não trazem finais felizes. Mas se algo que fico feliz é de ter tido essa experiência no jogo, refletir sobre esses temas em uma maneira tão imersiva que é jogar videogame, para mim foi algo realmente que ficará marcado na história dos games.

    PS.: Totalmente ridículo críticas que se baseiam em pura rixa de console e "quem lacra, não lucra". Repito, entendo frustrações com o rumo da história, mas notas 0.0 não fazem sentido para esse jogo, anular todo trabalho primoroso de gameplay e contextualização que ele traz tem nenhum sentido.    … Expand

    The game is so amazing. The graphics down to the gameplay mechanics is spot on and amazing. The story is a 9/10 I understand every characters motives and back story on what they had to do. The game overall is a solid 10. Very fun a emotional roller coaster.

    did i bawl my eyes out when joel died? Yes. Did I think he was killed off way too fricking early? Yes. Do i think they were pushing their leftist propaganda? No. Do i like Neil CukMann? No. Did i think the sex scene added nothing to the story and that they could have just be in bed after, like with Ellie and Dina? Yes. Did I hate how they tried to humanize Abby after every single thing she’s done? Yes. But did i end up kinda being okay with her character? Unfortunately. Were the fingers being bitten off necessary? I mean i thought she was still good at playing the guitar, so prolly not. Did i enjoy the new mechanics? Yeah sure, i actually thing being able to break windows makes things a bit more interesting. Should the abby chapters be shorter? Yes. Did it make any sense to humanize yet another enemy (scars)? NO, looking at you Owen, get outta here with ur world peace ass. I mean the only reason I’m giving this a 10 is because i want people to watch streams/playthroughs or just simply play it themselves and decide if it’s a shetshow I personally would’ve given the game a 7/10 but because they made me wait 7 years for this, because they forced me to play as Abby before we knew anything about her and because they killed off Joel too early on,,, i’m giving the game a 5/10.

    I’d also suggest peeps would stop saying it’s shet and post golf memes (they’re big pp memes btw) and instead be more articulate as to why you hate the game.     The story is amazing, really emotional - and this coming from a person who usually skips cutscenes to get to the action! You can see a LOT of work went into writing the story, giving the characters real life, and a story that fits PERFECTLY with the 1st game. Thank you, ND, for this amazing sequel.

The twist and turns of an emotional heavy campaign, had me on the edge of my seat & my heart rate up. Originally I wanted to kill Abbie more than anything, after the traumatic scene with Joel. I couldn’t wait to get revenge on the team. As Ellie works through, Nora, Owen the pregnant Mel, you can’t help but feel for them. Then their deaths dawns on you, when the shoes are on the other foot as you playthrough as Abbie, suddenly you don’t want them to die, Abbie herself I ended up warming to her character. As you play fetch with Bear & take Alice on your mission. The little moments that you find yourself smiling. The part where you run into the aquarium & the truly horrific scene of Alice (the dog) lying motionless in a pool of blood on the floor, the room where Owen & Mel lay, it hits you differently. It really is a dark brilliant written revenge story & nobody wins. Story aside, The games attention to detail is phenomenal, the world seems truly alive. The combat mechanics are something else. Every kill with every weapon truly feels different in each environment, never has a game made me struggle to kill, but I genuinely hated killing the dogs. (I’m a dog person) The soundtrack is amazing. The Gameplay on Scar island might just be the most impressive thing I’ve ever done on a PlayStation console.

    In summary for me this game is nothing short of a masterpiece. It’s a must play for yourself, even if you’ve heard spoilers. Turn your sound up high & just enjoy.    … Expand

Вторая часть совершенно не такая как первая и сравнивать их категорически запрещено. Игры по всем параметрам разные, ПО ВСЕМ РЕБЯТ. Она очечь жестока. Она реально заставляет задуматься над многим. Да, 2 часть игры(игра за Эбби) не сильно интересная в каком-то плане, есть некоторая часть вопросов не понятных, про лгбт и транс поддержку и обилия женских персонажей. Но игра просто не заслуживает такой свинской оценки от людей. 90% всех нулей и единиц в обзорах это глупый не конструктивный брет. Ignore the console warriors, the homophobes, and the haters who haven’t even touched the game. The graphics are incredible, the animation is the best I’ve ever seen, the story is emotionally moving, the gameplay is tense, and the design is complex andOne of the crowning achievements in gaming history. Unlike so many on this God forsaken site, I have actually played the game to completion. Ignore the console warriors, the homophobes, and the haters who haven’t even touched the game. The graphics are incredible, the animation is the best I’ve ever seen, the story is emotionally moving, the gameplay is tense, and the design is complex and compelling. Play this masterpiece.… Expand

    Is an excellent art work from every aspect, probably you won’t like it if you didn’t understand all the plot inside it but once you realise the details it’s an emotional journey

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. What a fantastic game with amazing graphics, voice acting, gameplay and characters. I felt each character was interesting and while at first I hated Abby and her friends, the more I played as her, the more I grew to like her as a character. (I won’t lie though, during the fight in the theatre between her and Ellie I was rooting for Ellie to kick Abby’s ass.) There are some aspects of this game that I would personally change, but the few things I have problems with don’t affect how I feel about the outcome of the game. I don’t mind that Ellie decided to let her go. Obviously everyone’s opinions are their own, but this is a game you need to play with an open mind and with empathy for a character we immediately learn to hate. Abby doesn’t have to be our favorite character (she’s definitely not mine), but she has suffered with loss as well and to write her off as nothing more than a mustache-twirling villain would be wrong. You don’t necessarily have to love the story to enjoy the gameplay. This game was so much fun to explore and I urge everyone to play it to completion with an open mind to gather your own thoughts on how you felt about the experience. I personally will be playing it again because I already know there are things I’ve missed on my first play through. The new characters are so enjoyable. I love Dina, Jesse, Yara, Lev, and even Manny managed to grow on me. I wasn’t a huge fan of Owen or Mel, but I still felt for them. I also loved reading through Ellie’s journal! It was such a nice touch that gave us insight on her thoughts and feelings, especially since she has grown to become more quiet and reserved as a character. The scenery was breathtaking. I loved riding around on Shimmer (RIP Shimmer) and taking in the surroundings. The overgrown plant life and desolated buildings were so cool to explore. I also thoroughly enjoyed descending that huge building as Abby when we are with Lev. The infected are pretty great. The Stalkers were unnerving, as were the infected that just decided to pop out of the walls for no good reason other than to make my life harder than it needs to be. The Shamblers sucked, but just because they scared the **** out of me. The Rat King had me yelling and making rounds on that hospital floor like a big baby. By the end of that encounter I was just wishing for some good old fashioned Clickers. As for my final thoughts: this game was beautifully done overall. I wish we got more time with Ellie but I understand why we didn’t. I’m crossing my fingers for a DLC or a potential third game. I hope you get the chance to enjoy the game for yourself!     The Last of Us Part II is the high point of the PlayStation 4. The plot is controversial, but the game is the incredibly addictive adventure of Ellie, from which it is impossible to pull away from the opening and to the very end.

    Not everyone is going to enjoy the motives of The Last of Us Part II. But if you try and manage to accept the subliminal and not so subtle messages as a fact that the world has gone awry and that people have the need to have somewhere or someone to belong to as their own way out, then... You will witness the boundaries of gaming expand. You will witness a true masterpiece.
