    This game has a lot of potential, and that's just it. The stalker feature is unique. The character models look more deformed than they do teenagers. The missions are randomized, but were excessively repetitive during my 3-day session with a friend. There was nothing that drew me back to the game, and within my community if they aren't playing with a friend, they aren't playing at all.This game has a lot of potential, and that's just it.     The gameplay, if not repetitive is enjoyable. It elicited several jump scares out of us.

    It is easy for others to sabotage the game for everyone due to pure ignorance, as we're all learning (the Shape pursues everyone, even if others were non-violent and didn't commit sins). There are no checkpoints offered during missions, and when there are 3 separate tasks, it is frustrating to have to restart from the beginning. Would revisit with some polishing.    … Expand

    I like the game I just played a few hours but it is fun, but you have to be patient and extremely careful + quiet.

    The Blackout Club has its heart in the right place but unfortunately is not pumping properly. This ultimately should have been a single player game, then maybe the concept of horror would’ve stuck around. The first 30 minutes (if you decide to play it) was probably the most tense is terms of true horror.
    If this concept was carried on throughout the game as a SP campaign only, I can see    The Blackout Club has its heart in the right place but unfortunately is not pumping properly. This ultimately should have been a single player game, then maybe the concept of horror would’ve stuck around. The first 30 minutes (if you decide to play it) was probably the most tense is terms of true horror.
    If this concept was carried on throughout the game as a SP campaign only, I can see this being a real hit in the genre.

    Sadly, it tries too hard to push for multiplayer and if you decide to play it solo, it takes the fun factor from it.    … Expand

    Overall, this game is worth the money and it’s a fun game as well but you need to be careful when playing. The game is about stealth but at the same time, it has horror elements as well in it. I do recommend getting this game if you’re interested in getting this game.

    The core of this game is fun and has a lot of potential. Sadly this game just feels way too unfinished and needlessly repetitive. The attempt at a live service game with so little content actually on offer is terrible. The game would have been much better with a handful of custom designed maps to create a fun campaign style experience.     I played this game for 200h and i can say that this game is truly best game if you want to play some non popular game with your friends.

    Beautiful lore, really nice looking graphics, very interesting mechanics, hard 2 master parkour and different play styles is the very first things which game presents to you.     The Blackout Club is ambitious, but it doesn't have enough variety to make me care for that ambition. Thankfully, there are ways that players can make the game better on their own, filling in what the game lacks, but the game needs to back it up a little more.

    The Blackout Club manages to wedge itself into a crowded cooperative space with the use of clever tricks and an approachable atmosphere. But unless the developers build off this initial offering with new content to slice through repetition, it will soon get lost in the dark.
