    Игра очень хорошая, одна из лучших в которые я играл. Хорошо раскрыта мотивация главных героев. Осень хороший геймплей, всю игру прошел на одном дыхание. Особенно запомнилась коллекционер.

    Excellent gameplay, which is similar but improved from the first game.
    I personally enjoyed the story and general theme that the writers were going for, but the final ending/epilogue section was weak. But overall I still really enjoyed this game.

    Amazing game - ignore the hate and try to avoid any spoilers. Very familiar game mechanics from the original with welcome additions and tweaks. There’s surprising character development that makes you re-evaluate what’s happening. Best game I’ve played in a long time.

Bar none, a worthy sequel to the original, which was an incredibly high bar to clear. A more accurate score would be a 9.7/10. In my opinion, it is the 2nd greatest game I’ve played in this generation, only behind Red Dead Redemption 2,Exceptionally crafted, from story to graphics to the gameplay. Да, игра не подходит для фанатов The Last Of Us. Причина этому - смерть Джоэла. Я сам был очень расстроен. Но с другой стороны его смерть стала мотивацией для мести Элли, что и стало главной темой игры. Лично для меня, лучшим моментом в игре показалась её концовка.     This game managed to make me empathise with a character that I wholeheartedly loathed for 10 hours or so, eventually I even liked this character. I was engaged and invested at all times. Okay, no one expected the game to take the proportion it did, but in the end it was amazing!! The reason they killed joel in that way was just for you to FEEL like ellie. Since the purpose of the game is to FEEL what Ellie felt. If it weren't for that, the game would fail in its proposal. TLOU is not just about Joel. it's about joel and ellie, 2 had more Joel than you think. We can see that he changed and lived the rest of his life in peace. A great tribute. In that world any person would die. What did you expect? a happy ending in a **** up world? did you want an honorable death? there is no villain or hero in this game. That would be a cliché. If you agree with Ellie's revenge then you also have to agree with Abby's revenge, after all it's the same feeling. But it's about consequences of revenge and understanding that the dark mind of the human mind can be a one-way trip. Flawless script, perfect soundtrack, ambiance, graphics. This hate is totally unfounded and childish to not understand the message that the game wanted to show, congratulations played wrong. Excuse me it is enough to see why she acts the way she acts. Ellie and her revenge is kinda way the same. Only that Ellie is also the puzzlepiece to a cure, what makes her revenge "less" understandable. Especially when u see how she reacts to the truth Joel hided from her. Abby is just out wanting Ellie dead because Joel killed her father and Ellie killed her friends. So the Ending makes sense and fits in the traumata these two women have and their character-developement.

    The Gameplay, Graphic and atmosphere is outstanding. It felt like a wonderful movie with interactions to get more and more into this world. The Last Of Us 1 was something special. But Part 2 is more a developement to the first Part, if u're focused to the details of the story and just tryin to get in the head of the main characters and their behaviour. Yes also in Abbys!

    I dont accept the crunchtime-politics Naughty Dog is doing. But after all the **** u have to pay tribute and honor the hard work their employees have done over the last years. Cheerio!    … Expand

I played the first part and I really enjoyed it to go on zombie and bad guy hunt and adventure with Joel and Ellie. The first game was truly a master peace. The second game part II also did a great job. I really hated Abby for killing my favorite or one of my favorite character but the story needed this for Ellie to evolve her character and question herself. I think that really everybody thought the last thing they wanted to do is play with Abby and i hated her so much that i let her die a few times mode just for the satisfaction. But as the story continues i began more and more to understand her. To understand why she killed Joel. She herself isn't the pure evil and Ellie isn't the true good side either. But we love Ellie. She is one of the 2 characters we met and we fell in love with as we fell in love with the first part. I can understand people who dont like the second part but I really really love it.… Expand

    I would like to thank the creators for their work. This is great. Including history. The script writer delivered what he wanted no matter what. The story is exciting and impressive. The plot will cause resentment in many, but as for me, this is exactly what you need. Complex and unbearably difficult denouement of the fates of our favorite heroes. Sleepless nights are guaranteed.

    The game is a story telling masterpiece, had my blubbing like a baby throughout. I imagine only reason it’s being panned is the reviewers are homophobes. Greatest graphics this generation, hard hitting combat, interesting exploration, impeccable atmosphere, genuinely scary at times & some of the greatest story telling you’ll find in gaming. 10/10.

    Lastly i need to mention the amazing motion capture that takes place. It's so easy to forget that you are watching animation and instead believe that these are real breathing people in front of your eyes. It will be hard to go back to the generic facial animation of almost every other game out there.

    Arguably it is actually on the gameplay mechanics front that I am a bit disappointed -- it is still functionally identical to TLoU1, whereas the trailers and previews suggested there was a lot more tension and smart enemy AI. In reality I am still able to very slowly and deliberately stealth my way through some levels, picking enemies off one-by-one. This suits my play style, but I was hoping for more changes on this front. I will be trying it on Survivor+ to see if that changes things.    … Expand

    An absolute masterpiece. No game has ever made me feel the way this game has. This will go down down as easily one of my all time favorites. Although a lot of people may disagree with these statements, that didn't stop me from enjoying the hell out of the 20 something hours I played.

    The one sentence from Fallout that comes to mind after the credits roll for Last of us 2. It is a marvelous story with great gameplay. It tells the story in many viewpoints and you can accept it and enjoy the game(or not and give awful reviews in metacritic). In this post-apocalyptic world nothing is in black and white. All are bad based on the viewpoint. Everyone you kill is a person, and you might find them in both stories.

    I'll start with the obvious: this game has AMAZING graphics and art design, with some of the best environments in video games.     I'll start with the obvious: this game has AMAZING graphics and art design, with some of the best environments in video games. It also has some incredible set pieces and gameplay sections. The gameplay itself isn't anything ground breaking but it's polished to a degree that makes it stand out of the crowd by just how tense and authentic it feels. Combat is intense and desperate, feel is incredible, exploration is actually rewarding and at least for me the mixing of all these elements was done incredibly and the pacing felt correct.
    However, there were parts that overstayed their welcome. I would have maybe cut a few encounters and let the story progress a bit faster. On the other hand there are things I think there's not enough of: there is one surprisingly open area near the start that was very fun to explore and I thought it's a shame this didn't repeat again. This is something Naughty Dog had started doing in their games since Uncharted 4 and I really like this direction.
    The character animations, the acting and the writing of dialog is top-notch and in my opinion still not matched by any other game (although RDR2 and God of War come close).

    I don't think there's a lot of controversy around these points. Some people don't like the gameplay as much but it's obvious the reason this game got so many dislikes is the story, so this is what I'll address now.

    This game does some things with its narrative that take a lot of balls considering its budget. It continues an overwhelmingly praised game and does it in a way probably no one would ever think it would. This was a risky move and it shows. It was never meant to appeal to everyone. But the leaks that happened before the game came out gave people a lot of time to get angry about decisions made, without letting them experience it in the proper context. This doesn't mean people would have loved it if it wasn't for the leaks, but I think the discussion around it wasn't as toxic.
    Without any spoilers, the narrative tries to take the player through an emotional journey. This means that it can ONLY work if the player feels the emotions that the writers wanted them to feel, at the right moments. If the player is not in sync with the emotions the story wants them to feel, then the story just feels off. This means the story will probably not work very well for people who didn't play
    or didn't like the first game. This is also why the story is built in a certain way and why there are a lot of emotional manipulations done here - the story tries its hardest to make you feel the proper emotions at the right time. Some people will see these manipulations and won't like it. I don't mind them because story is always about the manipulation of emotions. That's how Pixar movies always make us cry. It's not a cheap trick, it's a tool writers use.
    I encourage anyone (who thinks they are mature enough to play this - again, this is NOT for everyone, and can be very disturbing) to give this game a try, because if you are in sync with it like I was it pays off, and you come out of it with extreme appreciation for the experience. If it doesn't, well, I did warn you... If what I said makes you worried you're not going to like it then maybe wait a bit for the price to drop.
    And at the end of all, I think this is a really polished and long single player experience, with some incredible moments, and even if the story doesn't work for you like it tried to, you can still enjoy it if you like this sort of games.
    I was thinking about giving it a 10 but I thought it might be an overreaction on my part, due to the amount of 0's it got. It did have some issues (like I said, mostly over stretching a few parts), so I went with a 9. All in all this doesn't matter, the score itself doesn't mean **** Read the review, try to see if what I said clicked with you or made you intrigued, and decide for yourself.    … Expand

    A beautifully crafted game that holds a torch for all other sequels to look upon. I have cried, been shocked, stared in awe and have loved every minute of this game. For those that hate the game, I am positive it is because of the LGBTQ+ elements that angers them. This game is a masterpiece. A true work of art.

    Really enjoyed this game, it came with a big shock very early on but as the game wears on and characters develop it all starts to make sense. I feel that the villains are still slow and easy to kill, using the same basic moves every time to kill them or the clickers does get a bit boring but the story line is still great and there is enough to keep things flowing nicely.     To be very honest i liked the game very much The new AI, gameplay and stealth all is really good. And for the haters you don't deserve any appreciation if you can't appreciate that developers actually took the risk by making the TLOU 2.

    This game do not deserve a 10/10 rating, it's a great game, the plot can or cannot be appreciated depending on your personal taste, gameplay and graphics are similar to the previous one, but improved A LOT since then. I am giving a 10 instead of a 8 or a 9 cause I've seen to much 0/10, votes that this game doesn't deserve at all, I'm trying to balace the thing

    i'm surprised that the game is receiving so many bad reviews. i believe it's due to snowflakes disliking that their forced to reevaluate what's wrong and right and can't handle playing a game where no one is 100% good and 100% bad.

    Although certain points in the game feel overly drawn out, the rest of it feel like a true masterpiece worthy of being the last major PS4 title. I cannot wait to see what Naughtydog does next because the perfect story and visuals can only be expanded upon in the coming generation of console.

I was fortunate enough to avoid the leaked spoilers and fully experience the game start to finish without any external knowledge of the polt's events or the opinions of others. So when I came online to discuss the game with others, I was surprised to see how much negative noise it was receiving. If you have been exposed to spoilers, I implore you to keep an open mind and play the game start to finish anyway. Anyone who plays the game with the ability to relate to characters or attempts to see the character's world from their perspective will most definitely have a far better experience overall.

    Now that's out of the way, first ill say that the gameplay was very well constructed in a way that deconstructs the way the first game is played. Ellie is stealthy and crafty (proximity mines, bow focus, allways a one hit stealth kill) while Abby is more brute force and firearms focused (Can craft firearm ammo, harder hitting melee, use of firearms is more contextual). I thought this separation of gameplay was interesting, as it took advantage of the medium to demonstrate the contrast as well as the parallels these two characters share. In addition, the ability to go prone, and the increased mobility from the first game makes every encounter feel more "sandboxy" in that the player has more freedom to choose how they want to engage in the encounter. For me, the gameplay is a 10/10.

    The story is bold, and when the player is forced to play as Abby, I admittedly at first was repulsed and thought the segment was going to last an hour - tops. It wasn't until crossing the crane as Abby did I start to like her as a character for going from a drone taking orders to an actual person with a heart. I wouldn't be surprised if Abby actually regrets killing Joel by the end of the game. As for Ellie, I've seen a lot of discussion arguing that Ellie killed hundreds of people to get to Abby, and that letting Abby go makes no sense because of that. However, I thought the final flashback made it rather clear that Ellie had simply realized that Abby was not responsible for a large portion of the pain she was feeling for losing Joel, but it was actually her own fault since she had spent so much time resenting Joel and pushing him out of her life, even if all he was trying to do was be a good father figure. Joel could have fallen off a cliff and Ellie would have felt the same greif, but since he was murdered, she had someone to pin all the blame for her pain on. The story is not about revenge anymore than the first game is about curing the infection; this story is about justice, and in the end, Ellie was not justified in killing Abby and chose to do the right thing. The story for me gets a 10/10.

    The game loses a point for the sex scene though lmao. That was the most awkward cutscene in any game I have ever played. I think it even beats the laughing scene in FF10. At least cutscenes are skippable, so I'll let it slide.

    Other than that, the game is a great overall experience. 9/10.    … Expand

    El juego me pareció excelente, buena trama, buenos graficos, buena historia (más que nada la de abby), lo único para criticar es ese fanatismo en mencionar constantemente lo lesbiana de ellie, y no vi la necesidad de hacer trans a Lev, demasiado progre en ese sentido en cosas innecesarias, pero no se puede negar que quitando eso es un muy buen juego.

Putting aside all the representation of the LGBTQ and what not, I feel that that's is just how the story was presented with and shouldn't be used as a reason to hate it. Instead I will be focusing on the gameplay and of course the Story that everyone hate for god knows what reason.

    Gameplay wise, it's amazing. It was improved in every sense from the first game, allowing me to play to my style as well offer a challenge. Every moment was tense and I felt that every decision I made would make an impact later in the game, whether to use my resources now and suffer later, or suffer now and save my resources for a rainy day. I felt terrified at every corner and that's what I want. I can go on a rant but I'm sure noone actually hates this game for its gameplay anyway.

    Now for the story. Joel died. Big whoop. Go cry somewhere else where noone can see you. Joel ain't a saint. I'm sure some people thought Hitler was a saint as well and cried for his death, but that's if your a Nazi lol. Joel was a survivor. He did what he needed to survive, even if he managed to piss off an entire organisation, which he did, and faced the consequences for it. People said he deserves better, a hero's death even. Why? He killed dozens of people. He's not jesus, heck even he didn't die a glorious death. This a post-apocalyptic world, people die. By no means am I glad died. I was shocked and saddened, and at the same time, I wanted revenge as well which pushed me to continue the game, hoping to kill everyone involved. In a way, The Last Of Us 2 only occurred thanks to joels death, nothing else would really warrant Ellie leaving the comforts of Jackson. Some people say how bout if Dina died, sure Ellie would want revenge, but as a player I couldn't care less about a character I just met.

    And finally the ending where Ellie lets Abby go, and everyone hating on it cause it made their entire journey feel redundant, that there was no point, and that they wanted Abby dead. Wow. I mean, The Last Of Us part 1 was about delivering Ellie to create a cure, and Joel ruined that, doesnt that mean the entire first story was pointless as well? NO. The ending signifies that Ellie can finally move on, both her and me as the player is tired of all this violence, after 30 hours of gameplay, even I felt that enough is enough, Ellie has to move on. The ending shows that Ellie has matured, unlike most people playing this game.

    Overall this game was amazing, and I applaud Naughty Dog for defying expectations and bringing as a game that wasn't meant as fan service, but to show us the dark side about the cycle of revenge.    … Expand

No one even if you were the main protagonist of the first game. The game became more beautiful and gameplay was more intense. Environment was so beautiful and combat was great. Storywise for me i understood through multiple playthrough. It made me understand that in this world there's no pure good guys nor bad guys when revenge is the main reason at first which was always never the best answer. Yes it was shocking for joel but for me in order to make progress you need to make a change. Its not always a happy ending to all games. We need to understand that this move my naughty dogs was on the right track in order to evolve a game you need to make moves even if theres a need to kill a major character its the better move instead of milking a game from previous ones.… Expand

    The game deserves a 9/10 but I put a 10 for all these **** **** who didn't play the game and rated it.
    The game is awesome in every aspects, the story is just amazing from start to end. Just 9/10 because of the leak of cordyceps evolution situation since the first part. and some repetitive gameplay actions (but I really enjoyed it, full time!)

It is so funny seeing how so many people claimed this game to be “trash or a slap to the face”, on the day the reviews were accessible to the public. Saying the story is trash or woke is not criticism. I have taken weeks to process this game and it’s actions, it’s writing choices. This game is not as cohesive or well paced as the original. But this game offers so much more. If you go into this after Abby killed Joel saying, yeah I want to kill her so badly. The game succeeded. That is the point. Then finally when that switch happens and Abby is your main character, you lose it. You say how did Naughty dog screw this up even more? Well I’m here to say that’s exactly the point. For me this game is a test for the player. How are we so confined to our notions of what these characters are? Who they should be and how they should turn out? This is a game where if you don’t go open minded, if you let your massive ego get in the way, you will not enjoy it. Perhaps you don’t enjoy it, but understanding why things happen and seeing how they unfold, is truly seeing this game through. The best line in this game are Joel’s last words. “ Say whatever speech you have rehearsed and get this over with.” Joel knew this day would come, he didn’t know for why or when. He knew because of his past, his actions have led him to this point. We can relate to Joel and emphasize with him. But we can’t say he deserved better. It makes you understand, what if you were Abby and Joel had Murdered your father? You would do the same. And we see that this revenge has destroyed Abbys relationships. Thing is Abby learned to let go way earlier than Ellie, that is why she seems to be more in the wrong later on than Abby. The game doesn’t want you to think Ellie is bad or Abby is good. It is to make you see how they have changed at certain points. And if we empathize with Abby more, it succeeded in that endeavor. If you are rooting for Ellie to kill Abby at the end, nearly crucified and beaten, it is not crazy or stupid to say you missed the whole point of the game. The whole point of Ellie and Joel’s arks. Ellie never had redemption for her loved ones deaths. And Joel took that from her. So with him gone she believes ending Abby and her friends will help Ellie find this sense of redemption. But it doesn’t. Yes revenge is bad, but it the way this game tackles those themes that make it a wonder to sit and think about. This game could of gone in so many directions. But this one seems the most just within the world and ending of the originals. I wouldn’t say I liked how Joel died but we aren’t supposed to. If the game has payed out a foundation for what it wants to do to us and for the story, and does it better than promised I give it credit. I have never sat through credits before. For movies or games. I was left shaken, sad, it was more bitter sweet than anything. By the end you’d we that Abby has grown much more than Ellie. You see Ellie spiral down into this monster with no remorse for her foes and her Allies. She destroys her relationships. She started this quest that has killed all her friends either actually or mentally. Tommy is broken, alone, and hates Ellie. Dian leaves her. Jesse is dead. Ellie knew Dina was pregnant along time before she decided to leave to Jackson. But she had the whole time to escape. But there was Tommy to worry about. She always had an excuse for going on the revenge trail. Tommy handled himself the best in terms of dangerous encounters . We see that through the whole game. It was Tommy and Jesse that found Ellie broken in The aquarium. When we come back to the aquarium as Abby and Lev, and notice that Ellie killed Alice in the beginning I got chills. I was like damn I didn’t realize that before hand. It turns the tables and for me it worked. The graphics are easily the best anywhere. And the combat is improved on in almost every way possible. The enemy variety and melee combat is the coolest thing ever. Please play the game yourself and form your own thoughts. Don’t let this review judge how you see the game. Just take it as my opinion. Letting others form you opinion for you is weak and shows that you as a person has low intuition and a lackluster thinking process. Don’t let good or bad reviews do this. Play it for yourself. And maybe you will see that this game has mature elements to it that exceed all expectations.… Expand

This is mainly due to the fact that this is a story-driven game that wakes a lot of emotions in people, whether good or bad.

    Naughty Dog did something quite risky, some would call bold, some would call presumptuous or perhaps arrogant. They spent not a insignificant amount of the game's playtime to build up a new character that the player was initially led to hate. It's quite a feat to turn the head of a first impression of a character like that. If for whatever reason the player does not reach a point of sympathy towards this character, then large parts of the narrative falls flat causing the player to feel frustrated, angry, disappointed, which is apparent from many of the other comments. People review in anger and disappointment, giving the game a 0 as their outlet.

    If a player does reach this point of sympathy to this initially hated character then the story takes on another shape and size entirely. I thoroughly enjoyed myself, even if I was worried at some points. But Naughty Dog succeeded in creating this sympathy in me that perhaps fails for others. And I love the first game and its characters as much as anyone else, I was just as emotionally involved. And so my point of view won't be the same as those who spent half the game just vehemently angry.

    At the end of the day, this game is very different from its precursor. TLOU was a simple and straightforward -- but rewarding -- story. Part 2 is messier and more chaotic in its structure. This is neither good or bad, it's simply a different way to tell a story. I appreciated that there were limited actual playable flashbacks and limited character backstory since those are always gratuitous to me.
    TLOU was about hope. about love. Part 2 is about revenge, about hate. But there are hopeful parts to it, and love as well, if people wish to see it.    … Expand

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. The Last of Us Part 1 was a game that's easy to love. Throughout the entirety of the story, you bond and form relationships with witty, funny, noble and in general, lovable characters. The game is about love and family. After all, especially the end is about putting love above everything else.

    The Last of Us Part 2 is a game that's not easy to appreciate or even like. It's the polar opposite of the first game. As creative director Neil Druckman himself said it; Part 2 is about hate.

    In Part 2 you come to face the consequences of your actions in Part 1. The death of Joel at the hands of Abby, a new character, and her friends, neither of whom we know anything about.

    In a feat of hate and revenge, Ellie promises to avenge Joel and kill every last of one the people involved in his tragic death. Here, even the player is involved, as previously we had formed great bonds with these characters, and we can empathize with them and their loss. What is hard to do, and the reason many people don't like the game, is the second part of the game. Where you instead play as Abby, and see their part of the story. Through gameplay and cleverly written flashbacks, we get to know Abby's side of things. The game forces you to analyze and challenge everything you know about Ellie and Joel. As we get to experience first hand the atrocities Ellie and especially Joel committed in Part 1, we start to realize how everything is connected. However, not everyone will like this game. As Troy Baker said, you have to approach Part 2 with an open mind. You have to allow Naughty Dog to tell the story they wrote for these characters instead of expect the one you want to hear.

    While some people will be able to do this, others won't. They will not be able to empathize with Abby and her group, and will not be able to accept that Joel and Ellie's actions had rightfully deserved consequences.

    One thing I know for sure, though, is that the people who really take the time to appreciate the game with an open mind will love the game.

    They will be able to appreciate the level of detail the developers put into this absolute masterpiece. From the audio and visuals to the storytelling. Naughty Dog truly remains at the top of their game with this story. Controversial ending explained for people who hate it because they didn't get it: In the epilogue, Ellie's wounds have healed, she's not carrying any weapons with her, she's wearing her Jackson boots from the beginning of the game, and most importantly: she's wearing Dina's bracelet. These are all subtle hints that Ellie actually got her happy ending. She was able to forgive Abby, when she saw Joel and herself in Abby and Lev. She was able to forgive Joel, as in the final moments of the game she finally understood why he did what he did. And most importantly, she learned to forgive herself and find inner peace. This is why she leaves the guitar at the end. She's finally letting Joel go.

    Furthermore, Dina's bracelet and her wearing her Jackson boots, as well as her now healed fingers indicate that she might now be living happily with Dina, JJ and Jesse's parents in Jackson (theory supported by Jesse's parents' letter) and is only visiting the farmhouse to get closure.    … Expand

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. I managed to get this game while avoiding spoilers and leaks and apparently a whole controversy that took place prior to the game coming out. In the not so distant future, when we no longer live in such a politically charged world, people will be much more forgiving of the content here.

    The fact of the matter is this game is top tier. Every aspect of it is amazing. Anyone with too much time on their hands, and there are a lot of them right now, can find things not to like and over-analyze, and scrutinize, anything they want. Internet trolls have been doing that with movies for nearly a decade. Now it seems games that "disrespect" their precious beloved franchises are victim too.

    I'm speaking to you, troll. You are not the writer. You don't get to decide. And when did you become so soft? Wah... wah... my surrogate pappie Joel was killed... by a woman!! With muscles! Wah! Grow up, and realize that your opinion is garbage, and just keep your mouth shut, because you're revealing too much about yourself by sharing your thoughts.

    Every "influencer" with a BLU microphone and a Macbook decided their opinions mattered and they got together and they cried about what could have been... etc... etc. Foul. That... is truly the most shocking thing that came out of this game.

    Whew... got that off my chest. The game is great. Abby was literally my favorite character. From the moment she killed Joel I wanted to know more about her. Every time Ellie descended further downward into the spiral, I wanted to tell her to stop, I wanted her to finally put away her anger and rage. Every action has consequences, and the violence perpetuates itself in a vicious cycle. This is a game about pain, and grief, and it's not fun, but it is relevant. And okay, yeah... there are lesbians... and there is a girl who is buff, and there is a boy who used to be a girl. Is it a little close to home? That's cause it is, this is America... this is where you people live. Those "people" exist... and a lot of them played The Last of Us too. They are allowed to exist in different mediums, you pretentious, callous, cry baby. Now go wank it to your Tik-Tok videos. Goodbye.    … Expand

    El primer juego fue un masterpiece que probablemente no necesitaba una secuela. Sin embargo el equipo de naughty dog no nada más logra justificar esta segunda parte, al igual logra presentar un juego igual de bueno.

    Ok, where to begin ? First: sorry for grammar errors, english isn´t my native language. Second: this game is one of the most beautiful and brillant things i´ve ever seen. The last of us was already a banger back then, but Part 2 levels up everything on it. First with a large improvement of the mechanics. More agility, speed and brutality have been added and they suit the game really well.Ok, where to begin ? First: sorry for grammar errors, english isn´t my native language. The dodge and quick gun swap (L1 and R1 respectively) are just wonderful, if we had at least the quick gun swap on the first game it would have been so much more fluid and good to play, these 2 aditions are the ones that impressed me the most by the very well done implementation of them. Besides that and a jump button and ability to climb ropes it still very similar to the first game but more fluid, which makes it better. Graphically it is just astonishing, Naughty Dog did it again. Facial expressions, executions, running, walking, crawling, pronning, all just looks beautiful and natural. The upgrade system also changed a little, while in the first one you find manuals to improve one of your gadgets, in this one you find manuals to unlock skill trees so you can upgrade things like silencer durability, crafting speed, craft more itens with less resources and etc. The gunplay feels very good, specially the shotgun and pistols, there´s more impact and realism to it, the sound design is on point also. Enemies have more variation now with two new types of infected and different human groups that use different tactics in combat so your gameplay can be refreshed everytime you face any enemy, the addition of dogs have also increased the difficulty a lot, and that´s good to keep players engaged in combat and pay attetion to everything surrounding them, I finished my first run on survivor and oh boy these damn dogs gave me some headaches. But what really sums up for me it´s really the story. Neil writing evolution in pretty evident here, mainly by the courage to write something like this, something challenging, to put perspectives on the table and show the audience that your beloved characters may not be the good guys, that the bad guys may not be bad, and that there is no hero in this world. By the end of it i was sad and relieved. I was sad because it was over, but relieved also because it was over, it was so much of a confusing experience by the end, but in the good way, the confusion that keeps you thinking "oh my god that was awesome" you know like shutter island, memento and other movies. Shocking, ambitious, expandend, enchanced and brave, those are the words that i use to describe this game, and for all those reasons i give it my 10/10 and believe me it´s hard to get this from me. Don´t believe the hate, believe constructive arguements and critics, doesn´t matter if they give the game a 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 or 10 like me, if it´s constructive give it a read, but if it´s just pure hate let it go. Remember, it´s a videogame, the characters are not real and does not represent the actors behind them.

    El juego es muy bueno en lo que visualmente se refiere, los gráficos son fantásticos, y los detalles son increíbles, en cuanto a jugabilidad también destaca bastante, el agregar que ahora pueda estará pecho a tierra y saltar, le da mucha mas credibilidad al titulo, sin embargo, hay ocasiones en que al momento de recoger objetos no se interactua bien, pues al momento de oprimir el botón, elEl juego es muy bueno en lo que visualmente se refiere, los gráficos son fantásticos, y los detalles son increíbles, en cuanto a jugabilidad también destaca bastante, el agregar que ahora pueda estará pecho a tierra y saltar, le da mucha mas credibilidad al titulo, sin embargo, hay ocasiones en que al momento de recoger objetos no se interactua bien, pues al momento de oprimir el botón, el personaje no recoge el objeto y habrá que presionarlo una segunda y hasta 3 vez. En la historia flaquea un poco, lo que seria el argumento por el cual se da la historia del juego, no fue muy bien desarrollado, pero el transcurso de la misma me parece correcto, y aunque a mi no me gusto mucho el final, mas bien porque no era el que esperaba, no porque no estuviera bien planteado. el juego sobre sale bien en todos sus aspectos.… Expand

Ok first things first this game is amazing.if not a little bit convenient, the one thing didn’t like was stealth. it was very boring, the gameplay got better when I just strive for combat I didn’t like how angry they made Ellie. And it pissed me off that I had more fun with new characters and to mention spoilers now. One packing issue I had and still have when game picked up I’m playing as Abby it’s still a lol moment. All in all it’s a great game worth your time money but enter with an open mind.… Expand

    The Last of Us Part II is the high point of the PlayStation 4. The plot is controversial, but the game is the incredibly addictive adventure of Ellie, from which it is impossible to pull away from the opening and to the very end.

    Not everyone is going to enjoy the motives of The Last of Us Part II. But if you try and manage to accept the subliminal and not so subtle messages as a fact that the world has gone awry and that people have the need to have somewhere or someone to belong to as their own way out, then... You will witness the boundaries of gaming expand. You will witness a true masterpiece.
